No action is being taken about pie update on y2 devices and mi community workers are also not giving satisfactory answer.
They aren't working as they should be. It's been 4 month since we have been told about update yet no response... Hence take quick action on this and kick out those moderator and device team members soon.. It's a request from 17k person who are using the product and been asking same... Reply fast

    Hello i live in a town called chamba (H. P) and there is an authorised xiaomi dealer named kamla radio. Today i went there to purchase mitv 4a pro 43"which is priced 21999 everywhere in any xiaomi store and on website and the owner told me i can give you this tv @ 22500 & when i told him about the real price he told me that 'yaha to itna hi milega' i told him that its priced at 21999 and he again told me" wahin se mangwa lo fir hamara ye price nahi hota calculate" the attitude of the owner was very bad. I will not go to this store again and will not purchase a single product from that person and tell people about his behaviour attitude and selling products at higher prices and will not recommend this store to anyone. Pathetic experience.

      I have bought mi note7 pro recently almost 5 months back.Camera lags on daily basis. Now for 3rd time, screen of phone disappears for more than 2 hours. I want replacement of my phone. Creating issues too much. I had bought it for 14 thousands and is not worth the money. I capture photos that are not even clear and consume 15 MB space per photo. Disappointed😟 by Note 7 pro and its few disgusting features.

        Sir,
        I had purchased redmi5-in-2gb+16gb-black bearing serial no.17614 /80095882, imei (Meid) no-[protected] & [protected] 9773 on 02.10.2018 with payment of rs.8000/- bearing bill no.642, from your authorized dealer manoj electronics, gstin-21ayops8312h1z9, at-dadhapatna, p. O./p. S.-barang, dist.-cuttack (Odisha), india, pin-754005, ph. [protected], with warranty card.in the warranty card it has been clearly mentioned that the warranty of hardware product is 1 year.
        Just after 6 months of the purchase, my client faced the flickering screen problems of the display. When i contacted your authorized service center at sai solution, 1st floor, room no.129/130, big bazar, cuttack (Odisha) -753001, ph.[protected] on 11.04.2019, he without making any free service as per the warranty card, had illegally charge rs.2771/- replacing the front display, though said defects covered under the warranty.
        Again in july 2019, i faced no network signal problem of the handset. On contact with the self same service center on 18.07.2018, he again also refused to make any repair/replacement of the defective parts of the handset, rather told for paid service which will costs rs.3892/-. As i unable to pay the said money, they refunded the handset refusing any repair.
        The warranty card clearly prove that both the faults are manufacturing defects of the handset, is covered under the warranty but illegally your company did not providing the free service to the genuine customers like me.
        So i request to you either you be pleased to make my mobile free service or can replace it with new one.
        With reference to the email dated on 24.07.2019, i still was not provided with the solution. Kindly help me out.

          I have purchased mi smart led from telemore solutions pvt. Ltd - ahmedabad on 30.07.2019, invoice no. S1/isc/1818. Today, from mi service center mr. Noshin or moshin (Mob. No. [protected]) came for the installation and opened the led box and installed led but without winding up the packing material which was fall on the floor here and there, he left by keeping all the things as it is. The person was totally unprofessional and unskilled like 3 grade road side technician. I have never seen this type of installation in which at list person can not winding up packing material of a product which he has installed. On the call from[protected] for the feedback of installation, i have explained all this to mi's lady executive. I have taken photographs of the poor installation and uploading on social media with a request to all that don't call mi technician for installation.

            I am arun kumar. I was purchase xiaomi note 7 pro. Recently before 1 month ago in june. After 13 days my phone was display screen black suddenly. And i want mi care for service. And this problem short out and again after 17 days this problem happen same problem within 1 month. And now this phone in mi care last 4 days. Those employees told me all international part change. I am so disappointed new phone

                I have purchased my mobile mi a2 which is getting repeated issues and visited mi service center madhapur in hyderabad for 5 times spending time for hours and still they are denying for the resolution and not even replacing the mobile still in warranty. They are simply stating that we are here just to remove screws and fit again. The solution provided by them is to replace motherboard but they forgot that the same solution was given when i visited earlier and implemented.
                I think xiaomi mobile company handset is fishing my activity pre installation and trocher i have doubt about is it safe or not some time the xiaomi mobile activity not good so please ensure that this company mobile phone is safe or not

                    I had been to mi service center thinking my screen cracked... I requested them to check... They confirmed n asked me to pay 5420.92 on march 2018.
                    Last week my screen cracked again i went to a local shop n found only the screen guard cracked.
                    So i rechecked my old replacement it has screen intact n screen guard cracked for which i was charged 5420 last year
                    I have the bill n old panel... I need refund

                      I have purchased a xiomi mia2 phone on 29th july in amazon, such a worst phone with absolutely no inbuilt features working. Notifications are shown on lock screen when i have given hide sensitive content, led is not blinking for notifications, apps are not showing badges for notifications, sim 2 is not detecting any sms or otps, screen is rotating by itself when auto rotate is off, such an annoying experience with android one. Amazon isn't considering an exchange, i will sue both amazon and xiomi for producing an android one phone whose inbuilt features also doesn't work.

