I have hide some videos by going in file explorer option .now I fail to see them again, I tried my best to found them but all is vain. So please suggest me how could I see that video

My Redmi 2 mobile phone suddenly turned off and not ON ..I don’t know the what was the problem..
Then I chose PICKMI Service on 18/12/2015 sent it to Ahmadabad by FedEx Speed post With aIrway bill[protected]
And It Was Returned to me on 26/12/2015 AWB No.:[protected]
When I was open the box I shocked ..why because It was Not My Mobile.., and checked my mobile IMEI no. on my invoice It is different
My mobile phone is used only 2 months it was new looking and protected with screen tempered glass
But in that mobile fully starches there is no tempered glass on screen
I called to mi service tollfree number several times but not responding my complaint no on xiaomi on this issue is 953583
I need justice of this fraud

From August 2015 I am without my phone, Initially there was some problem with the display, It took 3 months to change the display but again I got faulty phone; The headphone jack was not working, On November 2nd I again submitted my phone in same service center and they said it will take 10 days to change your motherboard but every time I called they told me ‘It will take another 7 days’ and today is 25th JAN 2016 and I am hearing the same. I called MI India several time and explained my situation and last Thursday I was assured from the service center as well as from Xiaomi India that my phone part is arrived and I will get my phone by Monday. Today when I called the service center they replied your phone part has not arrived it will take 7 more days!! I immediately contacted MI India and they advised me to go to the service center and make a conference call between Mi India and the service center, The representative of MI India talked to the service center person and also requested proper job sheet but they couldn’t provide me the job sheet. So I am attaching the service Sheet which I got from the service center as requested by MI India.
Its been 6 months(from August 2015) I am without my phone. If this not priority to Mi India then I don’t know what will be the priority!

I bought Xiaomi Mi 4 handset in july'15 later on i noticed various defects in it such as, one dark spot appears on screen when i click a photo, it has issues with the speakers and the display of applications on screen are mixing with each other . so i want to get these issues fixed.

I am rahul jain from indore hand set repairing work code ind/xm/15/03210 purchase mi4i hand set 21 sep 2015 invoice no[protected] 25 nov my handset display damage and put on indore ensure support center 20-25 days repairing time told support center but today now 23 jan 2016 approx 60 days over and no repair and return my hand set and continuous mail and calls company same replay parts not available and no any proper timing say i am mentally puzzled

I have mi prime 2 my name is devendar mandal i had complain 2 time about my mobile heating and vivrating problem. they asket me for send my bill copy i send also. but till now i didnt get any response i have visited service center 3 time. i m facing this problem since 3 month but its not solve till now. this time i will complain to the cunsumer court... my name devendar mandal [protected]

last 15/1/2016 i send one complaint about my xiaomi i mobile missing case their service center, sir still date i don t get any mail& any call from xiaomi side.Sir i think they don t want see customer after service. They want their mobile sale in india.Sir i don t think mi they will help me on this case. Almost 75 days over my mobile missed in their service center .Pls give a advice what do next.

Suddenly mobile stopped detecting SIM. I approached service center for repair. Service Center refused stating that SIM SLOT DAMAGE is not covered under warranty. They are demanding Rs.8900/- as repair cost.

I m perchashing new phone from flipkart and then some time it"s caushing hitting and hang again & again.
Then i try to gave thise phone in mi care for 4 times but the ishyu came same and now my phone with thire care after 17/12/2015 till date.
So, now what can i do sir so plez help me...

I Own one Xioami Device named Redmi 2
Device is in the warranty and currently it has over heating and battery draining issue,
I had visited 3 time till date for the same issue

On the very first place they updated the device firmware to resolve issue
On the second visit they Replaced the motherboard
On the third visit they again asked for software update

But problem is not being resolved, i am tired of there pathetic service and the strange thing is that even after replacing motherboard they cant solve the problem - I asked for product replacement and they denied for that

Even after a month and wasting money to travel at customer service center more than 5 time issue is still persist

Please look into this matter and help me regarding this issue

I have purchased redmi phone from mi.com the official xiaomi. Within one month I have difficulty in communication using this phone. I complain this to company and sent phone to service center. After 12 days I got back my phone. But it was not repaired. Again they asked me to send. I am sending it. But for 1 month I was not able to use the phone. As on today it is not repaired.

