I have bought xiomi Note 4 in January. It worked fine for 2-3 months but then it started giving problems. I have sent the pho to serivice centere It came back but again I had the same issue . I have sent it again however since it came I has started giving me other problems First there was a problem with display and now charging issue I dont know what to do as these people in xiomi are not helpful. There customer service number is not reachable most of the times, they dont log complaints people working these are unhelpful plese get my phone replaced.

    Hi, I am Divya and I was gifted a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G by my husband. Order was placed on 14th July through Flipkart.com. In September, the phone starting having minor heating issues and by mid September, the phone's touch just stopped working. From then, it was a tough job identifying the service center since none of the customer care numbers listed on the company site work, nor did I get any response from the chat support(supposed to be from 9AM to 6AM). I seriously wonder whether they have any kind of online support at all! Finally, a service center was identified in Ashok Nagar (on 26th September ) and on submitting the original bill copy, it was agreed that they would get back to us on the issue. Two days later, they called up from the center saying there is water logging in the phone and hence this cannot be covered under warranty, but paid service can be given! I am very sure that this phone has not slipped into water and the only water the phone could possibly have encountered is the sweat on my palm. On mentioning so, the customer care executive said that we need to careful with sweat too! Moreover, I use a cover for my phone and I am very sure that no liquids were spilled over it. Anyway, I wrote to the email id "service.[protected]@xiaomi.com" stating the issue on Oct 4th. I recieved an email from the team on Oct 5th apologizing for the issue and they mentioned that they will get back to me at the earliest. On Oct 6th, I received another email saying that the "device has been repaired" and that I can go and collect the same from the service center. Since the servce center number was not working, I wrote a thanks you email to the team and decided to go to the center directly. As soon as I stated the issue, the team there gave me back my phone saying, "You must have come to collect the phone since it will not be covered under warranty right?". That was frustrating itself. Everyone there acted or maybe really didnt have any idea about the email exchange I had with the customer care team. I sent them a copy of the email and they took a print out and one guy there actually read out these lines in the email, " Your device has beed repaired" and translated it to me in his terms saying, "Ma'am, they mean to say that you can collect the unrepaired device since it will not be covered under warranty support". Hilarious as it sounds, I was pretty frustrated by their behaviour! He went on to say that they guy named Ranveer who sent the mail has nothing to do with the team here( Really! so does that mean this email id service.[protected]@xiaomi.com is an hoax! If so why is it listed in the company website!) Now, he came me the email id of another person '[protected]@xiaomi.com' who controls the south division of Xiaomi India. Well, I sent him an email with all these issues stated, on Oct 11th. I am yet to get a response from any one of them! Please help me in ensuring that they either repair the handset within warranty support or else they should be ready to provide a new handset! What rights does the company have in harassing citizens with such poor levels of services? I am also planning to reach out the the public with the social media support to ensure that no one else is duped this way! Let me first tell you that Xiaomi service is the worst that I have encountered with respect to handsets, and pls note that this comes with a person who has used phones such as Micromax too! Last month, on September 1st to be exact, my RedMi Note 4G just decided to stop working. Please note that this is within 3 months of receiving the phone! Then started the hellish effort of trying to contact a service center /customer care number from the net. I have tried all the contact numbers listed on your website, no matter which corner of TamilNadu it might be.. just to get in touch! You might wonder that it would have been simpler to just walk into one of the many support centers you have! Well, I am a mother of two young kids with limited transport facility and belong to a group of individuals who would like to call and confirm the location rather than go searching for the place using public transport tagging kids along. Well, finally you guys won, and I took that trip down to the Ashok Nagar center on 26th September with my original bill( yeah! I have tht too) (Work order number :[protected] and guess what, it was taken in. And then a few days later I get a call saying, "Ma'am, sorry it cannot be covered in the warranty support since water has seeped in." I am really sure that my phone had zero water exposure except maybe the sweat on my hand! Well, the customer care representative said that even sweat can be an issue and hence no warranty coverage! I would like to know from the team, whether a customer should use gloves to use his RedMi Note 4G to ensure that it has no issues? If so, please add that as part of the description the next time you sell a similar product. I have still not retrieved my phone from the customer center, coz I believe it would be better to raise a consumer complaint against the company online! That will ensure that I get the required coverage and that no more consumers are duped further! A calmer part of me makes me type this letter to the company representatives informing them of the lack of customer service! If I dont receive a reply to this letter at the earliest, please note that I will be raising an online consumer compliant in this regard! From my part, I have already started discouraging a lot of my friends from buying Xiaomi products. Based on your email, I had been to the local service center to collect my "repaired" device around 4:30PM on 7th Oct. (Kindly note that none of the numbers at the center work, for me to call and confirm the current status). I wait for 20 minutes for my turn(token) and then the service team tells me that as they had informed about the water logging issue, I must have come to take the product back. This was quite irritating in itself, since in your previous email you had mentioned, " Your device has been repaired". One of the service staff heard me out, I informed them about the mails that I had send u and the confirmation I have that there has been no water exposure for the device, and I even sent them the emails sent between us. Now, this guy takes a printed copy of the mail and has the audacity to tell me that, "Your device has been repaired" means "Please ome and collect your phone(repaired or not)!!" . I might not be a genius, but my common sense tells me the mail meant that I can collect a working device! You can correct me if I am wrong, since MI seems to be operating in a "different" manner! It was frustrating to waste my time and energy to visit the service center, have a totally stupid conversation and return empty-handed! Please note that I do not plan to do this again! I will be raising a concern with the authorities! Kindly note that I will not be collecting the phone until it is repaired and I receive a call from the concerned service team asking me to collect the "repaired" product!         I bought a REDME 2 mobile handset on[protected] through an online Flipkart sale. The device worked fine for two months and then I started facing problems like Over-Heating, Battery Drainage and Video not playing fine. I gave the device to the service centre( Vashi) and they told me about some problem with motherboard and they need to change the motherboard which would take 15-20 days. Now after visiting the service centre 6 times and after 2 months they returned my repaired device. After using the device for 1-1.5 months, two weeks before this date the display of mobile went blank and device used to get really Over Heat. Again I gave the device to same service centre and now they are saying it will take 2-3 months because already some 300 mobile part requests are pending and Company HQ at China is not sending the requested parts. Also the answers from executives at service centres are very illogical and careless.
        We as a customer of this company are now feeling really disappointed and cheated. Please take some serious action against the company and it would be best if we could get our money back.
        Currently I am not having the device, therefore could not upload any images.

