And when i called the customer care at 9th December around 1PM, they say it was delivered to you by Fedex with shipment ID[protected] on 9th of December 3PM but you were unavailable. I dont understand is are they immature or do they have any sense what are they talking about. How can they even say that as a reason of cancellation of the shipment. If someone is reading and wanna look into this issue, then please do

    I UPDATE LATEST VERSON IN MY ZIOMI REDMI 1S MOBILE AND AFTER UPDATE COMPLITATION WHEN I RESTART MY MOBILE CONTINUOUSLY MASSAGE COMES ON SCREEN SHOWING THAT YOUR UNFORTUNATELY THE PROCESS ANDOID, google, playstore, etc has stop. Send bug report to mi for analysis. But even i click so many times on send option or cancle option this massage is not going to send and continuously appear on screen and i am not able to use my phone.

      On nov 2015, i have purchased xiaomi mi 4i from snapdeal and after 10 days, i was facing problem in my camera, on 29 nov i submitted this phone to the customer care and after a week on dec 5 i got my phone with the camera issue resolved at that time . but after 1 day i was again facing the same problem and this time again they submitted my phone for 15 days and the service center people told now they have to replace the motherboard . My issue is if there is so much hardware issue with the phone, how can they release that in the market without proper testing and now as already this phone has some big issue with the hardware, i want the replacement for my phone or my money back for this phone and whole year i cannot will repeat the same thing again . The concerned authorities are requested to look after the matter and the chinese company has already issue with the quality before and the service center behavior was also Unethical .

      Actually the complain is Basically against Xiaomi india, as i already had been facing problem with their service center as my phone camera is not working . After 10 days i got my phone back with the issue resolved that time but again after just 1 day, i was facing the same issue .They have told me that the problem might be with the motherboard and they again have submitted the mobile . so After 1 month of purchase, more than 15 days it is with the service center .

      my only complain with Snapdeal is that As there is so much issue with this phone, therefore it was already defective and the instead of sending it back the seller " TvS Electronics " sold it off, i gave my order to Snapdeal and not to that seller so the authencity and the Genuinity of the product is the responsiblity of Snapdeal, i beleive .

      And your Return/replacement policy is also very short, so now i could not even return it back . I request you to if you can replace this item, kindly replace it or ask the Xiaomi to replace it as i am facing a lot of issue with the hardware of this phone .

      Wifi Direct not working in Redmi note 4G

      Dear Sir/Mam I have Redmi Note 4G and one of the function Wifi Direct is not working, I updated the latest MIUI software version and Adroid 4.4.4 but still it's not working. So please resolve my problem.

        I visited Mi service center in Surat to get my power bank resolution solved but the representative asked me to take a token and due to some reason the issue could not be resolved hence today when I again visited the store I was again forced to do so problem is every time I have to take token and do not get resolution. They are only telling that talk with company and company say go to the service center

            After date of delivery your product found defective the i will call your customer care and demand to return but they said you can go to service center and repair the product. when i will reach your service center the told me no issue in my product. but it actually in problem is Lines on Display. they will not accepted this problem. then i will re call to your service center and told him but they repeated same answer and i was unsatisfied It was 5 times visited to your store and after that problem was found to your service center this Job Card no is[protected] dated[protected] but he said display stock was not available that way required time of repairing is more than 15 days. Today i will re call to your customer care and say to want refund then he said to refund period was already completed and after 30 days no refund was claimed... it was not a satisfied to me please arrange return and refund after the period

              I am purchasing new mobile mi 4i through mi.Com and received from 7th nov. Phone not working properly so went to service center but he said me that your mobile replace because not in working condition and then i request to customer care to replace my phone.I raised request for replacement on 14th nov.My ticket no. Is 747787.Customer care executives was committed me that my phone change within 5 or 7 working days but now 22 days are spend but no one contact me regarding replacement.When i called mi call center then we say " wait kr lo sir ho jauga".Please solve my issue and replace my phone

                JOB Sheet No :[protected] When they are given me phone at that time they were using it .Screen also had scratches so when i seen it they replaced it and put my screen . phone is fully discharged so i didn't check IMEI at that time and but on battery Cover IMSI is right at that time. As i have received phone but IMEI is different can you please check it Its careless of Service center people My IMEI [protected] received phone with IMEI [protected]/13

                  I purchased mi 4i mobile from snapdeal fro 1 month back iIam using Airtel 4G but this mobile network is very poor it's working like 2G iIam upset with this handset using 4G sim but speed is poor it's not 4G mobile xiomi is making fool Indian customers I will not advise to my friends to buy xiomi products. Take this mobile back and refund me.

