I bought this phone from http://www.mi.com/in/. After they delivered this phone i faced issues with network fluctuation & battery issue. I complaint them, than when ever i mail him they just replied the same, like a template based reply, I have also attached screenshot for this. It already 10 days, but there is not solution i got. they are also not giving any expended warranty for that, they saying will give you warranty from starting date

    I bought redmi note 3 in june, i got starting problems in 2-3 days and i contacted mi toll free no. they sai to upgrade into highest miui version and i did. i used it for 2-3 days and conatcted again but unable to contact.when i again contacted they saidn keep using phone after reset.i do factory reset but nothing happened.i ask for exchange they denied by saying its 2 days above and said i[censored] r having soo much problems our member must submit a return compaint. i got dissatisfied. now my phone sometimes get hanged and got power off and starts heating upto(40-45deg).my phone app automatcically get closed. i am having problem in censor (fingerprint) unable to use sometimes.during a call if i want to use speaker to want to cut it i am unable sometimes.restarting problem is still there.i just give very poor rating to mi.

      I have purchased Mi4i Mobile phone from Online Flipkart Website on 28/10/2015 with IMEI no. : [protected]. My phone had a charging problem and touch screen problem on 18/05/2016 and i have submitted the phone on 19/05/2016 to the Xiomi Exclusive Service Center in Vadodara at Trident Complex. They created the jobsheet with no. : JS[protected] (attaching soft copy with it) mentioning expected date of return as 03/06/2016. I visited the service centre to get my phone back, but it was not returned asking me to take back phone after 2 weeks as spare parts are not available. i visited again after 2 weeks, but still the phone was not repaired. They told me to talk to customer care on[protected]. I am constantly following them up from the last 7 days since 28/06/2016. They made me the false promises to be called up by the after sales team in the next 24 hours for the update. But no call for the update till date is received. In the process, I talked to Abdullah, Mayank, Dharam, Ramakrishan, Harsh (as they told-they all are senior supervisor). They deny to talk with the manager and no one is taking action. Neither call has been transferred to After Sales department. No provision for spare phone is available as told by them and neither for replacement. I am a middle class person cannot afford the another phone. My phone is there in the Service Centre from above 50 days.Please help in the case. Attaching Bill Copy and Jobsheet Copy for reference.

        I ordered a earphone from Xiaomi on 29-May-2016 for my sister. Order number : [protected]. It was received by her in laws on 01-Jun-2016. Being a working woman she couldn't open it till Sunday. To our horror, she found the box empty. The package was not tempered with. That means it was missing from the origin itself. On writing to customer care they bluntly replied it's more than 24 hours so we cannot do anything. I am not sure if anything can be done now. But still I want to report it.

            I was facing microphone problem in phone. so i went to the nearest service center on[protected] which is located at 102, piyuraj chambers, swastik cross road, c g road, ahmedabad - 380009, next to honda bikes showroom.
            My job sheet # is wxin[protected].

            They have given me the time limit of 15 days and already one month has been passed and still they are telling the same reason as they have not received the parts from the company, their excuse has made me to shed another rs. 10, 000 as i have purchased a new phone and because them i had suffered a huge financial loss as i was not bale to make contact with my clients.

            You are requested to take strict action against them and i want repay for my financial loss.

