My phone is in service center from 75 days. They don't even give the contact details of the person in charge for the same. Customer care just tells that he can't help me with anything. They just repeat the things which I know ( like my mobile number, the date of submitting my phone, inquiry no, etc). And most of the time, they just hang up the phone....

This is my second complaint. I had bought a redmi note 4g a year ago. My doter board is not working properly and i approached their service centre in chennai-run by tvs electronics. Redmi note 3 purchased from Amazon & received on 9th May 2016. Set problem started from 11th day of receiving. Amazon escaped saying return policy restriction. Mi pickup service responded on 23rd May 2016, but no one yet came to pick the set for servicing.
