Respected Sir/Madam,

I have purchased new Mi4i mobile via online shopping from Amazon.com dated on 9th November, 2015.
After purchasing it I found some fault within 20 days. I have reported the issue to service center of Xiaomi(MI) Technology Co. Ltd. with in 1 month.

Details of the Service they have provided:

1. Service Center had change Mother Board.
2. Service Center had updated the version of the mobile.
3. Service center had solved the problem of camera.

After doing this much changes I am not satisfy with the product as :

1. Newly Replaced mother board is not working properly.
2. Automatic unlock and lock system with out manual instruction while we are doing any work with mobile. for e.g. typing a message it is locking the mobile.
3. Some times in mobile light on/off happen while mobile is in idle situation. This kind of misbehavior of the mobile make me strange.
As some time we read some news that mobile got blast I felt such kind of feeling while mobile blinking the light by its own.
4. While I am on call for more then 2 minute, mobile gets hotter. So It might be a chances of blast while on call. So It is very dangerous for me.
And Who will be responsible if it blasts while on call?

I had visited service center more than 4 times and replaced mother board 2 times.

After doing this kind of effort I am not satisfy with the product as well as service. I really need your assistance to replace the whole mobile or get back cash.

    I've ordered power bank and selfie stick combo worth rs.999 order no. 81449546 and id DGA9801296. Order placed on 18th feb and delivered on 22nd feb. But i came to know that the product is a fake one and the company haven't yet launched any such product. Sonow i have to return it. And want my money back.

      Defective mi4i given 2months back for repair still no response.I bought a mi4i in August 15 from flipkart .since beginning it was becoming hot and music sound very low.when contacted the customer care informed it is OK is below 50deg temperature. I gave it service centre for repair two months back still not getting any satisfied reply.

        Don't ever think to buy this cheap chinese phone. Their devices as well as their service centre and customer support is the worst in the world. I got this on 22/Oct/15 from Amazon, and within first 15 days I started experiencing heavy call drop problem. I contacted Xiaomi for replacement but they denied and asked me to submit my handset to service center. Since I didn't had any other choice I need to submit it to service center, they returned it back to me after 15-20 days after changing its motherboard. When I started my phone again and inserted SIM card in both SIM1 and SIM2 slots, there was no network at all, I need to revisit service center again and they said its motherboard needs to be replaced again. They have again repalced the same and gave it back to me. I felf some sound coming out of the handset now, I re visted service center again and asked them to open in front of me, they did and found that 1 screw was missing and they very easily replied that engineer might have missed the screw by mistake but the sound was still there, they said you can get your motherboard replaced once again if not satisfied. When I again tried to insert SIM card into both the SIM slots, still no network.

        Can anyone imagine a smartphone without network, you tell me what to do with this cheap mobile now.
        Be ware of this local mobile company, its better to get Freedom 251 rather than this one.

                I had deposited my phone Mi4 to Wireless Communication
                Address: 55 Maniktala Main Road, Opp Bagmari Loknath Mandir, Kolkata-700054, West Bengal on 16-Jan-2016 with a mother board replacement complaint. Today is 17-Feb-2016 it is still not fixed. It seems that Xiaomi has not provided the parts. Service request no GWTXM1501795.

                    I didn't receive my order after 15 days since I placed my order.

                    I contacted Xiaomi Customer Service and they asked me to contact FedEx, regarding the shipment.

                    I contacted FedEx and they said the shipment was lost.

                    So I canceled my order after that.

                    Xiaomi accepted my cancellation and they started the process for cancellation.

                    Till date I didn't receive my money refund & the response from Xiaomi customer service for this is very very unfair.

                    I blind now and don't know what to do.
                    Even escalated this with xiaomi customer service supervisors (Abisheik, Ranbir & other guy) nothing has happened.

                    At present the status of my order is 'Order Misplaced'

                    Totally frustrated with xiaomi now.

                      This to bring to your notice that I had given my Redmi Note 3G for repair at your service centre on 1st December, 2015 having Work Order : SUR/XM/15/06540.
                      As of today 15/02/2016, I have not been intimated of any progress on the phone by Xiaomi inspite of continuous reminders from my side. Xiaomi had promised to deliver the phone by 1st week of February, 2016, but still they have not repaired and they have stopped responding me.

                      It doesn't suit a company with such a large customer base to act so irresponsibly while providing service which is an essential part of sales. Xiaomi's actions falsify its claim of trying to provide the 'best user experience possible' and the reason that they are giving is they are not able to fetch the required part due to court order. Xiaomi's reason to save their skin isn't justifiable.They should be penalised for their action and should be warned for their irresponsible service towards product covered under warranty.

                        My phone is getting warmer and so I took Kalkaji Service Centre given updated software and said there would not now

                        Yet the problem is not solved, then I take it again and then she turned and said updated software will now not at all so I said ma'am I did yesterday I gave you software updated
                        Sir, has 3-4 times do we do now
                        I can not say that now
                        2 days ago i was complaint but i did not reply

                          my mobile MI REDMI 2 PRIME 4G(16GB, WHITE) X000EUEA41 having a problem of camera not working, some time it is not showing its icon(folder).
                          Previously i have launch a complaint to your service center and the have tried so remote functioning and as per there suggestion the mobile is needed to replace.
                          The mobile is under guaranty (warranty) as it is purchase on 29 September 2015.

                            How much time it will take? The not provide me, Already too much time you have taken, i want my phone back as soon is possible, it is very difficult without my phone. and my phone is under warranty.

                                      My Name is R. Pruthivi Raj. I have bought Mi4i mobile from Flipkart on[protected]Order ID: OD[protected]. IME No. [protected]. Last three months my phone got damaged (bulged) due to over heat …. Then I chatted to your company Customer service on[protected] and they said to the contact nearest service centre for battery replacement . So my son Praveenkumar went to your authorised service center at Thiruvananthapuram (Ascent Technologies, Thiruvananthapuram Ph. No.[protected]. They got the above mobile on[protected] from me and they gave me only a bill and the bill no was 989 dated[protected]. I dint get any job sheet from your service center . Every week my son called to your centre for my mobile, but there is no response till now. They pickup the call only after four or six times, after that they ask about the IME number, Phone Number, Model Number etc.. again and again… Then they used to reply with these words “ we will inform if mobile is ready”. After a week my son called again and again, they asked the same details again, and no proper response. I did not get any Jobsheet. So I am totally disappointed. Please make an enquiry on the service centre and show a way for replacement of the battery

                                        I m using mi not 4g nd while I am playing song in my phone I plugh in aux cable in it and then automatically the touch of phone not working then I send my phone to service centre in Indore nd there they said they will diagnose your phone for 2 days after that they will say that the phone have hardware problem or software problem after. 2 days they said that your phone motherboard is damaged nd the phone is not even starting but when I submit my phone the phone is working. Only. Touch is not working this the mistake phone motherboard. Is damaged. Due to mistake. Of service centre kindly. Resolve my problem. As soon as neither. I will file case against. Mi ..
