Service Issue..

Day 1 [leave 1]: 4/2/2016

Given to service and Service order no was [protected]: Original Issue was with Display had yellow Patch on screen Edge.

Day 4 : 8/2/2016 [leave 2]

After Service Display is replaced and display worked fine. But On the way back I understood Headphone Jack is not working

Day 5 [On the way 2 Meet a Client Meeting . Google Maps Not working. I tried for Several Hours and realised Gps is dead, I missed client appointment Becuz of i Couldn't Find Location]

I reported the  both GPS and Headphone Jack not working Via Call to Executive  and He Didn't Care when i told this issue happen after service he just hang phone saying come to service center didn't even asked me anything else. 

Day 6 10/2/2016

The Day Everything Gone Worse  [i taken my 3rd leave in 2 weeks already used my 2 casual leaves of the month.my salary is cut for the day ] 

2nd     Service      [protected]: They said its short circuit because of the new display ..i dont know display can damage Audio Jack and Gps . When i asked that, they asked my permission to format my phone and later they said they updated my phone and crashed Software. they didn't told me they gonna flash new rom.And They claimed as phone bricked its motherboard is useless . So They needed to replace Motherboard .if it fail in Software flashing will have to replace and take few more weeks to fix it. 

PS : I live 60km away from service center its two and half hour travel one side. So i have to travel 5 hours for each visit

I called to many times to service center no one answered the calls. I call repeatedly on [protected] for last 4 weeks. 

Day 23

I visited service center as i received email regarding my handset service has done. But It wasn't fixed 
GPS WASNOT FIXED still not working. Only issue fixed was headset as it worked after motherboard replacement and But they  damaged My MICROPHONES instead, both TOP AND BACK mics. both aren't working and so no noise cancellation or echo cancelation . 
I Tested with internal hardware test both mic and gps failed on test. Your technician also verified . 
So I tried to talk with mi toll free number from there but he wouldn't understand anything i was saying due to lack of noise cancelation. He could hear only noise he said there was lot of echo and noise and couldn't hear. So i couldn't report from there.

Incidents happened in Detail.  
I visited service center around 1.15pm waited upto 2.30 to call me. 
After my no came they told me my phone battery need to charge so i gone to have my lunch. 3.30 i recieved phone with  defective hardware. When i told the guy he told they won't do anything else they done what they could. And then after a hour of waiting checking my phone and updating software  another guy came and named sumesh or suresh or suneesh i don't remember his name he said he is in-charge of service center and he said you go and complaint that's what you do and all he shouted at me like i did some crime. Then he threatened me when i said i cant accept phone like this With faulty gps and mic. 
They said its ok for them and they won't accept it as there mistake. There was guy who attended my case when i came in he was only one doesn't was hot head there, i don't know his name either and he try to check my issue found hardware defective he said phone is not repairable for such issues need replacement of phone and they cant replace.  And told me to file compliant if i like and they can't do anything else. They destroyed my phone and telling me its not  there responsibility. 
There was women in front desk with specs don't know her name either she verbally abused me and another guy who came for service when he enquired why there  phone is not answering after repeated calls and i told i also called many times as i sitting on next counter and no one was answering then she shout at me twice. You don't talk. Don't even dare to talk and many other things.  and murmured something i couldn't hear clearly. He felt insulted and walked away saying this is not way you should speak. That guy was gentle man. Others would have made scene there.  I sit quite . She was abusing us for sure. 
Then the in-charge guy came at shout at me that i should leave otherwise they will take care of me like threat. He is a tvs employee. And it's tvs property and they will tale care of me like goons says. 
Then he shout at me like all this issues is because of new hardware i[censored] wanna complaint complaint they don't care. Said go and put case and they don't care. He disrespected me and shout at me many times. 
They even told mi4 parts aren't available. Will not be available ever. They can't ever repair it is wasting my time and them. I don't need them to tell me that. They already wasted whole 4 days .  I asked them to give this as written statement they refused to do that. 
I asked phone to call the mi center as i don't had any phone with me and my phone mic is compliant the mi center guy couldn't understand anything. They refused and insulted me for asking phone to call mi toll free no. 
They mentally harassed me and stressed me alot. when 3 of them surrounded shouted at me. 
At 6 pm after lot of fighting i left there leaving My PHONE with in-charge guy of service center (he claims he is. I don't know) . He was With a smile like he won  He said he will help me and support me on my compliant here and i know he was being sarcastic. I don't believe any of them. Last time they blamed display for headphone and gps issue . And now they blaming motherboard for mic and gps. 

