I bought mi4i since an year ago and the phone had ringing problem so that i gave it to the service center located at sector -f aliganj near gadha bhandar. They changed my MotherBoard and after 3 month MotherBoard stopped working...they are not taking there responsibility. Since the day i received in November'15, the mic performance is low and i have to keep one palm on my mouth and speak to others else, it will be audible on other side.

I purchased my phone mi4 in october but since then its started hanging. Post that the screen flicked a lot. So today i got the cell phone to the xiomi service center. After 3 hours when my turn came my patience was at peak. Though i submitted and they told to take it in 20 mins. I have purchased the Mi note 3, and due to reason my screen broke and i visited the service centere at "MI Exclusive Service Center, , R-1.88, Regional District Centre, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad 201002" for the repair.

1. They don't have part for repair.
2. They are asking to leave phone for 10-20 day.
3. They will only request for the part if customer deposit the phone....

Do these people HV work ethics? I don't know whether its mistake of xiomi or service provider HCL.
