Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased mi4i mobile from flipkart on 19/06/2015. The mike and speaker of my mobile are not working properly since long time. When i contacted, mi service centre representative told me that minimum 7 -10 days will be required for replacement of mike and speaker which are not working. So it is really very difficult to survive without mobile for 10 days. Finally on 7th may 16, i have handed over my mobile handset to mi authorized service provider at begumpet, hyderabad in good working condition..
The details of work order is as follows,

Still even after more than forty four (44) days, i did not get my mobile. Mi service provider is even not giving any details of material dispatch and every time when i am visiting service centre, just he is giving next week delivery date. Service centre is around 16 km from my office/home.
So many times i called to mi customer care service centre but i am getting only convenient answers, like sorry sir, i can understand your concern, i can appreciate your patience or you will get call from our side very shortly for the details of material delivery.
But till today i did not got any courtesy call from mi service center side just for informing the status. Mi representative at customer care service centre informed me on 9th june 16 that parts will be delivered positively on 15th june 2016 at service centre so i can get my mobile positively on 15th june 2016.
Today also once again i have visted the service center but once again he has given next date of 25th june 16 for delivering my mobilke positively. Even after my repeated request (Since it is very difficult for me to live without mobile) tjhey never informed me when i will get my mobile so that i can take further necessary action accordingly. Every time i have to visit service center.
I am very much upset with mi services and quality. Please help me in getting repaired mobile handset.

I was using Mi4 which i had brought from flipkart on 05-10-15 which was working fine till 15 of may there after i contacted customer support in which they told me to send the handset to their centralized service center Namely QARMATEK SERVICES PVT. LTD at Ahmadabad & the courier cost was bared my self having JOB NUMBER: 44576, DELIVERY CHALLAN NO:[protected], REF NO:[protected].The courier was to be picked by their courier partner FedEx courier on 23/[protected] but they also took 8 Days for pickup.Finally the courier was picked up on[protected] and and was delivered to service center on[protected] and today is[protected] till this date they haven't repaired my handset neither they replaced my handset. with this issue i have suffered so much loss i loss my job and plus 3 job opportunities. From 2 weeks the customer care i telling me to wait not even bothering that how i have suffered & how much painful is to do tasks without cell phone. Now the heights are this much they are disconnecting my call .
Its my humble request to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum please help me to get Justice. I need replacement of my handset and what i lost want compensation for that because it costed my carrier. Please help me to get justice
It has been more than a month now ...to replace or to repair a handset how much time it will take?, it will take hardly 1 or 2 weeks not more than that. But they have crossed all the limits. They are still telling me to wait. it very difficult to do daily tasks without smartphone. please help me to resolve this issue from your end AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because i am tired of calling the customer care again & again and hearing the same statements" Please Wait, ..