Day 32

5th March 2016

As i was informed by service care team that my device has been serviced yesterday.i repeatedly asked is that true information.with no replies further I had no other choice but to travel again so I did.

Its another afternoon wasted by my mi team and service centre 
Thanks for this kind of customer support for wasting my days and money and expense of travelling 120km 7hours of a day. Last 6 times
they didn't fixed my device .its another day wasted by me trusting you all.I don't need device send me money I paid for device and shutdown this service centre instead of running this.i have nothing else to say. this guys need to stop fooling customers like this.i never seen this many lairs and irresponsible staffs in my life I may say xiaomi has failed there loyal customers and this company don't have future with this kind of service centre .

I don't need to repair it anymore. I know they only mess up more n more with un experienced technician . It is waste my time and my money and my health . I need refund for my mobile or new phone.

    I use Redmi 1s mobile. In this model I use file hide function for images of take screen shot. But when need see thos screen shot images thos are hide at that time hiden file are not shown after hiden. So please give solution regarding this problem.

      Don't buy any products of xiaomi mi, i have been troubled like a hell by the xiaomi mi india, service of redmi note 3g took unbelievable 3 months of time, that to i got it after my full time struggle customer care is horribly worst full of illogical stupid people, after service by replacement of display, main camera blurred!!! Phone receiver stopped working!!!

      At the time of delivery when i asked service centre to correct it, they asked me to contact customer care, funny illogical customer care said sir, your set is now out of warranty!!! Bull sheet what a logic?

      They had forgotten that damages during the service can't be denied.In simple words xiaomi mi is the worst!!!

      Still if you want to buy xiaomi mi products then be prepared to face their worst service & customer care
      Don't support Chinese Company
      I know their cheap gimmicks attract Indians to buy their products, but Xiaomi came to India just to exploit Indians
      Xiaomi treats worst & take Indians as a granted
      Indians just can't be a Milking Cow to milk money to Chinese Xiaomi
      Stop Xiaomi till they do justice to existing customers in India

        When I bought this phone it was already faulty heating issue performance drop, I replaced it once but still same issue with new handset too, then again I managed to replace, still the same issue still em going through it, it means mi4i is faulty mobile I think they launched it without testing, it's like cheating the customers by selling them a heater for winters worth rs13000/- not a smartphone, plz kindly arrange to fix it, replace mother board or in anyway jus fix it, kindly reply me on my email, [protected]@gmail.com

          Sir I buy mi mobile phone in last month of the year 2015 in December 10 after purchasing 10 days the mobile have issue and problem I am contact with xioami costumer service and also where I buy that are Snapdeal they both are ask to me they will provide me to help only 7 days they I lost everything I will very fristet so I will do everything to good work of mobile but not finally I will visit 4&5 times to gallery they also not solve the problems the phone are fraud they give me to fake phone only one month they change my mother board not provided good service I will pay 12 thousands money sir the phone are not work proper i will not use 12 days phone proper I believe my 12 thousands will lost I sink too this fraud company and fake phone sir help me I will hopeless please

          Xiaomi — duplicate product.

          i have purchased mi10400 mah power bank. But its backup is only 2000mah. When I get this product it has very light wait. Please replace my order to send me original power bank otherwise give my cash. My order no. Was AB1491905.

              On 20th Fen 2016, I gave my handset for repair of Display problem (under warranty). The service center at Madhapur Hyderabad, asked me to wait for few minutes as they have spare display and can be replaced soon. withing 10 minutes I got SMS that the handset is ready for delivery even before the service person assembled the handset. During assembly of front cover the service person noticed the power button is not working. However it was working when i gave my handset for repair. Now the service person opens one more work order and closes the old work order. Now it is more than 10 days, I tried to call the service center no body picks up the phone. Then I sent email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com asking when i will get my handset. I don't get any commitment when the handset will be repaired.

                Order id [protected].. sir, i want to address this issue directly to u coz i know customer care has no rights to do anything to help me out.they will just say that return policy is not there...i received mi band yesterday only..and i found it a total wastage of 799 bucks.. m a loyal mi customer. me n my husband, both have mi phone, i hope u would help me out.. i want to return it.. none of its function is useful for me.. alarm just ring once which is not enough for a person to get up..snooze dont work with mi band unless i get up from my bed n snooze the alarm from my mobile. but tel me if i have to get up for mobile den wots the use of this mi band. and heart rate sensor dont work, its a dumb device which only counts foot steps which is not worth rs799. and wen my phone rings it continues to vibrate and i need to run fast to get my phone n pik it up. it is only creating hassles for me.. m so unhappy that i bought it.. it must have some function like vibration stops if we touch mi band screen but its not.. its only a burden for me.also its not pairing with my phone.it was paired only once n now its not. such a silly problem in the starting.. so how can i trust its quality.. plz take it back n refund my hard earned money n help me to maintain trust on u..basically all its functioning depends on phone. so wots the use of wearing it.. customer care has just said they dont have return policy only replacement policy.. they cant ignore their customer problem like this.. i have made such a big mistake that i bought it from their official site.. i should have bought it from amazon or flipkart. atleast they have return n refund policy..

