I have booked one Mi power 10400 mAh bank through you with order No [protected]. recieved the item and when started using the power bank the recharge do not with stand even for 10 minutes . I have tried to contact in this number [protected] but many times it gets cut off and I get no response. Kindly attend to my complaint and replace with the new one .

I have purchase mi 4i phone in month of august. Till tomorrow my phone is properly working without any technical or hardware issue.

Sudanly today my phone got curved after remove from charging cable.

I contact your authorized service center but they didn't give any positive response.

So give me suggestion what will i do????

And there is no service center in Aligarh(uttar pradesh).
The nearest service center is.80km away from my place.
So kindly send ur engineer to visit my place and get ot repaired.
U dont have any service cnter in aligarh...
That is very disappointing whereas almost every company has its service center here...
Plz snd ur engineer as soon as possible.
Or u will lose one permanent customers trust.
I recommended MI to around 20 frnds, so never let me feel like did smthng wrong.

The installation application language in xiaomi mobile phones are all in Chinese language, which become difficult to understand and install on computer.kindly update the English version so that it can be understood by all.

I have given my mi4i to service center on 21/12/2015 because my touch pad not working, so they said after 1 month will be repaired . Tham i go to service center on 19/1/2016 . they sad they has stop doing mi service . and given back my mi4i as it is . than in called customer care they give weired answer that go to ahmedabad or baorda . Than i go for pick up abnd droup service from xiomi . they give me pick up time on 20/1/16 at 2:00 pm, but still no one has came to pick up mu mi4i.

With very attractive marketing strategy Xiaomi selling lakhs of mobile phone instruments to Indians, but they do nothing as per as service & after sale response is concerned

I bought "Xiaomi Redmi Note 207 HM Note Indian WCDMA White 3G Duel Sim" mobile phone instrument in December 2014 through Flipkart

Supplied neither with any user manual (Hard / Soft Copy) nor pre-loaded, when called said it's under process, till now it's under process!!! Built in memory is very low, as we can't move applications to external memory card, so, I was living with limited applications, super slow processing which lags. With many more difficulties I was using this instrument as buying one more instrument was not affordable to me

Brown burn marks started appearing on display screen just after one month o[censored]se, as I was busy, took some time to approach service centre, opted for service in Bangalore on 11th December 2015, service centre, they said it's a "Display Fault" which has to be replaced & will be returned after fixing the new display on 22nd December 2015, but till date 27th January 2016 it's not serviced & returned to me.

I don't have any additional Android Smart phone, so, one can imagine my difficulties without social networks, which can't be accessed without this instrument & a businessman face, what kind of business & financial losses, by missing social networks

Since 22nd December 2015, calling Service Centre every day, they say part is not yet supplied by the Xiaomi, once part is received within no time it will be fixed & returned to me, I can understand they are helpless without supply of the part by Xiaomi

Till now hundreds of time called Xiaomi Customer Care on[protected], they have only one answer "we have escalated the matter please wait", sent around 25 emails to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com got just 2 reply with same line "we have escalated the matter please wait", twice had online chat on http://www.mi.com/in/ they concluded with same line "we have escalated the matter please wait"

Sent Legal Notice asking to

"Return the said instrument properly serviced or similar new instrument or pay the cost of the instrument at the time of purchase, immediately, otherwise I will file a legal case against Mi India requesting for the same along with all relevant expenses, interest & compensation against my financial & other losses"

by email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, got reply of same line "we have escalated the matter please wait"

What the HELL is this?

Who the hell this SHAMELESS company called Xiaomi?
Why Indian law enforcing BAN on these CHEATERS - Xiaomi?
What the hell they are doing in India & to Indians?
And why we the Indians are tolerating them?

I heard many Indians are facing variety of problems from Xiaomi

I had purchased a redmi note prime from amazon website on 21 dec 2015 Invoice of which is KA-BLR[protected].the mobile is not in working condition.where as Xiaomi customer care person is charging for the service for which they should provide free service(as conveyed to me by AMAZON customer care)

I am Vijay from Navimumbai, I have lost my mobile from MSRTC Bus of Thane to Panvel, I took Bus from Kharghar to kamothe. In Bus it is too much rush i found, to arrived at home early so i took the bus, after one stop which is kopra coming under khaghar i lost my mobile, mean while some passenger has been alight at kopra. My Redmi 2 mobile phone suddenly turned off and not ON ..I don’t know the what was the problem..
Then I chose PICKMI Service on 18/12/2015 sent it to Ahmadabad by FedEx Speed post With aIrway bill[protected]
And It Was Returned to me on 26/12/2015 AWB No.:[protected]
When I was open the box I shocked ..why because It was Not My Mobile.., and checked my mobile IMEI no. on my invoice It is different
My mobile phone is used only 2 months it was new looking and protected with screen tempered glass
But in that mobile fully starches there is no tempered glass on screen
I called to mi service tollfree number several times but not responding my complaint no on xiaomi on this issue is 953583
I need justice of this fraud

My complaint Number submitted in MI India is 1052786 .

From August 2015 I am without my phone, Initially there was some problem with the display, It took 3 months to change the display but again I got faulty phone; The headphone jack was not working, On November 2nd I again submitted my phone in same service center and they said it will take 10 days to change your motherboard but every time I called they told me ‘It will take another 7 days’ and today is 25th JAN 2016 and I am hearing the same. I called MI India several time and explained my situation and last Thursday I was assured from the service center as well as from Xiaomi India that my phone part is arrived and I will get my phone by Monday. Today when I called the service center they replied your phone part has not arrived it will take 7 more days!! I immediately contacted MI India and they advised me to go to the service center and make a conference call between Mi India and the service center, The representative of MI India talked to the service center person and also requested proper job sheet but they couldn’t provide me the job sheet. So I am attaching the service Sheet which I got from the service center as requested by MI India.
Its been 6 months(from August 2015) I am without my phone. If this not priority to Mi India then I don’t know what will be the priority!

I bought Xiaomi Mi 4 handset in july'15 later on i noticed various defects in it such as, one dark spot appears on screen when i click a photo, it has issues with the speakers and the display of applications on screen are mixing with each other . so i want to get these issues fixed.

last 15/1/2016 i send one complaint about my xiaomi i mobile missing case their service center, sir still date i don t get any mail& any call from xiaomi side.Sir i think they don t want see customer after service. They want their mobile sale in india.Sir i don t think mi they will help me on this case. Almost 75 days over my mobile missed in their service center .Pls give a advice what do next.