                        Mother board destroyed second tine in last 16 month and need to get it replace. Fully unsatisfied with the device. Its is a icu problem with is not repair able. I trust this brand alot and its my 3 rd hand set but now i am going to purcase it again advice other also to not purcase it. None other brands phone device mother board didnt give this time of problem. It is very expensive issue or problem. If the main board will get destroy like this then how would i trust on the brand like this..

                          Really disgusting company and services. Will never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. It’s a hub of fake commitments and false promises. They are just after looting money from their customers and making a fool out of them. Despite of my multiple calls and complaints, nothing has been done so far on the refund of my prepaid order which was done on 03rd july. Everytime i call customer care, they say wait for 24 hours and the status on website will be updated, but to my amazement despite of the fact that the package was rejected the moment it was being delivered, and a number of commitments from mi representatives that the refund will be credited with 7-8 business days. I haven’t been provided the refund yet. It’s been almost a month now. And the tracking status is showing as delivered to customer in lucknow. Made several complaints in this regard as well but still fake commitments that it will be updated to the correct one in 24 hours, still i can see the same. Therefore i have decided to lodge a legal complaint against this fraud company and file for compensation for harassment in consumer forum as well with all sufficient proofs which include my payment statements, rejection receipts and all the call recordings with the customer care.
                          My note 5 pro warrantyd phone 5 months only. Water dammage. I go to servicecentee thrissur kerala. Representitive should first 100 rupees payment need before checking. Pls immediate action this issue

                            Sir i ordered a handset redmi note 7s of r's 12999 which was prepaid on 23 may 2019 but i rejected while delivery and my amount not yet refunded by mi the support team tell me always that your refund has been raised early but i not yet get my refund back i always get the same answer from mi team and bank is telling they can't help about the future money which will come i can tell you the amount which is in your account and they don't know about this arn number which was provided by mi support team

                              Dear sir,

                              I have ordered one redmi note 7 pro and one case cover online from "mi.com". I have offered my old mobile phone against this order for which company has given me credit for rs.4400. I have paid net of rs. 12, 948. While delivering product on 7th july 2019, the delivery person didn't take my phone under exchange and taken back the new phone with him. He told me that once phone reached the warehouse you will get the refund. After no information on xiaomi website, after 3 days i called customer care number and customer care executive said it will take another 2-3 days. The after 3 days the status has got change to lost item on mi.com. I had kept mailed them on a continuous basis but they kept telling me to wait wait and wait. On 16th july 2019 they told me that they have processed the refund but didn't tell the refund reference number and they told that with in 8-10 days you will get refund, now 10 days has passed and there is no communication on refund. I request you to please help me to get my refund with interest of 20 days i have lost. Its been more than 10 days and no refund granted, no communication over call received from the company. The so renowned and no.1 company doing such a fraud. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                                I brought new Xiaomi redmi note7 pro approx 3 months back. Within some days i started facing issues with the speaker. The call voice from my end wasn't audible.
                                I took the mobile several times to indiranagar service center but everytime they made some excuse and have not even attempted fixing it. I have visited the centre 5times till now for the same issue without any result.
                                And the whole reason is that the product is within warranty. Had the repair charges been from my own pocket they would have repaired it by now.
                                I demand an immediate repair of this or a new piece.
                                I'm using Redmi Note 5 Pro, mobile as lot of problem as USB Not Support in Computer, OTG Not Support, Battery Fastly Reduce, Charger Problem, When Change time over heat... My INVOICE NUMBER as 1573880 and Date as 07/03/19 kindly Resolve the problem
                                I had visited many time mi store they didn't resolve my problem everytime he told something wrong and last time finally mi executive said that I don't have parts in my stock. My mobile under warranty what will I do.

                                  On 17/7/2019 i have ordered the trimmer and mi pen in mi.com but unfortunately the order has been cancelled, For those material i paid through online (Debit Card). In order status also it shows as purchase refunded but i didn't receive the money. so i contacted support person, they said you will receive the money in 8 to 10 days but still now i didn't receive the money. so today again i contacted support person asked them to raise the escalation. below can see the Return No and Work Order No. i need to know what is issue. how long it will take.

                                    Only for one year?. My warranty complete just last month and i face

                                      I have purchased mi note 7 pro on 26 july 2019 but i have seen draining battery too fast like it takes 2 to 3 percent battery with in a minute nd sometimes times camera also lagging plz replace it as soon as possible i have a bad experience with it it's my humble request plz replace it i was a xiaomi fan but after buy i just say worst product i have ever seen battery drain too much fast it not last longer about 12 hrs after full charge
                                      My phones doesnt support simulation games like car simulator, bus simulator, etc. It always shows Gamepad and i dont have one so its really irritating

                                        I redeemed my coins yesterday and i still didn't receive my coupon for mi earphones. Please send the coupon code as soon as possible. I havent received any coupon yet. So go through my complaint and send it.... I still didn't received my coupon code.... I redeemed my coins two days ago... But the coupon isn't credited in my mi account... When will i get the coupon code...
