I purchased an mi earphone from mi website and after a month from the date of purchase it started making sound problems then i visited th service center and submitted the earphones they told me that it would be delivered to my house within 20 days and after one month when i called the service center then they told me to call the customer care number then i called them then they told me to wait for 2 days then they will get back to me again then after 3 days i called them again and they did the same again with me and now its they fifth time when i called them todayand they did the same. And today i told them to take action against them. Please help me to get my problem resolved pleaase reply me asap

    My mobile redmi 2 prime had some issues with audio jack, so i visited its service center in indore. they told me i had to wait for a month as they did not had the required part on 09/05/2016. after a month they told me that the parts are not available and the mobile will be send to ahmedabad for 15- 20 days. after a month the service center is still saying that the phone is witing for repair. its been more than 2 months. how much time do ther require.? if a product is under warranty for a year and the company takes 2 months to solve the issue what good is that company. my work order number is - ind/xm/16/00577

        Just read contents of email..

        Job sheet no. wxin[protected] dated 5th july 2016

        I gave my mobile to begumpet service centre, hyderabad on. 5th july as i was facing reboot problem and they asked me to wait for 4hours to look into problem which i did.

        They first said it is software problem and asked me to. wait for another one hour.

        After that they said it will take one or two days as its motherboard problem.

        After that no one lifting my phone or its busy full day.

        I raised an complaint on help line number of india on saturday and monday but son far no one contacted me.

        This is cheating by your company as its third grade treatement and no one higher to in from customer on mobile status, though they said it will take 24hours but its more than 96 hours...

        This is last effort from my side and now i will go to consumer court as i tried following medium to reach u
        1. local hyderabad number
        2. all over india helpline
        3. twitter support handle
        4. facebook support
        5. email to you guys


        Despite of all this, no action or status...

          Hello,

          My name is koushik from hyderabad.

          I am a xiomi family since 2015.
          I am using mi4i device and it has front camera issue and charging issue.

          I went to mi service center which was in himayat nagar, hyderabad.
          I told the device issues very clearly and representatives checked my mobile for a while and told that it will took some time and they thoroughly checked and took my mobile for service and they gave a receipt that for the two reasons we have took the mobile.

          A day later they called me and intimated that your device has a physical damage, your screen was broken.
          * my device has no physical damage while i am using and while they took.
          They already checked my mobile and took for service.

          I raised a complaint against this issue by calling tll free number.
          They took complaint and gave me a reference number : 1850421

          *this was all happen a month ago.

          Couple of days back one of your representative "nithin" called me an intimated that your device has been repaired you can go and collect at service center.
          I went to service center and i was shocked.
          They didn't even touched my mobile and it was not repaired.
          They are asking me to take approval from xiaomi, how can i take a approval, thats their problem they damaged my mobile and they have to take approvals and all.
          I dont even get a call from a month.
          There is no update nothing from your end too.
          What should i have to think.

          And the worst customer care center i have seen is xiaomi service center in himayatnagar.
          The executives dont even know how to behave with customers.
          The executives dont even know how to sit infront of a customer.
          They are showing attitude infront of me and they are arguing.
          I have used nokia, motorolla, samsung i have visited micromax customer care also they were very polite with customers, their response was awesome but i didnt expected how xiaomi service center hire suck type of executives, i have seen such type of technicians in abids china mobile repair centers.
          I dont know what type of action you will take, i have proofs i have captured the images there.
          We are valuable customers to you!! please give respect and take respect from our end also.

          And atlast now!! i need my mobile at any cost, you people took many days not days it was a month to repair my mobile, i am ready to challange for anything, i will wait until i got a positive feedback, further i will go to consumer court and i will file a case and also i will go legally.

          Please do needfull to your valuable customers!

            Problem with mi 4i mobile device - i had bought mi 4i last year and after 10months, suddenly it stopped working, motherboard. as it was under warranty, i gave it to service center at indira nagar, bangalore on 31th may-16 and they said it may take 7 days and i will receive a message once fixed.
            Now, its been 46 days (on 15th july) and still i havent got the message.
            .inspite of continues followup with service center on 10, 15, 18, 25 june 2016, i was informed that they have not received hardware from xiaomi team and it may be delayed.

            Its been 46 days my phone is in service center and they do not know when they would received hardware and asked me to escalate to customer helpdesk.
            In the mean time i followed up with customer support helpdesk for more that 5-6 times for escalating this issue but i never got a proper reply from team. very poor customer support and no proper escalation procedure.

