One of the worst service centers. My Phone is dead and the service center is claiming it as a water damage and refusing to replace the phone. How can a phone have water damage until it had contact with the water ?? They are telling that my Phone's white sticker will turn red very soon. But its white, how can they predict the future ?? i would recommend friends not to but this phone.

    Handset hangs up and stop responding whenever processing any application. Totally irritated with this issue of this handset.
    this problem begins after the last two updates installed... before those updates everything was smooth...
    want previous update again.
    main issue arise while playing games like Clash of Clans.
    Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Service Center Phone Number: [protected]. bt now they refused to repaire my phone n roughly said me to take back my phone with out servicing from your mi care. they said me that they will give my phone within 3days bt now they are roughly telling that they will repaire my phone after one month. the opening time of this care is 10.00am bt they open near about 11.00am and closed before 6pm, , , , , , i will be highly obliged to you if you response my complent. thank you...
      i need my phone in good condition from your service center. bt your worker of the care does not repaire my phone n roughly carged me n refused to repaire

        I would like to bring into your notice the horrible experience current I am facing with regards to the Mi4 phone bought and the after sales services. Issue 1: I bought Mi4 (64GB) through flipkart on 12-May-15 which was received on 14-May-15. (Order no.: OD[protected] The phone witnessed hang issue on the night of 09-Aug-15 and immediately after that started auto restart. I was unable to use the phone as it was consistently hanged and was restarting. The phone was not even 90 days old and I was completely unable to use it. I tried and did factory reset of the phone but nothing changed. Finally I thought to visit service center and checked the address and phone numbers from Mi website. Issue 2: Since morning of 10-Aug-15, I tried to call the centralised helpline –[protected] was the number was constantly busy and unreachable. I tried to contact Nehru Road service centre[protected] and Janakpuri Center[protected]DELHI) but both numbers were constantly busy and unreachable. I went to Nehru road center (which was supposed to be exclusive center) all the way 30KMs from my place. After reaching there, the executive told me that it is only receiving center and my phone has software problem which will be handled by Janakpuri center quickly (in 15-20mins). From there I went to Janakpuri Center. On reaching there and waiting for 2 hours for my turn, I was informed by the executive that phone needs to be submitted for atleast 15 days. They denied to inform me that what exactly is the issue. I have made a second visit to the Janakpuri center also, but with no relief. The service center shop was closed. Then I heard a lot of noise that made it look like a fish market and I got to know that it is nothing else but MI Service center shop (that they temporarily took). One month has passed now, I have several times tried to call on Janakpuri centres number and central helpline but both phones remain busy and unreachable. This was the same problem echoed by several other users when I met them at service center. Now I have no clue where my handset is and what exactly is the problem. Moreover, I have been issued jobsheet for mobile repair on ‘Blackberry’ letter head. There was no sign of Xiaomi Mi anywhere in the service center. Honestly, this kind of product quality and after sales service was not at all expected from Xiaomi. I am feeling cheated and deceived. Can’t believe customers are being treated in such a way. I can’t express the trauma and pain I felt visiting the centres and still undergoing. I have spent Rs.22, 000 and I need either full refund or replacement of handset with new one. I don’t want to use repaired handset.

          It's been only few that i purchased the phone online and i have started facing so many issues. -The phone hangs a lot - The apps stops responding in between - Network issues, 3G runs at the speed of 2G and when i switch the sim to other phone it works so is definitely with the phone I have just started using the phone and facing so many issues, i wonder what will happen in future. Please replace the handset, as there's some problem with the device only i believe.

            I received the parcel on 7 sept 2015 and when i opened the parcel I found that the packing was not good . It was not looking like the new one. It had scratches on it and colour also seems to be dull. When I tried using it the performance was worst. I purchased the power bank of 10400 mAh and it could not charge my mobile single time also. Before mobile the power bank used to get discharge. Please give me my money back. This is my worst online shopping experience. Please check the products before shipping. The sellers are doing black marketing by sending the fake power banks. Please take some action as soon as possible or send me the new one or else I will go to consumer forum and file a fraud case against your company and make sure you pay a high price for this. I had registered a complaint on call with Complaint id - qrc43655499 on 8 sept 2015

              My phone red ki 1s is not working after I updated it to miui6.7 but after update my phone was consuming very much battery Then I updated it to miui6.6 stable After that it ddnot worked even it does not opens up .., ..and when I contacted xiaomi their phone number doesn't works when ever I call them ...this tottaly a big harassment to the customer ...at least co. Shall listen to our greviences

                    I gave my phone(Xiaomi MI4) for repair to xiaomi service centre . The problem that i was facing is it won't turn on. I took mi pickup service. it has been 2 weeks now since i have given my to them and i have not recieved any reply from their side and when i call them they either hang up the phone or don't reply. My phone is under warranty. i bought it on 19th of march, 2015.Now i feel like i have given Rs.24000 of charity to xiaomi. My phone was sent to Qarmatek service pvt. ltd., ahmedabad, gujarat - 382445.

