During video shoot/recordings camera freezes/lags and even in sunlight. When you people will provide update to solve the issue.
And secondly i bought this handset (Reminds note 7 pro) two months back and sometimes it restarts on its own while doing some work or during watching videos, plz solve this problem.

First of all they believe their delivery boy more than anyone even their ceo.. I bought k20 6gb/128gb version with my redmi note 4 in exchange...1st of all i bought it on 17th july 2019.. Till 23rd the customer service wasn't even responding properly.. I visit sec 14 gurgaon service centre on 22 july as my mi 7 pro got some display issue, they took my phone and sent me back saying they will call back. I am m. K. Malik owning a device redmi note 4. Recently i visited one of mi's service center at azamgarh up for replacement of display (It was cracked) and problem in power and volume buttons.
They submitted my device and give me a paper with written details about problems they will fix and signed with stamp on it.
Their paper says they will change display and fix power and volume buttons.

Redmi go away from india you are cheating with the people more than 4 months and 5 updated echo and camera frame lag didn't solved mobile is extremely yeating in normal weather condition wile recording and battery efficiency issue. Build quality is very poor almost every units camera glass broken due to just 1 feet casual drop with cover. After buying this 14k smartphone display adhesive tape has been getting out due to poor build quality...

The issue i faced are mentioned below :

I visited mi service centre in bhopal on 13-feb-2019 (Job sheet no wxin[protected] because there was a big yellow spot on my screen within 3 months of purchase. They resolved the problem within two hours but there was a very small spot left on the screen. I asked them to resolve it so they explained that it is new screen it will be fine in few days o[censored]se if the issue is still there...

My phone was off for 5 days and after that 27th of june i went to mi care then after they told me to submit the phone as it has software issue and they charged me 118 rs but after they told me to come after they told me it has mother board issue although the phone got off by its own and their was no link of water from it.