              This is to bring your kind attention that after shopping a value - able phone xiaomi (mi note 3, 32gb, golden colour) from your esteem company. after 2 week phone suddenly get shut down (died) which is not at all acceptable, so i visited the near by service center (customer care) kamla nagar, delhi. they submitted the phone by replying that phone was dead and it will take approx. 2 week for rectifying the problem. after their reply i was really shocked that how its possible that a new phone was dead in few days o[censored]se. however i received it with a ray of hope that i will not encounter any further issue but soon after receiving it. new problem starts like - network & range issue, getting heating and hanging. after that i visited to another service center, rohini, sector-7, delhi, for the new problems (, getting heating, hanging and network (range) issue. service center executive told me that your phone problem will be short out within 2 days. i agreed and submitted my phone at their. after 2 days, i received it network problem got resolved but other problems remain same. after 1-2 days phone got died"again. now i fed up with the phone and the service which was provided by the service center. i already lodges a complaint in consumer complaints but my problem not resolve till date. i would like to inform the company and service center as well, that i am not their servant. as consumer of their product, i paid a huge amount for the"good product and best service"which i not received till date. now i decided not to visit again and again to the service center for the problems, i am not satisfied at all with the phone and the service. so experience of new phone was"bad"and service center experience was really"pathetic". now i want refund of all the money with compensation charges of my transportation and the leave taken from the office.

                I bought a MI 5 very recently shelling out 25 k, but within 2 months there is a problem with mother board. They initially promised to resolve the issue within 2 or 3 days but now they say that it will take more than 15 days. This is ridiculous!! I asked them for replacement since it is a new set but they are not ready for it.

                I will be travelling in 10 days and they are not ready to provide any kind of service . They place the call on hold for half an hour and vanish. I realy need the set within next two days.
                Please help me find a way out

                  My phone was under warrante and i had problems regarding network so i gave my phone to customer care executive and they fixed the network issue but after 2-5 days the network issue again started and on 5-may-2016 i again went to the customer executive of Mi company and they asked to submit my phone to them for 20-25 days and from thensince 2 months till date 4-july-2016 they are not giving proper answer to me and not giving my unrepaired phone back to me so please help me am a simple poor man i bought this mobile with my 2 months salary .. Please i need some help from you people
                  My phone mi note 2 prime it's speaker was not give sound during call where as it was working.so how to solve this problem please give me a right solutions

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased Mi4i in oct 2015. In March 2016 problems started coming in. Handset got restarted/ switchoff many times in day or dead sometimes. I have submitted this to customer care 4 times and they replaced Motherboard 2 times. But same problem continues. And no stand-by phone given to me during this period and visited Customer Care multiple times. But no positive response and said there is manufacturing defect in motherboards. And they told they can just repair it and you can visit again if again problem comes. I am very much harassed by Customer care, Service Centre officials. Expecting some help from you in this regard.

                        I am not someone who goes and writes review about anyone or anything...but this place, my god is undoubtedly the worst service center i have seen in my life...not only are the people in charge rude they have no idea what they are doing... gave my phone for repair at this service center (i[censored] want to call this that) they said 14 days for repair took them a whole 3 weeks...okay i will choose to ignore that people are hardly able to meet deadlines especially expecting that of a Chinese(intentionally being rude so that it enters the thick skull) manufacturer. I should have thought of that while buying the phone...anyways after 18 days i kept calling them for three days no one ever attends or calls back...finally fed up i sent my friend to go to the service center...they wont even acknowledge her...she stood there for 45 mins and i had to call up customer care to make them convince these people to acknowledge a fact that a human being has spent 45 mins staring at their sorry faces...it took a week more for them to repair my phone...And exactly after 4 days of proper functioning the phone is facing the same problem again...I would like to ask 'MI', is just selling phones in bulk their only target...or does "quality" even picture in there business model...A very very very disappointed customer...I am sorry if i have come off to be rude but there is only that much patience a normal person can have.

                          I have purchased Mi 4i device from Amazon and due to some defect I have submitted it to the Mi service center Ahmedabad near judges bungalow. They have told me that you will get your phone within 10 to 15 days. But even after more than 20 days there is no update. Whenever I call the sevice center, they have only one reply, "We do not have Mi 4i parts available, you will get your phone as soon as we receive the parts". And there is no estimation when they will receive the parts.

                          I am tired of calling them as every time they give me the same reply. Here I am mentioning details of my phone.

                          When it exceed to 25 days, Go to consumer court and claim a case on customer care as well as in xiaomi company. Nowadays the consumer court is very active towards cellphone companies and take action fast. I hope they will provide you a good suggestion.

