Dear Team, I have submitted my Mi3 for screen replacement at your Malad Authorized Service Center Malad three weeks back (30/11/2015 - Work Order number:[protected] . I had received an assurance that the replacement will be done within 10 days. However, every time I call the service, I receive the same vague reply that the part has not come and we don't know how long it will take to get the replacement. I believe 3 weeks is enough time to get a shipment from any corner of the world, leave alone India. I sincerely request you to get my phone repaired and do the needful at your earliest.       Latest : work order no[protected]. Work order date: 25-Nov-2015. Screen failure including no display/abnormal display Phone / tablet does not start, unable to log or make calls Phone / tablet does not vibrate or ring. Till date there is no response from the MI Service Center about delivery or the problem. It has become a duty to visit daily Service center.

        I have bought MI Redmi 2 from Flipkart dated[protected]Order ID: OD[protected]. Hardly I have used this mobile for only 2 months with very minimal usage. After that battery drains so drastically. Below were the Sequence of fraudulent done by XIOMI Service Centre people. I went to XIOMI Service Centre in Ashok Nagar (Mi Exclusive Service Centre) on[protected] and given my mobile to them for the "Battery Drains so drastically" issue. Service Centre Folks told it's a software problem and told to wait for 2 hours. They have upgraded the software it seems and given back to me. Again after observation of 1 week, I noticed the problem exist and went to Same Service Centre in Ashok Nagar. This time they told we need to change your Mother board and it will take around 20 days. I told its ok for me. After almost a month, they messaged me like your mobile got ready, please collect it. I have collected it from the service Centre on[protected]. {all the relevant proofs I am having} Again on the same day after 4 hours of observation again the same problem exist. On the same day again went to same Service Centre, they again told wait for some time, we need to upgrade your mobile again. I don't know what they have did all those 25 odd days. They not even tested my mobile and simply given with some scrap board. Really Pathetic. After they upgraded they advised me to format the Memory Card. {all the relevant proofs I am having} Again after 3 days of observation I got the same problem. Again I went to same service Centre in Ashok Nagar and told all those above history to them. Again waited for 2 hours and they told again needs mother board replacement. I don't know before it was replaced or not, has it been replaced with a genuine motherboard ? so much frustrated. And I agreed to go ahead & replace it at least this time properly. They took my mobile on[protected] for replace of board for second time in two months' time. They have again handed over to me on[protected] and told its fixed. {all the relevant proofs I am having} And still I am facing the problem again after second time replacement of Mother Board. I wonder is my mobile is really serviced, or at least they open the panel / or they placed a scrap board !!! It's really very frustrating for the users who supported MI. If this problem is not addressed in short period of time, I will be approaching consumer court and Social media, ... against Mi. My contact +91-[protected] Mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com

            I gave my xiaomi mi4i mobile to xiamoi service center, Gurgaon, Haryana by 01-Dec-2015, Company promise me to give me in return response by 15-Dec-2015. But till today i didn't receive any call or message from company, even there is no number provided to me for contact.

                My phone-redmi 2 is not working after just 4 months o[censored]sage. it got overheated on 11th december and now it is not switching on.it may have even burst.. reallllyyy disapppointing. my valuable data has been lost. my xams are going on and m unable to retrieve anything out of it. even the person at xiaomi service centre is not ready to help. it should have been worked atleast 6 months.. i also contacted through online chat but when i complained of the problem the contacting agent left the chat.so, i wanna request the company to either replace or repair the hand set as soon as possible.it's reallly urgent for me. documents would surely be attached if there is any scope of help. please help me. date of incident- 11 december mi number--[protected] item ref.[protected]

                  I got this Mobile as a gift and the same was purchased from Flipkart.From binging itself the experience was bad 1. Delivery Issue My sister made a special request to deliver the mobile max by 15th and was even ready to pay the extra delivery charges but the same was not taken care nor considered. Mobile was delivered at the location in an unknown hands without any prior information. 2. No support from Flipkart On 16th August I tried registering a complain but there was a continuous error due to which the complaint was not registered . So I tried it again the very next day (17th August 2015 ) and it was delivered. As i didn’t received a positive response from them so called the customer care of FILPKART immediately and they informed that the return policy got over yesterday and they will not support. 3. Network Issue In remote location / on roaming the network reflect dead whereas on my other mobile of different brand it’s not the same. 4. Screen Issue Since the very first day there is a thin green line on the screen which is only visible when the mobile is switch on and the replacement of the same has been confirmed by your service station. It’s not very prominent but can’t be avoided. 5. Phone Hangs With a months’ time the mobile started hanging and can’t open multiple app or download mail etc at one go or within few time lap.Even though neither the memory is full or too many application are installed 6. In spite claimed to be a Gorilla Glass the Glass isgetting scratches. 7. Experience of visiting you service station I have visit your Mumbai service station twice waiting for almost 2 hrs and looking to the huge que had to leave. Then i have visited your Pune Viman Nagar service center on 19 September 2015.When they crossed checked my phone and informed me that the glass need to be changed and software issue are there so I need to leave it for 15 days to get it repaired. Firstly if there is a manufacturing defect from the very first day then there should be a replacement of the product nor the repair. Secondly when I informed them as I from Mumbai and can’t leave it in Pune as collecting it would be a challenge so request them to help me with details of any Mumbai service center who can provide me quick service as leaving it for 15 days will land me paralised without a phone. But they refused to support or share any details of Mumbai center station we don’t have any information. How is it possible that that one service station doesn’t have any details about the other one. ( Where as the other brands like Samsung or Apple state that) After asking it again the head or any other executive came out from a cabin and started shouting . His name was Rajesh Thorat. He even passed a statement“ Jo kartay banay kar lo” when I started recording his behavior then his tome changed .It’s an extreme disappointment I think being a Customer we have the right and could request your Executive for information / support regarding which service station are ment. 8. I tried calling customer care nobut wasn’t able to reach / connect them on toll free no on 19th Sep 2015 I have used Samsung and Motorola but have never faced so many issue/ problem at least in the starting months. and they at least serve their customer in a supportive manner. May be 14000 would not be a big amount for you as you sell 1000 or more every minute day in and out. But it is really difficulty for us to earn. We save for month to buy on phone. Hope I get a solution after you get Time to read my mail. Else I have only one option that keep running to your service center. And I expect a replacement of my Phone.Or it is forcing me to sell it and Buy a different brand that I never wished to. PFA scan copy of ELS report from your Pune Viman Nagar service station Thanks

