I was giving my phone to service centre .they will take 30 to 40 days for repairing.phone problem is screen problem and also this problem occured before 3 months also servics centre taken 40 days.also second time will tell 40 days .poor service plz give my phone returne as urgent basis

      I had given my new mobile for service in vadodara centre before 1 month. From the service centre, they had given wrong contact details. There answers are also not satisfactory. They are telling that as and when mobile will be repaired we will let you know. But they giving no time limit. I think this kind of company should not be allowed to sell the mobiles in india. I had purchased mobile on 29/05/2015 I had given mobile for repairing on 28/09/2015

        I have a cell phone (Redmi Note 4g) in warranty which is not responding to touch. Approached your Vadodara center on Oct 15, 2015 - was informed that office is shutdown due to server maintenance. Contacted back on Oct 17, 2015 - nobody was available! Raised email complain to 'Ensure services' (who has Vadodara contract for servicing Xiaomi) :: No response Escalated to their manager :: No response Raised complaint to Xiaomi customer center thro call & email. Resolutions provided so far:- 1 Call customer center from Vadodara service center : Vadodara service center wont talk on phone with others :: Bang! 2 Provided Xiaomi customer care with contact details of manager of 'Ensure Services' :: no response :: Bang! 3 Xiaomi customer care asked me to ship my mobile to their central facility but shipping to be borne by me - Why should I pay for shipping when they have designated service center but not ready to work!!! :: Asked for free pickup :: no response :: Bang! Today is Day # 8 Follow up # 7 Havent got any menaningful response or readiness to entertain the issue. Requesting escalation pls -Rajat Taheem

          I bought Mi4i on 23 July via flipkart (OD[protected]. the charger circuit stopped working with in 2 months which i got it repaired (took 3 weeks) at Xaomi service centre vashi . Now the speaker of the phone is spoiled. I want refund of my money for this phone. I have hardly been able to use this phone which is still under warranty.

            I have purchased a MI mobile, Redmi note during the month of December 2014, now the mobile is not working properly. I handed over the same to Vignesh Service centre Chandigarh for solved the problem on dated 01.10.2015 but my mobile has not attended till date. i have visited service centre so many time. the mobile no given on the site is already off and toll free no of care centre i.e. [protected] is also not responding.                 My mobile was purchase 2 months back in flipkart. After 2 months the phone display get dull. When we approach the service centre they said the LCD inside is broke. As the device is in warranty they suppose to replace the LCD without cost. But they say this will not cover under warranty. How come they can say this, as under normal use suddenly the display got the issue how the consumer can bare the cost for the poor quality of hardware that to in 1 year warranty period

                  I submitted my phone at Xiaomi Service center in NOIDA at Satyam Communication on 10/09/2015. the Service center informed me that phone has got a motherboard problem and it will take at least 25 days to get repaired. I called them up after 30 days on 10/10/2015 and got to know that phone has still not been repaired and it will take another week to get repaired. After another week I am calling at service center but nobody picks up phone despite repeated calls and follow ups. The company is fooling around people and this is a very poor service experience from Xiaomi. I am not sure what these people are trying to do. They are selling their bad quality phones in the market with zero service availability. If the company cannot repair phones, then they should return our hard earned money. These type of companies should not be allowed to do business in our country

                      Mi service center viman nagar pune list of problem that i have faced within mi service center viman nagar pune. 1. they don't have token facility. 2. they are not well trained to handle customer relationship. 3. they don't any deadline to fulfil . i gave my Xiaomi Redmi 2 on 24 sept 2015 and they we will try our best give in 15 dates. they gave thier landline no on receipt, but no-one pickup the we i called to enquirer about my phone. then next i called back again to them they picked up and gave randam dates and told me you will get your phone soon. but the deadline is finished. i enquired today they said the part is not came bla bla bla.. its not my mistake, its your headache to give me phone on due date. cheap company...cheap product... cheap service... am fed up..

                        Ordered phone on 10th Sep 2015, Got defected display on phone. I have purchased a new phone from MI india, received a defected displayed phone having dead pixels black spot on it, while using it continuously get increasing. Chasing up with them from last 25 days but no hearing till yet. I want refund or replacement.

                          My phone was in warranty and since it was persisting some problems I have submitted it to then authorized service center in Nagpur city. But my phone hasn't been repaired and was returned back. The service center then provided me the reasons behind that, as per them reasons were 1.Parts were not been received from the company 2.Company has been moved its authorization over the service center. The service center, which is not an authorized one now, has also provided me the printed and duly signed agreement mentioning the above reasons and claiming that I should proceed for Consumer Court against Xiaomi. After such, I contacted Xiaomi customer support and the response I got was very bad. I made a call six times and every time I was promised of a call back within aome hours which did not happen. Xiaomi has promised me of my warranty period extension and I have that voice recording too. It has been a month I am facing mental stress due to these people and did not get any response yet.

