Xiomi Redmi Note 4G has problem downloading non application files to SD Card inspite of setting done for downloading in external storage. The service centre in park street has suggested cut - paste solution which is absurd. Plz. provide permanant solution.

Yesterday I was Sitting On My Couch and it was heating very badly which i also complaint for the same and by the sever heat a soud came from the cell and After a while I Saw a Crack On My Phone I Can Bet That That's not my Mistake and then i started my research and i founded 50 xiaomi consumer which encountered the same problem, My Point is - You Have to Replace My Phone At Any Cost Or I can go to the Service Center and Will Request a New One If This will be taken as a joke these are the things i Will Do- 1-Lodge An FIR Against XIAOMI INDIA and MR.HUGO BARRA 2-Tell My Youtube Viewers To Not To Use Your Products 3-My Mom Is a Journalist. We Will Give in Most Popular Newspapers 4- We Have Forums We Will Post There 5- Will Never Use A Xiaomi Product 6- I will Tell My Co-Actors to Never Ever Trust The Company 7- Will Complaint in consumer forum also Hope You Will Understand!

      I purchased a XIAOMI RED MI 1S a couple of months ago. After some time, hanging problem start, i thought its android problem so I reboot it and start using as normal but after some time it again start hang problem and charging problem. only for few hours it worked. And one day it not start so went to XIOMI service center NOIDA-18 SATYAM COMMUNICATION underground floor. I submit it they said there is motherboard problem, so I said okay repair it ASAP, they said it will take 20-25 day, I said how can I manage without my mobile, they said it your problem. Then I submit it but after 20 day I went there but no response come form there side. I went after 25 day but no respone come form there side even SATYAM COMMUNICATION contact no. is also tried many time in a day but number always busy, (may be they put it off).

      service and highly inadequate products if all it takes is a week for them to malfunction. At the service centre, I requested that my phone be replaced, which i was told is not possible. I would like to at least get my money back...

        I purchased a XIAOMI MI4 a month and a half ago. After using it for only a week, the soft keys stopped working. Out of the blue. I dropped it off at the XIAOMI service centre (the only one open in Kolkata at the time) and was told i could expect it in a week or so.

        Multiple calls and trips later, it is YET to be fixed. I had it all of one week. SLOPPY
        service and highly inadequate products if all it takes is a week for them to malfunction. At the service centre, I requested that my phone be replaced, which i was told is not possible. I would like to at least get my money back.

          This is to request for a return of the new mi in-earphones. The earphones are not working with my devices. They work half of the times that too after i hit and try different position. It is causing a lot of problem. All my other earphones are working with the same device. So i think its a fault in the rings of the jack. Kindly initiate a return.             I have purchased new mobile Xiaomi Mi4 from its web site, order no: [protected] on 1st Septemebr, 2015. Its front camera is giving blure vision. When i talked to their toll free number, they are asking me to go to their local service center at Surat where no body is responding. Even the local person dosn't have any facility, he is sending all the instruments to Banlure for repairing which takes one month. I need replacement for my phone because its new and they are giving warranty for 1 yr. When i asked them to replace the piece, they have refused and giving excuse that they have polocy to replace in 10 days only. I didn't see this polocy anywhere, however flip cart is replacing withing one month. Pls do the needful.

              Above Mi4i was requested to for replacement and it was picked on 9 Sept 2015. till date not received replacement...it is very difficult to contact customer care of Xiaomi...on chat they have shared consignment tracking id [protected] BlueDart...which was shipped to Sundernagar, Gujarat from Bangalore. Hope to received replacement very soon -- no positive note.

                I purchased my xiaomi mi4i 1 month ago. Suddenly its touch disabled. I tried to contact all the service centers in Pune city (Maharashtra) . But either they are not answering my call or the call is being engaged. It means at the working time, the service centers are closed. I am confused what to do. Please take some action.

                      I had bought Xaiomi power bank 10400mah from flipkart on january 23, 2015. After 2 month of the purchase, the power bank's charging jack became loose and it became difficult to recharge phone using it. so i tried submitting my power bank to JANAKPURI, DISTRICT CENTER, NEW DELHI MI service center, but they refused to submit it by saying that it can only be submitted to MI EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTER, so i had to travel all the way to lajpat nagar just because of this piece of garbage power bank, I SUBMITTED IT ON 22 JUNE, 2015. After submitting it to service center I was assured that i will get delivery of my new power bank direct to my home. After waiting for 1 month i tried calling service center but found out that the service center was shut down permanently because of some reasons . Now its been 3.5 month and whenever i call customer care, I am told that i will get my power bank back just in few more days .

