I submitted my phone on 31aug 2015 and my work order no is Gcs/xm/15/00811, there is a motherboard issue and now it is more than a month still they don't give me a correct time that i get my phone back infact when i call to customer care they irritates me the same line they repeat again and again and they also not transfer my call to their senior. I purchased a Redmi 2 phone online from Mi.com/in on Aug 10th 2015 (Order No: [protected]) The phone had Network Issue. I purchased Xiaomi redmi 1s handset in September 2014 through flipkart. The handset had an issue regarding music so flipkart replaced it.
