Hello MI Team,
I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G on 7th July`15 from Airtel showroom in Galleria Market in Gurgaon.
I`m facing regular problems with this phone since Oct`15 onwards.
Primarily issues being faced with Charging & Mic not working.
I`ve given this phone to MI store around 2nd Nov`15 for repair & I got it back in about 10 days.
I was travelling & didn`t use this phone for around 3 weeks. Within 3-4 days o[censored]se, I again faced same 2 issues mentioned above.
Again, I submitted the phone on 22nd Dec`15 & after long delay, finally I got the phone on 12th Jan`16.

I discussed with Store Manager, Mr. Punit (+91-[protected]), that if I face same issue again, I want a new phone, as I`ve to travel 40 KM to MI store & I cant transfer my phone data again & again.
Next days onwards, to my shock I again faced same issues. Within 6 months, I`ve faced major issues on 3 different occasions !
Request you to take my concern forward & help me in getting a new phone, as I`ve lost faith with service center competence with repetitive failures.
Twice mother board has been changed & MIC has also been repaired, but issue is still not resolved !