                        I have purchased MI Redemi note 4G from Flipkart on 1st July 2015, my handset was working fine. all of a sudden on 7th September my handset stopped getting charged. I tried charging it with other chargers but it didn't worked. I even tried calling MI customer care number[protected] but this numbers were continuously busy, so I tried calling on 8th September but still couldn't get through any call center executive, in vain i searched online for service center for MI, so I got New tech solution Vashi number, I approcahed them and submitted, my phone on 8th Sept, the work order given to me was ( 02729) and the lady over their told me it would take 10 to 12 days for the phone to get repaired and I should not call them before that to enquire about the same. Its been 15 days now, still my phone is not yet repaired when I approached New tech Solution Vashi, they are now telling me there is sum issue with the Mother board of the phone so they have to replace it with the new one and for that they have asked the Company to send them the part...so again she told me it would take more 10 to 12 days for them to get the original part from the Company and then they will repair the same. The lady on the reception over their is very rude and uncooperative. Since the day I have submitted my phone to them, I am trying to get in touch with Call center, today I was lucky I got in touch with one of the Call center Guy Ronak, where in I narrated my story to him, he also told me to wait for a weeks time as the New tech solution has already ordered the part so may b by weekend I would get my phone. he told me if I wont get my phone by weekend then please collect the phone from them and then Inform the call center for Pick me service and then they will do the needful. This is a kind of service you provide to Customer... my phone is still on Warranty as you could see the Invoice, its not even a month and now I am suffering to get it repaired. If new tech solution, is not a Authorised Centre, why you all put it online. Request you to please escalate this matter to your higher authorities as I am gonna put a complaint against MI and New tech Solution in Consumer Court and TRAI if my query is not getting resolved within 24 hours, My phone details for your reference: IMEI No: [protected] SN:[protected] Order Id given by New tech Solution Vashi - 02729 Expecting a Prompt response from your end.

                              I have submitted my mobile to the Xiaomi Exclusive- Dwarka mi service center on 15th of Sept 2015 in, New Delhi city. My Job Sheet no is JS[protected]. I purchased mi 3 from flipkart, purchase date- 5 Aug 2014, vide Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected]. Only problem with Mobile was battery draining very fast. The service center guys received the set after diagnosing it, and said it will be repaired within 15Days without warranty. Will inform you cost of repairing within 1-2 days. But after 6 days I have not received any intimation. I visited Service Centre on 21st September 2015. They told me that Screen of Phone is damaged. While I gave them hand set in proper condition without physical damage on 15th September 2015. I sure that during Service Engineer broken Screen and Touch, First they kept Job sheet from me and returned mobile without repairing on 21st September, while argument, I asked them to return me my Job sheet, and then they returned it. I asked them show me recording of Mobile given date 15th September, where clearly showing that Mobile Screen /Touch is in proper condition. I have handed over them phone without any physical damage. Now Handset is with Service Centre. While I left from Service Centre around 8 pm on 21/9/2015, they immediately send me message (SMSM TEXT) that your phone is ready for collection @ 8:08 pm. Engineer @ Dwarka Centre New Delhi, Mr. Ashwani told that me that they will not repair damage handset, instead damage done by Service Centre. Kindly replace Handset as soon as possible

                                  We had order 3 xioami (redmi prime 2) mobile phone wide order no.OD[protected] .one of them peace found defective by battery problems . Battery must be charged at 4-5 times a day. I had also made trouble shoot through help desk. They are saying that there was nothing problem in it.they insist to visit at service center which was too much far from my destination (approx 350 k.m. one way).I m just requesting for replacement of such defective peace.

                                    Biggest thief Company and Poor Services !! 45 days passed and still I am waiting my phone will repair and I will got my phone back, but now I am feeling that it was my biggest mistake that I bought a phone from XIAOMI. What is your plan? When you will return my phone in working condition? Or if it’s not in repairing condition then return my Money. In these days I feeling cheated, there is no such way through which I can contact you your customer care number[protected] is never getting connect.                                       I am Xiomi User I bought a Redmi 2 from Flipkart, on 13th Aug'15 my Phone has been dead and I am not able to Switch on it so I submitted it on Authorized service center Satyam Communication Address: J-34, Basement, Sec-18, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh.
                                      45 days already gone but I did not got any update that is my Mobile has repaired or not, there is no such contact details are available on which I can contact and confirm the status of repairing.

                                        An order for Redmi 2 was placed on 7th Sept. 2015 but till date 21/09/2012 product not delivered. 4-5 emails have been sent and one or two have been replied telling "your order status is showing under shipping. It would take 5 to 7 working days for any product to get delivered so would request you to wait" and "your order status is showing under shipping. It would take 5 to 7 working days for any product to get delivered so would request you to wait ". Today, I tried an online chat and Ms.PRIYANKA NEELKANTH came on line for chat session. However, when I asked MI India's registered office details, she replied that "as of now e do not have this information", closed the chat and vanished. Request you to provide their contact details.
