My name is moin khan. i have a xiaomi mi pad . on 9th dec i submitted my mi pad as it was not working at vashi tvs info tech. It is under warranty . The service center assured date of 22 dec for return it but they said need more time as part is not available. I sent lots of email to the company also they said my case in high priority but i don't think so. Because service center is not responding properly. If a company don't have parts available then why are they selling such product to harass people. My id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and contact no. is [protected].

I have been purchased Red mi 2 prime on oct 16th 2015 phone was problem with camera error.. i have been submitted my phone in service center on dec 5th 2015.. but they are delaying to solve my problem.. phone is in service center they are not giving my phone.. they give me a work order number:[protected].. my mobile number is [protected].

Not switch on my mobile phone... delieverd on 28/12/2015. order no. [protected].. very poor service.. matter is very urgent. thankyou.

Dear Sir/Mam; I had Purchased a Xiomee Mobile Redmi Note 4G from Flipkart.com (IMEI No.[protected], Invoice No : # GHZ[protected]) worth Rs. 9000/= on 27th June 2015 but on 17th July its display got damaged for the repairing I had spent 4200/= and almost 1 month time in the service centre at bareilly as at that time there is no service centre was available in lucknow, but afer the repairing its receiver was not working and camera focus was also not working that is why I had again sent it to bareilly service cenrte but the problem was still persist, I was using the set with the problem but one day my Charging pin also stopped working so again for the third time I had deposited my phone at Lucknow service centre in the month of Nov 2015, but after 15 days when I went to take my phone back from the service centre I found that the Phone's network got lost and receiver also not working so rather than taking my phone back I again submitted my phone back into the service centre, Finally I got my phone back on 19th December 2015 with all the issues resolved. But from last night again its charging point is not working, I am fed up of this phone as in the last five monts from purchase I hardly used it for more than one month. I had contacted with Xiomi india officials but they told me to co-ordinate with the customer care, So this is humble request you to please do something so that I could get my money back or got the replacement from the company. Xiaomi selling there product in india but there repairing center service is very poor my mi4i phone display is broken but there no display is avalabel not only in ghaziabad but also in meerut, noida, delhi repairing center i have submit my phone on 17 dec, after 10 days still there is no ans when they have this display

Dear mam/sir, My name is Udai Yadav I buy a combo of mi 10400 power bank & 8GB sandisk memory card. My problem is that the power bank is not working correctly and there is no memory card in the package. Please replace the combo. If the package is not replaced I will report it to consumer court. I have give my set for repair work for past 15 days now they are asking me for smaller problems like reciever, charger, but they are not helping me out for my work and behaving like they have no idea what's going around them.they have not check even my phone and said they have to keep it for 15 days again.

I gave my mobile to xiaomi service center on 1 dec 2015 for having some issue, they give it back on 19 dec 2015, but my issue are still there, they are not even resolve. irritating service provided by xiaomi service center. now i want my money back.

Hi Support, I am extremely disappointed with the effects after using the Mi4i phone after 4 months. There was a huge connectivity issue with the phone, everytime the call gets dropped when I pick up the call. Today while I was driving, I got a call and the vibration was very loud specifically different, and when I was supposed to pick up the call, the phone got slightly hit on the steering and the glass seem to got a crack, and the phone became hotter as usual. Please do note that it was a very slight touch and the phone didnt even fell.It was hold tightly and I am now in huge trouble. My brother is using the Mi phone Xiaomi from a long time, but I am very disappointed with the incidents, Would be grateful if you can sort this ouw as I have never used any duplicate stuff. I had purchased Mi powerbank in Oct'14 and used only once. After that it started malfunctiong. I lodge complaint in Nov'14 but didn't know at that time to get complaint no for further correspondance. I could only got my complaint lodged on 05Jan'15 (Complaint No.-1801). It have been 12 months now and I have called customer care around 50 times till now and mailed them several times also. Every time i get a standard answer " You will get your replacement this week". I am frustrated with so lethargic process. Hence i am compelled to lodge complaint in a hope of resolvance of my issue quickly.

My phone is redmi 2.after 15 day of my purchasing it give a lot of problems.when i come to customer care then they tell me the mother board is damaged... after 2 month when i contact to care then they tell xiaomi company does not snd the new mother board..it is request to the compant plz snd the mother board to customer care of chandigarh..

I want to complaint service center erode (adisesh multitek, 46 mettur road, erode -11. Ph[protected] my mobile was display problem so gave to service center on[protected] but still now he dint response that he told only spare is not delivered and he told rubsh answers

Power is not charged and the mobile phone is also not charged in power bank .the power bank of mi has not working .resolve my problem as early as possible.

I booked redmi 2 prime on 9.12.2015 and received on 11.12.20125, i am facing some problem regarding heating of battery, audio problem and display problem. I called customer care and he suggested to visit the nearest service centre, and i visited on 16.12.2015. Purchased one Redmi Note 3G Mobile inn Flipkart . It works superb and fine. At the end of Warranty (10 before) 1. Mobile getting hang. 2. Main screen always stand at landscape view..not coming to potrait view 3. battery back-up is very poor 4. Voice quality during call not good, 5 display problam, 6. automatically switched off, 7.Speakar problam, 8.Camara very poor. I contacted at : MI Exclusive Service Center, TVS electronics limited, No. 4M-403, Kammanahalli Main Road, HRBR Layout 3rd Block, Above KFC Restaurant, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore – 560 043. Vide Work Order no.[protected] dt: 02.12.2015.However, every time I call the service, I receive the same vague reply that the part has not come & Now they are saying mother board problem & part not available far a gap of 21 days is over still my mobile problem was not yet solved.i request the company to either replace or repair the hand set as soon as possible.it's reallly...

Redmi Note 4 : Service not provided by Xiaomi within Warranty period It is about one month, I have submitted my phone in Xiaomi Service Center was display problem. They say that they do not have part and cannot be repaired. JOB ID : JS[protected] ( they took 20 day ). Turn around time : 15 day. Display was repaired but it has reboot problem. JOB ID : JS[protected] ( this is more then 10 days ) . Now they are saying part not available. Please never buy Xiaomi Product, otherwise you will cry. and cry

I have bought Redmi Node 4 G. This got faulty with display. I visited the costumer centre at Noida Sec-18 ( Touch one-stop repair service, HCL). They said with 15 days they will repair and provide back. But it is one more than one month now. They did not provide any service. And they said that we do not have part for this replacement. Now the mobile phone is still under warranty. I am mailed to " service.[protected]@xiaomi.com " for this also. They did not reply on this. Xiaomi is not providing the sercive with the warrenty period.
