I bought an mi 4i during jan 16. One day suddenly its display went off, u went to service station they said it is covered under warranty and will b repaired in 15 days it has been more than a month and mobile is still nor repaired. Service center says they are not sure when will they will repair it. Mi customer care says they dobt know why service center is not solving the problem. I have sent multiple mails to mi but they just acknowledged the mail and never revert. I want to go to cosumer court foe this issue and claim damages foe waste of my resources.

    I aced an order for Redmi Note 3 about 19 days ago, when I found that the camera is not good enough I cancelled the order before it got delivered, still a delivery guy called me that it's about to delivered I said I wish to cancel it and it got cancelled.
    I was waiting for my refund and called, chatted, emailed Mi customer care they said it will be refunded soon, now they say it was refunded on 8th Jun and gave me a transaction Id:[protected] and asked me to talk to my bank. I am attaching my screenshot of the transaction I made.
    I talked to my bank and checked my transaction online but can't see anything also the money wasn't refunded. They asked me to send a screenshot which I did and got no response.
    I am expecting some help from you.

      Inqury nu [protected] my pick was done at 6th june from oda location and 13 it reached to ahmedabad sevice lab today i receved my device but my device was not repaired simply he returned my 189rs logistic charges also wasted and given time also wasted today i called to your call center askong this questions i didn't got any solution for me and also service engineer simply wasted my time and also he removed my device tempered glass screenguard waste fellow useless fellow and useless mi company and pick me service also ideats, stupids, rascals, beadybuggers, mi company was cheated me its a cheat company not mi company i will pray to getlost this company in my india everyday i will pray like this

      Am saying about pickme service 8 june 2016 my pickup was done on this inqury number 9000021053 my device deliverd to the ahmedabad service lab on 13th june 2016 and then after after 5 days i receved my device i checked my device repair was done are not but service engineer was sent my device without repairing i didn't get any proper resolution from pickme service was cheated me my device before giving the pickme service what issue are there and then after giving also same issues are there in my device because am saying MI and pick me service both companies are cheated me

        My name is manan makwana and i reside in mumbai. I purchased a mi4i (16gb white) on 08th may, 2015 from flipkart sold by vvs retail service pvt ltd. M y invoice no is - #blr_wfld[protected] and after 13 months o[censored]sage i came across issues pertaining to hardware. (Charging connector) we approached the customer care at mumbai at vileparle service center on 11th june 2016 and they said we don't have that part so you have to wait for a month. So i call on mi help line & request to can you please find out on which service center i will found that part so they answered we don't know you have to search by your own. I went dadar service center they also said we don't have part have to wait for a month. I also have recorded conversation

        Let me know if i made a mistake buying a phone of a reputed brand like yours.

        The warranty is of 1 year i know my warranty period is completed, but i m ready to pay whatever charges, still i m not getting service

        Now i will suggest everyone don't buy xiaomi through social media networks coz they only sell phones don't give any kind of service just in name of service center they kept staff for public harassment

          I have ordered a Redmi note 3 phone from Mi site and due to technical problems from their end they canceled my order without even contacting me. I am waiting from last 10 days to get the money back. They were of no help when reported issue and only say they can't do anything.
          Date I ordered: 8-6-2016
          Until now my money got stuck with them and neither I received the my order.
          When enquired customer support they said they have canceled my order and refund will be transferred to me only when they solve their issue.

          Unnecessarily my money got stuck with them without any productive use for me. I lost time value of my money and also got very disappointed for not receiving the product for which I had made payment.

              I submit my mobile in Xiomi Authorized Service center Shivaji Nagar, Pune for motherboard replacement in warranty. Date 12-May-2016. But till date service person not responding. Its been a month since my phone is been given for servicing. I am constantly getting same answer that your phone will be delivered to you within week. But its been more than 5 week. Even though these peoples are also not receiving my phone calls. I request you kindly take strict action against them in this matter as soon as possible.

                This is please to inform you that, my mobile redmi2 white color is in under warranty. My mobile display is not working so, i submit my mobile at your service center in ff11/ff48 at a-wing trident complex, vadodara, gujarat. My jobsheet no. - js[protected], on dat of 31st may 2016 and return dat is 13 jun 2016, but their is no any update for me from your service center and when i call at this center than they tell me thay want 10 more days for conformation. So i think their is no any person to help customer and also no responsible head for help to customer. This is my suggestion for your company please change your service or close the service center because their is no any responsible person at their. And they have no value of customer.