          I bought a new xiaomi mi4 n all of a sudden within a month my display wasn't working without any physical damage to it. And on submitting my phone under warranty to koramagala service centre in Bangalore; I was told that the issue will be resolved in 8-10 working days, I waited for a call or a email about the update of my phone for 21 days and the issue wasn't reported I myself then went to the service centre and asked them about my phone and they say they haven't received the parts to repair, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever seen among the phones I have purchased

                  I bought xiaomi mi 4i 3 months ago from flipkart with one year warranty. As from starting i have been suffering from"over heating" issue, AND ALSO HAVE WORDS WITH COMPANY EXECUTIVE, they suggested me sometimes to wipe caches and sometime to reset the phone or to wipe the whole data, but all go in vain.few days ago i got a call from my father, and as i accept the call the phone starts heating infinitely and the screen damaged its own during call and i could not able to even disconnect that call and use tha touch again.and i went to customer care at janak puri, delhi, they rejected my phone by saying this issue is not covered in warranty.

                    I brought a redmi 1s mobile on 28/10/2014. Now am facing the issues- 1. Headset port issue, 2. Sometimes Speedly draining mobile charge even if am not using my mobile, 3. Produces heat like a flame even when am not using, etc... And then on 3/10/2015 I reached a service centre(address:TVS Electronics Ltd, Sky Bright, M.G Road, Ravipuram, Near Kanoos Theatre, Kochi), after servicing I got the mob on 9/10/2015, and they told me that they changed the board and cleared my mobile issues. And after that while am using the mobile, am facing the same issues... Give me a solution...

