I purchased mi-pad from flipkart in april 2016, which stopped functioning will within 2 months. i called mi care and they suggested me to get it diagnosed either at an authorized service center or with their authorized third party repair company called - gadgetwood. i went by gadget wood by paying them rs. 190/- for pick of device from home. the device was picked up from my home on 14th june 2016 with the request id - xio[protected]. next day they called me and told me that device's motherboard is needs to be changed and it will take 15 days to get it repaired and delivered back to me. now it's more thank a month and they have not delivered my device yet. i have already called them 4-5 times (including mi toll free no.) and every time they say, the part (motherboard) is yet to come from china. once it's arrived, we'll change and deliver you. however, they never give any exact date or time period to deliver it finally. every time they keep on giving vague answers just to procrastinate it. i am expecting a business tour out of city for at least 3-4 moths and there will be no one at my home to receive the device for me. i told this thing to gadgetwood people but still they are not listening. i feel helpless and don't know what to do? i feel like cheated by the xiomi-mi by trusting it and purchasing its product. why such companies are allowed to work and operate in india if they are unable to meet basics of customer services?? i must say mi has very pathetic service in india and if same behavior continues, the company won't survive here for a long. now, i need my concern to be addressed immediately by a competent mi authority. i can't wait anymore to get my device back. my device's imei no. is[protected]mi-pad). i want this to be repaired and delivered back to me immediately within 2-3 days. if company is unable to do it, it should issue a replacement of device or refund the amount. also, how the mi is going to compensate the lost period of warranty when device is kept with service center (over a month)??

    I submitted my phone around 22 days ago in service centre. I was facing minor issue of jack. So they said motherboard will get changed. They said it will done by 8 to 10 days. They are still not giving me the commitment that when it will get repaired. The worst service i have ever seen in my life. I submitted my phone in teenhaath baja branch, thane, mumbai. Plz help me how should i file the complaint against them. Plz help.

      I purches mi note prime phone in 17 december 2015 through amazon.

      My phone is not working properly, i was suffer this problem since may
      Month, phone heating problem and battery problem (Phone temperature is
      Above 47 or 48 degree), as discussed by your service center costumer.
      I sent my phone in your service center through pick me service
      (Inquiry no : [protected]) when i received phone but phone problem is
      As it is and 2nd thing sum screw part is still missing in my phone
      From your side, i also send you mail if you read.

      I am again book my complaint for heating and battery back up problem,
      Your service center costumer suggested me to visit your service
      Center, in my location (Dehradun) service center up to 300 km (I. E
      Delhi), i agreed, when i visit your service center in lajpat nagar. I
      Ubmit my phone to your service center, 2 day after that he return my
      Phone and they changed the mother board but they didn't inform me and
      I also not aware about the imei number (Which is changed due to new
      Motherboard)


      Then i again book complaint for pick up my phone but no one respond to this.
      Inquiry no : [protected], please suggest me what will i do, i feel very tired.
      I bought redmi note 3 atleast 25 days ago and from the day i am trying to call mi coustomer care but always cut my call automatically. My friends also try but still my problem is same.i also mail my problem but anyone didnt action

        Handset handed over authorized mi service center at dadar mumbai m/s v care informatics on[protected].

        After frequent followup they only reply that your handset is under maintenance and say wait for some time. Their representative deny to give proper information. So i want replacement for the handset and same model should be replaced.

        Sir As per my knowledge considering this issue from last 4 months company has not taken any necessary action to resolve this issue. i have called Mi support more than 50 times, they are not responding and even mailed but no reply, neither sharing any information regarding status of my device, saying same common copy paste answer that is " part is not available, Issue is escalated on higher end please wait for some time" i am fed up of hearing this hearing from last 4 months.           This is to bring in notice that i gave my handset redmi note prime for service at a xiaomi service centre which i had bought online from amazon for rs.8000/-.In it the only problem was that i was needing to press the power button hard to use the mobile, so i decided to get it repaired from the company as it was under the warranty period. I am resident of rohini, new delhi, and from my house nearest service centre is rohini sector-7, near m2k.
          I visited there to get it repaired they told me that they r nt available with the desired part and it will take around 10 days to get it available.. I agreed to them and submitted my mobile to them.
          Its been now around 2 weeks and they are up with no proper... They just keep saying that they are not available with the part now also... They will do it when it will be available... They just keep giving me the dates and no solution.

          I just need my handset repaired as soon as possible because now its been crossing the time limit they conveyed to me and i am a student so i need the handset urgently repaired, my daily work is getting very affected.
          I will never trust this company again... Frauds they all are...

