On nov 2015, i have purchased xiaomi mi 4i from snapdeal and after 10 days, i was facing problem in my camera, on 29 nov i submitted this phone to the customer care and after a week on dec 5 i got my phone with the camera issue resolved at that time . but after 1 day i was again facing the same problem and this time again they submitted my phone for 15 days and the service center people told now they have to replace the motherboard .
My issue is if there is so much hardware issue with the phone, how can they release that in the market without proper testing and now as already this phone has some big issue with the hardware, i want the replacement for my phone or my money back for this phone and whole year i cannot will repeat the same thing again .
The concerned authorities are requested to look after the matter and the chinese company has already issue with the quality before and the service center behavior was also Unethical .
