Xiomi should be banned in India for sales, they are not capable to take care of after sales service. Worst service ever. Dear Sir I had a horrible experience with your Mi service center at Salt Lake City in Kolkata. I had purchased a Mi 4 handset (64GB) from Flipkart 4 month before for Rs 23999/-. Unfortunately the handset fell from my hand and front screen got damage 20 days before. I had gone to your service center who told that it will be replaced at a cost between Rs 5000/- to Rs 6000/-. They will send the requisition to the company and call up and confirm....

It is really very bad experience from MI India that I have ordered mi band on 10th Nov. 2015 order no. [protected] and I received it on 13th Nov. 2015 via Fedex, when I opened the parcel I found a wooden price instead of my mi band. Did I pay 799 for this wooden piece. I also called up customer care and reported the same, they told me to provide the pictures of received parcel.

My Mi4 is having a problem of auto shutdown so I dropped it on Gurgaon service center. Although I got a SMS to recollect my phone in working 4 days but the blunder they created was that they made my set 16 gb instead of original 64 gb so I had to revisit the service center again.
Service center guy is so uncourteous that instead of accepting his fault he blamed me for not checking the incorrect Jobsheet made by him.