              I have ordered redmi note 3 for rs.9999/- on[protected] but i have not received the product due to courier service and product has been returned to company's warehouse as per mailed by company to me.in mail company has written that if you have paid money through credit card than refund will be in 3 working days. but still[protected] i have not received my refund. i have contacted to customer care many times and mailed again and again but still company has not refunded my payment.
              Please do take necessary action for this.

                I need information regarding block number. But your employee give me wrong information and my all contact is deleted. Your employee name is puja. She tell me pls clear data of contact storage in setting menu. at that time i asking you two times " when i clear data of contact storage than not deleted my contact? than she was tell me not deleted but my contact delete. So please any way give my return contact number in my mobile. i have loat of loss from your employee.

                  I bought this redmi note 3 on 23rd june and after 18 days mobile got switched off and never got switched on again. I took mobile to service center and got it repaired he said it was for some software issue. Again the next day morning the phone touch was not working this time when i took back to the service center he said there is some problem in the hardware it will be charged around 3k. The phone with 20days old has got so many problems. I request you to replace the mobile.
                  I have received the product from Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. Redmi note 3 on[protected] which is not working Switched off.

                  When i called up customer care they said according to the company replacement policy is within 10 days and asked me to take the mobile to nearest customer care center. When i visited the service center he said it has got some OS issues and it takes around 6 hours to update the software. When i visited the service center again at evening 5pm on the same day to collect the mobile it was not done. I quietly asked him what is the reason and he replied in a loud voice saying you are not the only customer for me i have lot of mobiles to work on and asked me to come next day morning.

                  Next day it was switched on and i was very happy and took my mobile home and started using it. Suddenly there was issues with the touch and i was not able to even text anyone it was so horrible. Again i took my mobile to service center and the guy who serviced my mobile removed the mobile cover very rudely and started checking. After some time he called me and said he wants to put some hardware which will cost around 3000 rs. I was so shocked that a 20 days old mobile is either replaceable nor serviceable with the warranty covered. How can you expect me to give 3000rs money to the service center guy and get it repaired. For not having a single scratch on the mobile or any physical damage why should i give money to the service?

                  How can the 20 days brand new mobile will have so many issues. You people have given wrong product.

                  Is this how Xiaomi treat your customers? Xiami is fraud company stealing money from common Indian people by giving fake products.

                  I would request Xiaomi to provide the replacement for the product and do not repeat the same.

                  i have attached some of the documents along with this mail for your reference.

                  If Xiaomi is a genuine company then prove it by replacing the mobile.

                      This complaint is regarding the mi4i phone which is under warranty which i submittted to the mi authorised service center in karnal (m/s tara tel & mobile, mela ram school market, karnal) and the job card number is js[protected] dated 14 may 2016. according to the executive at the service center the mother board of this phone was faulty and it was supposed to be repaired. they gave me 15 days time for resolving the problem and after 15 days another 15 days time was given and so on. now even after 2 months gone i have not received my phone back. rather the executive at the service center now says that this job card no will have to be changed and new job card will be issued and it will again take 15 days time.
                      I also tried to speak to mr. anurag sharma, who is manager with xiomi company but he supposed to be very busy and did not even bothered to listen to my problem.
                      Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and get the problem resolved either by repairing the phone or by giving me a new phone against this one.

                        I had terrible experience after buying your the phone of mi brand (xiaomi india) model no mi-339- mi31-16 g dual sim. i bought this mobile phone
                        On 7 th october 2015. its charging port got broken on 21st may (7th month from purchase). hence it is still in warranty period. and i submitted
                        To their park street service center, i was given job sheet, no js[protected] dated 23 may 2016. almost 2 months are over and yet my mobile set has not been repaired. i went several times to their service center but got disappointed every time on hearing that the parts in not available. if they are
                        Unable to provide the spare part, they should replace with a new mobile
                        Immediately. i wrote to their online customer support, website: www.mi.com/in on 25 june 2016 to which they replied on 27th june 2016 and asked for snapshot of job sheet and service center location, which i gave them by email reply on the same day but from that day their did not give me any reply, or solution, nor the service center repaired the phone or gave me a new phone.

                        This is cheating and harassment, which is unacceptable. i want my phone repaired immediately or want a new phone given, as it is covered by warranty.

                          It was very unpleasent to buy a mi moble, my mi moble display is not functioning i submitted it to service center in lajpat nagar delhi. it was almost a month i didnt get it back as thay not able to repair the mobile because of lack of spare parts. they were telling they didnt recieve any spare parts for last 2 months, and they were not providing any information whin my mobile will get corrected.