                              My new purchased Mi5 phone gone faulty in 9 days and waiting for replacement.
                              On 21 June 2016, during the night, it stopped suddenly and never boot again, I tried to recharged but not charging symptoms and no response. It was dead. Immediately next day I send mail to customer support and they replied with customer complaint number:[protected]
                              Now every day I am doing follow-up with online chat as well as call center for this issue but they have not yet send guy to pick up the old faulty handset and no clear idea what is TAT and SLA in Xiaomi customer support.
                              Every time when i was calling i am getting very generic answer like "we have escalated your issue to concern team and they will contact you very soon" no idea how many days or month they will take.

                              If Xiaomi taking advance money from customer then whet not providing replacement immediately if device failed in 10 days?
                              My experience about the service us one of the bad service and support i realized end of the day because no one knows TAT and when this complaint will be resolved.

                              Still after 10 days i am waiting for replacement.

                                  Dear All, this is really disappointing that your after sale service is terrible and full of false promises, i had given my phone on 14th June 2016 due to some minor problem with its microphone, as i was given the time for 10 days maximum and was asked to get it collected by 23rd june 2016, but to my surprise the phone is still not delivered yet (01.07.2016), as i am a smart phone user and i use it for my personal and professional use, and not having a phone is causing a lot of personal and professional problems, no i request you to please look into the matter and resolve the same as soon as possible...

                                    Today i went to service center with redmi 2 prime of adress ahmedabad mi exclusive service center, 102, piyuraj chambers, next to honda bikes show room, swastik cross roads, c. G. Road, ahmedabad-380009. And my phone is in warrenty then also the service center incharge given me that my phone is not in warrenty. Kindly provide good service otherwise your company has no reputation. I am sitting there and i observed that who ever come with warrrent device the service center incharge give only one reply that there is water inside ur phone so it will not come under warrenty. And shocking thing is that we cant see what they are doing inside the room and they came out from room and said only one word there is water in your phone. Around 6-7 customers are back to home because they said there is water in your phone. The same answer also given to me that there is water in your phone. Then i ask about report so in report they did not specified that due to water my phone is not covered under warrenty. And when i given to local service person they said nothing about water only 50 rupee charge will happen and your phone is ready. The mi service center given me cost of repairing 5000 rupee. I am attaching the copy of report and my invoice copy kindly take the action. Now i will never buy mi phones today the worst experience i got.

                                      It was really a bad experience with you guys. I had deposited my headphones for repair/replacement on 17th June'16. I was told it will be delivered as soon as possible.Its 30th today which means its almost two weeks now. I am leaving for Patna tomorrow and there is nobody to collect that even if it comes now. This is ridiculous and I am really upset as a normal delivery doesnt take more than a week and this is taking so long.

                                      Now as I cannot collect that in person nor my aged parents. I want it to be delivered to my place.Kindly do the needful .
                                      There is burning mark on right side of the screen. Looking very bad and disturbing while reading. How can be happen within6 month. Screen gets very hot.I want replacement of my handset. What should I do for this.

                                        I have cell phone xiaomi mi4i there was a problem with the display as there were lines on the display. So I deposited it to the service centre in vashi in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra the service centre told me that it will take 10-15 days to be repaired . I deposited on 16th june 2016 and the delivery date was 30th June 2016 after 10 days when I called I received the answer that the spare parts are still not available and they asked me to wait for some more time I called on
                                        companies toll free number to register the complaint but they also ask me to wait .I have no status of my complaint its 30th June 2016 today and when I called the service centre they said that the spare parts are still not available I don't understand when the service centre has given a 10-15 days delivery time and its almost exceeding the delivery date so why can't they help in my issue.
                                        I am filing this complaint because as the service centre has not repaired my cellphone on time and being informing the company through the toll free number and raising complaint several times my complaint has had not been resolved.