                  Xiaomi India unable to service customers after sales

                  Xiaomi India has a very bad after sales service.
                  Even if my device is in warranty they ask for money (Rs. 500) to repair it.
                  Also the damage is considered to be fixed for free in their website.
                  I tried to contact them on Facebook but there was not a single reply from them (on the same day they are replying to others who are appreciating their new device).
                  Also I sent an Email to them, yes they replied to me saying...

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I have purchased new Mi4i mobile via online shopping from Amazon.com dated on 9th November, 2015.
                        After purchasing it I found some fault within 20 days. I have reported the issue to service center of Xiaomi(MI) Technology Co. Ltd. with in 1 month.

                        Details of the Service they have provided:

                        1. Service Center had change Mother Board.
                        2. Service Center had updated the version of the mobile.
                        3. Service center had solved the problem of camera.

                        After doing this much changes I am not satisfy with the product as :

                        1. Newly Replaced mother board is not working properly.
                        2. Automatic unlock and lock system with out manual instruction while we are doing any work with mobile. for e.g. typing a message it is locking the mobile.
                        3. Some times in mobile light on/off happen while mobile is in idle situation. This kind of misbehavior of the mobile make me strange.
                        As some time we read some news that mobile got blast I felt such kind of feeling while mobile blinking the light by its own.
                        4. While I am on call for more then 2 minute, mobile gets hotter. So It might be a chances of blast while on call. So It is very dangerous for me.
                        And Who will be responsible if it blasts while on call?

                        I had visited service center more than 4 times and replaced mother board 2 times.

                        After doing this kind of effort I am not satisfy with the product as well as service. I really need your assistance to replace the whole mobile or get back cash.

                          I've ordered power bank and selfie stick combo worth rs.999 order no. 81449546 and id DGA9801296. Order placed on 18th feb and delivered on 22nd feb. But i came to know that the product is a fake one and the company haven't yet launched any such product. Sonow i have to return it. And want my money back.

                            Defective mi4i given 2months back for repair still no response.I bought a mi4i in August 15 from flipkart .since beginning it was becoming hot and music sound very low.when contacted the customer care informed it is OK is below 50deg temperature. I gave it service centre for repair two months back still not getting any satisfied reply.

                              Don't ever think to buy this cheap chinese phone. Their devices as well as their service centre and customer support is the worst in the world. I got this on 22/Oct/15 from Amazon, and within first 15 days I started experiencing heavy call drop problem. I contacted Xiaomi for replacement but they denied and asked me to submit my handset to service center. Since I didn't had any other choice I need to submit it to service center, they returned it back to me after 15-20 days after changing its motherboard. When I started my phone again and inserted SIM card in both SIM1 and SIM2 slots, there was no network at all, I need to revisit service center again and they said its motherboard needs to be replaced again. They have again repalced the same and gave it back to me. I felf some sound coming out of the handset now, I re visted service center again and asked them to open in front of me, they did and found that 1 screw was missing and they very easily replied that engineer might have missed the screw by mistake but the sound was still there, they said you can get your motherboard replaced once again if not satisfied. When I again tried to insert SIM card into both the SIM slots, still no network.

                              Can anyone imagine a smartphone without network, you tell me what to do with this cheap mobile now.
                              Be ware of this local mobile company, its better to get Freedom 251 rather than this one.

                                    Purchased a Xiaomi Mi4. Unable to load the basic settings itself since the touch screen is not working. Its a new product very much covered under warranty.

                                    Date of Incident : 17/2/2015
                                    Desirable resolution : Request a repair.

                                    Attached are further details.

                                    Kindly advise. Innumerable attempts to reach the service center professionals are in vain.

                                      I had deposited my phone Mi4 to Wireless Communication
                                      Address: 55 Maniktala Main Road, Opp Bagmari Loknath Mandir, Kolkata-700054, West Bengal on 16-Jan-2016 with a mother board replacement complaint. Today is 17-Feb-2016 it is still not fixed. It seems that Xiaomi has not provided the parts. Service request no GWTXM1501795.
