Dear sir

as per the reference of bills which enclosed in attachment that

i have purchased redmi note prime 16 g white from mi.Com on 29/01/2016. After one month it starts various problem continously. After this another various problem occurs like otg not support, heating problem etc

we have given our redmi prime note to your agra service center for otg not supported reason.

They continously giving us time 05 or 10 days.

They given us the collective date 14.06.16 to me.

But now, again saying more than 10 days it take .

I calls today 06.07.2016 to know status of my redmi note, they said that do not call to us when it repairs we will call you

please take immediate action & reply early

note- if you are not able to clear my problem then either replace the phone or refund back my amount which i paid you during the purchase.

Company has not taken any steps to resolve Their email address is -- [email protected] - they have only replied with an apology email. They said they will give me a replacement new phone however now says we cannot give. Xiaomi Hotline: 1800-103-6286 Below is the email from Xiaomi customer service representative. Do not worry as I will surely help you in this regards. Mr. Fernandes, I know that how it is important for you to get your device repaired by service center at the earliest. Please accept my sincere apologies in this regard. This is not what we expect for our customers to face it. I will forward your comments as feedback to our relevant department and will make sure this is not repeated in the future. I would like to inform you that your concern has been already escalated to relevant department for proper handling.     This is to inform you that on 09-Jun-2016 I have given one Redmi Note Prime 16G White, Serial Number: [protected], Jobsheet No.-JS[protected] to service center Kolkata MI Exclusive Service Center, 20-H, Park Street, Kolkata to rectifying problem. This phone is under warranty, purchase date is 26-Jan-2016 from MI online store.

    I have visited to the service center and call the Help Line Service for several times but got same reply that still work is in progress. It is almost 1 month Please take immediate action to rectify the problem.

    Also extend my warranty of the phone as it is laying in service center for one month within 12 months warranty period.

      I buy mi4i mobile in october 2015 and it has only completed 6 months and my camera is not working and when i go to service center they said mother board is not working. It has been almost 1 month my mobile is submitted for repair but they still does not repair my mobile and talk very rudly. This type of issue is faced by many xiaomi users. i request you to take action against this complain.

      my complain is still not resolved. I didnt get my phone yet. It has been more then 1 month my phone is in service center but not repaired yet. Service center told me for replacement but not giving replacement.

      Kindly request you to do needful. Take some action against this.

              Hello sir,
              I have purchase mi band from there official website on date 06-apr-2016
              But mi hasn't unable to delivery the product nor they give me the refund.
              I have contact via mail, customer care in chat, directly call to customer care.
              But everywhere i got same reply you hold on for 3 days your product or coupon will delivery to you soon. but now 90 days gone still i dnd know the full state.

                I have purchased Redmi note 3 mobile from mi.com, but the mentioned 16 Megapixel rear camera has very low quality. I have old mobile with 8 Megapixel camera and I compare video quality of video recording with new redmi note 3 camera then observed that the Redmi note 3 mobile 16 Megapixel camera has very low quality.

                Please give me valid answer. Is it possible to resolve the issue using software upgradation? otherwise I have only one option to lodge complaint in consumer forum for refund.

                  I have purchased a MI4I mobile on 17.07.2015 . From yesterday it was hang up and its touch screen is not working .When i went to service centre at sunny paradise, tonk road, jaipur (Raj.) they will told me that this mobile is went on water some indication is coming but this mobile never went in water and the will take rupees 4200 for repairing while this mobile is under warrenty.                     HI Iam naresh, From chittoor, andhraparadesh i have purchased Redmi 2 Mobile phone from Online Flipkart Website with IMEI no. : [protected]. My phone had a Front camera problem on 18/05/2016 and i have submitted the phone on 23/05/2016 to the Xiomi Exclusive Service Center in Tirupathi mobile care. They cannot write the jobsheet no. : (attaching soft copy with it) mentioning expected date of return as 03/06/2016. I visited the service centre to get my phone back, but it was not returned asking me to take back phone after 2 weeks as spare parts are not available. i visited again after 2 weeks, but still the phone was not repaired. They told me to talk to customer care on[protected]. my sister rithika mobile no [protected] alsoconstantly following them up from the last 7 days since 28/06/2016. They made me the false promises to be called up by the service centre team in the next 24 hours for the update. But no call for the update till date is received. In the process, I talked to Ajay, Priya, and 2 members i don't know their names exactly, they are saying your phone was problem solved ready to use please collect from service centre (as they told-they all are senior supervisor). They deny to talk with the manager and no one is taking action. i want immediate my phone or replacement. I am a middle class person cannot afford the another phone. My phone is there in the Service Centre from above 50 days.Please help in the case. Attaching Bill Copy and Jobsheet Copy for reference.

