I brought a Mi phone 7 months back but was facing a problem wherein I cannot hear anything on phone unless put on speaker.
Incidence date 8th July 2016
I went to service centre in Pune. TVS electronics Pvt Ltd. Firstly, their phone number was out of service. Secondly after going their they needed the bill and cannot trace the bil.. In the world of digitization who carries a paper?
No help and co-operation in the same.
Then finally on my own accord I found it.
Then they checked it and said that the mother board needs to be replaced, which will take 45 days or more and phone is to be kept with them?

How is this justified? What will the customer do without a phone for straight 45 days and what will the service centre do with the phone for 45 days? This is no customer service, where you have an infrastructure just for namesake. Moreover, the attitude of the staff was very rude.

Sir my mobile redmi note 3 had problem in gyroscope so i told them to replace it after registering for replacement i was supposed to have a callback about confirmation in 24 hours as told by them but instead of this they called me after 10 days and up untill now my phone has not been picked up and it has been 33 or some days

Everytime i call them they say that my problem will be resolved in 2 to 3 days but nothing happens i keep on calling and mailing them everyday

I have ordered mi 20000mah powerbank on 4th may 20016.
And i raised replacement request on 19th may 2016.
Then on 9th june they told me to deliver product on own expense.
So, i sent it and it got delivered to them on 13h june 2016.

Its been more than 2 months still yet to receive product.

I follow-up every second day and get only false promises that soon you will receive it.

Worst service ever faced.

Hi all,

I purchased redmi note 3 recently in june, and the phone unfortunately locked due to forgot pattern error. i dialed toll free number and they suggested me to check in nearest mi store. i live in gurgaon and dialed their service center number in gurgaon, only to end up in endless attempts for the past 3 days with no response. i can't use my new phone and this is the worst customer service ever encountered! please get this fixed asap!

I bought my mi redimi note 3 just 2 months ago. Only after few days it started there were many problems with the phone. There was network issue, it started hanging, its finger print sensor didn't work. There was auto on-off issue with the phone as well.

I went to mi service centre in janak puri. They took my phone for repair but even after 20 days i have not got my phone back.

I have given my mobile phone in the servicing center in hyderabad, kukatpally on 25/06/2016 and they have told me to wait for 30 minutes. after that, they told me that they will inform me on monday as they are still trying to find the issue. (service order number wxin[protected]

It's been nearly two weeks and i haven't received any information from the service center. i have tried to call on the number[protected] and i am getting responses like 'the number you have called is not accepting any calls at this moment, please try after some time'. i have tried to call this number more than a thousand times and the response is same.

I have reached customer care on [protected] to escalate this issue and here too they have told me that the issue will be resolved in 24 working hours.
But till now no response.

This is the worst service i have ever seen.

I purches redmi-2 prime on flipkart.

I have problem in mic & camera.

Mi service center at vadodara not give reply he is said some unnecessary reason they said here old staff is not work properly and company resticated him. your employee is not work is not my problem & customer care is also said wait some days. but how many days. i also do complain in customer care with complain no - 1827321

Now i am tired to talk with customer care.

Please help me now i am tired and mentally disturb

Dear sir

as per the reference of bills which enclosed in attachment that

i have purchased redmi note prime 16 g white from mi.Com on 29/01/2016. After one month it starts various problem continously. After this another various problem occurs like otg not support, heating problem etc

we have given our redmi prime note to your agra service center for otg not supported reason.

They continously giving us time 05 or 10 days.

They given us the collective date 14.06.16 to me.

But now, again saying more than 10 days it take .

I calls today 06.07.2016 to know status of my redmi note, they said that do not call to us when it repairs we will call you

please take immediate action & reply early

note- if you are not able to clear my problem then either replace the phone or refund back my amount which i paid you during the purchase.

This is to inform you that on 09-Jun-2016 I have given one Redmi Note Prime 16G White, Serial Number: [protected], Jobsheet No.-JS[protected] to service center Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, 20-H, Park Street, Kolkata to rectifying problem. This phone is under warranty, purchase date is 26-Jan-2016 from MI online store.

I have visited to the service center and call the Help Line Service for several times but got same reply that still work is in progress. It is almost 1 month Please take immediate action to rectify the problem.

Also extend my warranty of the phone as it is laying in service center for one month within 12 months warranty period.

It has been almost 1 month my mobile is submitted for repair but they still does not repair my mobile and talk very rudly. This type of issue is faced by many xiaomi users. i request you to take action against this complain.

my complain is still not resolved. I didnt get my phone yet. It has been more then 1 month my phone is in service center but not repaired yet. Service center told me for replacement but not giving replacement.

Kindly request you to do needful. Take some action against this.

I have purchased Redmi note 3 mobile from mi.com, but the mentioned 16 Megapixel rear camera has very low quality. I have old mobile with 8 Megapixel camera and I compare video quality of video recording with new redmi note 3 camera then observed that the Redmi note 3 mobile 16 Megapixel camera has very low quality.

Please give me valid answer. Is it possible to resolve the issue using software upgradation? otherwise I have only one option to lodge complaint in consumer forum for refund.

My phone had a Front camera problem on 18/05/2016 and i have submitted the phone on 23/05/2016 to the Xiomi Exclusive Service Center in Tirupathi mobile care. They cannot write the jobsheet no. : (attaching soft copy with it) mentioning expected date of return as 03/06/2016. I visited the service centre to get my phone back, but it was not returned asking me to take back phone after 2 weeks as spare parts are not available. i visited again after 2 weeks, but still the phone was not repaired. They told me to talk to customer care on[protected]. my sister rithika mobile no [protected] alsoconstantly following them up from the last 7 days since 28/06/2016. They made me the false promises to be called up by the service centre team in the next 24 hours for the update. But no call for the update till date is received. In the process, I talked to Ajay, Priya, and 2 members i don't know their names exactly, they are saying your phone was problem solved ready to use please collect from service centre (as they told-they all are senior supervisor). They deny to talk with the manager and no one is taking action. i want immediate my phone or replacement. I am a middle class person cannot afford the another phone. My phone is there in the Service Centre from above 50 days.Please help in the case. Attaching Bill Copy and Jobsheet Copy for reference.
