Sir,
I have cell phone xiaomi mi4i there was a problem with the display as there were lines on the display. So I deposited it to the service centre in vashi in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra the service centre told me that it will take 10-15 days to be repaired . I deposited on 16th june 2016 and the delivery date was 30th June 2016 after 10 days when I called I received the answer that the spare parts are still not available and they asked me to wait for some more time I called on
companies toll free number to register the complaint but they also ask me to wait .I have no status of my complaint its 30th June 2016 today and when I called the service centre they said that the spare parts are still not available I don't understand when the service centre has given a 10-15 days delivery time and its almost exceeding the delivery date so why can't they help in my issue.
I am filing this complaint because as the service centre has not repaired my cellphone on time and being informing the company through the toll free number and raising complaint several times my complaint has had not been resolved.

    Xiaomi — Cell phone not repaired on time


    Sir,
    I have cell phone redmi 2 Prime there was a problem with the motherboard as the camera was not connecting. So I deposited it to the service centre in LDH itdcl tech support the service centre told me that it will take 15 DAYS to be repaired . I deposited on 11 june and the delivery date was 25 June 2016 after15 days when I called I received the answer that the spare parts are still not available and they asked me to wait for some more time I called on
    companies toll free number to register the complaint but they also ask me to wait its almost one and a half month I have no status of my complaint its 30th June 2016 today and when I called the service centre they said that some spare parts have arrived but they have no information as if they belong to my cell phone or not so they have asked me to call again after some time t
    o check whether my cell phone spare parts are available or not I don't understand when the service centre has given a15 days delivery time and its almost exceeding the delivery date so why can't they help in my issue.

      I brought redmi note 3 on 28 may 2016, i got so many problem like hanging and heat, i submitted my mobile to kormangala service center on 18 june 2016 after 10 days, i called to customer care regarding my mobile they told me its in process its motherboard not working properly. I asked him when i will get back my mobile they did not reply

          I was having issue with charging of phone. So i went to malviya nagar delhi mi service center. They formatted the phone and in that process motherboard get corrupted. This happened on 16 june 2016. They told me it will take ten days as they need to import the motherboard. Its been more than 2 weeks but i still haven't received my phone back. Even after constant follow ups i get the same answer that we are awaiting mother board. They are saying it might take another 1 month as they are not sure when they will get the mother board. Its pathetic service of xiaomi mi brand in india and they are completely harassing the consumers. It's in warranty period. I am attaching service order copy for your reference. Please help me. Ask them to give me a new phone as the warranty is not expired or repair and give me my phone back at earliest.

            Sir i have purchased the phone on november 2015 but from next month the touch screen doesnot work properly and the phone hanged every time.but from april2016 the condition become worston 22nd of may, i went to dhanbad customer care they said it has touch screen and mother board issue and they create a jobsheet (js[protected])against it but one month have passed and they ddnot solve the issue though my phone is in warrenty period.every time i called they ssaid the parts are not available..
            so plz help me i am in big trouble..plz try to replace my phone or change the parts as early as possible...

              My name is Rajendra Surve.I purchased mi4i from flipkart.It had some motherboard issue so i gave it to andheri mi service centre to repair.I gave the phone on 28 April 2016, then it has been past 2 months that my phone is not repaired.I submitted the complaint at xiaomi customer care but they are not still helping me.I have also attached my jobsheet.

                I purchased the product from flipkart in july 2015, had some problem regarding performance, went to service centre ujjain, they told to repair the phone within a week, it has been around 2 months now and still no satisfactory reply from service centre ujjain as well as head office xiaomi india.
                they always shift 10-15 days forward.

                  Hi,

                  I submitted my MI 4 at the Koramangala Service Center on[protected]. They said the motherboard is the issue and they will replace the motherboard (the phone is under warranty)

                  Service Order number : WXIN[protected]

                  I still haven't received my phone. Every time I call the customer Helpdesk, they say that the issue has been escalated. I am without my phone for a month now! The people who sit at the service center are the most inconsiderate lot I have ever seen.

                  Either provide my phone (repaired, of course), replace the phone, or refund the money I spent on the phone.

                    I Had Purchased Mi Note 3 32GB in last month.After 2 week phone suddenly get shut down, so i visited the near By service center Kamla nagar.They submit the phone by replying that phone was dead and it will take approx. 2week for rectifying the problem.After their Reply I was really shocked that how its possilble that a new was dead in few days o[censored]se.After 2 week I got my phone with lots of problem like- No Network, Heating and Hanging.So Experience of new phone was bad and service Center experince was really Pathetic.Now I am planning to sue the Company as well as service center.So be Ready Now, we will met soon in court.

                      I have a problem in redmi 2 purchased on august 2015 through flipcart. So approached ascent technologies thiruvananthapuram for repairing the same on 20/05/2016 as per their information it is due to board complaint it will take 2 weeks for changing the same (It has warranty). I approached 3- 4 times the particular service center their replay is not satisfactory then i directly contact xiaomi but they havn't taken any action
                      Regret to say that xiaom's attitude is highly unprofessional

                      It already one month over but haven't recieved it yet

                        I have submitted my phone on 14th may with problem of 2nd sim not working and as said by the engineer my phones motherboard had to be replaced which according to them they told me that it will take a week now it more than 15 days and still they are saying that we don’t have the part as the company is not sending us and because of this my work is suffering. Kindly send me a new handset or get it repaired as soon as possible. I want my handset now or else ill file a case against the company regarding the issue.