The mi power bank 10400 mah is also defective. it can not charge my 2300 mah battery fully. I want my rs 748/- refund or replace the order and provide me new and good products.                           I have purchased one redmi2 from mi.com. after received phone have problem of heating issue and battery backup issue. so, i have log complain for return. after 20 days pass return was not pickup and mi team not update me action taken detail. in india mi service is very worst. i request to new user, please dont buy from mi.com. if you want to buy any mi product then please buy from flipkart or any other site.

                              I purchased a power bank from official site of Xiaomi. It was delivered at my office address and received by me on June 19. I noticed scratches on face of power bank since delivery. I mailed the customer care of Xiaomi and they asked me to provide photo evidence of the issue. I mailed them the pictures of power bank which they approved and asked me to go to nearest Mi Centre for support. I went to Janakpuri center and they refused to accept my power bank. They exclaimed that no power bank related issue is handled there. Then I went to Gurgaon service center and they accepted the power bank(after long calls to customer care). The manager of Gurgaon Service center accepted the power bank for replacement on June-30-2015 and issued me invoice in his own handwriting. Now, Gurgaon has Mi Exclusive service centre which was inaugrated few weeks back. Its more than 2months now and yet I have not received the refund. I have made constant emails and phone calls to Xiaomi (Mi), but through mail they respond that my complaingt will be soon assisted and on phone call the executive asks me to visit the service center. At service center I am told that only customer care will tell when will they receive a new power bank. Due to late response from Xiaomi(Mi) team, the warranty period is also about to get exhausted. At present I just want a refund of my amount. I have asked for refund to Xiaomi (Mi) and they told that they wont refund the amount. Its like I am not a fool here. Its four months in total I have booked the power bank. Yet now, I haven't received the product and refund as well. All the warranty period has been exhausted. Every time they ask me either to mail or call customer care and all time I get vague response. I have uploaded the copy of Service center bill and pictures of faulty power bank. Please help me to get a refund. I have blocked my amount for four months now and at present Mi team is not replying to any mail. Regards Parth Jain

                                These guys have handed over after sales service to HCL Touch, who do not care about anyone and for them, a person approaching them is like a prisoner and they are like Jailers. I am not sure, why I decided to invest in a Xiaomi phone without realizing that there is nobody to listen to. If possible, please help me with an escalation contact and I would like to share my experience in detail so that if at all company is serious about improving after sales services, they can look into the matter and take appropriate corrective actions.

                                  I Ordered combo of 10400 mah Power bank on Aug 21, 2015. which cost me 649 rs. I received this order on September 1 from Gojavas. One is pink and other is Black. Out of the two power bank the black coloured power Bank is not Working. While connecting to charger the indicator glow but but it doesnt charge the phone and its power Button is not working Properly. This is the first time i have Ordered something from ASK mE Bazaar and the experience is worst ever. Please change the dead/not working Power Bank (Black one) So that I can go for another Order from your shopping Site. Or else this will be my first and last shopping from Ask me Bazar. I am expecteding positive response from you.

                                    My order No.AB4827425. i am ordered Mi oem headphone. But i am received another color and 100% duplicate product. Also that product not fullfilled. one sound is high one side low sound. that handset wiring in appear in hole. photo also attached. How to trust the products. After receive what i do. put in the dust pin. How did use. At the time of order i trusted photos in site and oem product. And order 3nos. now received Rs.415/-. Cancel remain 1 order. THANKS.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, I request Consumer Court take action as soon as possible..so it will help rest customer in taking service..SO IN INDIA WE ALWAYS SAY THAT "NEVER TRUST CHINESE COMPANY" please help me Xiaomi (MI) is not providing earphone to me.their service center always say that company is not providing any Earphone from the date of opening of service center till the date..they always take new request and always agent say that we r forwarding your request to higher level department..they never say about any response for past request.they always say that the previous agent has not forwarded your request to higher level..they also told me that if service center is not providing the solution then please provide us your complete address so, that we will able to send your earphone at your address. i gave him/her more than 10 times of my 2 address ( Delhi & Patna).they also told me to go service center and plz let us to talk with service center agent on phone call..i done these activities many times.. Why u always takes request only..no solution for previous one...only new ..for this service u r proving in India. I request Consumer Court take action as soon as possible..so it will help rest customer i taking service..SO IN INDIA WE ALWAYS SAY THAT
