I have purchase online red me prime 2 sept 2015 ivoice no. is[protected] from ur mi online site, but with in 2 months the brightness get dim, automatically, we can, t read the screen properly in darkness, service centre is too far from my house, so plz send ur executive for home service, for getting the problem in mobile phone

    I had submitted my mobile on 29/09/2015 wide job sheet no.BAR/XM/15/01800, part is changed but it is not repaired. Then i had re-submitted it on 10/11/2015 wide job sheet no. BAR/XM/15/02042, So since last two month there is no response from customer service centre. So, now i am planning to submit my complain in GRAHAK SURAKSHA KENDRA within next week. I am suffering without mobile from last two month.

      This is with regard to REDMI Note 4G purchased via snapdeal in July 2015 which was delivered to my place in Agra on July 11' 2015 via Invoice No. S0192C/15-16/63771), that to my utmost surprise just within 1 month handset started displaying some SIM ERROR and stopped working instantly. As directed by the customer care, we contacted the nearest only available service center in Agra "Media House" on 17th Sep' 2015 for the faulty handset, however to my disappointment the service center did not repaired the set completely and after few days we started facing some speaker issue. When we tried contacting the service center, to our extreme surprise we got to know that the service center at MEDIA HOUSE has been closed down and no other service center is available in AGRA to service our request. We had previously also tried numerous times over toll free no.however no satisfactory assistance has been provided by their staff. Subsequently, we tried reaching over the emails as well but no response received so far. We had tried contacting snapdeal as well, but they denied to service our request saying that they are only responsible for delivery and bears no responsibility for the product. In the absence of any quality support and assistance I am compelled to lodge a complain at consumer forum, Thus I request for your kind assistance and support to resolve the Issue at earliest

        I was purchased a mi 4i mobile phone flipcart. now my device is not switching on. i requested a complaint on 22nd november 2015, enquiry number is [protected].The executive said that they registered in pickme service, before 24 hrs they will come and collect the phone. The whole processing will take 10 to 15 days. Its already 5 dasy gone. no response from them.

          Very next day I have lodged complaint about defective, broken & duplicate product received.
          Later I have got calls from their customer care about call back and assured to resolve the matter within 7 days
          Till today ( Almost 15 days ) nothing has happened, No calls, and even when Iam calling to their customer care number NO one picks up.
          Even my mail are bounced back.
          Please treat this mail as an official complaint against Book My Offer and get my money back.

            I purchased a xiaomi mi4i via Flipkart. I got the phone ontime but the phone wasn't worked properly. I replaced the phone then they gave me a new phone. Now I am facing complaint on this phone also. When I sliding on the touch panel the whole display is blinking. Please resolve the problem. Please replace the phone or I need urgently my money back.

              In Aug-15 my phone was getting high temperature & battery was draining fast by internal app "mediaserver", rear camera was not working, because of this issue they have replace a motherboard and gave my mobile in 30-40 days which is almost a month.. On 15-Oct-15 for the same issue like Getting high temperature & battery was draining fast "mediaserver", they have kept my mobile for again 30-40 days and gave me on 23-Nov-15. now on 1st day mobile was getting high temperature & battery was drained fast on 2nd day it works good compare to 1st days and now on 3rd day network symbol says No SIM..!! If after getting repaired by authorized service center I am getting issue with my cell phone in only 7 days and the customer care says again visit service center & service center says again submit to repair, it means If I resubmit it then it will again waste my 30-40 days .. so total 60 days of warranty has been wasted and not again more 30 days is going to waste.. Now i have no faith on this Mi (Xiaomi) company & their Service center. I feel like they are selling defected pieces to customers..

                I bought redmi2 prime on13-Oct-15 with Order no- [protected] with price 6, 549.00 from amazon..It was not working properly..Voice is breaking in call and network problem.I called customer care for replacement n they said only 10 days replacement in sale.I went to mi store on 3rd of nov..they submit the phone for repair..after 20 days we receive the phone they said IC of the phone got replaced...Now we have the same previous issue of voice breaking in the phone..As it seems to me that amazon has given us old phone at new price.                   I have bought a redmi2 mobile. After four months the battery was draining out very much quickly. When I went to srvice center which located near about 50km. from my location they told me that there was a software problem and updated software. But after 10 days that probleagain happening again. I am afraiding that after 2 months guarantee of battery will be stopped. I am not expecting this type of service as a authorized customer from a reputed company.