                          I have purchase my xiomi read me2 from your web side but phone shows very poor performance and become heat and shows out of reach most of the time .
                          I have lost most of important call due to out of reach issue and it is continue after talk to your toll free number and follows their instructions too.

                          Now I want an upgrade phone or remove this problem asap.

                            My Xiaomi Mi pad was given for service at Xiaomi authorized service center- Radient e Serve, Velacherry, Chennai on 21st May 2016. The product is under warranty.

                            The service center people informed me that the servicing will be done within 10 days. Now it’s more than a month and I still don’t have any update on the service.

                              I had given my Mi4 for service on 7th of June, they gave me a deadline for 13th of June today its the 27th still no update .. I called helpline number still they haven't been able to give me any update. What is the deal with you people. Why is the after sales so bad for Xiaomi. Why I am regretting purchasing Mi4 phone as each day is passing by .. Please please ... for the millionth time .. Please give me a deadline .. Stop saying we can't provide you any deadline .. I[censored] can't provide me a deadline provide me a replacement .. What is the meaning for a phone under warranty if I am not able to use my phone for a month ... Please giv me an update I know you people can help me out. Please help me . I am begging you .. Yes ... it has come down to this situation. Begging !!!

                                I bought redmi note 3 on 7th june and hardly after 2 weeks it stopped working since then its on shutdown and not even starting up after formatting. I called customer service and they assured me of picking up my phone after providing me with forms and also i have to pay some charges but now they are not providing the forms required for phone servicing. I called service centre 4 times after that and there is no result except false hopes.

                                  I submitted my newly (30/4/2016) purchased redmi note3 to a company authorized service center to repair an issue o[censored]nexpected shutdowns on 09/06/2016. They took my phone for service saying that it is only a software glitch and a software reinstall will solve the problem. It took 9 days and many phone calls to get my phone serviced. When i checked my phone at the service center to make sure it was ok, i found that it was not detecting sim cards. So i returned my phone to the service center to check the issue. They checked the phone and told me that it is some harware issue. And they were not ready to repair or resolve my problem saying that they stopped servicing xiaomi's phones. And asked me to take back my phone in the present condition. I left the phone with them and lodged a complaint at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com on 18/6/2016. Later i found that the name of this service center (Ascent technologies cra-60, convent road, gpo, trivandrum-695014) is removed from company website after 2 days.

                                  I am attaching images of acknowledgement receipt from service center and screenshot of company website showing this one as their authorized service center

                                  I have lodged a complaint [incident:[protected]] on 18/06/2016. Till date i got only a forwarded formal reply only. After that no responses or efforts were taken to solve my issue.

                                  I need a replacement or refund of my money.

                                    I had purchased redmi note 3 on 11.05.2016 through amazon.In after somedays o[censored]sing device there is charging issue on same after sometime when i use my friend mi charger then i confirmed there is problem in charging adapter on 01.06.2016 when i went to mi service centre situated at r-1/88 first floor raj nagar ghaziabad up. Jobsheet no:js[protected], serial number:[protected] they assured me to give same on 06.06.2016 however mention date on jobsheet no:16.06.2016 i asked for expected date twice but the executive said :it is maximum time but till now they are saying no idea when adapters are coming at our centre. And suggest me to take back adapter and replace it from service centre located at delhi. If they are unable to replace then they have to say same commitment on 01.06.2016 after 1 month i have to go to different mi service centre which is hooey statement from ur side..

                                    Olve this issue to save time of custmers i mean one have to take tym from his/her busy schedule and have to go from his /her conveyance in hot summers for foolish commitment...

                                      My redmi 2 prime smartphone was submitted to the service center for servicing because of back camera problems. They said they would fully replace the motherboard for free. My product is under warranty. It has been more than 35 days and despite repeated communication with the service center they are saying that in 10 more days "maybe" the parts required will come. As a customer, i am being harassed.

                                        I am shahul i brought the device on april 22 2016.

                                        at first it was giving awesome performance for a 2week and the suddenly it got stuck in a logo auto boot loop. i thought i was some kind of crash of operating system.
                                        I am in a place where i cant reach to service center so i registered for a pick me service on and i waited more than 2 week and i didn't got any response from the team and the pick me service team.
                                        So, i went to near by service center at tirupathi on 9th of this month then the tryed to flash the mobile and then they said we need to replace the main board of mobile and we had ordered and it will take 10 to 15 days and i waited for 15days.
                                        Then on june 25th i went to the service center and asked about the status they said i should wait for 10 to 15days more.
                                        On june 9th asked for repalcement of mobile they said to wait we will fix your mobile if not we will go for it next.
                                        but still now i am not getting any kind of clean response from customer care or service center...
                                        I brought the device and used it only 2weeks and already completed 2 months now with the problem. please refund my money back and take your mobile so that i can buy other brand mobile.
                                        I used many branded mobiles and their service is really good better that your service.