                      I had purchased Mi Redmi 2 on 27/08/2015 according to invoice date . Due to some problems lines were appearing on the screen. I went to the service centre and there the person said your mobile will not be repaired under the warranty, you have to pay if you wish to repairand asked for rs 3000 approx for the service. This incident happened on 9/10/2015 at the authorised service centre of Mi, SG infotech, Thakkar Mall, opp Borivli Station, Borivali (W), Mumbai. The other day I went to another authorised service center (TVS Electronics, Kothari Milestone Mall, SV Road, Malad (W), Mumbai) and there my mobile was accepted. It means that the sevice centre i went before was trying to loot me. It was my luck that i went to another service centre. People who do not think and believe in them because they are the company's employee and pay them for just Nothing. It"s My request to please solve this as many people are being cheated there.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam 1. I had purchased a Xiaomi 4 mobile phone(VG 435660( ([protected]) from Flipkart on 24 Aug 15. A copy of the Bill is available for reference. 2. Just after a month of my purchasing the phone the phone got defective. The display of the phone suddenly blanked out whilst it was in use. I would like to clarify here that the phone did not suffer any impact/ fall and the defect occurred on its own. I tried to reset the phone however it still did not become alright. 3. On 05 Oct 15, I took the phone to Xiaomi authorized service center (TVS Electronics Ltd, Andheri East). The In charge of the service centre (Mr Kiran) got my phone inspected by the service engineer and informed me of the following defects in my phone:- (a) Motherboard Faulty (b) Display Component Broken (c) PCB antenna broken 4. The service engineer also confirmed that the phone did not suffer any physical injuries from outside and that the phone was sealed and unopened till date. A copy of the ELS report filled at the service center is attached. Also images of the internals of the phone clicked by the service engineer are available. 5. As per the service engineer the above defects are not under warranty and cannot be repaired unless I make a payment of approximately 9000 Rs. The service centre also gave me email address of service manager of xiaomi, mr dhruv to bring the issue to his knowledge if i wanted the defects to be repaired under warranty. 6. I have sent several emails to the service manager and the xiomi official site but no reply has been recieved to date. 6. I request you to please assist me in this problem as the phone has developed a defect on its own and since it is a brand new phone it should be replaced by a new one. Alternatively my money can be refunded. 7. Also i would like to launch an official complaint in the consumer court against xiaomi urgently 8. Looking forward to hear from you. I have all proofs and images available with me but im not able to attatch them in this page due to some error. I can email them to you.                           I am anurag bakshi i am using a mi pad. i submitted my mi pad to wireless communication service centre kolkata on 17/09/2015. its been more than 20 days they have not repaired my product. when i call them they say they have some problem in their server and they are not able to demand for the required parts. please look into this matter.
                          I am using Redmi 2 mobile. I have purchased mobile in month of may and phone got dead in june end 2015. After that I went to service centre and service centre guy told me that you will recieve your phone in after 2 or 3 months. I was shocked about poor availability of spare parts. After receive confirmation from customer executive about expedite in service I have submitted mobile at Shakarpur service centre on 16 Oct 2015 and as of I am waiting for my mobile. There is positive response from customer care executives.

                          This is really worst service provided by any company.

                              I gave my mobile phone Mi4i-16GB at MI authorised service center: HCL Touch Services Address: 114, Veer Savarkar Block, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur 110092 vide job sheet no. [protected] on 9th of September, 2015 at 11:45 a.m. for screen/display replacement & sim tray replacement for which I was told that it will take around 10 days for getting the work done they will inform us by call for returning the phone. I have personally visited the service center 3-4 times thereafter & everytime they keep postponing by saying it will take 2-3 days more & it has been more than 30 days i.e. approximately 1 month now and I am still waiting for my phone. It feels very disgusting that I go all along to your service center keeping aside my priority works sit there for 45-50 minutes waiting for my turn just to hear that come after 2-3 days. Moreover the initial cost they mentioned on jobsheet was Rs 3, 705(all inclusive) for which I was ready to make advance payment at that time only but they told me bill will be generated at the time of returning of phone. Further a call came after 10-15 days mentioning that cost/charges have been escalated to Rs. 4, 335. On enquiry from Service Center, I was told that head office escalated the price around mid of september, but this is not at all fair that you keep on postponing the delivery of phone & keep on escalating the price since they will bill on the date you will return the phone as per the current escalated cost instead of the initial cost mentioned on the jobsheet. On the top of that whenever I call on customer care number they neither pick up the phone nor your authorised service centers feel responsible enough to atleast inform the customers regarding any delay or final estimated delivery date. Apart from this I came to know from many MI users that they are not at all satisfied from the after support services of MI. Moreover many of them have filed complaints on your customer care id as well as on consumer forum but they received no response from your side yet the management seems least responsive to address such a major issue & come out with optimum solutions. Is this the way they are thinking that you will be able to gain market share or survive in global competitive market where customer satisfaction is top most priority of every business. I request them to kindly get all the repairs done & return the same to the earliest billing the same at the initial cost i.e Rs 3, 705. Also it is a humble suggestion from my side to give a positive response to all the issues addressed above & come out with positive result as quickly as possible.

