Hi i have purchased mi note 3 32gb. It's giving me software issue while connecting with wifi network. Everytime it's crashing. I am out of india now and will be back at 4th august. I purchased this phone from flipkart. As soon as i get this i boarded to out of india for some project. It's getting hanged if i make call from what's app. I have upgrade the software but no use.

I had given my mobile phone at the official service centre in indore, m. p. on 4 may '16 facing some performance and sim reading issues. i was told that mother and daughter board is damaged which will be changed (covered in warranty). on 17 june '16 i was told by the service centre in charge that the service centre has been shut down by the company and i had to take my un-repaired phone back.

Again on 22 june'16, i requested for pickmi service where the company will pick up the phone from my address and repair it in 7-8 days (as told by the customer care representative), its been 18 days and i still haven't received my phone back and the company had no idea when it will be repaired. all i'm told at the customer care is to wait for few days.

I have registered some complaints with the company, i was told to be contacted by the complaints departmentu in 48 hours but that didn't happen.

So, overall its been more than 2 months i haven't got my phone repaired from 1 year warranty slab.

What do i do now?

Mobile is working through muse is ok but there touch pad [screen touch] are not work from the 09/07/2016 7.00 am. we are formatting and update also, but problem are not resolved. so you tell me what i do about this and how,

I purchase mi ear phones from mi website 5 month before.
After 1 month it's not working good. I submitted to mi service center and they said you will get after 13 days but they returned after one month.
After using 15 days same problem occurs
I was again submitted the earphones on 24th may 2016.
And i am waiting till now (10 july 2016)
When i called to mi toll free number, they said that the product is not available wait for sometime
I can't understand how much time
This is my first experience with mi
I understand that all the chinese product is chinese which have no garuntee...
The worst product which i use ever...

I have bought redmi note 3 phone on 22 june 2016. from the day 2, it was hanged. i have contacted their customer support team on mail and call various times (8-10 times). but they haven't respond me even single time.
I have sent image of phone during hanged also i have called there support team as well as post on their official twitter account but i didn't get any resolution.

Please help me.

I have given my mi4i to the xiaomi service center on 28/05/2016 but haven't got it back yet and all i'm getting is useless excuses that the parts are not available, go and talk to the customer care and we can't do anything about it. i even talked to the customer care and they said that they will look into the matter and it has been more than 15 days since i talked to them but there is no progress in my complaint. i asked the service center to return my phone but they have damaged it even more and the phone is now not even switching on. what can i do now, i'm facing lot of trouble due to this.
Please help!!

I have tried reaching the customer support toll free number for 17 times regarding mi account activation issue. many executives disconnected the phone without directing me to the proper stages. each of the executive has suggested me 17 different ways to reset my phone. since its quite strange that i am struggling for the past 15 days for the same issue. kindly help me out in resolving the issue

Deposited to your service centre at shillong, meghalaya vide their work
Order no. 536 of 09 april 2016. after lapse of more than 3 months neither
The set has been repaired nor any positive response received. on
Contacting your service centre they informed that the accessories have not
Been received from company so we cannot do anything and also told to take
Your mobile back.

Please look into the matter to repair my mobile at the earliest or to
Replace the same otherwise i will compel to knock the doors of consumer court

If you guys dont have parts then please your center or refund my phone cost back,

This company's service center is wrost wrost wrost...

They don't repair any cell on time. if phone has any small problem they will say it will be repaire in 1 mnth. while problem can be solve in 1hour.
Bt they will not repair it on that time...

I brought a Mi phone 7 months back but was facing a problem wherein I cannot hear anything on phone unless put on speaker.

I went to service centre in Pune. TVS electronics Pvt Ltd. Firstly, their phone number was out of service. Secondly after going their they needed the bill and cannot trace the bil.. In the world of digitization who carries a paper?
No help and co-operation in the same.
Then finally on my own accord I found it.
Then they checked it and said that the mother board needs to be replaced, which will take 45 days or more and phone is to be kept with them?

How is this justified? What will the customer do without a phone for straight 45 days and what will the service centre do with the phone for 45 days? This is no customer service, where you have an infrastructure just for namesake. Moreover, the attitude of the staff was very rude.

Sir my mobile redmi note 3 had problem in gyroscope so i told them to replace it after registering for replacement i was supposed to have a callback about confirmation in 24 hours as told by them but instead of this they called me after 10 days and up untill now my phone has not been picked up and it has been 33 or some days

I have ordered mi 20000mah powerbank on 4th may 20016.
And i raised replacement request on 19th may 2016.
Then on 9th june they told me to deliver product on own expense.
So, i sent it and it got delivered to them on 13h june 2016.

I follow-up every second day and get only false promises that soon you will receive it.

Worst service ever faced.

Hi all,

I purchased redmi note 3 recently in june, and the phone unfortunately locked due to forgot pattern error. i dialed toll free number and they suggested me to check in nearest mi store. i live in gurgaon and dialed their service center number in gurgaon, only to end up in endless attempts for the past 3 days with no response. i can't use my new phone and this is the worst customer service ever encountered! please get this fixed asap!

I received a xiaomi redmi note prime yesterday ordered by the mi site but its too much hanging and not work properly. my order no.-[protected].
order date: 2-7-2016, received date[protected].
please resolved the problem as early as possible.

I bought my mi redimi note 3 just 2 months ago. Only after few days it started there were many problems with the phone. There was network issue, it started hanging, its finger print sensor didn't work. There was auto on-off issue with the phone as well.

I went to mi service centre in janak puri. They took my phone for repair but even after 20 days i have not got my phone back.

I have given my mobile phone in the servicing center in hyderabad, kukatpally on 25/06/2016 and they have told me to wait for 30 minutes. after that, they told me that they will inform me on monday as they are still trying to find the issue. (service order number wxin[protected]

It's been nearly two weeks and i haven't received any information from the service center. i have tried to call on the number[protected] and i am getting responses like 'the number you have called is not accepting any calls at this moment, please try after some time'. i have tried to call this number more than a thousand times and the response is same.

I have reached customer care on [protected] to escalate this issue and here too they have told me that the issue will be resolved in 24 working hours.
But till now no response.

This is the worst service i have ever seen.