                    Sir, I have purchased a Redmi 1S mobile phone bearing IMEI NO [protected] through Flipkart on 24th December 2014. On account of speaker and battery problem I have given it for repair at company's service centre at Bhubaneswar on 24th November 2015. They are harassing me as initially told me to deliver me on 2nd December and today when I inquired advice me to call them on 10th December 2015. I don't know why the company is not bothered after selling the phone and why some one will be harassed.

                    Despite my follow up and complain through this site nothing has happened. Can you please advise me where to lodge further complain to make the company and its service centre liable for their harassment. Already one month has passed but my problem still not solved.

                      I ordered an mi band id: [protected]. initially they did not send the order due to rains, next i asked them to send again and they said they couldn't send it. So i asked them to cancel the order and return my money as there is no cancel option in there store app. Now they called me after 10 days and asked that they would cancel and return my money but i see that my order status in the app is "return rejected" initially they did not send and now they are saying return rejected and they are not responding to my emails and there customer care number is not working properly.. So i request you to solve this problem and make them to return my money

                        I purchased Redmi 2 prime a month ago. It works fine for some days. After inserting a memory card contains 16gb capacity. After copying some data battery drain revealed to me. Then i observed media server is using quantum of battery around 60%, heating the device and shows all cores working together at 100%. Full charge battery lasts in 3hours. Then I have done some Google search and found that this is software issue. I am a huge fan of xiaomi and have ample faint in this brand. Please don't prove me wrong. Please resolve the problem by tweaking the software and releasing some patch.thanks

                          A couple of weeks ago in the month of November, 2015 my phone battery was low so I plugged in the charger pin but it was not charging my phone .So, I tried to charge my uncle's phone with my charger who has the same Note of Mi and his phone was charging which made it very clear to me that my charger is okay.Then I restarted my phone and tried to plug it again but nothing worked. At last I did one more experiment which was I turned off my phone and then plugged the charger pin and guess what my phone was now charging.Then I called the Xiaomi India cmr care on[protected], they asked me to dial a few numbers on my phone starting with *# and at last they told me that it has got some hardware issues so I need to visit the near by service centre which is 1200 km's away from my place so then they came for my rescue with Mi pick up service and I was told that I can courier my device. They asked me to pay Rs.189 online and a receipt will get generated and then I need to download 3 forms and parcel my device in its original box and paste one of the form over it which is the Airway bill which I did instantly after making the payment and downloaded the forms and then my device was supposed to be picked up on 25th of November, 2015. Though it was scheduled so but since then I am getting a sms from xiaomi that the pick up will be done everyday. and if you call the customer care all they have to say is we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you sir. The issue has been escalated to the concerned team we will get back to soon. My Inquiry No. is [protected]

                            My phone was working fine for first 5-6 months but after that there have been lot of problems which xiaomi fails to solve 1st there was charging issue and they replaced motherboard with a faulty motherboard whose camera flash was not working then they again replaced the motherboard which was again faulty as it wont charge my battery, also my battery was replaced with some faulty one (Xiaomi Service Center, Laxmi nagar) then i again visited service center they asked me to buy new battery to which i agreed but before buying i asked them to verify...and they said motherboard i faulty Now my phone is again in service center and again waiting for new faulty motherboard. Its been like this since August and my phone will soon be out of warranty. So i guess they won't entertain this. I have a total of 6 IMEI nos. with me which have been changed each time while replacing motherboard and i guess soon i will get 2 new IMEI nos. I am very frustrated of this and i regret it
                            First Time i went to Xiaomi service center Noida (Ambe Electronics)
                            second time when i went ambe electronics was not authorized xiaomi service center anymore so i had to go to Xiaomi Exclusive service center (Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, new delhi)
                            After i got my mobile back from this one, again there was charging issue and i again went to xiaomi service center. This time new xiaomi exclusive service center opened in noida.
                            and from that time my mobile is with them

                                    My order id: #[protected] I ordered an Mi In-Ear phone on nov 9 and due to late delivery i cancelled the order but the did not give my money back. It is already a month. I have called many times and sent so many mails but they don't reply to any mail and whenever i contact their customer care guys they told me to wait another 4 days. PS: the customer care guy told like the product return to their war house on 24 nov but their website shows like it came on 15 th november it self.

                                      Hi, It's been more than 30 days since I have submitted my Mi Pad @ service center in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, still I haven't got my pad repaired. They say they haven't received parts yet. I have complaint about this to customer service number. Attender said she is forwarding matter to respective department and they will contact me. But NO RESPONSE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP. My college holidays will start from 5th December, so I have to leave for home and won't be able to collect my pad for next at least 45 days.
