Mi earphones usually cost Rs.999 and are always 'Out of Stock'. One I saw a post by Xiaomi India saying that there is a diwali sale and I saw that the earphones were available on that day for Rs.299, and i thought the cost is reduced because its a sale. But after buying the product, I have recieved a different model of earphones. These are a lower model and the quality is different. From The Given Address" whereas i am staying at the given address only.
I was not even contacted. It is a matter of 600 meters from nearby delivery
hub to my address and it reached 3 days back also. Please correct this kind
of service.

    I purchased MI power bank 10400 MAh on 18/10/2014 and one more on 20/10/2014 through Flipkart after using both the products I had problem with the both the power bank. I contacted customer care to solve the issue they made me to run the corners of Chennai MI service center and the service center informed me that power bank cannot be serviced and informed me to contact the customer care I called them and informed them they agreed to replace both the power bank with a new one. My first complaint number is 2936 Dated 03/02/2014 and the second one is 3295 Dated 20/02/2014 then the service center combined my both complaint into one complaint and given 62779 as Ticket number Dated 10/03/2015. Still now as company agreed they did not replaced the product or refunded my amount I paid for it. For the past nine months company is frustrating me and not responding my several requests. I kindly request the consumer forum of India to take action against the company for selling poor quality product in online and do not respond customer complaint on product and close the issues at right time. Regarding this I also mailed to the Times Now Paper editor to publish the sufferness I faced with MI company.
    Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Then I show after a minute there is a sentence of out of stock but my item yet show in cart. Please give me a proceeding payment procedure.         I have place an order on[protected] which order no. is[protected]. i have received a faulty phone on[protected]. after that i make a complain in [protected]@surpluss.in on[protected]. after 3-4 day they take the faulty phone back on[protected] through bludart courier which way bill no. is [protected]. after taking back the phone they send me a another phone on[protected] which replacement order no. is[protected]. this phone is also a faulty product.after that i make a complain again in [protected]@surpluss.in, they told me that please go in mi store and collect a job sheet after that we will help you . i went in mi store on[protected] and take a job sheet from mi store and email it to [protected]@surpluss.in, mi service center people said that the IMEI no. of the phone is not registered in the record of mi store.i told to surpluss.in regarding this issue, but they told thao they need a jobsheet for further help, i went in mi store again on 2.11.2015 for a job sheet, but they said that they can not provide a job sheet for a non registered IMEI phone . i told this story to [protected]@surpluss.in but they did not give any reply . please solve my problem as soon as possible . thanks

          1. I ordered Redmi2 from MI store in Delhi on September 20th (Order ID #[protected])
          2. First I got a dysfunctional phone. The toll free number never connects and I had to find and go to xiaomi service centre to resolve the issue
          3. I was asked to get the phone replaced, so I finally managed to contact xiaomi to pick it up and get me a replacement
          4. The replacement phone package arrived in 5 days only, but there was a rock( a stone) in it.
          5. Its been more than two weeks and I have not got any response from Xiaomi regarding the same. My money is with them, and I got a stone. They are not replying to my mails
          6. Its been over 40 days and I am still trying to reach out to somebody and get me some resolution. My money is stuck with them. I want my money back ASAP.

            i am red mi 2 phone purses on 19 april, my phone is heating two months I am going to service center 1.1/2 months is over my phone problem is not be solution, my phone is already two months is over my phone is not be my hand, chakala service canter is my phone my hand 19 oct my phone is same problem service canter is not be proper testing, first time motherboard change second time same problem. my phone going to the second time service canter my education is gulbarga i am going to 8 November is already called from service canter & customer care. my problem is solution complete 8 November. thanking you

              I purchased Mi4i 16GB worth Rs. 12999 on 17th Sept, 2015. Within a month the cell Phone got an issue with display (manufacturing default). So I submitted my Phone for repair/replacement in Mi service center( S.G. INFOTECH- Boriwali West Mumbai-92) on 12th Oct. 2015 and till now I had visited more then 3 times and every time the service center replies me that I'll get my Phone in or after next week and have not yet received my phone back. So how come I can trust this company, therefore I want my money back for which I purchased the Phone... So I kindly request YOU to contact me by mail or call. Contact me for all relevant documents

                On 24 Sept 2015, I have submitted my device MI REDMI 2S for Repair/Replacement and is under warranty. Even after more than 1 Month I didn't get it back.                   I purchased Redmi prime before month. i am facing problem in calling and picking call otherwise phone is working well in the same i contacted MI service centre Kalkaji which is ruined by HCL company. They are refusing to repair my device and asking that their is a small short curcuit in Motherboard. I am confused that if the phone is in warranty then why this motherboard is not in warranty. Its very bad it was purchased one month back only. This is not fair. kindly help me to sortout this problem.

                    I Have deposited my phone 19th sept 2015.but till now i have not get my phone.my phone is in warranty period.still now they cant say the accurate date of repair.in want to compain its service.they told parts not available.i have waited for 40 days.since i m a student cant able to buy another phone while my own phone in service center.since i have warranty i want to replace that handset or money back.please help me

                      I have bought a redmi note around 7 months back and it has started behaving abnornally -intermitient hangs for unlimited time -reboots while multitasking -yellow color permanent patches at corners of screen -permanent color imprints on screen when lit up -sluggishness while chatting over whatsapp, emailing etc -open camera - click a picture-takes unnecessary long time -poor battery performance

                          I have ordered Redmi 2 Prime Phone from MI India. It was haiving some dead pixels on the left side of the screen after 4-5 days these dead pixels become thick black line and screen starts blinking. Now 45 days passed taking follow ups but all is useless. No one is doing anything. Please refund or replace my handset. They have poor customer service center, they always deny if we say to check anything. they have nothing in their hands, they say go and ask to company.

                              I purchased redmi 1s mobile from ebay.in for rs 5798 on may 11 2015 the seller agreed 6 months warranty on the product After using for 2 months the mobile's battery life reduced and became very worst and its condition became slow And after 3 montgs the data cable and charger is not working I complained regard this many times for ebay.in and redmi but their is no proper response and the seller does not replaied for my requests So please check it out and resolve my problem Thanking you

                                I have MI3 mobile phone from Xiomi of IMEI No:[protected]
                                My display got broken and I went to Xiomi authorized service center on 21/09/15 at "MI Exclusive Service Center Infinity Benchmark Building, Ground Floor, Shop no. 1, Sector 5, Salt Lake City Kolkata 700091" to replace my display. I got Job number 21091504 and got replaced display on 1st November and i have paid the amount and got the receipt of the same.
                                From 20th October my display is not working properly and on 26th October I went to the same Service center again to explain the problem.
                                After looking into the problem the service center told that they can not do anything as the parts warranty is only 15 days but nowhere it is mentioned that the warranty is only for 15 days. I have checked that in website "http://www.mi.com/in/service/index.html" common parts warranty is of 6 months but they are denying this.
                                Please let me know if there is any solution for this or not.

                                Pathetic service from Xiomi India. If any parts is replaced newly there is no warranty. They are again asking for replacement of the parts within 20 days of replacement. They are cheating with customers and doing un-ethical business.
                                If service center tells they they will revert back within 2 days, they not call back in 1 month and there service center will not be reachable over phone.

                                      I own a Xiaomi Redmi 2 handset which had a problem in charger slot. So, I gave it to the service center of bhubaneswar on 19 Sep, 2015. They promised to repair my product till 16 Oct, 2015. But, i have not received my phone till yet nor there is any update on it.
