I had given my mobile for repair on 25th August, and have not received any update on when it will be ready. I am trying the landline no[protected] along with the toll free but it is coming switched off. I have emailed the company, no one bothers to respond. Please let me know when I will receive the phone. I had bought Xaiomi power bank 10400mah from flipkart on january 23, 2015. After 2 month of the purchase, the power bank's charging jack became loose and it became difficult to recharge phone using it. so i tried submitting my power bank to JANAKPURI, DISTRICT CENTER, NEW DELHI MI service center, but they refused to submit it by saying that it can only be submitted to MI EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTER, so i had to travel all the way to lajpat nagar just because of this piece of garbage power bank, I SUBMITTED IT ON 22 JUNE, 2015. After submitting it to service center I was assured that i will get delivery of my new power bank direct to my home. After waiting for 1 month i tried calling service center but found out that the service center was shut down permanently because of some reasons . Now its been 3.5 month and whenever i call customer care, I am told that i will get my power bank back just in few more days .

I have purchased MI Redemi note 4G from Flipkart on 1st July 2015, my handset was working fine. all of a sudden on 7th September my handset stopped getting charged. I tried charging it with other chargers but it didn't worked. I even tried calling MI customer care number[protected] but this numbers were continuously busy, so I tried calling on 8th September but still couldn't get through any call center executive, in vain i searched online for service center for MI, so I got New tech solution Vashi number, I approcahed them and submitted, my phone on 8th Sept, the work order given to me was ( 02729) and the lady over their told me it would take 10 to 12 days for the phone to get repaired and I should not call them before that to enquire about the same. Its been 15 days now, still my phone is not yet repaired when I approached New tech Solution Vashi, they are now telling me there is sum issue with the Mother board of the phone so they have to replace it with the new one and for that they have asked the Company to send them the part...so again she told me it would take more 10 to 12 days for them to get the original part from the Company and then they will repair the same. The lady on the reception over their is very rude and uncooperative. Since the day I have submitted my phone to them, I am trying to get in touch with Call center, today I was lucky I got in touch with one of the Call center Guy Ronak, where in I narrated my story to him, he also told me to wait for a weeks time as the New tech solution has already ordered the part so may b by weekend I would get my phone. he told me if I wont get my phone by weekend then please collect the phone from them and then Inform the call center for Pick me service and then they will do the needful. This is a kind of service you provide to Customer... my phone is still on Warranty as you could see the Invoice, its not even a month and now I am suffering to get it repaired. If new tech solution, is not a Authorised Centre, why you all put it online. Request you to please escalate this matter to your higher authorities as I am gonna put a complaint against MI and New tech Solution in Consumer Court and TRAI if my query is not getting resolved within 24 hours, My phone details for your reference: IMEI No: [protected] SN:[protected] Order Id given by New tech Solution Vashi - 02729 Expecting a Prompt response from your end.

I bought redmi 2 6 months back. now i got a problem that phone is hanging at boot logo. I've consulted one of MI serive center in Bangalore and gave my phone exactly 9 days back. they concluded it as Mother Board Problem. Still no response from their side. If i called them for status, the only line they have is """we don't have Mother board, has come from xiaomi." Why Xiaomi doing like this? Kindly give solution ASAP. If it continues definitely Xiaomi will lose its customers.

I have submitted my mobile to the Xiaomi Exclusive- Dwarka mi service center on 15th of Sept 2015 in, New Delhi city. My Job Sheet no is JS[protected]. I purchased mi 3 from flipkart, purchase date- 5 Aug 2014, vide Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected]. Only problem with Mobile was battery draining very fast. The service center guys received the set after diagnosing it, and said it will be repaired within 15Days without warranty. Will inform you cost of repairing within 1-2 days. But after 6 days I have not received any intimation. I visited Service Centre on 21st September 2015. They told me that Screen of Phone is damaged. While I gave them hand set in proper condition without physical damage on 15th September 2015. I sure that during Service Engineer broken Screen and Touch, First they kept Job sheet from me and returned mobile without repairing on 21st September, while argument, I asked them to return me my Job sheet, and then they returned it. I asked them show me recording of Mobile given date 15th September, where clearly showing that Mobile Screen /Touch is in proper condition. I have handed over them phone without any physical damage. Now Handset is with Service Centre. While I left from Service Centre around 8 pm on 21/9/2015, they immediately send me message (SMSM TEXT) that your phone is ready for collection @ 8:08 pm. Engineer @ Dwarka Centre New Delhi, Mr. Ashwani told that me that they will not repair damage handset, instead damage done by Service Centre. Kindly replace Handset as soon as possible

My redme2s I brought last 4 month back last 15 days back I geting problem like when someone calling its showing block and touch not working properly and app also not showing to me I trust u r brand and I purshae nd I give 10 r 20 advance to purshae mi brand is good but u people not help me out

We had order 3 xioami (redmi prime 2) mobile phone wide order no.OD[protected] .one of them peace found defective by battery problems . Battery must be charged at 4-5 times a day. I had also made trouble shoot through help desk. They are saying that there was nothing problem in it.they insist to visit at service center which was too much far from my destination (approx 350 k.m. one way).I m just requesting for replacement of such defective peace.

