I have purchase xiaomi mi4i before 5 month back that mobile unfortunately dead mode after asking service station he telling mother board problem suddenly i am sock...! but the same time all customer taken that same mobile all most 90% compliant and bad opinion, that is your product quality. So please tel me shortly your working experience...!

    My Mi4 is having a problem of auto shutdown so I dropped it on Gurgaon service center. Although I got a SMS to recollect my phone in working 4 days but the blunder they created was that they made my set 16 gb instead of original 64 gb so I had to revisit the service center again.
    Service center guy is so uncourteous that instead of accepting his fault he blamed me for not checking the incorrect Jobsheet made by him.
    In the Jobsheet model number he mentioned some code ***16G*** and was expecting me to guess that it meant for 16 GB model.
    I provided him the invoice/bill copy of my handset purchase, even then he made this mistake, such unprofessional and uncourteous people are sitting at the service center.
    Moreover, there is no contact number for service center(one which provided on Xiaomi site as well) is in working condition so the person cannot ask the status of the service over phone call.

      My mi4 is not powering on regarding that i opted for pickmi services on 15nov but as on 20nov, they have send the document and i have packed the box accordingly but no one has come to pickup the phone whenever calling they say your problem is being escalated on urgent basis and moreover they call every day that we will arrange pickup today but no one come, even when i call to fedex regarding this that they have to carry the pikup they say that they donot havent received the pickup no, so they cannot send any one, this is pathetic service, govt should either banned the xiaomi or tell them to make service centre in every state in India my mi4 ticket no -753057 [protected] is Inquiry number JOB NUMBER : 28512

      yes...its a motherboard issue...they changed it for my phone in delhi but made my fone 16 gb instead of 64 so i have given it again to the service center.
      mine is 16gb but there is no service center here so i have opt for pickmi services but 6 days have passed n no one is coming for pickup though they call me daily regarding this
      ok, wait for it or try to send it to service centers in himachal or punjab if it is there, I got my fone on saturday.
      this problem started after your MIUI7 upgrade or it was always there ?

          Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased the Mi4i 32 GB (grey) from my Mi account on 4th August 2015 sale, which I received it on 11th August. Just after 20 days ie. 1st Sept 2015, it's home navigation switch start malfunctioning(operating harder than other part of screen)j. When complained on Customer Service, I was advised to go nearby service center and get it diagnosed and refused for any refunds or replacement. Taking some time from my routine work, I visited the Mi authorised Ensure Support Services India Ltd, Surat, Gujarat, India. During the visit I was Informed to submit my handset for 25 days for repair. Since I had no other handset available, I hesitated doing so and call the customer service later and registered a complaint no. 555212 on 15th Sept for urgent services. Also I was informed to visit either Ahmedabad or Mumbai for better service since Mi service center are available there. When visited Ahmedabad service center on 19th Sept., they refused to accept the query saying " Since it is operating hard we cannot accept the device, we can only accept if it stops functioning". After few days, home navigation switch stop functioning and having no other option available I submitted my handset to Ensure Support Services India Ltd, Surat on 26th Sept., where I was told to get the job done in 20 days. After 20 days ie. on 17th Oct, I enquired about the handset and was told to collect it by next Wednesday (21st Oct). On 21st Oct, no one received the call from service center, so when I went to collect he handset directly, I was informed that it is not done. Also they misbehaved. And at last they informed me that the spare parts are not available. So on 22nd Oct, I again called the customer service and booked my complaint no. 658788 and I was informed that "all care will be taken and updates will be inform to you". But till date I haven't received a single call from any representative for any updates, just received the calls to get my information only. Also I called the customer service on 25th Oct, 28th Oct, 31st Oct, 4th Nov, 7th Nov and 13th Nov, but still I haven't got any satisfactory response. On 4th Nov, I was told from Customer Service that the spare parts is made available to service center. After two days when contacted to service center for updates I am told that " Consignment from Mi is received but spare part for your device is not received". So I called customer service on 7th Nov to get the updates. On 13th Nov., when I called customer service for any updates, they replied me " No spare parts is required for the problem in my mobile handset, so visit service center and cross verify it." When visited to service center on 17th Nov, I came to know that Customer Service had informed me incorrectly and are apologising me.I am only told all the time (4 weeks) that your complain is forwarded, action has been action and problem will be resolved as soon as possible. But no one is pointing on why after 55 days of submitting handset, spare parts are still not available. Still I am waiting to get the tentative date for handset delivery from Customer Service and also service center is not receiving the call. Also one of customer service operator during call has openly told that me to file a complaint on consumer forum or anywhere else if I wished but the service will be done in the same manner as now. After showing my all trust on this Mi brand and now having experienced all such situation I also requested for the refund, replacement or any spare device till I get my device. But none of them is fulfilled and I am baring all the losses.Such an experience has made me loose my faith on the brand.

