This refers to Complain of My Cellphone of MI -4I. I had display problem in my Phone and complained on 04.03.16, W.o. No.[protected] to service station located at FF-3, Kasturi Complex, Judges Bunglow Road, Opp Athithi Dining hall, Bodekdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054.
I have done Part payment of 2000/- for repairing of the same .I have been assured that my cell Phone will be handed over on 14.03.16 after doing necessary repairing with new display. After 14.03.16, I have repeatedly visited at above mentioned service center for delivery of my cell phone, but nobody was able to track my complain.
I have also called service centre on Landline no.[protected] on dtd. 18.03.16. But my complain was not tracked and I was not responded properly.
However giving advance payment and sufficient time(of 15 days), my complain was not even properly heard. I have repeatedly followed-up (by Personnel Visit and verbal complain on Phone.), but my complain was not handled and delivery of my cell phone was not done. As satisfactory response from service centre after daily personnel visit and regular telephonic follow-up was not given to me, I have been forced to complain on toll free no. [protected](complain No. 1296719) on dtd. 18.03.16.
After registering the complain on Toll free no. on dtd. 18.03.16, I have followed –up for the same with 19.03.16, call on 2:30 P.M. But till date my complain & my Phone was not traced by company and Company wants more 15 days to trace my Phone and complain details. I have doubt that aforesaid submitted Phone to MI-Service Station has been theft or Miss-Placed and because of that casual Approach, repairing of the same is not done after 15 days. Being Professional, I have been suffering lose of Rs.5000 to Rs. 7000/- per day because of Non-availability of my aforesaid submitted Smartphone.
Being Such reputed MNC Company, we have found very casual and non professional Response from MI- XIAOMI. You are requested to look in to the matter immediately and help me to resolve the issue.

    I have ordered mi accessories like mi earphone grey and redimi note 3 screen protector on 28th march 2016. Order number [protected].

    It has been more than 5 days, i haven't seen any progress in my orders and it is still stuck in processing. I can't wait any more and called the customer service and their response was excuse that my one order is still stuck in warehouse. It was like wtf!!

    I think this company should get banned in india and kick this company out.I am extremely disappointed by mi company. I want my money back asap.
    i request everyone to get your money back as soon as possible. They will never going to resolved any complaints further, its time to give them instant karma dose. i have stared calling them in toll free no.[protected] and give them good dose as long as i wanted. this is my kind of therapy. now after 10-12 days they re not refunding . i keep calling everyday and give high dose daily.

    it is foolish to talk politely and waiting in vain, take out your frustration on this toll free no.[protected].
    i hope you ll feel better after doing it.

      Hi tean,
      With lot of happiness, excitement and with utmost difficulty in financial crisis and booking time, i bought redmi note 3 device in ur website. First of all i would like to say about the courier which u sent was really not satisfactory.. Packing of box was not at all good. There was no protection.
      Secondly, the main point i would like to raise is abt the device. I am unable to hard reset the device. We had put the pattern lock for the device and we very well know the pattern, but the device is not accepting the pattern and initially it was reflecting to try again the pattern after 2 mins, 4 mins, if the pattern was wrong. Then gradually it went upto 30 mins. And now it says 120 mins, which is 2 hours. We have been trying it from yesterday since we got the device. We tried reaching ur experts yesterday and today. We did as described by them. They had said us to power off tje device and hold the volume up button and power button. And it will show us the language setting, etc. But it did not show like that to us. There came a phone clip art with the charger symbol, and nothing else pertains. Wen we tried to reach the service center, they say it is an os problem. I dont understand how the os will be corrupted without even using for a while. I seriously need an solution for this and i need a replacement of the device at the earliest. Hope u would safeguard the name and the support of the company name which u havw gained. This reputation and demand of products are all because of valuable customers like us. Hope u would act and do the needful accordingly as per customer satisfaction.         I regret to inform you that the phone mi redmi note 3 (16gb, grey colour) received by me on 30th march evening was delivered in damaged condition. Top left corner of the screen is cracked. Enclosing the photos for your reference.

        I had been waiting very eagerly for this phone & for the first two weeks was not able to order but was very happy when i could book my order on 23rd march. But after seeing the phone in damaged condition, all my happiness was shattered.

        Dear sir,

        Please refer my various telephonic conversation of today with many people at your call center including some senior persons like mr. Sandeep.

        I have been requesting for the replacement of my phone as i received the phone in damaged condition (Photographs attached in the trailing mail) and immediately informed you through mail on 1st april 2016 (Your policy states that it should be informed within 10 days).