                            I was booked two mobile phone by mi.com as on dated 5 Sep 2015. it was shipped by Fed-ex company[protected] but some paper was missing by redmi that the phone was return by fed-ex to redmi ware house Bangalore though this docket no.[protected] and this product received by Mr. Avinash (Redmi Officer Bangalore. After that I was complaint reg. this, Customer care told me your phone was not delivery. And your amount refund within 7 to 10 working days. And I have received a call from mi.com 8 Oct 2015. They are saying to me your amount refund processed by mi.com and it will received your amount within 7 to 10 days. Now I could not received my amount. 19 Oct 2015 I was contact with mi.om via phone they inform me please wait some time. and It's on processed.
                            Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Hello Team, This is in accordance to my purchase experience with Xiaomi India for my Redmi 2 Prime mobile purchase. I placed the order in http://www.mi.com/in/ and received the product in damaged condition. Display was completely not working (pciture attached) and I requested in email and over phone in a cordial way asking for replacement. I had a poor response from customer care team and i had to make continuous calls everyday and i had no proper reply for any of my concerns.For each calls the waiting time was more than 15 minutes. To highlight, there were no reply for my 10 emails (screenshot attached) too. After 15 days and multiple followups over call, they mentioned that the replacement mobile had been sent. After all these poor experience with Xiaomi, i still was in trouble, when Xiaomi had send the mobile through Bluedart with No address mentioned. It had only my Name and Pincode mentioned in the bluedart courier label. ORDER NUMBER : [protected] NAME : KASIVISWANATHAN MOB NO:[protected] I would strongly suggest to take necessary action against this poor management of customer care. Any doubts, i will be fine to explain over call in detail. Thanks, Kasiviswanathan

                                I bought a new xiaomi mi4 n all of a sudden within a month my display wasn't working without any physical damage to it. And on submitting my phone under warranty to koramagala service centre in Bangalore; I was told that the issue will be resolved in 8-10 working days, I waited for a call or a email about the update of my phone for 45 days and the issue wasn't reported I myself then went to the service centre and asked them about my phone and they say they haven't received the parts to repair, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever seen among the phones I have purchased...

                                    Performance of Note 4G is although remarkable but the touch became unresponsive and I get a blue screen when the phone is switched on. Customer Service said that its due to liquid damage. But the truth is that my phone was never exposed to water and has not taken a fall as well. According to service centre, the damage is due to traces of water in motherboard. My phone is still under warranty. But the customer care is not helping me out to fix this issue. The costing to repair the motherboard is approximately 6.5 K and the phone's cost is 8K. I purchase the phone from Amazon

                                      I sent my Mi3 phone through mi pick up services just to get defective sim tray replacement, which usually costs 200 Rs-300 Rs at Kashmir for all other brands. After few days i got a communication from qarmatek that they have no equipment to remove Sim holder from mother borad.so entire mother board is to be relaced costing Rs 9700. What a cruel joke.Instead of Rs 300, they asked me to pay Rs 9700, for none of my faults.If they dont have proper equipment, why did Xiaomi tie up with them.I have even read from different forums that Qarmatek stoles working parts from the mobiles, thus making them, more defective. Xiaomi also is a fraud company.They dont have any after sale service.Be aware of both.

What a cruel joke?Instead of Rs 300, they asked me to pay Rs 9700, for none of my faults.If they dont have proper equipment, why did Xiaomi tie up with them.Every component of mobile phone is soldered to the Mother Board.This simply means that if a Xiaomi phone develops a defect in Microphone, or Speaker or Camera, the customer has to get the Mother Board replaced by paying Rs 9700.The same problem in any other brand will cost not more than 500 Rs.That also means that Xiaomi phones are disposible items.If after purchasing, it develops a minor defect, we have to throw it in a rubbish bin as repairing costs almost Ten thousand Rupees.This is the reason that Xiiaomi is rapidly losing customers in India.Gone are the days when People used to wait for weeks to get a phone from Flipkart.If you purchase a new Xiaomi phone for Rs 14000 and next day put an ad in OLX for Rs 7000, still no body will purchase it.If same process continues, Xiaomi will vanish from Indian market.
                                      Regarding Qarmatek, I have even read from different forums that they steal working parts from the mobiles, thus making them, more defective. Xiaomi is a fraud company.What is the utility of a so called centralized service center, if they are not able to remove a component from Mother Board.It is nexus between Xioami and Qarmatek.They collect our phones, ask high amount for repair(which we deny) and steal important components and send the phoneback, that too on payment.Some customers have even allged that despite payment, they have not received the phones.
                                      BE AWARE OF XIAOMI AND QARMATEK.

                                        We Ordered 2 power banks . One of xiomi and another of samsung was free with it . Both the power banks are not working at all .Both of the power banks are not charging our mobiles from the very first day We tried a lot to contact your helpdesk but we did not got any response.
