I submitted my phone on 31aug 2015 and my work order no is Gcs/xm/15/00811, there is a motherboard issue and now it is more than a month still they don't give me a correct time that i get my phone back infact when i call to customer care they irritates me the same line they repeat again and again and they also not transfer my call to their senior. Plz plz help me.. .

    I purchased a Redmi 2 phone online from Mi.com/in on Aug 10th 2015 (Order No: [protected]) The phone had Network Issue. I sent an e-mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com on Aug 27th 2015 regarding the problem. The Xiaomi India did not respond. I talked to their CustomerCare No[protected] on 31st Aug 2015. The guy instructed me to return the phone for replacement and provided me the address of the warehouse. I sent the phone on the same day (31st Aug) to the address. Since then, almost daily I ask for the replacement but Xiaomi India not paying any heed. Help me get my phone back or refund my money.

    i also purchased a redmi 2 prime onile from mi.com on 18 aug 2015 Order number: [protected] the phone has been proximity sensor issue .I sent an e-mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com regarding the problem. The Xiaomi India did not respond. I talked to their CustomerCare No[protected] on 28 aug 2015
    The guy instructed me to return the phone for replacement and provided me the address of the warehouse. I sent the phone on the same day (28st Aug) to the address. Since then, almost daily I ask for the replacement but Xiaomi India not paying any heed. Help me get my phone back or refund my money.

      I purchased Xiaomi redmi 1s handset in September 2014 through flipkart. The handset had an issue regarding music so flipkart replaced it. Again the same thing happened so i visited service center but they also couldn't solve the issue so i rooted the device and used custom rom . now when i again preinstalled the miui latest rom from website same prob is happening again.

        Bought a Mi4i on or about 15th. July from Mi India. The H/S just switched off during use (battery still 50%) and would not turn on on 15th. September too phone to Mi Exclusive service centre and was first told that mother board has to be changed and would take 10 to 15 days. Get a SMS next mornind asking me to collect H/S informed only hardware problem. New soft ware loaded - lost all conracts and pics etc. and had to re- download my fav apps. H/S worked ok for about 13 odd days ( inbetween switched off twice or thrice but restarted again) but on 28 just switched off and did not restart. Again took phone to Mi Exclusive service centre and was told that mother board has to be changed and would take 10 to 15 days. Asked service centre that as Mother Board is the main heart of the H/S and since the phone was just about 1.5 months old the set should be replaced. Was informed that only repair possible if phone is more than 10 day old. I understand that if the phone is roughly used and has damages no replacement is possible but a conked off motherboard is a manufacturing defect and needs replacemant of the handset. I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and 60 years old. Used the handset for basic telephony, email access, and internet browsing. No games, no vedios but an surprised at the inferior quality that the phone should conk it within 2 months. The the misleading product details on Mi India's website made me think that this company too has a good H/S. I will get back the Mi4i H/S after 10 days then will have to re sync on mi cloud and get back my contacts. Download some of my favourite apps. What a bother - once again from a substandard chinese manufactures with the moto - FOOL THE BUYER WITH GLITZY WEB PAGE - CREATE AN ARTIFICIAL DEMAND BY ONLY SELLING ONLINE - SELL IT - THEN JUST TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER. THE HANDSET SHOULD BE EXCHANGED AS A DAMAGED MOTHERBOARD, A MAJOR PART OF THE PHONE, IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT

          Order Number 24082801. Xiaomi 10400 mah Power Bank. i order this power bank on 13 may 2015. when I receive this product i came to knw that the product is duplicate and not working properly. and i filed a complaint for the same, but till date no action is taken. Today i.e. 02 Oct 2015 i again called ask me bazaar for asking the refund and your company is saying that i have submitted my bank details, for your knowledge no one from your side said me to update my bank details. and know saying that my product is not going to return. and complaint for this product many times. So now I want that either you replace this product or give me back my money. ASAP

