Sir, i am rashid from delhi-110092. i have submitted my head phone at your service center vikas marg delhi-110092 on 03/05/2016 as my headphones was not working properly. but since then no favourable reply came from the concerned authority. and my headphone is still not replaced. so i am facing lots of problems due to this. kindly give me a favorable reply. i am hoping for your concern.

    This complaint is regarding the mi4i phone which is under warranty which i submittted to the mi authorised service center in karnal (m/s tara tel & mobile, mela ram school market, karnal) and the job card number is js[protected] dated 14 may 2016. according to the executive at the service center the mother board of this phone was faulty and it was supposed to be repaired. they gave me 15 days time for resolving the problem and after 15 days another 15 days time was given and so on. now even after 2 months gone i have not received my phone back. rather the executive at the service center now says that this job card no will have to be changed and new job card will be issued and it will again take 15 days time.
    I also tried to speak to mr. anurag sharma, who is manager with xiomi company but he supposed to be very busy and did not even bothered to listen to my problem.
    Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and get the problem resolved either by repairing the phone or by giving me a new phone against this one.

      I had terrible experience after buying your the phone of mi brand (xiaomi india) model no mi-339- mi31-16 g dual sim. i bought this mobile phone
      On 7 th october 2015. its charging port got broken on 21st may (7th month from purchase). hence it is still in warranty period. and i submitted
      To their park street service center, i was given job sheet, no js[protected] dated 23 may 2016. almost 2 months are over and yet my mobile set has not been repaired. i went several times to their service center but got disappointed every time on hearing that the parts in not available. if they are
      Unable to provide the spare part, they should replace with a new mobile
      Immediately. i wrote to their online customer support, website: www.mi.com/in on 25 june 2016 to which they replied on 27th june 2016 and asked for snapshot of job sheet and service center location, which i gave them by email reply on the same day but from that day their did not give me any reply, or solution, nor the service center repaired the phone or gave me a new phone.

      This is cheating and harassment, which is unacceptable. i want my phone repaired immediately or want a new phone given, as it is covered by warranty.

        It was very unpleasent to buy a mi moble, my mi moble display is not functioning i submitted it to service center in lajpat nagar delhi. it was almost a month i didnt get it back as thay not able to repair the mobile because of lack of spare parts. they were telling they didnt recieve any spare parts for last 2 months, and they were not providing any information whin my mobile will get corrected.

          Dear sir/mam,

          I buy many mobile from xiaomi brand. i have never face any issue in any products.

          Xiaomi redmi note3 last product i buy from xiaomi website on 30th march 2016. but i have facing camera issue (camera not working) from 20th june 2016. i submitted phone on 22nd june 2016 in mi service centre.
          Service centre :- gurgaon hcl (parshavnath arcadia, sector 14, gurgaon)
          Job sheet number :- wxin[protected]

          Every time i get same answer from service centre, it will take 4-5 days more.
          I m troubling issues without phone. i need my phone back with working camera condition. if it will take more time please provide new handset.

          Please resolve my issue it is already 22 days from the date of submit of handset.

            I had given my phone for repair, as there was no service center at place, xiaomi asked to send the phone to their service center via mi pick up service. They claimed that i would get my phone back in 7-10 days. But they took 80 days to return my phone. I could have withstood but they sent the phone back unrepaired. After which i went to local service center at bangalore and i was asked to send the phone back to pick up service or claim a new handset until the old one gets repaired as my phone is still in warranty. But the service center refuses to send me a new phone.

              I m joydeep das. (jobsheet no:js[protected]) i submitted my redmi 2 prime in service center for some motherbord issue on 13 may they give me the estimated time 20 may but they are faild which now complated 2month. they does not give any clear information and misgide me. now it's a high time i have no patients,
              Kindly arrange to
              1) replace my old cell with new handset,
              2) or i need warranty to be extended for wasting my two months
              3) if this is not possible then i need my money refunded to me asap!!!

                HI - my phone fell off the surface of a table at the height of 3 feet .
                I was on vibration and it fell off the table at an incoming call.
                The whole back cover is smashed like normal glass and its completely broken.
                You have written in your model description that its corning gorilla glass, im not sure if that is correct now.
                Either update your phone model details online or reimburse my damaged phone.
                Have purchased my mobile on 23 may, post that I faced some issue on the handset so submitted the handset in Vashi authorised service center on 11th June 2016

                Till date I haven't got my mobile back and no body is giving me exact date as to when I will get my mobile back.