Biggest thief Company and Poor Services !! 45 days passed and still I am waiting my phone will repair and I will got my phone back, but now I am feeling that it was my biggest mistake that I bought a phone from XIAOMI. What is your plan? When you will return my phone in working condition? Or if it’s not in repairing condition then return my Money. In these days I feeling cheated, there is no such way through which I can contact you your customer care number[protected] is never getting connect. I am Xiomi User I bought a Redmi 2 from Flipkart, on 13th Aug'15 my Phone has been dead and I am not able to Switch on it so I submitted it on Authorized service center Satyam Communication Address: J-34, Basement, Sec-18, Noida-201301, Uttar Pradesh.
45 days already gone but I did not got any update that is my Mobile has repaired or not, there is no such contact details are available on which I can contact and confirm the status of repairing.

An order for Redmi 2 was placed on 7th Sept. 2015 but till date 21/09/2012 product not delivered. 4-5 emails have been sent and one or two have been replied telling "your order status is showing under shipping. It would take 5 to 7 working days for any product to get delivered so would request you to wait" and "your order status is showing under shipping. However, when I asked MI India's registered office details, she replied that "as of now e do not have this information", closed the chat and vanished. Request you to provide their contact details.

Sir/Madam, I have bought a power bank of xiaomi company. but they send me a low quality power bank.Thats not working properly. that day i have received that product was not working .that time they did not attend call.and after sometime that mobile no they have given that was out of service area. i have complaint it many time throw email. but they did not give any response about that.they send me that massage (Your ticket has been successfully submitted! To day up to 5 month he was not solved my problem Please Guys Dont trust This company Service is not Proper... 15 day unexpected off and does not get on then again went to service center they say more 20 Days service is not proper and this is anormal problem why takeing lot's of day After 4 month when i collect my phone they was asking you r problem solv and i take my phone i am shooked 2 new problem has been import ( 1 st My mobile version chinese. 2nd IMEI NUmber invalid.) They was asking we have chanje mother board that was 2 problem coming .they was asking more 20day and after 20day i am go custmar care service is not proper they was asking more 20 day and today up to 5 month.

my phone was having problem of overheat and was not in working so i submitted my phone in service center chandigarh sec 31 D on dated[protected]. My job sheet no is CVC/XM/15/03930. it more than 12 days i have not recieve any information about my phone. i am in great trouble. i have call many time and launch complaint but no action has been taken till now. now this thing harasing me a lot as it is more than 2 weeks. i cant handle more return my phone with 2 days please

I submitted the dead phone to hcl service centre park street kolkata on 29 august 2015 which i bought on 14 july 2015. the phone just got dead. The service centre people gave a job receipt on which returning date was 12 September but they didnt delivered it that day neither promptly said about delivering date. the service center is 150 km from me and i waste a lot of money and time every time i go and inquire as they dont pick the phone. i am feeling like xiaomi has made me fool with a faulty product and my money got wasted. its been 21 days with them and still counting

My phone redmi 1s is given to service are on 21st august.problem was the charging is decresing after puttinh it on charg and automatically going on fastboot mode.but they(ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICE LIMITED, SURAT) are not responding after a month also.. my complain number is- SUR/XM/15/03558

Hi, I bought a RedMi 2S - 383 - Redmi2S - HM2 - IN - Gray on 9th June 2015. The device was faulty and I filed / registered a complaint with Mi Service Centre - Dwarka. The Jobsheet Number is JS[protected]. They told me it will take a week and max. of 10 days. However when I went again they told me that the parts are out of stock and it can take for 10 days to even a month for replacement. When I asked them about the deadline they told me they don't know. I am not without my phone for quite some time and it is really troubling me. I thing it is the duty of the Xiaomi team either to replace my phone with a new phone or rectify it immediately. I have recently purchased a power bank from allhit bazaar for 399 on september 9, 2015 the good is not working at all. Haryana-India-122413. such mobile Mi Redmi Note 4G not work automatically .service centre at my place -kota (raj.) is not available of the company. After conversation to company represtative on mobile and mail at toll free [protected]. I send mobile at centralised service centre by Pickmi service to Qarmatek services pvt. ltd. Ahmedabad-m.no. [protected], [protected] now service centre says that your mobile is Liquid Damaged so repair cost will be Rs. 6282/- when my such mobile is not falls any liquid such as water etc. i am sure about this. so please compliant lodged for this and give me proper service. my service token no. is [protected] thanks

I have given my phones display to be change in the service center on 14th September 2015. i called the service center on 18th September 2015 they are saying parts are not sent by the company yet, so they are not able to fix the issue, if this is the issue please let me know when can i get my phone back, My work order number is[protected]. if this is the case please let me know when i will get it done, if it delays like this i am ready to fight a consumer battle, i have already done this before.