                      This is regarding the complaint id 1867536.

                      I had purchased a mi earphones costing rs.999 from official xiaomi india website. it started malfunctioning within the warranty period. i approached the mi service center at vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra, on 20th may, regarding this problem and they issued me a job sheet (hhin[protected] and was told that the replacement earphones will reach on or before 20th june. i was said i will be contacted by the service center when the earphones reaches them and i will have to collect it personally from center.

                      I received a call from the customer care on 18th of june, two day before the said 20th june, saying that the replacement product will be directly shipped to the address corresponding to the original order id of the earphones. the address was of the previous office and i wanted it shipped to my new office address. for this, i was told by the customer care personnel to order any product from the official xiaomi website and cancel the order and provide that new order id. the replacement product will be sent to the address corresponding to the new order id. like said, i ordered a xiaomi enhanced blue led light with order id [protected]. i was told that the product will reach me just any online order within the usual 4-7 working days.

                      Now it has been more than 2 weeks after the said date and i still have not got my replacement product. i contacted the xiaomi customer care 5 times in this time and still have not heard anything useful from them. they do not even know the whereabouts of the product and just tell me to wait. i had requested a callback with the status of the product and still have not heard from them even once. it is always me asking about the product. today i called again and asked the call to be transferred to the higher authority as nothing could be done by other representatives. after long waiting i was attended by a personnel. she said the same like others, to wait more. she was not willing to introduce herself to me. after long asking she said her name is varsha and she is the floor supervisor, which also i think is a lie. the way she was talking also was very unprofessional. when she was asked to tell her name and designation, she refused blatantly. after much asking she told me the name. during which she was yelling to her counterparts in a very bad and derogatory way that i am asking her details. as far as i understand, the representative should introduce with their name and designation before attending the customer's concern.

                        I have given my mi5 for repair which is having minor display problem. It's been one month since my device is with customer care (So called technical center). Only i have received update is there is no availability of parts so wait some times (This some time converted into one month till they don't have parts but they have fresh stock of mi5 every week!!!). I have also check online about other customers of xiaomi they are also having same problem, even some of them have waited 2-3 month for spare parts to be available but still its not available it's strange.

                        ludicrous, lowest grade customer service below this level no company even think to reach...no reply only one word "sir, please wait some time"...I think I have to wait till my warranty expire without using phone...

                          it was delivered at my home and i opened it after reaching home at 9.30pm
                          the packaging was fine but the case was bent at two spots.
                          so i placed it back in the packaging and called the customer support next morning but failed to connect after several tries. so i contacted the customer care via online chat. the support executive...

                          When i was upadate my MI4i MIUI 7.3 to 7.5.0.1 from that time my buttons not working properly some time they start working and most of the time tgey not.
                          I can't even able to go my home page for open a new application when i already open a old application because the home switch is not working.
                          So please solve this problem and i[censored] can't than give me a link to download my old MIUI 7.3 i can't afford this problem too far...

                            I have given my mobile for servicing in
                            Xiaomi service center, TVS Electronics, no 4M-403, Kammanahalli Main road, Kalyan Nagar, Above KFC restaurant.
                            Kalyan Nagar branch on 4th May 2016. Two issues were identified by discussing with service center representative Yasmeen :-

                            a) Display problem b) Motherboard Issue

                            It was said to me that I would get back my phone after 10 - 12 days. It is now almost 2 month, I don't have phone in Hand.

                            Also I am facing following challenges :-
                            a) The service center don't pick up phone. Even they pick up they say would update by 5:00 PM but no updates comes
                            b) Today morning I went to service center, the representative was rude, was not talking to me properly and after standing for 10 mins they told me I would get the phone after 1 week.

                            Ravikanth Escalation Manager dont respond at all..
                            God knows when I would get back my phone.
                            Mi Guys .. please respond.. and atleast come forward and talk to customers..

                            Can I have status on phone and how soon I can get it??

I have facing problam regarding network problam, when I call up any ph no signle has been lost nd the speed of mobile is very slow. when I visited ur service center then the expert o[censored]r company he told me we have to change the mother board he told me its the process of 15 days thts why Im realy fad up to u nd ur service.
                              Pls.give me.salution as soon as possible.

                                    I have placed an order to buy xiomi note3 on 17/06/2016 via order number[protected] which i did not received till 30/06, finally i requested to cancel my order and provide me refund, but till date no refund has been made, and when inquired from the customer care they say first when we receive handset in our warehouse only then we will refund the money. my dear officials kindly make me understand when i have not received the handset how will we return it.
