Hello sir this is Saunak from Kolkata, I have ordered 2 redmi 2 prime on 18 December, 2015 and I recieved it on 21 December, 2015. and I have gone to mi service center on 24 December, 2015 and they made a jobsheet. I was facing a problem with one of my purchased se – touch panel was not responding properly. I got defected piece and i have requested for replacement. i have gone to mi center in Kolkata and they made a jobsheet for replacement but its been nearly 2 weeks i haven't heard anything effective from xiaomi. the guy hasn't come to collect the defected mobile. I have ordered this product from mi official site that i will not face any kind of trouble but literally sir i am facing so much trouble with your customer support, it was better that i should have gone with amazon or flipkart atleast they have replaced my any device till now. but till now I am still waiting for a guy to pick it up and deliver it to me. but its been 13 days i haven't received any call from mi support as i have called them several times they just tell me to wait . Sir it’s not my fault that product is not meeting the minimum standard of quality. Please sir sort it out as soon as possible. my order number is- [protected] my job sheet number is – ISH00617 my name- Saunak De mobile number- [protected]. Sir please I am facing so much trouble please do it as soon as possible. I want to file a FRAUD Case against CEO of the Company Mr. Manu Kumar Jain.

    I purchased a Redmi Prime 2 through Flipkart 4 months before. Now its battery is getting draining very fast. It drains out completely within 5 hours even without any usage. I experience it for 2 weeks and still also have the same issue. what will be your measures to solve this issue.

      Horrible people and bakwas service facility no service station in vadodara online pe bata rahie hai ke vadodara service station hai aur yaha gaye to bandha karke rakha hai aur jab customer care mai ph karte hai to batate hai k u have to send to ahmedabad for service for that they will charge 189 rs . y shud i pay that money jab ki mera ph under warranty hai. aur 4 month mai display prob ho gai. aur fir bolte hai wait karlo hum open kare denge short time mai ph. aur agar ph ki warranty puri ho jayege tabtak to that is also my prob. ketne bakwas log hai paise kamane k raste mast rakhe hai dont dont take MI phones.

        I have submitted my MI4 Phone at (Xiaomi Mi Service Centre MI Exclusive Service Center, F-1, FF, centric plaza, plot no.8, sector -11, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075) on 24th December 2015. I was facing display issue with my phone and is under warranty. and I was supposed to collect my phone on 3rd Jan. I called on [protected] and they told me phone is not ready yet it will take some time. I am trying to call on [protected] number whole day it is showing line busy, and today (05 January 2016) in the morning called again on the same no ([protected] ) unfortunately call connected and ask for the status they told me we will call you back, waited for 30 mins but didn't get any call and tried to call again and the same message Line Busy.

          I have faced exactly the same problem with Xiaomi India. my order number is- [protected] my job sheet number is – ISH00617 my name- Saunak De mobile number- [protected]. Very poor service. They even don't respond to the emails. CEO of the Company Mr. Manu Kumar Jain is not taking any action even after escalating this problem to him via Twitter.

            I purchased Redmi Note 3G on[protected]. Now phone software is got corrupted and service center not agree to resolve the issue. As per service center executive this modem is discontinue by company so he is unable to giving further support. This type of behavior of a service center totally not acceptable.

              I submitted my xiaomi redmi note 3g on 19/11/2015 in "Touch" service center in Kolkata, Westbengal .(20 H Park Street, kolkata 700016 ) which was under warranty period of 12 moths, with poor camera quality problem and patches on display problem. At the time of submission i was informed that it will take 7-14 days to get my work done and that all data may get deleted, to which i gave my consent . After around 20 days i visited the center and they said it was still not repaired and they cant say when it will be fixed. since then i visited there a number of times and even called them but they give the same reply " WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL GET REPAIRED & ONCE ITS GET REPARIED WE WILL INFORM & IF YOU HAVE HURRY TAKE BACK YOUR PHONE" . Today its 4/1/2016 nearly 48 days, still i dont have a clue when my phone will get repaired

                Hi, This is Kandha M im using MI4I i have purchased this mobile on 02/08/2015 within this short Period my mobile got the touch and sensor issues and i hand over the mobile to service centre on 22/12/2015 and again my mobile got sensor issues, for this i have arranged the home service for nearly 4 to 5 times but still now i don't receive any call from mi this is the worst customer service

                  Dear sir, I have purchased a brand new phone from Flipkart at the time of purchase there is white spot in the screen and then I complaint to Flipkart customer care but they have not any response. This phone is going heat very much when using net or also heat without using net. Yesterday when when pick the phone to make a call then network of my both sim lost after 10 sec network show again network lost and again network show after 10 sec. I have very irritated from this phone.At the purchasing time I have purchased the 7 phones in my factory so if can't eble to refund or replace my phone in that case I have to go to the cunsmer court.And my registered no is [protected].                     Hi, I bought a mobile phone first time of xiaomi company in april but the piece was so defected that jack of headphones stopped working. This was not expected from this company mobile services. Even the phone is in warranty but still this issue within 1 year is not acceptable The company should look into the cause and please don't give a tagline and words of customer satisfaction.. Moreover, service centre in pune viman nagar is saying for replacement of only spare part in warranty but as a prestigious company you should provide something good immediately and how could you expect a customer tostay without cell phone for 15 days and only got a part replacement. I hope xiaomi company will look after this and would provide a better result as it is for customer trust and clients satisfaction which they believe.. Team i guess i will sooner get a response on my email id