                  My name is c pramod kumar i had given a complaint regarding my new redmi note 3 tft broken at service center (Tvs electronics ltd, madhapur, hyderabad) dt.30/05/2016 work order no.[protected] cash recpt no[protected]. For the service they ask me to pay rs.3000/- i had paid 50% adv. That is rs.1500 repair of phone will be done with in five working days. When i am trying reach service center landline it is engage and next day i tried i got reply say spare is not available by next monday we will get. Once i had approach but work had not done for spare not available. Then i call up to customer care start tell my story (Workorder etc. But they jal jal solve hoga) whenever they pick up at customer care ask same question from harsha - floor mgr, vijay sr. Floor mgr trupti-customer mgr sandeep sr. Mgr and dinesh sr mgr to all. After all escalation level mr dinesh one who had spoken on yesterday (16/06/2016) and assured me that by evening he will solve the problem (I had given several options to them). The problem not solved till next day when i am got mr. Sandeep start telling lies that he is on leave and when i start argue he himself that sandeep is busy. When i ask they are avoiding to comment on time bound to solve my problem. No is try to solve my problem. Please help out for the same. I had tried on all fronts email chatting and phone.

                    Request your interference in the matter below. I had given my phone for repair on 11th May and I still haven’t received the phone.

                    This is in regard to Jobsheet No JS[protected].

                    I had given my phone (Mi 4 64 GB) for repair on 11th May 2016 to Gurgaon Sec 14 MI service centre for touch screen problems. The phone is still under warranty. I was told that it will be repaired free of cost and given back to me by 25th May 2016.

                    Pathetic interim response by store
                    During this time, I tried to reach out to the phone number given by the store[protected] to understand the current status of repair of my phone. The store never picked up my calls. I had launched a complaint regarding the same (Complaint no 1744079).

                    Poor response by Call centre
                    Finally, I tried to reach out to the call centre number given on your website[protected]. However, they were not aware of the status of phone repair and asked me to call / visit the Gurgaon store.

                    Visit to Gurgaon store on 28th may 2016
                    I finally visited the Gurgaon store on 28th may 2016 to understand that the phone is still not repaired and it will take one more weeks’ time.

                    Call from Gurgaon store on 1st June 2016
                    Today I received call from the Gurgaon store stating that it will take another 10-15 days for repair. I asked the call centre person to provide me a stand by phone or a new phone if the company is unable to repair the phone.

                    I have made several calls to your call centre, written mails to no avail. I am currently struggling without my phone with no access to mails / contacts etc etc.

                      I had placed an Order of Redmi note 3 number: [protected] dated 06/04/2016 in Flash sale of mi.com/in. But unfortunately the product I received was faded at the back of the product. The complaint was lodged via email on 13/04/2016 the day I received the product, along with the snapshot of the defect. I had sent more than ten reminder but to no response. Then complained to Grievance officer, Mr Pardeep from Grieanc e office called me and assured me that if i send back device on my own, they will refund the money along with mi protect money.. In good faith i had sent send the device to their ware house.. through Trackon Prime track courier dt 08/06/2016 vide consignment number 5547338, nicely packed and the same was informed to Grievance office through email. After that Neither did i get any reply from Mi Office or its grievance officer. Nor did i have received my refund of Rs 10375/- including Rs 375/- mi protect charges of one assist. the company Mi had failed to fulfilled it promise of HASSLE FREE REPLECEMENT WITHIN TEN DAYS
                      All the information is available and on record
                      I dont know what to do. Should i approach consumer court as company stopped replying me after they received the product.
                      I shall be highly obliged for the same..

                        I have given my Redmi phone to Malad service centre as there was some problem in the display(7th June 2016). It's within guarantee period. They said that they would give the phone within 7 days and they would call us. I have neither received any call from them nor they pick up the landline number. I have called them hundred times but never picked up the call. I wonder whether they are waiting for the guarantee period to be over.
                        It's disgusting. Third class service.

                            Hi, I had bought Mi 4i last year and after 10months, suddenly it stopped working, battery was dead .As it was under warranty, I gave it to Service center at Pune, TVS electronics on 2-May-16 and they said it may take 10-15days and I will receive a message once fixed.                             Now, its been 45days(17th Jun) and still I havent got the message. I spoke to xiaomi service center multiple times and their response is that we have escalated the issue and you will have to wait.Incident:[protected]

                            Dont understand how long does it fix a phone, are there no timelines. How pathetic the service is..

                              My phone was getting hot again and again so i went to malad west mi center. They formatted the phone and in that process motherboard gt corrupted. This happened on 02 may 2016. They told me it will take ten days as they need to import the motherboard. Its been more then a month but i stil havent received my phone back. It was in warranty period when this happened. Even after constant follow ups. I get the same answer that we r awaitin mother board. I am attaching work order for your reference. Pls help. Ask them to give me a new phone as the warranty was not expired or repair and give me my old phone asap

                                Most awaited mobile redmi note 3, after receiving mobile on dated 04.06.2016
                                Giving problem related hanging issue even using like whats app, facebook etc.

                                Regarding this issue i spoke to mi customer care on dated 08.06.2016 for replacementof mobile (He is not accepted my replacement request) he told to update with new version (Already updated) and local format the mobile but problem is not solved and new problem come related to heating the phone.

