Dear sir/Ma'am, I would like to inform you that I submitted my Redmi 1s mobile phone for Repair that was having power ON/OFF issue to "Ensure Support services India Ltd. Surat which is authorised service for this particular mobile phone. I submitted it on 08 September 2015.Till date i have not received my phone. whenever I called them regarding my phone they are saying that they have not received Spare parts from company.Moreover most of the time they are not responding call also. work order number of my phone is SUR/XM/15/04078, Date:08 September 2015.       I purchased phone from ahamad through olx, phone is xioami mi3 but didn't given bill to me saying bill get lost. I request several times please check your registered mail and, he said that he he didn't remember the email I'd and number saying that both are lost. I think that something is wrong. Please help.

        I bought my handset nearly 1 month back, it has battery problem and overheating.After repeated calls to customer care I got a replacement.even it took 15 days toreplace.Even after replacement the product has same problem and it's hanging up and battery is nt charging.This has created many problems and bcoz of this I had to postpone many works.

          Dropped my phone Redmi Note 4G on September 8th 2015 which damaged my phone display . To rectify it i gave it to Vinayaka Communication a authorised service centre in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu mentioned in Mi India web site. They charged me Rs 4250 for changing the display & took two days .When i went to collect my repaired phone i found the sensor is not working.(By poor workmanship of service centre) When i enquired about this they checked & told, PCB(Mother board ) should be changed . I said, It was working properly when i handed over so its your responsible to give it back in same condition . For that they said, we will claim for warranty & replace it. Now its been 20 days after all this days they are saying a same reply which is, we are waiting for the spare from the company.

            Hello Sir, I am Rahul Patel bought MI4I phone. I am having problem in my phone, problem is Front side camera and Hotspot. I already submitted my phone to service center and its work order No :- SUR/XM/15/03955 WO Date 04 set 2015, it is submitted on 4th Sept 2015, today date is 28th September and I still haven't received my phone, for this I raise complain again this and my complain id is 539996, Even after complaining and calling customer service center so many times, no one has taken any action, neither anyone have contact me from MI Mobile Services, so finally I take my decision to submit a complain against this. Please help me to get back my phone, and take strict action against their services, who are ridiculous by not helping customers, like they don't care. I want my money back or provide me new phone.               Hello Sir, I am Rahul Patel bought MI4I phone. I am having problem in my phone, problem is Front side camera and Hotspot.               its true that there are very few parts available in india... and i have heard they are working on but how much longer will it take no idea.. i even heard from my friend that if your battery dies & you are out of warranty period then your mobile is of no use because of lack of parts.. its sad to hear bad technical support from such a great company

                I have purchased Redmi Note 3G from Flipkart in December 2014. Due to some problem in my mobile I have deposited my mobile to your service center named as SERVOCHHAYA COMPUTERS in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on 10th August, 2015. I have received back my mobile on 6th September after changing of mother board(as per service center). But they has given me my mobile in Chinese Version (Not update with Global Rom) and sound level is very poor. (Note- It is duty of service center to complete check before deliver). Again I have submitted my mobile to same service center on 10th September, 2015 to update Global Rom and check sound level. Service Center has replird me that PCB will change and it is not available. I am trying regular to connect Dhanbad service center but not get any response. Then I have contact several times to [protected] and register a complain. Complain No given is 560670/17.09.2015. What type of service center is this, they have no responsibility, no manpower and no parts. It is not only fault of service center but also fault of Company. I have sent some mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com but as usual not get any response.

                  After a worst experience from your company I am writing this email

                  I went to Noida service center (Satyam Communication) for the issue I recently noticed in my phone they asked me to submit phone and wait for 15 days why customer should wait for 15 days for a minor issue is it your after sale service ?
                  Second I waited for 15 days and tried to contact Satyam communication on given number (4210142, 4233629) after trying from morning to evening on first number some lady picked up the phone and said that mi services closed on Saturday and Sundays, than why guys mentioned on your website that service center remains open on Saturday (http://www.mi.com/in/service/repair/)
                  Now on Monday both numbers are busy all the time tried 100 times at last I left all my work went to service center and they rudely replied that it will take more time (month or above) and they don’t know the exact time it will take than who know?
                  This is the first time I had purchased the Chinese phone and was expecting good from you guys but harassing the customer in this way will definitely effect your business
                  why your toll free number is non contactable[protected] every time line busy, please understand long team business only runs with the good service only

                  Now I am going to post my reviews to everywhere about this bad service so people should know exactly about your services