            I purchased one Redmi 2 on 03.09.2015, since then onwards the same is heating and not getting the battery backup, then I went to your customer care centre at Janakpuri, new delhi and given the same for replace the faulty parts, but after 20-25 days I again went to your centre for collecting my phone and they informed that the same is not replaced due to parts not available. I could not understand why this is happening with your service centre and your phone, when I brought this on the same day the problem started and due to some reason I am unable to replace within a month time and I given to your service centre and they cannot repair or replace the same. Keeping in view of this, request you to please replace the phone and do the needful at the earliest.

              I visited the [protected]@ exclusive support center at Dadar, Mumbai on 19 Nov 15. My mobile recently has been showing nil signal for both SIM cards. However, when I use these SIM cards on another smart phone, I get full signal. On approaching above support center @1045, first three hours no one cared to take a look at phone. Thereafter, @ 1330, they had a look after a lot of req and deliberation. Only, superficial checks were undertaken and no thing was done. Poor response and unprofessional conduct.
              Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                With reference to above I regret to inform a worst experience happened to me in one of authorised service centre of XIA0MI at below mentioned address .

                I handed over my XIAOMI redmi 2 mobile which I purchased during[protected], it was online purchase through Flipkart website, as the phone was getting over heated during charge 0n 16.11.15 & hence I checked with local service person residing near my place they received the phone & as a procedure of acknowledgement pasted their service sticker by shop representative, but as their owner came he clearly told that we don’t service xiaomi phones here & kindly contact authorised service centre as it is in warranty period & he also regretted to me that shop person unknowingly collected xiaomi phone from my end & removed his sticker pasted in my mobile & returned my mobile.
                Hence I checked with website & handed over the phone to above mentioned authorised service address on 17.11.15 but after a day the service person Mr. Murali called me & spoke to me rudely & he is arguing that he observed traces of sticker mark of outside shop pasted & removed & he is voluntarily telling even they could claim this phone in warranty, he would make it chargeable around 4500INR for new board, even they are having single landline connection, inspite of several try they are not picking the landline, once they pick this person is telling it is not his responsibility to pick the phone we have plenty of work in service you keep on trying.
                I suspect that this person had removed my phone board & voluntarily telling that xiami sticker over screws are removed & hence making it chargeable to me.
                I deeply regret to inform that in lawful behaviour of service centre person to customers, XIAMI to take necessary action against these service person who does not handle customers & better advice the service centre to remove him for work .
                This type of service spoils the brand image of XIAOMI phone, I would be satisfied if my phone which is overheating to be rectified as it is in warranty, plz take appropriate action over the service centre grievances.

                  I have purchaused redmi 1s before 8 months ago and i had some issues with network before 3 months ago so i went for their service center and they told me that we need to replace the motherboard in 15 days after that i called the service center many times so they told me to contact with Mi customer care services so they will import the hardware, i called them 2-3 times and all the time they are telling me that we are solving your issue with in 3-4 days but still my device at service center and the problem is not solved yet.