                                Again i called on dated 12.06.2016 for replacement of my mobile, he accepted my request but i didnt get any conformation call within 24 hrs, again i called on 13.06.2016 evening regarding the replacement conformation call, mi executive told me i will get call within 24 hrs.
                                I was waited for 24 hrs but didnt get any call from mi and on 14.06.2016
                                I got mail from mi mentioning that my replacement request has been canlcelled due to unable to reach on your registered no.

                                Now they are telling replacement is not possible due to expiry of replacement days within that is 10 days. (Even i was fallowing mi customer 5 days i received mobile).

                                Now situation mobile is gifted to my uncle he is steying in village and mi nearest sevice centre is in hyderabad which is 300 km from my village.
                                For my uncle not possible to go to hyderabad and repair the mobile, for this i have to pay aroung 2500rs which is not possible.

                                I request to mi to replacement of my mobile asap

                                My first call for replacement request was on 12 june 2016 and request no. Was 1846714, your executive told me you will get confirmation call from mi. Even after 24 hrs i didn't get call from any your executive, again i called on13 jun 2016 evening 17:45 regarding the same.
                                Now your saying my replacement request is cancelled.?
                                I don't know the reason.
                                Presently the phone is not working properly and i want new phone.
                                Consider this mail as confirmation mail proceed for replacement procedure.

                                  This is to bring into your notice that I had bought a Redmi Prime handset (IMEI-[protected]) from MI.com on 25th August’2015. The handset was working fine and I was happy with its performance till March’16. In the month of March there was an issue that IMEI number could not be fetched. I took the handset to Park Street service center situates at ‘20H Park Street Ground Floor Kolkata- 700016’, on 28th March 2016. They changed the mother board and delivered the handset on the same day, the new IMEI number -[protected].

                                  The handset worked fine for 20 days from then and again there were issues like heating up, and one day it could not be switched on, I took it again to the service centre on 25th April 2016. They asked me to wait as they will deliver the same day but even after waiting for 2, 3 hours they could not repair so they asked me to come the second day. After 3 days I could manage to go to the service centre to collect the handset, but they could not deliver and the information that was given was that they have to bring mobile repair parts from Bangalore and they need 15 days time for the same. Again it is very upsetting that they do not pick up any call[protected]. After 10 more days I received my handset on 13th May 2016. This time also they changed the mother board, bearing new IMEI – [protected].
                                  The very next day I found that the camera was not working, showing error ‘Can’t connect to camera’. Again I submitted it to the same service centre on 20th May 2016, with a TAT of 15 days for repair.
                                  In between I called the customer care number [protected] several times and the service center as well but no solution provided. Instead twice I was called from MI India with number [protected], that my handset is ready for delivery, first time on 7th June and second time on 16th June, but the service center said that its not done. Today the service center manager said that the jobsheet number( manually written by them on 20th May) was wrong and there will be an extra zero "0", JSC[protected]( on 16th printed job sheet provided) and not JSC[protected](previous jobsheet number manually written by service center staff).
                                  From last 3 months and 22 days I have not been able to use my handset, they are neither providing a replacement nor extending warranty and neither repairing my handset. Please take this as a serious complaint and help me getting a refund of the same.

                                    Ordered a USB cable on 7 June, was delivered on 11 June but was physically damaged. Contacted customer service on the same day, was asked for screenshot which I submitted and then was asked to wait for a call back in 72 hours. Did that, still no response.

                                    Contacted customer service again, spoke to advisors, didn't get a proper response, asked for a manager, I was shocked to know the same advisor is speaking to me with a manager's name. Then spoke to a higher supervisor Iftekhar who called himself the process head, told me he will arrange a call back by the end of the day. Still no call back received.

                                    Next day, spoke to customer service again and asked for Iftekhar.. advisors confirmed he was not available and disconnected the chat. Contacted again, spoke to another Manager Sheetal who confirmed Iftekhar was just a supervisor.. Shocked to see even she disconnected that chat. The next minute I started a chat conversation again, advisors say she is not available. Then my chat was disconnected the whole day...

                                    Now I'm stuck with paying for a damaged cable

                                      Hi, my mi4i is in warranty and not getting charged. I have given in tvs electronics, kphb, hyderabad service center (10-may-2015). My order id :[protected]. They told they will replace motherboard. Its been on month now. Every week they are telling come next week.
                                      Even chat support and customer care also not giving proper information. On month means really huge time. How i am supposed to attend calls if service centre keeps my phone more than one month with them. How we will get confidence in buying your company phones.
                                      Seems like when we are buying your company phone, we should buy another alternative phone also. Please replace the phone or get my phone in working condition. We didn't except this much worst care you are giving customers. Your company is not at all bothered about customer satisfaction.
                                      Please resolve asap.

                                        My Phone is in warranty period. I submitted it in the service Centre to get it in working condition. It has been more than a month now. It is in Rohini, Delhi Service Centre. When I asked about the date when I would get my Phone back, they always maintain that it would take one more week but that never happen.
                                        I am suffering a mental agony by this act.

                                        Kindly take a corrective action to resolve my issue.