                            I buy many mobile from xiaomi brand. i have never face any issue in any products.

                            Xiaomi redmi note3 last product i buy from xiaomi website on 30th march 2016. but i have facing camera issue (camera not working) from 20th june 2016. i submitted phone on 22nd june 2016 in mi service centre.
                            Service centre :- gurgaon hcl (parshavnath arcadia, sector 14, gurgaon)

                            Every time i get same answer from service centre, it will take 4-5 days more.
                            I m troubling issues without phone. i need my phone back with working camera condition. if it will take more time please provide new handset.

                            Please resolve my issue it is already 22 days from the date of submit of handset.

                              I had given my phone for repair, as there was no service center at place, xiaomi asked to send the phone to their service center via mi pick up service. They claimed that i would get my phone back in 7-10 days. But they took 80 days to return my phone. I could have withstood but they sent the phone back unrepaired. After which i went to local service center at bangalore and i was asked to send the phone back to pick up service or claim a new handset until the old one gets repaired as my phone is still in warranty. But the service center refuses to send me a new phone.

(jobsheet no:js[protected]) i submitted my redmi 2 prime in service center for some motherbord issue on 13 may they give me the estimated time 20 may but they are faild which now complated 2month. they does not give any clear information and misgide me. now it's a high time i have no patients,
                                Kindly arrange to
                                1) replace my old cell with new handset,
                                2) or i need warranty to be extended for wasting my two months
                                3) if this is not possible then i need my money refunded to me asap!!!

                                  HI - my phone fell off the surface of a table at the height of 3 feet .
                                  I was on vibration and it fell off the table at an incoming call.
                                  The whole back cover is smashed like normal glass and its completely broken.
                                  You have written in your model description that its corning gorilla glass, im not sure if that is correct now.
                                  Either update your phone model details online or reimburse my damaged phone.
                                  Have purchased my mobile on 23 may, post that I faced some issue on the handset so submitted the handset in Vashi authorised service center on 11th June 2016

                                  Till date I haven't got my mobile back and no body is giving me exact date as to when I will get my mobile back.

                                  Tried calling customer care 4 times
                                  I purchase 20800 mah power bank from u company which is dilivered on 15/06/16 at 5 pm and order no.Oid110127 is not working properly n cable jack not connecting proprely. M kindly request u to replace it or return my money asap.
                                  Have purchased my mobile on 23 may, post that I faced some issue on the handset so submitted the handset in Vashi authorised service center on 11th June 2016

                                    I orederd a mobile on www.mi.com/in on 27april 2016 (order id - [protected]). it had hardware problem so i request for replacement. then they take back my mobile & then generate new order id (of replacement)-[protected]
                                    Then my package was not delivered by saying that "incorrect address" it was totally harassment for me... they didn't delivered mobile for 1 months then i request for refund on 23 may 2016 & refund id generated ([protected])... they told that it can take 10-15 days.... today is around 45 days over. when i call to xiaomi every time they told that sir, plaese wait your refund is in process please wait for some days... they didn't never tell specific time or deadline time... every time they make me fool.
                                    I m getting tired... totally disgusting

                                    Mi customer service is worst of all the customer service i have ever experinced till date. I myself is an edurer with a similar issue like you.

                                    In terms of suggestions, i would say that try to contact directly with the department heads by email or through Fb or Twitter. Cuz i think (me alone), these customer care service doesn't let the department heads know thats there are so many issues regarding their company, cuz ultimately it will effect the company reputation and their jobs.

                                    P.S: If you find any contact details, do inform me. Will do the same.

                                        Hi team,

                                        This is regard to my power bank 16000mah which had issues in charging and i subsequently submitted to xiaomi service center at btm layout, bangalore (near water tank) during my warranty period. the order id when i purchased in mi.com is order number: [protected] (16-mar-2016).
                                        They had generated a job card (hhin[protected] dated 28th of may 2016.

                                        Every time i call/chat with customer support i get a prompt call that my device is under replacement and i need to wait for few days.
                                        I really don't no what your team is doing with my powerbank? i have hardly used my powerbank and i have paid for it.
                                        Please understand the gravity of the situation. i either need the powerbank or refund the money back for giving me a defective product.
                                        It has been more more than 3 months and am without product. i cannot wait anymore.

                                        Kindly don't neglect this email as there will be further course of action failing to respond to this email. further i need to know your course of action asap.