                      I bought a Xiaomi Mi4 from Flipkart.com(Order I'd : OD[protected] on 8th August 2015..After 1 month o[censored]se the phone went dead...so i approached Dr. Fones(Xiaomi Authorised Service)..and they told they can solve this issue...then its being nearly 2 months its with them...I'm very distatisfied with Xiaomi's Approach and Service...they told me that its TCP/IP went defective..and the whole board should be replaced...and xiaomi havent sent the spare yet...will i be able to use my phone anymore...any Action should be taken...else situation may go wrong...                         Dear Sir, I had purchased a Red ME Prime through Flipkart vide order No.OD[protected], IMEI No.[protected]. From the date i received iam facing overheating and charge discharging, i had given it for service at Ascent Technologies, Trivandrum vide ack receipt No.377 authorized service centre on 09.12.15, but till date no response from them already three times i had visited them and over phone cannot be contacted phone is always hanged and cannot be contacted. While we are visiting them there is no proper response when i first visited they promised to deliver it by 10 days later i visited on 30th Dec and they informed they will deliver by 1st Jan and today again i visited they informed they will deliver it on monday the 4th Jan 2016. The action by the concern is unethical and unprofessional if they cannot deliver on the said date it should be intimated on time rather keeping mom, iam travelling more than 150kms to reach the Sr.Centre from my home town, the answer given by them seems ridiculous and rubbish. Here i would like to inform the service centre you had authorized is not working in a professional manner, and there is no proper response from them even they cannot keep a phone properly (Phone No.[protected]. If the complaint cannot be rectified kindly return the amount at the earliest.                           Hi Sir/ Madam I sai sandeep chowdoju, . I had purchased Redmi 1S handset from Flipkart on 13/1/2015. Order ID : OD[protected]. Last night (1/1/2016) my mobile got switched off and unable to power on the display. So i went to a near by MI service center on today morning (2/1/2016) but the service center excutives informed me that they cannot cover the warranty for technical problem and insisted me to pay an amount of 7, 300 INR for the repair. the cost the mobile is 6, 000 INR and they asked me to pay 7, 300 which is very unfair. So i spoke MI customer service expert but he was unable to help me and he asked me to dispute with the service center. I had a very bad experience and helpless.                             The notification light does not work on silent mode. When the phone's ringer os on silent, the notification light does not blocked at all. It only works while charging. I have enabled notification light. The light works when the phone's volume is up but not when the phone is on silent. Please tell me how to make sure the notification light works even when the phone is on silent.

                              I ordered mi band 15 days before n still didn't got the stock and the best joking part mi is nt able to deliver that product Bcoz they r playing hide n seek with me, they r telling talk our courier company which is FedEx and FedEx is telling talk to mi call centre and still they r giving fake promise to me that I vl get the stock very soon and they promise me on last week and I ordered mi band on 15 of last month .. Very very bad service by mi executive and FedEx

                                  Respected sir, being an consumer i have to file complaint through consumer forum and court against xiaomi (china smarphone company-mi company). I order xiaomi redmi note 4g smart phone on dt. 30.12.2014 and i got the same on 1.1.2015, at the first look phone have not any issue. But after 5-6 month my phone screen have got spots. I also knew when i check it with dark background images and videos., time by time no. Of spots get increse now 80% of screen have white spots. I contact to customer service " service.[protected]@xiaomi.Com", but they suggest me to contact service station which is not available in our city rajkot -gujarat- india, nearest service station is ahmedabad which is 250 km from our city. I contact ahmedabad, bapunagar service station but they are irresponsible with us and tell me new issue which i am not faced prior. Issue as per service center engineer that my phone have charging socket issue. But i have not any issue with charging and data transfer through usb/ otg cable. Then i again contact company regarding this all matter but comp[any also not gives any proper resolution. Even my warranty is now going to complete on 1.1.2016 i am get any resolution from company.                                       I have sent my xiaomi mi4i handset for repairing to xiaomi service center at Ahmadabad on 17/12/15 through its Pickmi service. They asked me to pay an amount of 4618 rupees as a repairing charge to replace my broken LCD with a new one as per their policy.I have made the payment within time.( Transaction Ref No IR80739098 for Rs.4618 on 24-DEC-15 13:23). But on 29/12/15 when i have received the phone i found that neither the old broken display was changed nor its been repaired. They have not even sent me the recipt of my payment as they promised and they yet not have sent me any explanation for such action.

                                        Dear Admin, When I switch to camera app which is pre-installed in the device "Mi Redmi 2 Prime 4G (16GB, Grey)" after a considerable time, my balance gets reduced to 0.04 INR.How is this possible that I have to pay for using camera. I bought this mobile from www.amazon.in website, the delivery came at[protected], for refrence you can verify with Amazon by giving them an e-mail id :[protected]@gmail.com. Except this minor issue, the device is awesome, respect to Xiaomi and all its employees. I will be waiting for your reply Yours thanking