        Now today the call center people have been insisting that it should have been informed within 24 hours of the receipt of the phone though once they had accepted to replace it and went back on their words..

        It is really surprising that an international company like xiaomi has double standards, writing something & when it comes for compliance, say something. This is totally unprofessional. How can a company of such repute go back on their words which they are publishing on the website. (Screenshot of the exchange policy is attached for your ready reference)

        It was really very frustrating to listen to the call center people continuously repeating the same thing again & again which did not have any sense.

        I am sure that some sensible person at the service center will look into it & replace my phone immediately without any further delay as such a reputed company will not fall to this extent where they have to form instant policies which are against their customers.

        I once again request you to replace my phone immediately without wasting any more time.

        I also request you to provide me the telephone numbers of the higher authorities who can understand the customer complaints & act as per the company policy published on website.

        Please acknowledge & reply back to my mail immediately.

        Please note that i am copying this mail to the other service centers of the world with an anticipation that they will give me some support & resolve this issue in my favour immediately.

              My Work Order No: PKD/XM/15/06940. I submit My MI headphones in thane Ccom Telecommunication Pvt Ltd service center on 20th feb 2016.

              I called on service center number-'[protected]' they told me your product is ready please come and collect your product. But when i reached at service center they told me your product is not ready yet.

              I complained about this scenario to 'service.[protected]@xiaomi.com' on 7th march 2016. They called me as well as mail me as 'kindly visit our service center and collect your headphones' but i reached at service center they give same answer as your product is not ready yet.

              This scenario happens 3-4 times. and now xiaomi not responding me. Please help me.

                I ordered a MI Pad on 27 March, 2016 from the company website. However, it has been a 6 days since then, but I haven't heard anything about my product. The order has not moved since the time of placing the order. Details on the website show that the order has yet to be shipped. The company says that their expected delivery is about 5-7 days, but as of now it has not even been shipped to a courier. I'd like to know what is going on with the company. There has not even been a message regarding the delay.

                  I ordered a xiaomi 10400 power bank on 31 march from ebazar.ninja actually i got a mail regarding powerbank my order Id is oid58933
                  It was not working from day one and they didn't receive call so friend I strongly recommend u to don't buy anything from ebazar or these type of fake sights .these type of fake shops reduce the maket value of online shopping. So I want my money back I attached bill of the power bank

                      A customer goes to your service center with faith and trust as out
                      side service provider can not be trustworthy.

                      But find to see loot by a company like Xiaomi really shocking.

                      Customers go to service center with hope to get service in reasonable
                      charges but you have open a chamber to fraud with customers.

                      I went service center for my mobile software
                      updation in working conditions, Confirmed them that I want only latest software updation as I am unable to update my mobile . and got confirmation that mobile will not get any problem and it will be in same working condition as it is. but...

                      Get resolution that pay rs.8000/- for dead Motherboard REPLACEMENT.. as after updation mobile has gone dead.. i asked to see my mobile.. mobile was opened badly.. all the side locks were broken.. i got shocked that for mobile software updation there is no need to open hardware parts.. finally i had to pick mobile in dead condition from Mi exclusive service center after 25 days.


                      I pick that mobile and do some action and I get mobile my working
                      properly without any issue without replacement of motherboard.

                      What if I had paid Rs.8000/-
                      Company get 8000/-+400 for Motherboard replacement
                      what about my Motherboard.

                      After making it active by little software testing company will fraud
                      with another Indian with charges rs.8000/- + 1 Motherboard (it will
                      cast 8000/+8000(1more motherboard)

                      total fraud will be count 8000+8000+8000+8000 without helping people.

                      Hope loot will stop by anyone...

                        I've been using mi redmi note 4g since 8 months . it is working fine . but now my WiFi is not getting turned on. Whenever I try to turn on my WiFi it displays WiFi turning on bit it never turns on.
                        Many a times I have tried to switch off and on my xiaomi note 4g but it is not working.still it shows the same WiFi getting turned on. I think there is some software error. Please fix it fast and send me the recovery.
                        It is getting very uneaisy for me to connect to people without a WiFi.

                          Charging will not take place continiously to my phone. Whwn i reach to customer scervice centre in kottayam, they said that a problem happend to the charge pin, also inform no warrenty is applicable to these complait. but there is no physical fracture happend to the phone. My phones warrenty is not expired.Customer scervice centre refuse to resolve these problem.

