I have submitted my phone on 14th may with problem of 2nd sim not working and as said by the engineer my phones motherboard had to be replaced which according to them they told me that it will take a week now it more than 15 days and still they are saying that we don’t have the part as the company is not sending us and because of this my work is suffering. Kindly send me a new handset or get it repaired as soon as possible. I want my handset now or else ill file a case against the company regarding the issue.

    I have purchase my xiomi read me2 from your web side but phone shows very poor performance and become heat and shows out of reach most of the time .
    I have lost most of important call due to out of reach issue and it is continue after talk to your toll free number and follows their instructions too.

    Now I want an upgrade phone or remove this problem asap.

      My Xiaomi Mi pad was given for service at Xiaomi authorized service center- Radient e Serve, Velacherry, Chennai on 21st May 2016. The product is under warranty.

      The service center people informed me that the servicing will be done within 10 days. Now it’s more than a month and I still don’t have any update on the service.

        I had given my Mi4 for service on 7th of June, they gave me a deadline for 13th of June today its the 27th still no update .. I called helpline number still they haven't been able to give me any update. What is the deal with you people. Why is the after sales so bad for Xiaomi. Why I am regretting purchasing Mi4 phone as each day is passing by .. Please please ... for the millionth time .. Please give me a deadline .. Stop saying we can't provide you any deadline .. I[censored] can't provide me a deadline provide me a replacement .. What is the meaning for a phone under warranty if I am not able to use my phone for a month ... Please giv me an update I know you people can help me out. Please help me . I am begging you .. Yes ... it has come down to this situation. Begging !!!

          I bought redmi note 3 on 7th june and hardly after 2 weeks it stopped working since then its on shutdown and not even starting up after formatting. I called customer service and they assured me of picking up my phone after providing me with forms and also i have to pay some charges but now they are not providing the forms required for phone servicing. I called service centre 4 times after that and there is no result except false hopes.

            I submitted my newly (30/4/2016) purchased redmi note3 to a company authorized service center to repair an issue o[censored]nexpected shutdowns on 09/06/2016. They took my phone for service saying that it is only a software glitch and a software reinstall will solve the problem. It took 9 days and many phone calls to get my phone serviced. When i checked my phone at the service center to make sure it was ok, i found that it was not detecting sim cards. So i returned my phone to the service center to check the issue. They checked the phone and told me that it is some harware issue. And they were not ready to repair or resolve my problem saying that they stopped servicing xiaomi's phones. And asked me to take back my phone in the present condition. I left the phone with them and lodged a complaint at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com on 18/6/2016. Later i found that the name of this service center (Ascent technologies cra-60, convent road, gpo, trivandrum-695014) is removed from company website after 2 days.

            I am attaching images of acknowledgement receipt from service center and screenshot of company website showing this one as their authorized service center

            I have lodged a complaint [incident:[protected]] on 18/06/2016. Till date i got only a forwarded formal reply only. After that no responses or efforts were taken to solve my issue.

            I need a replacement or refund of my money.

              I had purchased redmi note 3 on 11.05.2016 through amazon.In after somedays o[censored]sing device there is charging issue on same after sometime when i use my friend mi charger then i confirmed there is problem in charging adapter on 01.06.2016 when i went to mi service centre situated at r-1/88 first floor raj nagar ghaziabad up. Jobsheet no:js[protected], serial number:[protected] they assured me to give same on 06.06.2016 however mention date on jobsheet no:16.06.2016 i asked for expected date twice but the executive said :it is maximum time but till now they are saying no idea when adapters are coming at our centre. And suggest me to take back adapter and replace it from service centre located at delhi. If they are unable to replace then they have to say same commitment on 01.06.2016 after 1 month i have to go to different mi service centre which is hooey statement from ur side..

              Olve this issue to save time of custmers i mean one have to take tym from his/her busy schedule and have to go from his /her conveyance in hot summers for foolish commitment...

                My redmi 2 prime smartphone was submitted to the service center for servicing because of back camera problems. They said they would fully replace the motherboard for free. My product is under warranty. It has been more than 35 days and despite repeated communication with the service center they are saying that in 10 more days "maybe" the parts required will come. As a customer, i am being harassed.

                  I am shahul i brought the device on april 22 2016.

                  at first it was giving awesome performance for a 2week and the suddenly it got stuck in a logo auto boot loop. i thought i was some kind of crash of operating system.
                  I am in a place where i cant reach to service center so i registered for a pick me service on and i waited more than 2 week and i didn't got any response from the team and the pick me service team.
                  So, i went to near by service center at tirupathi on 9th of this month then the tryed to flash the mobile and then they said we need to replace the main board of mobile and we had ordered and it will take 10 to 15 days and i waited for 15days.
                  Then on june 25th i went to the service center and asked about the status they said i should wait for 10 to 15days more.
                  On june 9th asked for repalcement of mobile they said to wait we will fix your mobile if not we will go for it next.
                  but still now i am not getting any kind of clean response from customer care or service center...
                  I brought the device and used it only 2weeks and already completed 2 months now with the problem. please refund my money back and take your mobile so that i can buy other brand mobile.
                  I used many branded mobiles and their service is really good better that your service.

