Xiaomi India — Redmi Note 3 (16GB)

Dear Sir,

I have a complaint regarding mobile, i have purchased from Xiomi India.
They have mentioned in to the mobile that mobile has features with VOLTE Video calls, but it does not work.
when we call to its customer care no they responded as there are no features like this.
Please consider my complaint on priority basis.

    Suddenly mobile stopped detecting SIM. I approached service center for repair. Service Center refused stating that SIM SLOT DAMAGE is not covered under warranty. They are demanding Rs.8900/- as repair cost.

        Dear Sir

        I Own one Xioami Device named Redmi 2
        Device is in the warranty and currently it has over heating and battery draining issue,
        I had visited 3 time till date for the same issue

        On the very first place they updated the device firmware to resolve issue
        On the second visit they Replaced the motherboard
        On the third visit they again asked for software update

        But problem is not being resolved, i am tired of there pathetic service and the strange thing is that even after replacing motherboard they cant solve the problem - I asked for product replacement and they denied for that

        Even after a month and wasting money to travel at customer service center more than 5 time issue is still persist

        Please look into this matter and help me regarding this issue

          I have purchased redmi phone from mi.com the official xiaomi. Within one month I have difficulty in communication using this phone. I complain this to company and sent phone to service center. After 12 days I got back my phone. But it was not repaired. Again they asked me to send. I am sending it. But for 1 month I was not able to use the phone. As on today it is not repaired.

            Myself Balaji M, i had given the my MI NOTE1(3G)phone to Xiaomi service center which is located in RS compound, Yashoda Niwas, Chakala, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri east second time for the same problem on 26th Nov 2015.for the problem of dots in the display, Hence there is no proper response from that center.even two times they misguided me that your handset is ok now come and collect the same. but there is no such action done against my complaint.Now they are ask me wait till feb 2016.which is discusting. I dont understand that changing the display could take this much of time.And the reason behind not changing the display is the service centre not having the display and due to flood in chennai we are unable to get the parts.My work order no is :[protected] which is closed status.my question is how they can close the work order without solving the issues. i hope your team might help me out with this problem.                 I bought a mi4i phone from flipkart on 3/5/15. Accidently i broke up it's screen. So I visited the service centre which was in Chandigarh And I live in Ambala which is almost 50km away from there. They told me that it will cost around Rs4200 and will take 15 days for it's replacement.I agreed and submitted my phone. And then my bad days started. After 15 days I called them to inquire about the phone but they didn't answered it. After trying for 2 days I finally went there after 17 days. They told me that phone is not repaired and I have to wait for another week. After that when I called them after a week they said that it will take 3 more days. So after 2 days of calling when i visited there they told me to wait for 2hrs because the part is available they have to just replace it. I was in hurry so I told them that I will collect it tomorrow and when I went next day they said that the phone is not repaired and the technician is not available so I have to come again after 3 days.At last after almost 1.5 months and spending Rs500 on travelling I got my phone back. So when I reached home and tried to make call from it I found that the mic is not working. So I again went there and they said that they have to change its motherboard and it will take 7 days. Having no other option I agreed. And the same thing happened again. After struggling for 15 days I got my phone back. I mailed my problem regarding the poor service to the company asking them to for compensation but they didn't paid much importance to it. The problem doesn't end there. Within 14 days it's headphone jack stopped working. So I again went to the service center and they said that they have to again change the motherboard and it will take 10 days. As this was not a major issue so i decided that I will get it repaired later. but I mailed my problem to the company asking them to replace the phone but they refused to do so. After Almost 2 months I visited the newly opened service centre in Ambala. I submitted my phone there and they said that it will not take more than 10 days. So today almost after 16 days I went there and collected my phone. When I came home I see that it is not showing any available wifi networks. So I again went there and they said that the replaced motherboard is faulty and they have to again replace it.SO I want xiaomi to either replace my phone with anew one or I want a full refund of my money .

                  Power bank Complaint

                  I bought a Xiomi 10, 400 MaH power bank from AskmeBazaar.com . However, its a very disappointing product as it cannot even charge my iPhone once, after full charging too.