                              Here, I have a problem with the application named as XENDER.
                              the application doesn't allow us to create or join the group. In other xiaomi phones the process is proper. I had also updated the software from company authorized service center. They can't understand the problem. I had a many times complain to xiaomi customer service for technical support for my mobile phone. I have been fed up with the same problem. Complaining about the same matter again and again. There is no response.

                              If not I want the replacement for my mobile phone.

                              I think my problem will be solved soon

                                I Buy Redimi 2 Prime from Amazon, 5 month back., and suddenly while using whats up, phone discharge. Problem with device so send phone to service center (Jaipur) to check issue as phone was under warranty. But its Extremely disappoint by service center, as they keep phone for 8 days and they pull some water on mother broad and tell that there water gone inside phone and they cannot repair or replace it. It shown very cleary they are cheating customer by doing such false activities.

                                Cheated and gave false explanation of problem to avoid warranty service.Worst.. Service Support…now get why such companies sell such phones at cheap rates…cheated…should Avoid all such online selling companies

                                  Sir I purchases red mi note 3 mobile and I after 7 days I will get so much issues in my phone I call the customer care they told me there are a little issue in your phone don't worry they tell me go in the mi service center but there are few holidays of holi and good Fridays in between 23-25 the mi center is closed now I come today in mi center they told me there is a issue regarding the motherboard and they will ask me to submit my phone for 15 days wtf what can I do now and I call the xiomi they call me the replacement time is over now we can't help u I think the wrist service and mobile ever and wrost service ever

                                    On 19th march i received my new xiaomi redmi note 3(gold 16 gb). I ordered the phone from [mi.com]. The phone was not in a proper condition. Sim tray was missing and the front camera was not functioning properly. So the second day i called in the xiaomi customer service and registered my complaint. Till now i have been continuously calling in their office every day and each time they ans me ''you will receive a call from aur head''. Its been 7 days that i have not received any single call from their head. Each day they are making fool of me. I request you to please look into my problem as soon as you can. Thank you

                                      I bought xiomi red 1s mobile as soon as it arrived in india on october 2014.I found it initially good and recommended it to a lot of my friends .it seemed to be cheap and cost worthy .what i did not take into account was their after sales service.


                                      it was working okay untill july 2015 and stopped charging and having mike problems too, i went to their india site and got their authorised service centre as Accent service centre in trivandrum.but when i went there there was no such a centre and i phoned mi india complaint cell number and they insisted there was such a centre!

                                      in desperation i gave it to a private mobile service shop, they opened it but could not do anything .then again i phoned their complaint cell no and they gave me a phone number and when i contacted through that number the person in that phone no told me that they have moved to another place and gave that address.


                                      when i went there i found that their name was Ascent technologies not Accent technologies as it was mentioned in the Mi india site .And there was a lot of shouting and chaos at the centre.With misgivings I gave them my phone on 11 july 2015.The person at the centre said that as it was previously opened by another authenticated person before that i was devoid of warranty and i would have to pay and i agreed to that


                                      But that was the last i saw of my phone in 2015 .After that i had to make numerous phone calls and visits to the centre from long distances but they didnt show me my phone at all to me.They would site this reason or that reason to evade me.They put the blame on Mi india


                                      At last after a long battle they gave me my phone yesterday (24 march 2016)claiming they have serviced the phone .I checked the phone at the site and the mike worked and i was happy to run away from such people.But lo!when i came and tried to charge the phone at home, it did not work!

                                      I am really frustrated with XIOMI and Mi india people.In the guise of cheap affordable technology these chinese compaies are poaching us and killing our economy too.I am mooting a consumer complaint and their service partners.

                                      I am mooting a consumer complaint case against Mi india for not providing proper service and giving mental anguish.And a social media campaign against them too

                                        Hi, i have been trying continuously to buy xiaomi redmi note 3, 32gb gold since it has been launched on amazon. And also on mi store since day 1.
                                        But unfortunately i never got one, i was never ever allowed to place the order. They just dont let me order it. I have registered twice but they dont let me order it.
                                        Why such fraud? Why this harassment? Just to show people that india is mad about their phone?
                                        For their failure and fraud, the special one's whome they are selling their handset are taking benefit of their fraud and furthur selling the phones on ebay.In at double rates. Where should i go? When i cant afford to purchase this phone in black?

                                        Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 16 gb

                                        Nano sim not working as i have to use memory card on it. My baseband version and kernal version no is also different. As compares with others. Care center told me to hardware test but it fail so as software update too. Now its more then one month no solution found through MI.
