I bought Redmi Note 3 online from mi.com/in on 16th March 2016. As per the delivery information it should have reached on 18th March 2016. But product is not yet delivered. As per the tracking information available in FedEx site it is at local FedEx facility only from 17th March 2016. Till now 22nd March 2016 item is not yet delivered. I gave complaint on FedEx but it was no use.

    I've purchased a redmi note 2 prime 4g from amazon.com.. Recently some battery issues have popped up. When the phone is in charging mode it charges very slow and the battery gets discharged very quickly...i did tell my issues to customer care through toll free number and they recommended me to use another with 2amp specification, but it didn't work ..please resolve this issue..
    And is it possible to get a replacement for the battery? as my phone is in warranty period...

      I have been using a Xiaomi Redmi 2 for 8 months now.

      The phone was smooth initially but since last 4 months, probably after an update it has become slow and has started killing apps in the background.
      It stops wifi connection in between.
      Apps like clock get stuck in between.
      Music player and SoundCloud stops if some other app is opened.
      Notification from news apps not coming on time.
      Whatsapp needs to be opened to receive new messages.
      Playstore downloads stop in between.

      Are you using some hardware that degrades after sometime. I wrote to your email twice and have had no reply. Is this how you dream of becoming a top player in India? I'm dumping this thing called Mi and advising my friends against it.

        Dear Xiaomi,


        I am writing to you in regards to my Mi 4 mobile (64 GB; IMEI no – [protected])


        Since I purchased Mi 4 (64 Gb) mobile from Flipkart – in June of 2015, I have had on going issues with my mobile. I noticed on one day mobile got blank and prompting for reboot then after goes off and after trying several attempt not getting start.


        I went to the service center showed my mobile they checked an said its issue with PCB that needs to be change, they tried to changed almost 3 times however not getting success, till the date they are not able to sorted out this issue. I have submitted my phone on 25th Jan 2016 with Job sheet no –215 (VCT000215) (PFA job sheet pic)


        I am doing continues follow up with Service center Manager Mr.Nitesh Jadhav ([protected]) an he told me that they received faulty PCB twice and one time PCB not getting matched, now they requested to their team to send a correct and right PCB for my mobile.


        Going further I asked Nitesh that I want to escalate this to next level because its already pending since a more than a month. He said call to Customer care and log a complaint, I asked him to provide me superior / higher authority contact details who handling the escalations cases and monitoring SLA / quality.


        I got Mr.Dhruv contact details –[protected]@xiaomi.com and mobile no-[protected] I had contacted to Dhruve and tried to communicate regarding my case he gave me a week time period unfortunately he wasn’t helpful and not able to sort this case at his level.


        Hence I am writing email to company now. It’s really very very frustrating and pathetic service I am getting from Xiaomi in regards to my mobile for which I have spent around 20, 000/- bugs.


        I now feel very let down by Xiaomi and am now finding that a mobile I paid around Rs-20, 000/- for less than Six months ago is fast becoming completely useless to me because of this issue. As a customer who over the years has bought mobile’s and other products from you I am disappointed with this level of service from both yourselves, your repair center and other sources from whom you distribute your products through.


        I would like to know what you are going to do about this situation and what your advice would be to do next?


        Keeping hope that at least you people notice this and reply with positive feedback.

              I have received a power bank of 10400 of MI company but when i put that power bank into charging it took more than 12 hours to get full charge and after that when i charge my phone it get discharge after 10 minutes so what the hell on this earth is going on? and i want my money back please look into this matter seriously. There is a problem with the powet bank, even after charging the power bank, it looses its entire power within 5 mins o[censored]sage. Even the power bank is fully charged within just 5 mins of charging. Tried to contact your customer service but the contact number is continuously switched off.

                  This is to inform you that, I have purchased a hand set on 4th November 2015 from your online store for my younger brother. Now the speaker problem continuing in that phone from last 3month and noise not listen clearly. So i am suggest to him to about the customer service center at bhubaneswar(Odisha), which address found from google search, but there are no any service center at bhubaneswar. Then i had talk with your toll fee number with your executive today and he gave me a phone number ([protected]) and told me after contact with the phone number they will take my phone for repair purpose but i also try to call this phone number many times and it has been rejected automatically after one ring. So suggest me for further process.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding bad customer service by mi service center in koramangala Bangalore.
                    In my Xiaomi Redmi 2 phone half of the screen was flickering and not visible clearly. other than that phone was working perfectly fine.
                    When I went to customer service center, they said water log issue and asked me to come after 3 days. When I went again they said water logged in the phone and need to change motherboard and screen, also water log not covered under warranty and it will cost more than 3000/- better go and buy a new phone. They also said they changed screen and tried but it didn't work.