                Tried calling customer care 4 times
                I purchase 20800 mah power bank from u company which is dilivered on 15/06/16 at 5 pm and order no.Oid110127 is not working properly n cable jack not connecting proprely. M kindly request u to replace it or return my money asap.
                Have purchased my mobile on 23 may, post that I faced some issue on the handset so submitted the handset in Vashi authorised service center on 11th June 2016

                Till date I haven't got my mobile back and no body is giving me exact date as to when I will get my mobile back.

                  I orederd a mobile on www.mi.com/in on 27april 2016 (order id - [protected]). it had hardware problem so i request for replacement. then they take back my mobile & then generate new order id (of replacement)-[protected]
                  Then my package was not delivered by saying that "incorrect address" it was totally harassment for me... they didn't delivered mobile for 1 months then i request for refund on 23 may 2016 & refund id generated ([protected])... they told that it can take 10-15 days.... today is around 45 days over. when i call to xiaomi every time they told that sir, plaese wait your refund is in process please wait for some days... they didn't never tell specific time or deadline time... every time they make me fool.
                  I m getting tired... totally disgusting


                  So pleassseeeee help me...

                  Mi customer service is worst of all the customer service i have ever experinced till date. I myself is an edurer with a similar issue like you.

                  In terms of suggestions, i would say that try to contact directly with the department heads by email or through Fb or Twitter. Cuz i think (me alone), these customer care service doesn't let the department heads know thats there are so many issues regarding their company, cuz ultimately it will effect the company reputation and their jobs.

                  P.S: If you find any contact details, do inform me. Will do the same.

                    But my refund taking more than a week time still not received According to your company policy return of refund should happened with a three days time(payment mode done by credit card).

                      Hi team,

                      This is regard to my power bank 16000mah which had issues in charging and i subsequently submitted to xiaomi service center at btm layout, bangalore (near water tank) during my warranty period. the order id when i purchased in mi.com is order number: [protected] (16-mar-2016).
                      They had generated a job card (hhin[protected] dated 28th of may 2016.

                      Every time i call/chat with customer support i get a prompt call that my device is under replacement and i need to wait for few days.
                      I really don't no what your team is doing with my powerbank? i have hardly used my powerbank and i have paid for it.
                      Please understand the gravity of the situation. i either need the powerbank or refund the money back for giving me a defective product.
                      It has been more more than 3 months and am without product. i cannot wait anymore.

                      Kindly don't neglect this email as there will be further course of action failing to respond to this email. further i need to know your course of action asap.

                        48 days has passed since i submitted my earphone but till date i have not got my earphones replaced.
                        If you can't provide proper service then why are you selling your products.
                        Your representative says that spare parts are coming from china; i don't understand they are bringing spare parts on foot or by cycle.
                        I have bought headphone to use it not to to keep it safely in mi service centre
                        If you guys can't repair my device or can't replace then please feel free to refund my money.
                        Otherwise you will be forcing me to go to consumer court for compensation.

                          My name is ketan b patil, i had given my redmi 2 prime 16gb (White) at the official service centre ccom telecommunications pvt ltd, thane on 19 may 2016 because of some camera issues. I was told that motherboard is damaged which will be changed (Covered in warranty) and they promised me that i'll be getting ma cell phone in 10-15 days but that dint happen, after calling in your service centre they informed me that it will take more time.

                          On 20th june 2016, i again called service center, staff at service center had no clue about my device, they told me to call xiomi's toll free number. After having long discussion with customer care executives they told me to wait for another 10 days. After 10 days, guy at service center said i will be getting my mobile phone on 6th july 2016. On 6th when i visited service centre they were unable to give my cell phone and they are giving me some lame excuse for the delay. Last week i again called the service centre but your staff was unable to locate my phone and were giving excuses for the delay.

                          It's been almost two months since the time i have given my cell phone for repairing. I even asked for some spare phone which i could use as stand by, but the staff was so arrogant and refused to do the same. I would strongly no recommend your companies cell phone for its poor customer services.

                          This is the tocken or ticket number[protected] of my conversation with your so called "customer care executives". They know nothing apart from being sorry after every statement and their pathetic service.

                          I am tired of narrating same story to everyone, now it's a high time i have no patients,
                          Kindly arrange to
                          1) replace my old cell with new handset,
                          2) or i need warranty to be extended for wasting my three months
                          3) if this is not possible then i need my money refunded to me asap!!!

