We had order 3 xioami (redmi prime 2) mobile phone wide order no.OD[protected] .one of them peace found defective by battery problems . Battery must be charged at 4-5 times a day. I had also made trouble shoot through help desk. They are saying that there was nothing problem in it.they insist to visit at service center which was too much far from my destination (approx 350 k.m. one way).I m just requesting for replacement of such defective...