                    When I argued that there is no chance of water getting logged in phone they didn't accept at all and told this is our final conclusion DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO.

                    Next day I went to nearby phone repair shop, he said it is just screen issue no water log and screen replacement is all it will need to fix, no issue of water or motherboard as phone is fully functional.
                    He said it will cost 2150/ for screen replacement, I got screen replaced and phone is working perfectly fine now.

                    I again went to service center they again kicked me out telling it is water log issue and they will not consider it, you go DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO.

                    I am fine with paying 2150/ but what hurts me most is they cheated me, they took my honesty for granted, they gave me a false reasoning and made fool of me just to save some money by escaping warranty service.
                    I also suspect they must be doing same with lots of other customers.

                    I just received brand new MI5 phone today. And on starting, it has immediately started heating. In 10 mind it had become significantly hot.

                      I have been following up on a query with Xiaomi and after a reply on few follow ups have stopped hearing from Xiaomi. The last I was told by Shivam from Xiaomi that the case has been sent to the concerned team.

                      I am sure its not a fault in the intention's from Xiaomi to help their customers as i have always have had a healthy relation with Xiaomi and am a die hard fan of Xiaomi, however in this case i believe that there a few downlines of Xiaomi who dont intend to work as a loyal enployee to Xiaomi which in reflex is hampering the overall customer satisfaction.

                      Requesting a kind and immidiate response.

                        I brought a mi4i handset on 7th may 2015. In this 10 month my phone have already gone to service center in different types of problems and every claim in my warranty the service center took at least 45 days to repair so kindly you consider that how many days that i used my phone. Now the handset is showing the hang problem from today evening suddenly.
                        Please sir do something. If now i am going to the service center they will tske it for next 45 days and when it will reach to me the warranty will be over and i can't do anything after that.

                          I bought a band form xiaomi website with 1 extra band strap on 27 february
                          after 12 days means 9th working day i removed my orange band strap for use but it was having defect. the band was havin narrow hole so the mi metal gadget part was not fitiing in it. so i camplained on 10th march for replace but they rejected by saying replacement policy is over but it is the 9th working day n they are not replacing. my order id [protected].

                          i got the product which cant be used anywhere so i m asking for replacement of product which is having defect by the company but they r rejecting my request

                                Mi Customer care and Mi Service Centre are both a cheat and the worst I have ever seen. I had problem with the screen and availed their Mi Pick me service. They instantly charged me for the part that has to be repaired. They gave me a window of 48 hours to pay. Now after paying when I am asking them when I will get my device they are denying to answer me. Both their customer care and pick me team are ignoring my queries. First they promised me that my device will be repaired on or before 03/03/2016. But they couldn't keep their promise. Now when I am asking them for a date that when can I expect my device they are asking me to wait for indefinite time.
                                i purchase handset model no - xiaomi redmi note 3
                                Problem Details- off then not on . I purchased a handset but after 2 month my handset having some kind of problem it become off . so i called on cc of xiaomi company because they are providing me PIC ME service but again same problem carry after 2 days of repairing now they are not giving any answer with .i want to get service for repairing or refund it.
                                please look into this otherwise ill complain to higher authority.

                                    I bought Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank on 15-10-14. WHich I submitted to MI authorised service center in Ahmedabad on 7-3-15 as it was not working properly. It has been a year since then . I have called numbers of times.I mailed them. But there is no response. EVen service centers are takling in ruse manner and have insulted me so bad.I request you.

                                      i am a readmi 2 user and one day my phone loudspeaker stopped working i send to a service center by a courier serviced named fedex to aservice center to Ahmadabad and they said that my phone has a liquid damage and they send back the phone and i have taken aphone to alocal mobile reparing shop and the shop men said that their is no liquid damage in a phone so it seems that a xiaomi service is fooling a coustomer

                                        Service Issue..

                                        Day 1 [leave 1]: 4/2/2016

                                        Given to service and Service order no was [protected]: Original Issue was with Display had yellow Patch on screen Edge.

                                        Day 4 : 8/2/2016 [leave 2]

                                        After Service Display is replaced and display worked fine. But On the way back I understood Headphone Jack is not working

                                        Day 5 [On the way 2 Meet a Client Meeting . Google Maps Not working. I tried for Several Hours and realised Gps is dead, I missed client appointment Becuz of i Couldn't Find Location]

                                        I reported the  both GPS and Headphone Jack not working Via Call to Executive  and He Didn't Care when i told this issue happen after service he just hang phone saying come to service center didn't even asked me anything else. 