                            Very inferior quality mobile, screen broke with just i ft fall, went to the service center and they said it will cost around 3050/-, and since they dont have the spare parts they cannot repair before 7-10 days. at the service center many people were frustrated and some of them were even shouting at the mi people as they were waiting for phone repair for more than a month. so i realised that it's after sale service is as horrible as the phone itself. don't buy these low grade chinese product, spend some extra money and buy a better brand. today on 11 july (after more than 15 days) 2016 i again inquired about the repair of my phone and they said they have not received the spare parts and probably will take a months to repair. xaomi is a cheap filthy company which dosent even have spare parts to rapair its inferior quality phone. after all these gadgets are of chinese companies, nothing much u can expect

                              My name is Sachin kumar and i bought MI note 3 around 15 days ago after getting and returning it 3 times becouse all handset had many problems.
                              By the way my complaint is ragarding to my handset and service centre.
                              30th june 2016 I went to daryaganj branch service centre and took my phone and as they said I have to wait only for 3 days. After 3 days I can have my handset with no any problems. I went after 3 days to collect my phone but again with no any reasons they said that I have to wait for 5 days more.
                              I said ok...and
                              I went after 5 days and this time the xiaomi service centre's authority explained me nothing and i heard once again that I have to wait more 15 to 20 days.
                              I raised my voice that what is happening? What are you doing this to me?
                              I have kept so much patience but you guys are telling me to do more wait.
                              Whay should I do this?
                              They say that come after 150 to 20 days then we will talk.

                              I kept patience and now I am frustrated and now it is very hard for me.

                              Once I bought this phone first time, I returned it after 2 day as it had jack problem. Second and third time also i faced this problem.

                              Finally when I'm having this handset...now it is in service centre and NO ONE is responsible there to answer me .
                              I dont know the problem of my phone and daryaganj service centre's poeple is not responding me enoughly good.

                              Whenever I call to service centre to know the updates and I say my name, they suddenly disconnect the call always.

                              So I am very tired with this this thing and i wand my phon as soon as possible or i want my money back. I cannot bear all these things.

                                I have bought redmi 2 prime from flipkart on[protected]invoice attached) but continuously i was facing problems such as low battery efficiency, low volume, touch unresponsive.. & suddenly my mobile got switched off then i visited the nearest mi store located at malviya nagar & asked them to resolve my problem asap, in return they generated a receipt & told me that my mobile will get repaired with in 15 days.

                                Now its more than 20 days but i haven't received any update regarding the same.

                                    I am suffering from your third class service from last 1 and half months and still didn't get my phone back in working condition.

                                    Around 1 and half month ago my phone stopped working so i submitted it laxmi nagar service center which mi's authorized service center but after keeping it around 7-8 days they inform me that i have to submit it in to another service center and i. e in daryaganj in delhi only after submitting there they kept it around 1 month and when i asked for update they told me that there is some 'motherboard' issue in my phone and need to be replace and they are not receiving parts from mi. so they and customer care executive suggested me to avail the pick mi service and get back the phone from daryaganj service center and i did the same after one week my phone was taken by one your executive due to pick mi service and after 1 day i got call from you and informed that my phone does not come under warranty because its seal has been removed and some screws are missing internally. as i explained all the scenario there is not my fault it was already operated by mi's authorized service center.

                                    I am forwarding you all the mail conversation that has been done till now and mail from manager of daryaganj service center regarding same.

                                    So i want to request you that i have already been suffered mi in last 2 months kindly look in to on priority basis and fix it asap.

                                    Moreover all other mobile brands have much better service then mi in any way and they used to provide an alternative phone in case there is any issue which takes too much time to fix, its been almost a 2 month now and i still don't know weather my phone is going to fix or not and when that makes me think about my decision that i took while buying mi phone and due to this exp i will never go for mi now and will explain what happened to me each any every social network and i have.

                                    Hope after all this you guys may do something in my fervor.

                                      I have submitted my mi 4i in mi service center, rohini on 23 may 2016
                                      Motherboard of the phine is to be replaced as it is lagging apllications and affecting hardware of phone like speakers.
                                      Phone is still in warrenty and they promised to return the phone after repairing within 25 days
                                      Today it is more than 1.5 months.
                                      I have registered my complaint on mi hotline and complaint no is[protected]
                                      Hence i still have no response from any of their representative.

                                        The worst after sales service. My mi4i phone which is in warranty was not starting because of some rain water logged inside it due to my mistake but that is different thing. I visited mi service centre in malad west, mumbai i was informed that my motherboard has been short circuit and it will cost rs. 10600 to repair it and was also adviced to buy a new phone instead. But after that i just visited to a local repair store and there i found that in my phone the power strip was not working and i got it repaired for just rs.1200.
