I register a complaint about mi service center nd there engineers. One costumer support officer contact me his name is Abhishek (+[protected].He avoid my call. now he is not attending my call . when i call him with another number he "jaha compliant karna kar do." my mobile comes under warranty.

    My Redmi watch 2 lite is under warranty (till 15-Jan-2024) but the touch screen is facing ghost touch and stopped responding since last few days. Display is working only touch has issues.

    On 18-Nov-2023, I visited MI service centre "GTB Nagar North Campus Delhi-Qdigit-T" to resolve the issue but after inspection they rejected the repair by stating reason "Man-made damage; MULTIPLE SCRETCHES NOT COVERED UNDER WARRENTY".

    But the scratches are normal wear and tear scratches which comes in any wearable device. I am not sure why are these termed as man-made scratches. Man-made scratches should be accidental damage or intentional damage. Its disappointing to hear from brand like MI. Are service representatives stating these reasons for rejecting the repairs under warranty and save money for company?

    I have used many devices from MI and never faced any issue with devices where I have to visit service centre. This was my first experience with after sales team of MI and I have no option other than posting the complain here.

    Hoping the see a positive response on this complain.

      I ordered REDMI BUDS 4 ACTIVE on 1st Nov'23 & product delivered to me on 2nd nov'23 & very next day redmi buds is starting to issue. redmi buds auto connects with my mobile, when I'm not using it. (I have recorded the video as proof) Second issue was that I have been charging for 5 hours still the battery still shows 10% after 5 hours.
      Product given to nearest service center for replacement because product in warranty. Now they are saying from last 10 days, they don't do replacement of my products or either give me any answer. I follow up them regularly but no reply from them.

        Tv complaint given panel board problem it is under warranty period, person came from company service centre on 5th october 2023 and checked.
        he said parts is not available it will take 7 to 14 days maximum.
        today it is 7th november still no response from their side, they are telling company is not having part we cant do anything.

          I want to share my recent experience with Redmi service that has left me quite frustrated. Earlier, a technician from Xiaomi TV came to fix an issue with my TV, but unfortunately, during the process, the technician tore the barcode on the TV.

          Now, I'm facing difficulties because of this action as it's affecting the functionality of my TV. I expected better service and attention to detail from a reputable company like Xiaomi.

          My TV is still under warranty till this Dhanteras. Not even hardly 1 year passed of purchased, my TV got damaged under 6 months. Technician came and resolved the solution. But After Resolving my Tv again stopped working with no display on screen under 2 months of repair. I mailed about 4-5 and even talked on customer care. No valuable solution and i feel like i have been cheated.

                Delivery pending from last 12 Days
                I have ordered gym equipment treadmill not received even after paying full amount. I ordered on 9 Oct paid via credit card, for which the delivery was scheduled by flipkart on or before 13 October. I contacted Customer Care again for several times also talked to their Senior Head mentioning my issue. they again give me the false assurances that they would mention the issue with concerned department solution will be provided to me at the earliest(promised reolution date- 16, 17.20, 22, 24 and 25). But what would I have known that they are just making a false promise to me get call from back-end team for resolution. I have not received call or any email from Flipkart team regarding delivery from back-end team.

                I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a clear explanation for these failures and delivery without further delay. Flipkart customers deserve better treatment than this, and I trust that you will address this matter urgently and efficiently.
                I expect to hear from you promptly regarding the steps you are taking to resolve this issue. even they are not allowing me to cancel my product and product lost in somewhere middle of shipping.

                    POCO F1 was launched in India by Xiaomi in second half of 2018 And i had purchased the same on 29/10/2018 Now my phone is working perfectly fine but seeing huge drop in usability as battery has degraded . When visited service centre in Malad West was informed that company has stopped producing spares for a phone they were selling like 2 years back also they advised me to go for secondary market china options, however these china battery are not regulated and always risk of incident and not giving optimum experience . Request the company to provide adequate spare battery for my POCO F1.

                      Even after registering the service request, The Service centre is not showing the courtesy to repair the TV which is under warranty. It is almost 1 week since I registered the complaint. No response from the Service Center. Tried several times to reach the Customer service centre, No response.

                        I have placed order One mobile phone from MI.com online on 13th September 2023 and estimated delivery timing given buy MI.com was 19th September but I have not received product on given time and vendor also not tried to connect with me and not given any updated related to products, so on 20 September 2023 I tried to connect with Mi Support team on given number[protected] after that I asked to raise complain and MI.com support team raised but Issue was not resolved and I have not received any update from MI.com support team, after that also me and my friends tried to connect with MI.com support team from mi.com chat, twitter, mail but till now Issue not resolved I have neither received my product not refund company support team just saying to wait 3-4 day, 3-7 every time. but not giving me correct and clear information or time estimation. It's almost one month is done.

                          We called Xiaomi service engineer to check the MI 4K LED due to some display issue. Their engineer came on 27.08.2023 and suggested to replace the Panel Board. Xiaomi will be replacing the same as this is under warranty. They also committed the same but after 1 and 1/2 months over the same was not replaced.
                          In the mean time they had offer lower version of LED TV (HD TV instead of my 4K TV).
                          I have requested to replace the same or give some upgradation offer. But they still not provided the solution and not replaced or repaired

                              I had purchased this product i.e. Xiaomi Pad 5 from Mi Showroom one and half months back and after 15-20 days the screen went black. I checked with service center, they stated some problem with parts assembling and they did this assemble of tablet again. Ten days later again screen went black and this service center is around 15-20 Km away from my place. This is annoying as we spend carefully on new gadget and after this second time problem, I don't feel comfortable with this tablet. I raised this concern to Grievance Customer Support but they keep on moving this incident to next phase of escalation and I haven't got any resolution or any relevant response. I don't know what to do next or whom to reach for faster resolution.

                                I bought a 5g smartphone in early 2021 where the company claimed that it is the best 5g smartphone in India. 5g roll out has started in India from oct 2022 since then
                                Jio 5g is not working in my smartphone (Mi 10T 5g). Company announced they will provide an OTA update very soon on May 2023 and it's been 4 Months since the announcement.
                                No updates available yet, And they telling us to go to nearby service center which is 60kms away. When we have problem with software what can a service center do?