                Hello I have purchased Xiaomi Mi 4i Order No. OD[protected], IMEI No [protected] on dated[protected] via Flipkart.com and now I have faced problem mobile Front side camera and Hotspot so I have submitted mobile at Ensure Support Service India Ltd, Surat on dated 4th Sept 2015, Work Order No SUR/XM/15/03955 and Service Center return the mobile after one week and faced again the same problem at same time at service center, surat therefore again submitted on dated 4th Sept 2015 and now I have called several times to local service center, Surat and customer service center [protected] and the customer service center updated me that we will return the mobile after two months due to not available hardware. Ensure Support Service India Ltd, Surat If you return mobile after two months than what will do without mobile till date. If Xiaomi has not Hardware than issues to me so please issue DO Piece/new piece as soon as possible. The more than 100 Xiaomi brand mobiles are utilized in our group so if you provide such kind of services in India than how to grow in future. If you cloud not return my mobile in good condition in a week than I have to go to Consumer court.                   This is with regards to my Xiomi Mi4 64 gb version which i have had purchased from Flipkart on 3rd March 2015. off late i have had issues with the mic wherein the phone had issues where the speakers sound was not audible enough for the the caller on the other line. With the following complaint i had taken by phone to the service centre located at Thane eternity mall. i deposited my phone on 17th August and as per them it was to be delivered back after repair in 10 to 12 days. However after not receiving any intimation from their end i had visited them again where they kept on delaying saying : spares have not arrived. then after much follow up they told to come on 9th Sept but to my surprise they told me again the same excuse that it would take more 1 week. When i raised the voice that the service centre guy only had told me to come this day they were juggled and told me to wait for half hr. i donno what they did they handed over my cell saying its repaired and they have put the mic ; when i asked from where they got the part they told they had shuffled it from other customers stock . They told to check the phone once full charged. when i checked the phone after receiving i found the issue was not solved. i tried calling them but their lines were busy and i had to go out of station for few days. once back i went to service centre again and told its not been repaired. they told again i have to deposit the phone which i refused because last time they took almost one month to repair the phone which was not repaired!!! and again i cant afford to keep my phone again since i need it for official purpose. i told them i will not deposit the phone since now you know the issue let me know when the spares arrive i will come on that day with my phone. if you could put the spares within half hour on that day why not now!! the service centre guy insisted it has to be kept and was a very rude person Mr Rushabh Shah. after enquiring from sources we found that its the same problem everywhere there is lack of spares hence service centre guys are keeping the phones with them and swapping parts since no options are available. hope the matter will be taken up ... these companies are just fooling common man.

                    I bought this mobile phone and was initially happy for two months. After two months the charge starting draining fast. Initially I used to charge once in two days. Then every day I must charge or the phone will switch off. Now after four months new problem has started. The charging point won't respond. I ran to the nearby mobile shop. He charged Rs.500 and told he has screwed the charging point tight and it is ok. But again problem did not get resolved. Now I learnt that when the green light is on it is not necessary that the phone is charging. The charging signal was not showing. Now I am frequenting the mobile repair shop. PLEASE DONT GO FOR XIAOMI REDMI2. IT IS DISASTROUS.

                      I have purchased an Mi4i Phone couple of months back. Within few months of purchase, i have faced with several software and hardware issues. Since this is my only handset, i am struggling with the handset and is definitely looking for a replacement. I never expected such bad and poor quality phones from Xiaomi. I am really frustrated that i have spend a lot of money purchasing this phone. Following are the issues i am facing with my phone: 1. Front Camera Not working - Within one month of purchase, my front camera stopped working. 2.Overheating- My phone gets heated up even on few minutes of continuous use. 3. Blinking Screen- Now, the phone keeps on blinking with vibration without any reason. I could not use my phone. We have tried to reach your customer care by different means, but never got enough support from your side. I dont want to use this complaint stuck phone anymore. Please replace my handset on urgent basis.

                          I order Redmi Prime 2 from mi.com/in for which I received redmi 2. I have contacted customer care multiple times. They asked me to send the screenshots 12 days ago, and I had been told to wait for few days & that I will be given a confirmatin call and mail. But till the date there is no response and each time I call I am told to wait for few days. This is really annoying. It's like my Rs 1000 has been robbed.

                                I purchased phone from ahamad through olx, phone is xioami mi3 but didn't given bill to me saying bill get lost. I request several times please check your registered mail and, he said that he he didn't remember the email I'd and number saying that both are lost. I think that something is wrong. Please help.

                                  I bought my handset nearly 1 month back, it has battery problem and overheating.After repeated calls to customer care I got a replacement.even it took 15 days toreplace.Even after replacement the product has same problem and it's hanging up and battery is nt charging.This has created many problems and bcoz of this I had to postpone many works.

                                    Dropped my phone Redmi Note 4G on September 8th 2015 which damaged my phone display . To rectify it i gave it to Vinayaka Communication a authorised service centre in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu mentioned in Mi India web site. They charged me Rs 4250 for changing the display & took two days .When i went to collect my repaired phone i found the sensor is not working.(By poor workmanship of service centre) When i enquired about this they checked & told, PCB(Mother board ) should be changed . I said, It was working properly when i handed over so its your responsible to give it back in same condition . For that they said, we will claim for warranty & replace it. Now its been 20 days after all this days they are saying a same reply which is, we are waiting for the spare from the company.

                                      Hello Sir, I am Rahul Patel bought MI4I phone. I am having problem in my phone, problem is Front side camera and Hotspot. Please help me to get back my phone, and take strict action against their services, who are ridiculous by not helping customers, like they don't care. I want my money back or provide me new phone.                                         its true that there are very few parts available in india... and i have heard they are working on but how much longer will it take no idea.. i even heard from my friend that if your battery dies & you are out of warranty period then your mobile is of no use because of lack of parts.. its sad to hear bad technical support from such a great company