                      Hello MI Team, I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G on 7th July`15 from Airtel showroom in Galleria Market in Gurgaon. I`m facing regular problems with this phone since Oct`15 onwards. Primarily issues being faced with Charging & Mic not working. I`ve given this phone to MI store around 2nd Nov`15 for repair & I got it back in about 10 days. I was travelling & didn`t use this phone for around 3 weeks. Within 3-4 days o[censored]se, I again faced same 2 issues mentioned above. Again, I submitted the phone on 22nd Dec`15 & after long delay, finally I got the phone on 12th Jan`16. JS[protected]. I discussed with Store Manager, Mr. Punit (+91-[protected]), that if I face same issue again, I want a new phone, as I`ve to travel 40 KM to MI store & I cant transfer my phone data again & again. Next days onwards, to my shock I again faced same issues. Within 6 months, I`ve faced major issues on 3 different occasions ! Request you to take my concern forward & help me in getting a new phone, as I`ve lost faith with service center competence with repetitive failures. Twice mother board has been changed & MIC has also been repaired, but issue is still not resolved !                         On 5th December I submitted my phone to MI Authorized Service Center in Malad - TVS Electronics. They changed the motherboard in October, 2015 due to heating issue. After changing the motherboard, the phone used to auto switch off and go blank. So on 5th December I went to submit the phone and get my problem resolved. So after inspecting my phone they said that they need to replace the motherboard again and said that it would take 10 days. After that, I contacted them 4 times within 1 month and every time they gave the same reply that it would take a week more and that the company is not sending the parts. And then when i called them for the 5th time, they said that as the company has stopped manufacturing Redmi Note 3G, the company is not manufacturing motherboards for the phone and that you now directly contact the company if you want your phone back. On contacting Xiaomi on their Tollfree number, they raised my complaint and said that they would look into the matter. I don't know how much it would take to get my phone back.                             Dear XIAOMI, It has been very bad experiance wit your service till today. I bought an MI4i on october. 24. The phone was dead on december 5th just after 41 days o[censored]sage. Phone was not switching on. I gave it to MI Exclusive Service at Kottayam on 16th of december (DoctorFone Services). Jobsheet number was created (JS[protected]). On calling after 14 days XAIOMI service center told me to wait for 20 days as they are waiting the spare for my phone and xaiomi spares have a delay of 20 days.!! Now it is 28 days.Xaiomi service center is commanding to wait me for another 10 days. and informed they cannot do anything more and asked me to compaint xaiomi directly if i wish to do so and they dont care about it. I complained the online toll free number.But of no use till now. I would not reccomend xaiomi for anybody again.( i had recomended many of my friends earlier .and 3 of them bought xaiomi. but not again.The service is one of the worst in my experiance.Fed up now. Also any one can you help me how to make a complaint in court. or is it better posting all this information on all online social media with suitable evidance...? Please help...

                              Hello Sir, I have submitted redmi note-207 HM Note on 2-december-2015 12:00:19 to repair the manufacturing fault i.e., Yellow Display and pixels issue occurring in the screen to MI Center Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, phone no[protected]. My phone is under wareanty. Already one month and ten days passed bit till today but I have not received the phone. Moreover, I have made several calls to MI service center and personally visit there also, they return me asking that "Your phone still not repaired due to shortage of parts, it will take time and I will message you when it repaire". This type of service is not expected from a reputed brand like Xiaomi. Actually, because of such long period submission of phone I am facing various problems without this phone.                               I got back my phone after two months on 4 Feb 2016. During this period customer care promising that i will get free insurance on this set when it will be repaired. But nothing happened the same. They denied that promise.

I gave my phne under the case that my battery is not working, my phne is under warrenty still they said that i will have to pay a sum of 1200 rupees, i said ok because i had to have it fixed, my receipt / jobsheet number is 9858, and gave it on 15th december 2015, they said that it would hardly take 10-15 days, but all that time passed. after 10 days i called them and asked when i would get my phone, everytime i call, they say 7 more days...7 more days, . Its been said to me about 4 times, i am really frustruated by their service. Please help me.

                                  My redmi prime 2 got heating issues just after 2 weeks from the date of purchase. I bought it from flipcart and ask for a replacement, i didn't get a reply from them. So took it the servicing center in Trivandrum(Ascent Technologies) on 8/12/2015. But till now i din't get my phone. When asking on it they are tell that they have no parts for redmi prime 2 to repair.

                                    It was the worst experience with the Mi customer care .. I made a mistake to order Mi4i (order no: [protected]) directly from the Mi online store. I got the phone on Jan 2 and I was very happy that I got d phone on time. When I tried to use this then I found that Vibration of the phone was not working. I called Mi customer care and they said it is a defective item and I asked for refund then they said they have only replacement option .. I had to agree with this but I was confirmed that By Monday till 2:00 PM somebody will come and collect the item but nobody came then I called customer care and they said within 24 hours somebody will surely come then same thing happened, nobody came. I got frustrated at that time. I asked then to put manager on call then they said I will get a call from the manager by evening which never came. I had to call back then I was again asked to wait till tomorrow. From that day till now nobody came yet to collect the phone Now every time they are putting me on hold. I had suffered this but I want to request all the frnds not to purchase phone online from Mi . these phones are osm but I had bad luck I got defective phone. You can directly purchase from Amazon or flipkart as they have good return policy .if I would have placed the order from such sites then I would not have suffered a lot ..                                       I bought my Mi4i (32GB)​ (Serial/IMEI no.1 : [protected]) phone on 19th Aug'15. Suddenly, on 10th Dec'15, my phone got some display problem (blank display). So, I submitted my phone in the Mi Authorized Service Center (Infotel Services, 1A, Andul Raj Road, Hajra, Kol-26; Email- infotel.[protected]@gmail.com ; Contact No: [protected]). They delayed the service date & delivered me on 24th dec'15. Then I noticed, they changed my phone's configuration into lower version without any notification. As I feel that I'm deceived by the service. I did not accept the product on 24th dec. Till date I did not receive my phone, and to add to my harassment they dont even bother to attend my calls. Please look into the matter and help me out of this problem at the earliest.

                                        Guys DONT BUY XIAOMI worst service my redmi note 3g is at service centrw since 1st january and still the service centre people are saying they have not recieved part from xiaomi. My work order number is SUR/XM/15/06540. LOST HOPES. BAN XIAOMI If i will not recieve any updates from xiaomi in next 5 days then i wi sue them in customer court. They dont pick up our call.                                         My same phone lying at their Bangalore Service Centre since 11th Dec 2016, display to be changed, part not received by the Xiaomi, Customer Care said around hundred time "We are escalated the issue please wait" how long no one knows!!!
                                        This Chinese Company simply exploiting Indians, we all together make "Dharana / Satyagrah in their office
