I went to Noida service center (Satyam Communication) for the issue I recently noticed in my phone they asked me to submit phone and wait for 15 days why customer should wait for 15 days for a minor issue is it your after sale service ?

That day I registered a complaint at 18 Sep from that day and today is 28 Sep there is no one come to pickup my phone from side .