                    I have bought a Xiaomi Mi3 Mobile phone on 5th Aug 2014, on 24th Jan 2015 its screen got damaged, I have submitted it on 24th Jan 2015 at Xiaomi Service centre TVS Electronics Malad West Mumbai After 9 month of wasting time in waiting hundreds of phone calls and at least 10 visits to the service centre I have not yet received my phone back attached herewith is the phone submitting receipt and phone purchase bill. They kept telling me that part not available will be available soon when I lost my cool and blasted them they started telling that person who submitted phone has left the job now phone status can not be traced. Sir, I am waiting for your favourable reply I tried to manage with a standby phone for a month but they have not returned my phone so I had to buy a new phone which costed me Rupees 12499 I have visited the service centre more than 10 times which has wasted my time and money I want my phone back in perfect working condition and with the warranty which was left when I submitted my phone I want Xiaomi to compensate me suitably for making me wait for 9 months

                      I've got a power bank of 20800mah, its not working yet. I don't know if you're not selling this product then y there's no action taken on it yet. That to on sellers like AMAZON SHOPCLUES, & SNAPDEAL IN INDIA. Is Xiaomi as a brand doesn't want to take it's name by each and evry individual as a best product of this decade.IS COMPANY itself making game products and selling it on online shopping.

                        I have purchased xiaomi MI4I from online flipkart. After few time I got some issue in hands free jack and submitted to xiaomi service centre Janakpuri.they told me to give with in 15 day.but after 30 days I am still waiting for their response.and unable to find any ways. For that I am complaining to consumer forum to take action against Xiaomi India.

                          Hi, I had given my Redmi 4G note for repairs under warranty on 16th Nov'15 through a friend and I also spoke to the representative of the shop at TVS Electronics LTD. XIAOMI SERVICE CENTER, shop no.1, Plot no.144, RS Compound, Yashoda Niwas, Chakala, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East.Mumbai over the phone. I was told that after depositing the phone with them, they would let me know about the problem in 3 days time. But till now I have received no call. When I try to call them on their landline( the only number mentioned on internet[protected], either the phone is busy or the phone keeps ringing.I want my phone repaired soon.My service order no[protected].Please do the needful.

                            I bought mi 4i mobile from Flipkart 'big billion days' sales. After receiving product, I checked freebies offer from mi website. I registered my mobile, gave imei no. And other information. But after 1 Month I had not received it. I have already booked compain on mi toll free no. But they did not give me any proper reason. Complain no is 681559. They are giving me false reasons. So I told him that if you can't give freebies then you can give me mi 4i flipcover. But they did not help me. So I kindly request you to do something as soon as possible.

                              WORST SERVICE Delivered BY Xiaomi service center I have used Mi 3 phone for around 6months after which it got dead and then I kept running in the service center of vashi for 2 months. Employees there are pathetic. They keep on telling that it will get repaired in one week. But again after one week they tell that it will take another one week to repair it. So after around 2 months I have gone in another service center at thane but there also employees are telling the same thing and it has been 1.5 month since I have submitted my mobile. After sometimes I have bought mi4i mobile of xiaomi since I liked the camera quality of xiaomi mobiles. But it also got dead within one month of purchase. Now my both mobiles are in service center and I am cursing the day when I bought this mi3 & mi4i mobile.

                                Xiomi should be banned in India for sales, they are not capable to take care of after sales service. Worst service ever. I bought Mi4i Phone thru Flip kart on 26th June 2015. on 28th September 2015 morning i noticed the display not working and handed over to ENSURE SUPPORT Services(Authorized by Xiomi) and taken acknowledgement. now it is almost two months after i handed over to service center, today after great difficulty my call connected to service center, still they are telling that they do not know when the spare parts will come form xiomi and they are not committing any date. i called up xiomi customer care, they are also not able to say anything and asking me to wait for months out of 1 year warranty they are kept already 2 months.

                                  Dear Sir I had a horrible experience with your Mi service center at Salt Lake City in Kolkata. I had purchased a Mi 4 handset (64GB) from Flipkart 4 month before for Rs 23999/-. Unfortunately the handset fell from my hand and front screen got damage 20 days before. I had gone to your service center who told that it will be replaced at a cost between Rs 5000/- to Rs 6000/-. They will send the requisition to the company and call up and confirm. There was no reponse for 15 days. When we called up some one picked up the phone and said it will cost Rs 8500/-. The next day we call up for a confirmation some one called 'Deb' picked up the phone and said charge will be Rs 9900/- if we are interested we will get the service or we will not be able to do any thing. Three times three different version of charges. I stay far away from Salt Lake City and have been after your service center for last 20 days. If this is the level of service I am afraid I will not recommend your brad to any one nor buy any product of your's. Hope to get a positive reply of this mail. Pl inform me the exact charge for replacement without further harassment. Note the present cost of the handset is Rs 14999/- how can screen replacement cost be Rs 9900/-???                                       It is really very bad experience from MI India that I have ordered mi band on 10th Nov. 2015 order no. [protected] and I received it on 13th Nov. 2015 via Fedex, when I opened the parcel I found a wooden price instead of my mi band. Did I pay 799 for this wooden piece. I also called up customer care and reported the same, they told me to provide the pictures of received parcel.
                                      Kindly PFA the same and refund my money asap.