                                        Day 6 10/2/2016

                                        The Day Everything Gone Worse  [i taken my 3rd leave in 2 weeks already used my 2 casual leaves of the month.my salary is cut for the day ] 

                                        2nd     Service      [protected]: They said its short circuit because of the new display ..i dont know display can damage Audio Jack and Gps . When i asked that, they asked my permission to format my phone and later they said they updated my phone and crashed Software. they didn't told me they gonna flash new rom.And They claimed as phone bricked its motherboard is useless . So They needed to replace Motherboard .if it fail in Software flashing will have to replace and take few more weeks to fix it. 

                                        PS : I live 60km away from service center its two and half hour travel one side. So i have to travel 5 hours for each visit

                                        I called to many times to service center no one answered the calls. I call repeatedly on [protected] for last 4 weeks. 

                                        Day 23

                                        27/2/2015

                                        I visited service center as i received email regarding my handset service has done. But It wasn't fixed 
                                        GPS WASNOT FIXED still not working. Only issue fixed was headset as it worked after motherboard replacement and But they  damaged My MICROPHONES instead, both TOP AND BACK mics. both aren't working and so no noise cancellation or echo cancelation . 
                                        I Tested with internal hardware test both mic and gps failed on test. Your technician also verified . 
                                        So I tried to talk with mi toll free number from there but he wouldn't understand anything i was saying due to lack of noise cancelation. He could hear only noise he said there was lot of echo and noise and couldn't hear. So i couldn't report from there.

                                        Incidents happened in Detail.  
                                        I visited service center around 1.15pm waited upto 2.30 to call me. 
                                        After my no came they told me my phone battery need to charge so i gone to have my lunch. 3.30 i recieved phone with  defective hardware. When i told the guy he told they won't do anything else they done what they could. And then after a hour of waiting checking my phone and updating software  another guy came and named sumesh or suresh or suneesh i don't remember his name he said he is in-charge of service center and he said you go and complaint that's what you do and all he shouted at me like i did some crime. Then he threatened me when i said i cant accept phone like this With faulty gps and mic. 
                                        They said its ok for them and they won't accept it as there mistake. There was guy who attended my case when i came in he was only one doesn't was hot head there, i don't know his name either and he try to check my issue found hardware defective he said phone is not repairable for such issues need replacement of phone and they cant replace.  And told me to file compliant if i like and they can't do anything else. They destroyed my phone and telling me its not  there responsibility. 
                                        There was women in front desk with specs don't know her name either she verbally abused me and another guy who came for service when he enquired why there  phone is not answering after repeated calls and i told i also called many times as i sitting on next counter and no one was answering then she shout at me twice. You don't talk. Don't even dare to talk and many other things.  and murmured something i couldn't hear clearly. He felt insulted and walked away saying this is not way you should speak. That guy was gentle man. Others would have made scene there.  I sit quite . She was abusing us for sure. 
                                        Then the in-charge guy came at shout at me that i should leave otherwise they will take care of me like threat. He is a tvs employee. And it's tvs property and they will tale care of me like goons says. 
                                        Then he shout at me like all this issues is because of new hardware i[censored] wanna complaint complaint they don't care. Said go and put case and they don't care. He disrespected me and shout at me many times. 
                                        They even told mi4 parts aren't available. Will not be available ever. They can't ever repair it is wasting my time and them. I don't need them to tell me that. They already wasted whole 4 days .  I asked them to give this as written statement they refused to do that. 
                                        I asked phone to call the mi center as i don't had any phone with me and my phone mic is compliant the mi center guy couldn't understand anything. They refused and insulted me for asking phone to call mi toll free no. 
                                        They mentally harassed me and stressed me alot. when 3 of them surrounded shouted at me. 
                                        At 6 pm after lot of fighting i left there leaving My PHONE with in-charge guy of service center (he claims he is. I don't know) . He was With a smile like he won  He said he will help me and support me on my compliant here and i know he was being sarcastic. I don't believe any of them. Last time they blamed display for headphone and gps issue . And now they blaming motherboard for mic and gps.

                                        5th March 2016

                                        As i was informed by service care team that my device has been serviced yesterday.i repeatedly asked is that true information.with no replies further I had no other choice but to travel again so I did.

                                        Its another afternoon wasted by my mi team and service centre 
                                        Thanks for this kind of customer support for wasting my days and money and expense of travelling 120km 7hours of a day. Last 6 times
                                        they didn't fixed my device .its another day wasted by me trusting you all.I don't need device send me money I paid for device and shutdown this service centre instead of running this.i have nothing else to say. this guys need to stop fooling customers like this.i never seen this many lairs and irresponsible staffs in my life I may say xiaomi has failed there loyal customers and this company don't have future with this kind of service centre .

                                        I don't need to repair it anymore. I know they only mess up more n more with un experienced technician . It is waste my time and my money and my health . I need refund for my mobile or new phone.