                    I was using mi4 which i had brought from flipkart on 05-10-15 which was working fine till 15 may. Suddenly my handsets navigation keys start behaving abnormally and then stop working and the problem got more added up when i observe a bright white dot appeared on screen. Than i contacted customer care support, in reply they told me to send the handset to their centralized service center namely qarmatek services pvt. Ltd at ahmadabad. The details of the courier are as job number: 44576, delivery challan no: [protected]. The courier was to be picked by their courier partner fedex courier on 23/[protected] but they also took 8 days for pickup. Finally the courier was picked up on[protected] and was delivered to service center on[protected] and today is[protected] till this date they haven't repaired my handset neither they replaced my handset. Whenever i call them they always say that my handset is under production, after inquiring so much they told me the parts that need to replaced are not currently available in india they need to import from china. I requested them if its not possible to repair or if it’s going to take time please replace my handset as my handset is in new condition and their answer was sir please wait “how much time i have to wait, i have already waited for one month” and they are not providing any accurate time. With this issue i am suffering a. From 2 weeks the customer care i telling me to wait not even bothering that how i have suffered & how much painful is to do tasks without cell phone. Now the heights are this much they are disconnecting my call 7 are being impolite. I just need the handset to be replaced as soon as possible…please help me

LTD at Ahmadabad & the courier cost was bared my self having JOB NUMBER: 44576, DELIVERY CHALLAN NO:[protected], REF NO:[protected].The courier was to be picked by their courier partner FedEx courier on 23/[protected] but they also took 8 Days for pickup.Finally the courier was picked up on[protected] and and was delivered to service center on[protected] and today is[protected] till this date they haven't repaired my handset neither they replaced my handset. with this issue i have suffered so much loss i loss my job and plus 3 job opportunities. From 2 weeks the customer care i telling me to wait not even bothering that how i have suffered & how much painful is to do tasks without cell phone. Now the heights are this much they are disconnecting my call .
                    Its my humble request to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum please help me to get Justice. I need replacement of my handset and what i lost want compensation for that because it costed my carrier. Please help me to get justice

                      Dear sir, My job sheet no is [protected] of Bhubaneswar service centre for my MI4I set for repair on warrenty. Job was accepted on DT 18.05. 2016. Expected date of return was given 1st June 2016 .Though more than 37 days passed no response inspite of my complaint on dt 04.06.2016 & 07.06.2016.on the reason of non receiving of Motherboard & Battery from the head office to resolve my problem.pl intimate me how many days will take to solve my problem. Are you waiting for completion warrenty period. I being an Advocate loosing my patience in waiting. Pl solve my problem immediately within 7 days afefect free set. Expecting a quick response.                         Regarding not getting refund

                        I cancelled the order before delivery and was waiting for refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on 8th June and after submitting a complain here i recieved three calls asking the same thing did you get the refund which I didn't and they do not seem to help me.
                        One of them said the money has been refunded on 10th June.
                        What is going on, they don't...

                        I ordered 2 products from mi india website on 12th june. I paid for both orders. I canceled one the same day and asked for a refund as i wanted another product. I havent received any refund or not even the second product that i ordered. Also mi india has the most pathetic customer service. Its been 12 days now. I tried to contact them at least 5 times. Even the customer service persons are not able to resolve any issue. They have no idea if they will ship product or not. And when they will ititiate refund. Badly disappointed. I hope to get my money back for both 2 orders.

                          I bought RED MI NOTE 3 mobile on official website of MI on 18th march 2016. According to the company policy, the warranty of mobile is of 1 year and of its accessories (Charger) is of 6 months. Now my mobiles charger is not working and it is under warranty and there is no any service centre in my district Muzaffarpur Bihar. When I called MI customer care, they are telling that we can not help u regarding this. They are telling that you will have to visit service centre and there is no any service centre in my district. Due to all this, I as a customer is feeling cheated by MI company. Please arrange home pick up of my charger and get it replaced.

                              I gave my phone RedMI note3 to mi service centre. Its more than 1 month now, there is not response from Mi. They are telling no spares available, . I cant wait indefinitely.
                              Every time when i contact service centre, they are telling company is not providing the requires spare parts.
                              Xiaomi India is not responding properly. Every time I hear the same response saying "Wait unit its get repaired".
                              Please refund the mobile amount or provide a new mobile as phone is still under warranty.

                                Its been 2 months I ordered a Redmi Note 3 From Mi.com\in.
                                Firstly i got a defective piece and I immediately called both the delivery person and Mi India, and they took 1 month of time saying they have initiated reverse pickup, but the device got picked up after 1 month.
                                Now, its been another 1 month they have got the device to their warehouse and Mi India has not dispatched the the replacement device.
                                On contacting the Cx service team on daily basis, I get only 1 statement that they do not have any information and team will contact in 24-72 hrs but nothing as such happens.
                                Its been 2 months and I have not received any call from Xiaomi India.
                                Mi India have got the worst Customer Care Executive among all the Customer

                                  मेरा मोबाइल Xiaomi Mi 4i का चार्जिंग टाइम 2-4 घंटे हो गए है। Service Center पर 4-5 बार गया तो चार्जर की प्रॉब्लम बताते है तो मेने ₹ 500 का नया चार्जर खरीद लिया । अब वे बोलते है की इतना टाइम तो लगेगा क्योकि मोबाइल धीरे धीरे पुराना हो रहा है। लेकिन मोबाइल ख़रीदे हुए 7 महीने ही हुए है। प्लीज जल्दी इसका solution कीजिए में बहुत परेशान हु। उनके खिलाफ जल्दी ही action लीजिए।

                                      Recently i bought a power bank (20000mah) of mi from mi store app and after few days it stopped working. I have already give the product to service center (Janakpuri district center-delhi location). They have not given any specific tym to me and whenever i visit them or ask them about my product they have a made up excuse that mi xiomi is not providing any parts or accessories to them so they can't replace the product. I have tried to reach the xiomi customer complaints bt they haven't responded even there after few nails they stopped replying and haven't heard from them also and from service center too.. Its been a month my product is over there and haven't rcvd any response from mi customer care or service center.