            I purchase redmi 2s prime from mi official site only and after one month my mobile stop working it just hang on mi logo when switching on the phone.. So i droped it to the service center on 2 june 2016 and they say they will give me on 17 th june 2016 and now its 15 july 2016. And still service center can give me fix time for my mobile. I also tried their customer mobile even they also tell me the fix time. Every time i go to service center or customer support they say we will give you shorhtly...
            Without giving any commitment about time.

              My mi4i phone have a charging problem. I am submit my mi4i phone to service centre from 20 june 2016 and service centre employee told me that your charging jack is not working and it will be come from the company between 7-10 day days but my phone was not giving till last 20 days when i asked to service centre that that when you will giving back my phone they told me that we can't give you any particular date when part come from the company then we will give you your phone.
              Please do some something because i have to face so many problem without my phone and put so many losse.

                  Hi, it's been three weeks i have submitted my phone due to faulty of charging points and they charged 550rs which is ok.
                  Now the concern: hcl is taking care (support) mi centre and they people don't know how to talk with customers, they are very rude and pathetic, infect they are challenging us to complain.. wherever you want i never seen pathetic service centre.
                  Whenever we call about our mobile they are saying we don`t have a part call next week.

                  They never pick up the phone number and number always busy.

                    I had submited my xiaomi redmi 2 phone in malad xiaomi service center on 26-06-16 for speaker problem and both sim not coming which was there fault only. Beacause before that there is booting issue they had called me for that for 4 to 5 times and last time when i say them harshly than they come to know that it was mother board problem and they take 10 days to repair it and after that they had given me new problem of speaker and sim slot but because of no time i had gone there after sometime on 26-06-16 and they said me 10 days maximum and till 10 days no feedback but on 11th day when i reach there they said me your phone is not repaired it will take more 10 days and the worst thing is when i call for the status that my phone get repaired or not they says me to go and see it in service center. They are not giving this much knowledge also which is the worst thing it mean for listening yes or no i have to go so much far. Till now i don't know what is the situation of the phone. After taking it i had said my father and friends to take it and they had taken also but now i will make sure that in my knowledge no one will take xiaomi phone because of this fail service which is given to me. And to all i will say its better to take karbonn or any other company phone than xiaomi. Failest experience i was ever had.

                      I purchased an mi earphone from mi website and after a month from the date of purchase it started making sound problems then i visited th service center and submitted the earphones they told me that it would be delivered to my house within 20 days and after one month when i called the service center then they told me to call the customer care number then i called them then they told me to wait for 2 days then they will get back to me again then after 3 days i called them again and they did the same again with me and now its they fifth time when i called them todayand they did the same. And today i told them to take action against them. Please help me to get my problem resolved pleaase reply me asap

                        My mobile redmi 2 prime had some issues with audio jack, so i visited its service center in indore. they told me i had to wait for a month as they did not had the required part on 09/05/2016. after a month they told me that the parts are not available and the mobile will be send to ahmedabad for 15- 20 days. after a month the service center is still saying that the phone is witing for repair. its been more than 2 months. how much time do ther require.? if a product is under warranty for a year and the company takes 2 months to solve the issue what good is that company. my work order number is - ind/xm/16/00577

                            Just read contents of email..

                            Job sheet no. wxin[protected] dated 5th july 2016

                            I gave my mobile to begumpet service centre, hyderabad on. 5th july as i was facing reboot problem and they asked me to wait for 4hours to look into problem which i did.

                            They first said it is software problem and asked me to. wait for another one hour.

                            After that they said it will take one or two days as its motherboard problem.

                            After that no one lifting my phone or its busy full day.

                            I raised an complaint on help line number of india on saturday and monday but son far no one contacted me.

                            This is cheating by your company as its third grade treatement and no one higher to in from customer on mobile status, though they said it will take 24hours but its more than 96 hours...

                            This is last effort from my side and now i will go to consumer court as i tried following medium to reach u
                            1. local hyderabad number
                            2. all over india helpline
                            3. twitter support handle
                            4. facebook support
                            5. email to you guys


                            Despite of all this, no action or status...

                              My name is koushik from hyderabad.

                              I am a xiomi family since 2015.
                              I am using mi4i device and it has front camera issue and charging issue.

                              I went to mi service center which was in himayat nagar, hyderabad.
                              I told the device issues very clearly and representatives checked my mobile for a while and told that it will took some time and they thoroughly checked and took my mobile for service and they gave a receipt that for the two reasons we have took the mobile.

                              A day later they called me and intimated that your device has a physical damage, your screen was broken.
                              * my device has no physical damage while i am using and while they took.
                              They already checked my mobile and took for service.

