I request Consumer Court take action as soon as possible..so it will help rest customer in taking service..SO IN INDIA WE ALWAYS SAY THAT
"NEVER TRUST CHINESE COMPANY"
please help me Xiaomi (MI) is not providing earphone to me.their service center always say that company is not providing any Earphone from the date of opening of service center till the date..they always take new request and always agent say that we r forwarding your request to higher level department..they never say about any response for past request.they always say that the previous agent has not forwarded your request to higher level..they also told me that if service center is not providing the solution then please provide us your complete address so, that we will able to send your earphone at your address. i gave him/her more than 10 times of my 2 address ( Delhi & Patna).they also told me to go service center and plz let us to talk with service center agent on phone call..i done these activities many times..

(i.e--Name of service center--B.M Trading))..your service center is telling that company is not providing any earphone / Headphone and Power Bank even not one from the date of opening service center till this date..so, i am requesting u to please provide earphone to service center so, that they will give earphone to us in patna..
if company is unable to provide earphone to patna then i am also giving u the option to deliver the product to me in delhi.

Your service center Patna is telling 2 me that company has not provided any earphones from the date of opening of service center to till this date..
I[censored] r not able 2 provide the solution then just reply to me then I will go further consumer court & forum ...I know the the email I'd of this above department ...I only send one email with full scan copy of invoice, service center receipts and all complain no which is already register with u ...and including all email conversation between u and me...
So, I request u 2 please provide me the best solution.. Give replacement through service center or in my address..both address I already given to u (Delhi & Patna..)
I don't know u r telling lie or your service center...
Please improve your service so that customer will trust u ...day by day u r decreasing your credit in market...

-3 times I visit your service center and your hotline executive would have conversation with Service center executive talked with that service center and only told me and your agent that mi company is not provide any earphone even not single one piece they not gave to the service center...so, kindly take all the data relating to your all parts which has been given to patna service center till this date from your exclusive warehouse before calling to the your authorized service center patna pincode-800001, last time they also told me that we stoped taking headphone and powerbank of mi company due to this reason..so please I have the receipts of your service center why not u provide me this headphone to your service center or another option is my address...why u r creating the issue...I think u r happy when your customer is not getting the service in proper way...and also not controlling your service center in proper way in the terms of service..so, all people say in india, that NEVER TRUST CHINA PRODUCT AND COMPANY...I think u reply my mail after after 7-10 days...This type of service u r trying to prove in india...after giving earphone (14/07/2015) I visited your service center more than 4 times...please forwad this message to your must & formust seniour of MI INDIA

LASTLY I TAKEN THIS STEP
When u will give the solution... Either I have to forward email to consumer court..with invoice, receipts of your service center, and email conversation with u...I thik 15 days before your agent called and he taken my address and told me that I will provide u the earphones to your address don't worry... Why u always takes request only..no solution for previous one...only new ..for this service u r proving in India.