                    I purchsed my Xiaomi phone in august and only after a month it back camera stopped working I sent a mail left a message on their fb page and even tried calling many time but they just wouldnt revert back. And when they finally reverted they said that the phone will be sent to service station station and it will take ten days and they said the phone will be back by 15th of november then one day we called and they said that it will take a month for the phone to comeback. Now I just want my phone back. They keep making up stuff sometime that the motherboard is not working and stuff when n fact the phone was working fine just the camera was not working. I want them to return it as soon as possible.

                        Dear concern, I had given my mi4i to the mi authorised service centre, R 42, FF, Main vikas marg on 2, Nov, 2015. My charger and my device both were not working from the night of 1, nov, 2015 Without inspecting the device, Ms sujata Chaudhary told me that my device part is damaged due to liquid and charger is damaged. After an argument with Ms Sujata Chaudhary on the liquid issue, she sent the mobile to the inner section for inspection. After inspection they told me that device damaged due to liquid and they cant cover it in warranty. I have to pay the cost of service, they also not given me appropriate time of repair. I called on the mi call centre and they registered complaint regarding the problem. Two days before i got a call from mi call centre and they inform me that my device is ready and i can collect it from service centre. I visited the branch yesterday on 14th Nov 2015 but the executive told me that my device isn't ready as the part hasn't come yet. Today i called the mi call centre again, the executive told me that i have to visit the branch and from there i contact mi call centre again and call centre will talk to the service centre executive and wilk request them to complete the repair work fast. What is this?? Why there is a communication gap between service centre? How many times should I visited the service centre. Is there any authority who is really customer oriented.                           Hi Hope you are doing great. I bought Mi 4i phone on 13 Oct 2015 from Amazon and received on 15 Oct, 2015. After that there was problem is display and i told customer care and they replace it with the new one. I received the new one on 23 Oct, 2015. And the same problem occurred again. And i called them again on 24th oct but they are not picking up my phone. I didn't get anything from there because whenever I called them they are not receiving my call and I had mailed many times to them at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com but no response from there also. . Problems which I am facing right now:- 1. Display: There is a big difference in the display quality of my brother's phone and my phone. As my brother is also using Mi 4i. He bought it in Feb, 2015. 2. Camera: There is also difference in the camera quality when I compare it to my brother's phone. My brother's phone camera is much better than mine. And I am talking about both(front and rear camera). 3. Touch issue or hang problem: Now touch of my phones is creating the problem because sometimes it start working automatically and sometimes it doesn't work. Even back, home and third button stops working. Then I have to reboot this phone to solve this problem. After that it start working but the same problem occurred again and again. 4. Heating problem: whenever I used to play any game for 5 minutes or surfing internet then it heat up. So these are the problems which I am facing right now. May be many new problems will come in future. I want my phone replaced or refund. I don't want it repaired because i was tried reaching them from the next day on which i received the replaced phone.                             i ordered redmi 2 prime to mi store xiaomi. on 1november received 14 nov. but mobile is faulty detects no sim and shows invalid imie no.. i talk with helpline they verified my problem and asked me to pack mobile, and said that their representative visit me to collect mobile within 24 hours but now by date 17 nov 4 pm no response, i called to helpline again they answered to wait . i ask to refund my money but they dont agree to do so. i also purshased mi protect cover with mobile but when i call to activate my protection one said to call other and other say to call one what they r fooling . kindly solve my problem .thanx. jagdish singh [protected], amritsar punjab.