                                Me ne aap ki site se mi 10400 mh ka power bank order kiya tha jo ki kharab nikla hai or me coustumer care par call kar raha hu to vaha bhi koi recive nahi kar raha hai ager muje usaka replace nahi kiya gaya to me jald hi consumer form me complain karu ga muje jald hi reply kare ki muje kis pross se product replace karna hai

                                  I had purchased 3 Mi power bank (10400 Mah) from Flipkart (Bill Attached). Of which one Mi power bank had problem in charging devices. For this problem, I had submitted the same power bank at the MI designated service center, around 2 months back but still after calling them both service center and XIaomi, they are not able to resolve the problem and give any timeline for the resolution also....

                                  My self dinesh kumar I had purchased redm1s last year but now my charger is not working and when I go to xiomi service centre at gurgaon near sec-14 to ask about the charger then Behaviour of employee is not up to satisfactory level.they also did no provide me any Ph no of service centre so I can make a call to them and ask about the avability of charger in their stock.so pls provide me your service centre Ph no as soon as possible my mob no [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, I am writing my concerns about this company I thought would be different than a regular Chinese company, SO call Chinese Apple - Xiaomi. Guess what they can never be even a shadow of Apple the way they are doing business and treating their customers. I had screen display issue in their "Successful" phone Redmi note. it has yellow dots on screen and you can search and find that there are several comments in Internet of people facing the same problem. I went to Malad service centre to give this for repair. After wasting an hour they informed me that screen is damaged as there was a slight dent. You can ask 1000 people and no one will say that it was a dent. It is just that a little bit of paint in the corners has worn off due to flip cover that i use which clamps the phone on the corners. They took this excuse and said if i want to fix this i need to pay 4000. The staff was making up these stories, I in fact asked other customer in queue to check and confirm if it is dent or just paint gone off. They agreed that there was no dent. I also compared my phone with two customers who were using flip cover, they had similar markings on corner. I waited and saw that there phone was repaired as their problem was smaller - one had volume key not working and another had charging point issue. The staff also was not helpful and said that if he accepts this repair 4000 out of his monthly salary of 10000 will be deducted. Out of fustation i said that i should not have bought this phone, he said that to go and buy samsung phone with similar spec spending 20000. I am never buying Xiaomi or recommending to anyone. I will even put my review in Flipkart website as they partner will such bad companies. someone rightly said that online purchases are not trustworthy and Xiaomi proved it right. Just to add, i tried taking picture of the phone and no matter which camera i use the worn off paint is not even visible. If anyone has any doubt i am happy to submit my phone for inspection.                                       I am Madhu Daresh, i purchased new Mi ear phones from Xiaomi MI.COM recently bearing the order no. [protected], invoice no.[protected] delivered to me on 02/10/2015. I am getting severe ear pain after using the headphone with even low volumes. I am experiencing pain due to the design of the headphone which are having a angled structure penetrating inside the ear. The pain was not tolerable after using the head phones. I requested Xiaomi mi.com to take back the product and return my amount to my credit card but they responded that they are not having refund/return policy and they are not concerned with the pain i am experiencing after using their product.