                    We went to the customer service centre of xiaomi at coimbature(Vinayaka communications, 445-A, KRS Towers) for repairing our battery and software problem with Redmi 1S phone. First time they just gave back the phone without any repairing and said no problem with the phone.But after reaching home we felt the same problem again.That time they took a service charge of Rs.650. Then we again went to that service centre(Because we don't have any other service centre within our reach-ability other than this service centre) .Second time they cheated us by giving an old phone of somebody else. Only after reaching home we recognized this. This time they took a service charge of Rs.600.Now we had the old phone of somebody else and its not working at all. What we will do????????Each time we are going and they cheating us. We need our original phone back without any problem.

                      Purchased one Redmi Note Mobile inn Flipkart . It works superb and fine. At the end of Warranty (One month before) my mobile was dead. I contacted local mobile service dealer, far a gap of 45 days my mobile problem was not yet solved. They telling that we are awaiting for Motherboard replacement ... So Xiaomi Mobiles are as for as good, if it gives you problem you are unhelpful. Service Centres are available only in Selected cities of Tamilnadu So don't buy hereafter XIAOMI Mobiles india, VERY VERY VERY poor support service support in INDIA.. Whenever you purchase any mobile, before check the local Service support ... I am very much worried about my Redmi Note, whether it will be solved or not, during the warranty period itself giving problem means, what can i do for post warranty ????????????????

                        Xiommi is one the fraud companies who cheats their customer. i have defect in my usb cable or charger, so i went to dwarka sector 11, Delhi service Center. At reception a person usually checked my usb and said it is damaged so cant be changed. But usb not tempered by me..These people Robbed their customer for the name of customr service(bcoz xiommi is also a chinese comapny and chinese company are world famous for their cheap quality of products)

But usb not tempered by me.and its charge with anthor charger but not with a radmi charger These people Robbed their customer for the name of customr service(bcoz xiommi is also a chinese comapny and chinese company are world famous for their cheap quality of products)

                                Order ID #[protected] I had purchased a Mi Headset from Mi store India and it was delivered on 12th November 2015 but it was defective I have faced the below mentioned issues :- 1) Left side Ear piece if the Headset is not so Audible compared to the Right side ear piece, i had even interchanged the headphones and checked doubting whether there could be some problem with my left ear but the problem is with the Headset only. 2) I am unable to remove the Ear Pad of the Right Side Ear Piece. It is jammed. I was calling the customer care since the delivery of the product from 12th November but it was not at all getting connected. But i was repeatedly calling from landline and mobile and was finally able to connect and made a complaint over the phone on 14th November. It was so pathetic that the customer coudn't communicate well in English and they simply said "WAIT FOR SOME TIME IT WILL BE REPLACED". Today is 12th December - I made the complaint on 14th November, it is more thatn 28 days now till the customer care executive says "WAIT FOR SOME TIME THE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED". But they dint replace and they dint refund my money as well and they are cheating me . Please help me file a case against this Company. The product was delivered by their official supplier named Rocket Kommerce LLP. Please take desired action.

                                I called their Customer Care for more than 20 times and also wrote a mail on Nov. 17th and i got a reply after 2days on Nov. 19th, saying that they will send their logistics partner to pick up the product but today is December 12th till now not even a single call from their customer care.

Afternoon 2:30pm phone charging 26%.phone also very heat .Minimum phone 4 calls attend and data 30 min using.phone few day back very so much battery performance.please change my phone. This phone purchase Oct month end. Kindly slow my problem. My phone very important my job.present I am Hyderabad 500014.

                                        I bought my phone in September 21st from the website of this company. Unfortunately, it fell down 3 days after it was delivered to me and the screen shattered. I paid 3000 rupees for a new screen, at which time their service center in Begumpet (Hyderabad) also replaced a 'receiver' without charges, based on my assertion that I just bought the phone and never asked me for the proof of purchase - Order ID #[protected]! A week later, the phone stopped ringing or vibrating when a call came in. I took it again for service and this time they wanted proof that I just bought it. I promised to mail it in and asked them to book the phone. (Job sheet/work order no:[protected] I mailed the proof of purchase to the mail id -xiaomi.begumpet.[protected]@tvs-e.in - they specified within an hour's time. When I went to collect it, they say I have to pay Rs 1000 to get it - because they booked my phone as 'out of warranty'!!! One of them says - 100% they will not give it - unless I pay. I asked them how they can say it is out of warranty - when I told them I bought it 2 months ago! And, sent the bill too as agreed! They are just not bothered and saying they will not give me my phone unless I pay! Having already spent Rs 10000 on this (useless to me) phone which has given me nothing but problems, I am at the end of my tether and regretting this whole purchase very very bitterly! On every visit I tell them the battery does not last even 10 hours and they say it is fine, without verifying anything. They just threaten to reset the phone to factory mode.