                              Dear sir, i just bought 3 months before mi4i 32gb flash sale at your direct mi store online. continuously i face some problem that phone produce overheating, and very fast battery drain. today morning i just plugged the charger pin. phone was not charging and charging pin area was so heating. but phone was working good. next i planned go to customer care. again i need to my data backup. again i connected via laptop my phone. not connected. that time also charging pin area was so heating. next i go to customer service center velachery. that guy name srinivasan. she said, if any physical damage or watery problem, we didn't do warranty service. i know my phone perfectly alright such a good condition. i explain same above the complaint that guy view & check outside of my cellphone. then take inside, few minutes after he come and say me it was a physical damage. he nothing to show any inside area, he show same outside area of the charging pin. it was physical damage. he saw same thing i enter time. that time he nothing to say me. the charging connector was perfectly good. not any shagging. only we identify the forth bin was blackly seen. i already show him that person enter time. the pin black was heating problem. the guy asking for 205 for an inspection. its really cheating Ur valuable customer. i said i didn't pay u. that guy tells i didn't give ur phone. go anywhere compliant yourself. i am so much irritating dealing with ur mi product and customer care service. i need my phone back with warranty service. otherwise ill go for another choice. please take my request and action immediately. first of all y the company asking for inspection charges. the inspection is during inside the room. how am i trust. i saw the situation, the velachery customer service center asking every person 205 inspection charges, otherwise take Ur phone and go, neither any other mobile warranty service center till now didn't asking inspection charge. it is cheating the customer absolutely... this is my mail id : raja.[protected]@gmail.com name: raja now my contact number is [protected], [protected] thanking you

                                  I have order a mobile (xiaomi Mi 4I 16 gb) order No. 71905516 dt. 16/10/2015 a received mobile dt. 29/10/2015. the mobile is defect. defect is that mobile auto switch off after 2 or 5 miniuts. I call to shopclues same date (dt 29/10/2015) and they told me go to xiaomi service centre and provide job sheet to us and we will replace to your phone. I have mail job sheet to shopclues dt. 30/10/2012 and confirm from shopclues staff. after that i make call and they told me we will solve your problems within 48 hours. after dt. 30/10/2015 they always told me provide 48 hours for solve problems but they can't do anythings. Every time other person pick phone and waste 30 miniuts but they could not do anythings.
                                  I am very puzzled please solve my problem.

                                    I have purchased mi4i mobile through flipkart in the month of April 15. I have net work issues like, calls get dropped frequently, Mobile data is not connected properly and can't download some of the apps from play store. I have updated my mobile with latest updates released by xiaomi but still there are problems. No response from customer care.
                                    I am also facing the similar kind of issue with my newly bought MI 4i mobile.First of all while downloading new themes it gave me the error that "can't connect to network".All other user apps can be easily downloaded.Then i took it to the Indiaranagar Bangalore service center.Those guys reverted back the MIUI version to 6.6.5.0.Then it worked for some time and after a reboot it started giving issue that "activate your MI account" while i could see that the account is already activated from my mobile phone.This is the last time i am going to visit the customer care, if they can't resolve i am going to replace the mobile.

                                      This is regarding the below mails, My inquiry number is [protected] and invoice has been attached. we have very worst experience with Mi phone. The service center is playing the hide and seek game with me. They are only saying that they are following up with the concern team but now it is 1 month. Kindly do the needful as you are top source of company, I think now my issue will be resolve. I have also posted my feedback on the Facebook page but someone has deleted that post. how pathetic service, you people are providing.                                         Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased Xiaomi phone (MI-2) it was having charging issue so I went through pickmi service, I made three times complain then it reached to the service centre 2 times it was picked and it was returned to me. Third time when it reached to the service centre it was physically damaged as the screen was broken.Now they asked me to pay Rs 3121 which I paid through NEFT now when my phone reached to me the condition of the phone was same screen broken charging issue was not solved. And also I have paid cash Rs 189 to the phone which returned me. Now when I am complaining and generating new pickmi the no which is generating it used to be invalid. All Inquiry nos. are as Inquiry no. [protected] - Not picked the Mobile Inquiry no. [protected] - Picked but returned to me again with damage stage Inquiry no. [protected] - Picked paid 3121 and also to delivery boy 189 but the condition of the mobile was same screen broken charging issue. Inquiry no. [protected] - invalid inquiry no. Inquiry no.