                    I bought this phone at 12 sep from MI.com/in after some days i get display problem in my phone. That day I registered a complaint at 18 Sep from that day and today is 28 Sep there is no one come to pickup my phone from side . I have this phone under replacement warranty and this company service is so bad . Customer care services is so bad . They told me from very first day Sir Please your have to wait for 72 hours after that we can say anything .. today is 10th day of complaint still they give me same response sir you have to still wait for 72 hours Seriously I am fed up from company delay even If i purchase a new phone then they delivered in 4 days Bt today is 10th day of complaint still no one come at my side to pickup my phone.                       I had purchased Xiaomi's Note 4 G phone through Flipkart in January 2015. Few days back my phone was not being switched on, so i took it to the service center in Kalkaji New Delhi. When the service engineer inspected the phone he told me that the battery connector is damaged and needs to be replaced for which I am supposed to Pay Rs 3600/- since this is not covered under warranty. I am shocked to get such a response since I had never opened the battery and there is no way that can be damaged by me since I never opened the battery cover. It means the product was defective from the beginning . The company is not ready to accept this and is not replacing it. This kind of attitude is not expected from such a huge company which is selling so many handsets everyday.

                        Xiomi Redmi Note 4G has problem downloading non application files to SD Card inspite of setting done for downloading in external storage. The service centre in park street has suggested cut - paste solution which is absurd. Plz. provide permanant solution.

Yesterday I was Sitting On My Couch and it was heating very badly which i also complaint for the same and by the sever heat a soud came from the cell and After a while I Saw a Crack On My Phone I Can Bet That That's not my Mistake and then i started my research and i founded 50 xiaomi consumer which encountered the same problem, My Point is - You Have to Replace My Phone At Any Cost Or I can go to the Service Center and Will Request a New One If This will be taken as a joke these are the things i Will Do- 1-Lodge An FIR Against XIAOMI INDIA and MR.HUGO BARRA 2-Tell My Youtube Viewers To Not To Use Your Products 3-My Mom Is a Journalist. We Will Give in Most Popular Newspapers 4- We Have Forums We Will Post There 5- Will Never Use A Xiaomi Product 6- I will Tell My Co-Actors to Never Ever Trust The Company 7- Will Complaint in consumer forum also Hope You Will Understand!

                            I purchased a XIAOMI RED MI 1S a couple of months ago. After some time, hanging problem start, i thought its android problem so I reboot it and start using as normal but after some time it again start hang problem and charging problem. only for few hours it worked. And one day it not start so went to XIOMI service center NOIDA-18 SATYAM COMMUNICATION underground floor. I submit it they said there is motherboard problem, so I said okay repair it ASAP, they said it will take 20-25 day, I said how can I manage without my mobile, they said it your problem. Then I submit it but after 20 day I went there but no response come form there side. I went after 25 day but no respone come form there side even SATYAM COMMUNICATION contact no. is also tried many time in a day but number always busy, (may be they put it off).

                            service and highly inadequate products if all it takes is a week for them to malfunction. At the service centre, I requested that my phone be replaced, which i was told is not possible. I would like to at least get my money back...

                              I purchased a XIAOMI MI4 a month and a half ago. After using it for only a week, the soft keys stopped working. Out of the blue. I dropped it off at the XIAOMI service centre (the only one open in Kolkata at the time) and was told i could expect it in a week or so.

                              Multiple calls and trips later, it is YET to be fixed. I had it all of one week. SLOPPY
                              service and highly inadequate products if all it takes is a week for them to malfunction. At the service centre, I requested that my phone be replaced, which i was told is not possible. I would like to at least get my money back.

                                  I have purchased new mobile Xiaomi Mi4 from its web site, order no: [protected] on 1st Septemebr, 2015. Its front camera is giving blure vision. When i talked to their toll free number, they are asking me to go to their local service center at Surat where no body is responding. Even the local person dosn't have any facility, he is sending all the instruments to Banlure for repairing which takes one month. I need replacement for my phone because its new and they are giving warranty for 1 yr. When i asked them to replace the piece, they have refused and giving excuse that they have polocy to replace in 10 days only. I didn't see this polocy anywhere, however flip cart is replacing withing one month. Pls do the needful.

                                    Above Mi4i was requested to for replacement and it was picked on 9 Sept 2015. till date not received replacement...it is very difficult to contact customer care of Xiaomi...on chat they have shared consignment tracking id [protected] BlueDart...which was shipped to Sundernagar, Gujarat from Bangalore. Hope to received replacement very soon -- no positive note.

                                      I purchased my xiaomi mi4i 1 month ago. Suddenly its touch disabled. I tried to contact all the service centers in Pune city (Maharashtra) . But either they are not answering my call or the call is being engaged. It means at the working time, the service centers are closed. I am confused what to do. Please take some action.