                              I raised a complaint against this issue by calling tll free number.
                              They took complaint and gave me a reference number : 1850421

                              *this was all happen a month ago.

                              Couple of days back one of your representative "nithin" called me an intimated that your device has been repaired you can go and collect at service center.
                              I went to service center and i was shocked.
                              They didn't even touched my mobile and it was not repaired.
                              They are asking me to take approval from xiaomi, how can i take a approval, thats their problem they damaged my mobile and they have to take approvals and all.
                              I dont even get a call from a month.
                              There is no update nothing from your end too.
                              What should i have to think.

                              And the worst customer care center i have seen is xiaomi service center in himayatnagar.
                              The executives dont even know how to behave with customers.
                              The executives dont even know how to sit infront of a customer.
                              They are showing attitude infront of me and they are arguing.
                              I have used nokia, motorolla, samsung i have visited micromax customer care also they were very polite with customers, their response was awesome but i didnt expected how xiaomi service center hire suck type of executives, i have seen such type of technicians in abids china mobile repair centers.
                              I dont know what type of action you will take, i have proofs i have captured the images there.
                              We are valuable customers to you!! please give respect and take respect from our end also.

                              And atlast now!! i need my mobile at any cost, you people took many days not days it was a month to repair my mobile, i am ready to challange for anything, i will wait until i got a positive feedback, further i will go to consumer court and i will file a case and also i will go legally.

                              Please do needfull to your valuable customers!

                                Problem with mi 4i mobile device - i had bought mi 4i last year and after 10months, suddenly it stopped working, motherboard. as it was under warranty, i gave it to service center at indira nagar, bangalore on 31th may-16 and they said it may take 7 days and i will receive a message once fixed.
                                Now, its been 46 days (on 15th july) and still i havent got the message.
                                .inspite of continues followup with service center on 10, 15, 18, 25 june 2016, i was informed that they have not received hardware from xiaomi team and it may be delayed.

                                Its been 46 days my phone is in service center and they do not know when they would received hardware and asked me to escalate to customer helpdesk.
                                In the mean time i followed up with customer support helpdesk for more that 5-6 times for escalating this issue but i never got a proper reply from team. very poor customer support and no proper escalation procedure.

                                  I have ordered redmi note 3 for rs.9999/- on[protected] but i have not received the product due to courier service and product has been returned to company's warehouse as per mailed by company to me.in mail company has written that if you have paid money through credit card than refund will be in 3 working days. but still[protected] i have not received my refund. i have contacted to customer care many times and mailed again and again but still company has not refunded my payment.

                                      I bought this redmi note 3 on 23rd june and after 18 days mobile got switched off and never got switched on again. I took mobile to service center and got it repaired he said it was for some software issue. Again the next day morning the phone touch was not working this time when i took back to the service center he said there is some problem in the hardware it will be charged around 3k. The phone with 20days old has got so many problems. I request you to replace the mobile.
                                      I have received the product from Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Redmi note 3 on[protected] which is not working Switched off.

                                      When i called up customer care they said according to the company replacement policy is within 10 days and asked me to take the mobile to nearest customer care center. When i visited the service center he said it has got some OS issues and it takes around 6 hours to update the software. When i visited the service center again at evening 5pm on the same day to collect the mobile it was not done. I quietly asked him what is the reason and he replied in a loud voice saying you are not the only customer for me i have lot of mobiles to work on and asked me to come next day morning.

                                      Next day it was switched on and i was very happy and took my mobile home and started using it. Suddenly there was issues with the touch and i was not able to even text anyone it was so horrible. Again i took my mobile to service center and the guy who serviced my mobile removed the mobile cover very rudely and started checking. After some time he called me and said he wants to put some hardware which will cost around 3000 rs. I was so shocked that a 20 days old mobile is either replaceable nor serviceable with the warranty covered. How can you expect me to give 3000rs money to the service center guy and get it repaired. For not having a single scratch on the mobile or any physical damage why should i give money to the service?

                                      How can the 20 days brand new mobile will have so many issues. You people have given wrong product.

                                      Is this how Xiaomi treat your customers? Xiami is fraud company stealing money from common Indian people by giving fake products.

                                      I would request Xiaomi to provide the replacement for the product and do not repeat the same.

                                      i have attached some of the documents along with this mail for your reference.

                                      If Xiaomi is a genuine company then prove it by replacing the mobile.

                                        Sir, i am rashid from delhi-110092. i have submitted my head phone at your service center vikas marg delhi-110092 on 03/05/2016 as my headphones was not working properly. but since then no favourable reply came from the concerned authority. and my headphone is still not replaced. so i am facing lots of problems due to this. kindly give me a favorable reply. i am hoping for your concern.
