Service Issue..
Day 1 [leave 1]: 4/2/2016
Given to service and Service order no was [protected]: Original Issue was with Display had yellow Patch on screen Edge.
Day 4 : 8/2/2016 [leave 2]
After Service Display is replaced and display worked fine. But On the way back I understood Headphone Jack is not working
Day 5 [On the way 2 Meet a Client Meeting . Google Maps Not working. I tried for Several Hours and realised Gps is dead, I missed client appointment Becuz of i Couldn't Find Location]
I reported the both GPS and Headphone Jack not working Via Call to Executive and He Didn't Care when i told this issue happen after service he just hang phone saying come to service center didn't even asked me anything else.
Day 6 10/2/2016
The Day Everything Gone Worse [i taken my 3rd leave in 2 weeks already used my 2 casual leaves of the month.my salary is cut for the day ]
2nd Service [protected]: They said its short circuit because of the new display ..i dont know display can damage Audio Jack and Gps . When i asked that, they asked my permission to format my phone and later they said they updated my phone and crashed Software. they didn't told me they gonna flash new rom.And They claimed as phone bricked its motherboard is useless . So They needed to replace Motherboard .if it fail in Software flashing will have to replace and take few more weeks to fix it.
PS : I live 60km away from service center its two and half hour travel one side. So i have to travel 5 hours for each visit

I called to many times to service center no one answered the calls. I call repeatedly on [protected] for last 4 weeks.

I visited service center as i received email regarding my handset service has done. But It wasn't fixed
GPS WASNOT FIXED still not working. Only issue fixed was headset as it worked after motherboard replacement and But they damaged My MICROPHONES instead, both TOP AND BACK mics. both aren't working and so no noise cancellation or echo cancelation .
I Tested with internal hardware test both mic and gps failed on test. Your technician also verified .
So I tried to talk with mi toll free number from there but he wouldn't understand anything i was saying due to lack of noise cancelation. He could hear only noise he said there was lot of echo and noise and couldn't hear. So i couldn't report from there.
Incidents happened in Detail.
I visited service center around 1.15pm waited upto 2.30 to call me.
After my no came they told me my phone battery need to charge so i gone to have my lunch. 3.30 i recieved phone with defective hardware. When i told the guy he told they won't do anything else they done what they could. And then after a hour of waiting checking my phone and updating software another guy came and named sumesh or suresh or suneesh i don't remember his name he said he is in-charge of service center and he said you go and complaint that's what you do and all he shouted at me like i did some crime. Then he threatened me when i said i cant accept phone like this With faulty gps and mic.
They said its ok for them and they won't accept it as there mistake. There was guy who attended my case when i came in he was only one doesn't was hot head there, i don't know his name either and he try to check my issue found hardware defective he said phone is not repairable for such issues need replacement of phone and they cant replace. And told me to file compliant if i like and they can't do anything else. They destroyed my phone and telling me its not there responsibility.
There was women in front desk with specs don't know her name either she verbally abused me and another guy who came for service when he enquired why there phone is not answering after repeated calls and i told i also called many times as i sitting on next counter and no one was answering then she shout at me twice. You don't talk. Don't even dare to talk and many other things. and murmured something i couldn't hear clearly. He felt insulted and walked away saying this is not way you should speak. That guy was gentle man. Others would have made scene there. I sit quite . She was abusing us for sure.
Then the in-charge guy came at shout at me that i should leave otherwise they will take care of me like threat. He is a tvs employee. And it's tvs property and they will tale care of me like goons says.
Then he shout at me like all this issues is because of new hardware i[censored] wanna complaint complaint they don't care. Said go and put case and they don't care. He disrespected me and shout at me many times.
They even told mi4 parts aren't available. Will not be available ever. They can't ever repair it is wasting my time and them. I don't need them to tell me that. They already wasted whole 4 days . I asked them to give this as written statement they refused to do that.
I asked phone to call the mi center as i don't had any phone with me and my phone mic is compliant the mi center guy couldn't understand anything. They refused and insulted me for asking phone to call mi toll free no.
They mentally harassed me and stressed me alot. when 3 of them surrounded shouted at me.
At 6 pm after lot of fighting i left there leaving My PHONE with in-charge guy of service center (he claims he is. I don't know) . He was With a smile like he won He said he will help me and support me on my compliant here and i know he was being sarcastic. I don't believe any of them. Last time they blamed display for headphone and gps issue . And now they blaming motherboard for mic and gps.

5th March 2016
As i was informed by service care team that my device has been serviced yesterday.i repeatedly asked is that true information.with no replies further I had no other choice but to travel again so I did.
Its another afternoon wasted by my mi team and service centre
Thanks for this kind of customer support for wasting my days and money and expense of travelling 120km 7hours of a day. Last 6 times
they didn't fixed my device .its another day wasted by me trusting you all.I don't need device send me money I paid for device and shutdown this service centre instead of running this.i have nothing else to say. this guys need to stop fooling customers like this.i never seen this many lairs and irresponsible staffs in my life I may say xiaomi has failed there loyal customers and this company don't have future with this kind of service centre .
I don't need to repair it anymore. I know they only mess up more n more with un experienced technician . It is waste my time and my money and my health . I need refund for my mobile or new phone.