Myself Balaji M, i had given the my MI NOTE1(3G)phone to Xiaomi service center which is located in RS compound, Yashoda Niwas, Chakala, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri east second time for the same problem on 26th Nov 2015.for the problem of dots in the display, Hence there is no proper response from that center.even two times they misguided me that your handset is ok now come and collect the same. but there is no such action done against my complaint.Now they are ask me wait till feb 2016.which is discusting. I dont understand that changing the display could take this much of time.And the reason behind not changing the display is the service centre not having the display and due to flood in chennai we are unable to get the parts.My work order no is :[protected] which is closed status.my question is how they can close the work order without solving the issues. i hope your team might help me out with this problem. I have placed an order at E ninja long back but still i have not received my power bank.. people say its a fraud website is that so

I bought a mi4i phone from flipkart on 3/5/15. Accidently i broke up it's screen. So I visited the service centre which was in Chandigarh And I live in Ambala which is almost 50km away from there. They told me that it will cost around Rs4200 and will take 15 days for it's replacement.I agreed and submitted my phone. And then my bad days started. After 15 days I called them to inquire about the phone but they didn't answered it. After trying for 2 days I finally went there after 17 days. They told me that phone is not repaired and I have to wait for another week. After that when I called them after a week they said that it will take 3 more days. So after 2 days of calling when i visited there they told me to wait for 2hrs because the part is available they have to just replace it. I was in hurry so I told them that I will collect it tomorrow and when I went next day they said that the phone is not repaired and the technician is not available so I have to come again after 3 days.At last after almost 1.5 months and spending Rs500 on travelling I got my phone back. So when I reached home and tried to make call from it I found that the mic is not working. So I again went there and they said that they have to change its motherboard and it will take 7 days. Having no other option I agreed. And the same thing happened again. After struggling for 15 days I got my phone back. I mailed my problem regarding the poor service to the company asking them to for compensation but they didn't paid much importance to it. The problem doesn't end there. Within 14 days it's headphone jack stopped working. So I again went to the service center and they said that they have to again change the motherboard and it will take 10 days. As this was not a major issue so i decided that I will get it repaired later. but I mailed my problem to the company asking them to replace the phone but they refused to do so. After Almost 2 months I visited the newly opened service centre in Ambala. I submitted my phone there and they said that it will not take more than 10 days. So today almost after 16 days I went there and collected my phone. When I came home I see that it is not showing any available wifi networks. So I again went there and they said that the replaced motherboard is faulty and they have to again replace it.SO I want xiaomi to either replace my phone with anew one or I want a full refund of my money .

Dear Sir/Medam, I have submitted my mobile Mi 4G Note. 3rd-octomber 2015, in surat Service centre, I call many times but they can't pick today (16/01/2016) my call pickup and tell me we are not Mi service Providers you will take you mobile back without repaired. After long time their is no any update from service center.Sir after 55days service center banglore head saying my mobile missed in their service center.Theay are not ready to give any stand by mobile or replacement hand set. As a customer i give my mobile mi service center only. Sir mi mobile &xiamoi customer care they are not responding my any mail.Sir pls help on this case .I want my mobile or i want replacement hand set..Still im keep their job slip.Now i want ask my mobile only mi india only.But they are not helping.I parches their brand only .Pls help me . Hello MI Team, I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G on 7th July`15 from Airtel showroom in Galleria Market in Gurgaon. I`m facing regular problems with this phone since Oct`15 onwards. Primarily issues being faced with Charging & Mic not working. I`ve given this phone to MI store around 2nd Nov`15 for repair & I got it back in about 10 days. I was travelling & didn`t use this phone for around 3 weeks. Within 3-4 days o[censored]se, I again faced same 2 issues mentioned above. Again, I submitted the phone on 22nd Dec`15 & after long delay, finally I got the phone on 12th Jan`16. JS[protected]. I discussed with Store Manager, Mr. Punit (+91-[protected]), that if I face same issue again, I want a new phone, as I`ve to travel 40 KM to MI store & I cant transfer my phone data again & again. Next days onwards, to my shock I again faced same issues. Within 6 months, I`ve faced major issues on 3 different occasions ! Request you to take my concern forward & help me in getting a new phone, as I`ve lost faith with service center competence with repetitive failures. Twice mother board has been changed & MIC has also been repaired, but issue is still not resolved !
