Mother board destroyed second tine in last 16 month and need to get it replace. Fully unsatisfied with the device. Its is a icu problem with is not repair able. I trust this brand alot and its my 3 rd hand set but now i am going to purcase it again advice other also to not purcase it. None other brands phone device mother board didnt give this time of problem. It is very expensive issue or problem. If the main board will get destroy like this then how would i trust on the brand like this..

    Really disgusting company and services. Will never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. It’s a hub of fake commitments and false promises. They are just after looting money from their customers and making a fool out of them. Despite of my multiple calls and complaints, nothing has been done so far on the refund of my prepaid order which was done on 03rd july. Everytime i call customer care, they say wait for 24 hours and the status on website will be updated, but to my amazement despite of the fact that the package was rejected the moment it was being delivered, and a number of commitments from mi representatives that the refund will be credited with 7-8 business days. I haven’t been provided the refund yet. It’s been almost a month now. And the tracking status is showing as delivered to customer in lucknow. Made several complaints in this regard as well but still fake commitments that it will be updated to the correct one in 24 hours, still i can see the same. Therefore i have decided to lodge a legal complaint against this fraud company and file for compensation for harassment in consumer forum as well with all sufficient proofs which include my payment statements, rejection receipts and all the call recordings with the customer care.

    My note 5 pro warrantyd phone 5 months only. Water dammage. I go to servicecentee thrissur kerala. Representitive should first 100 rupees payment need before checking. Pls immediate action this issue

      Sir i ordered a handset redmi note 7s of r's 12999 which was prepaid on 23 may 2019 but i rejected while delivery and my amount not yet refunded by mi the support team tell me always that your refund has been raised early but i not yet get my refund back i always get the same answer from mi team and bank is telling they can't help about the future money which will come i can tell you the amount which is in your account and they don't know about this arn number which was provided by mi support team

      What should i do can anyone help me

      My xiomi note 4 phone display not showing since 5 pm yesterday. I connect the charger for battery boostup after 3 hour still it the same condition.I took up it in a mobile shop when he try to open the battery it explode.

        Dear sir,

        I have ordered one redmi note 7 pro and one case cover online from "mi.com". I have offered my old mobile phone against this order for which company has given me credit for rs.4400. I have paid net of rs. 12, 948. While delivering product on 7th july 2019, the delivery person didn't take my phone under exchange and taken back the new phone with him. He told me that once phone reached the warehouse you will get the refund. After no information on xiaomi website, after 3 days i called customer care number and customer care executive said it will take another 2-3 days. The after 3 days the status has got change to lost item on mi.com. I had kept mailed them on a continuous basis but they kept telling me to wait wait and wait. On 16th july 2019 they told me that they have processed the refund but didn't tell the refund reference number and they told that with in 8-10 days you will get refund, now 10 days has passed and there is no communication on refund. I request you to please help me to get my refund with interest of 20 days i have lost. Its been more than 10 days and no refund granted, no communication over call received from the company. The so renowned and no.1 company doing such a fraud. Kindly help me to get my refund.

          I brought new Xiaomi redmi note7 pro approx 3 months back. Within some days i started facing issues with the speaker. The call voice from my end wasn't audible.
          I took the mobile several times to indiranagar service center but everytime they made some excuse and have not even attempted fixing it. I have visited the centre 5times till now for the same issue without any result.
          And the whole reason is that the product is within warranty. Had the repair charges been from my own pocket they would have repaired it by now.
          I demand an immediate repair of this or a new piece.
          I'm using Redmi Note 5 Pro, mobile as lot of problem as USB Not Support in Computer, OTG Not Support, Battery Fastly Reduce, Charger Problem, When Change time over heat... My INVOICE NUMBER as 1573880 and Date as 07/03/19 kindly Resolve the problem

            On 17/7/2019 i have ordered the trimmer and mi pen in mi.com but unfortunately the order has been cancelled, For those material i paid through online (Debit Card). In order status also it shows as purchase refunded but i didn't receive the money. so i contacted support person, they said you will receive the money in 8 to 10 days but still now i didn't receive the money. so today again i contacted support person asked them to raise the escalation. below can see the Return No and Work Order No. i need to know what is issue. how long it will take.

                I have purchased mi note 7 pro on 26 july 2019 but i have seen draining battery too fast like it takes 2 to 3 percent battery with in a minute nd sometimes times camera also lagging plz replace it as soon as possible i have a bad experience with it it's my humble request plz replace it i was a xiaomi fan but after buy i just say worst product i have ever seen battery drain too much fast it not last longer about 12 hrs after full charge
                My phones doesnt support simulation games like car simulator, bus simulator, etc. It always shows Gamepad and i dont have one so its really irritating

                    Back camera is not available at any mi service centre, and they asked me to keep my mobile with them for atleast 7-10 days if i want the camera replaced which i can't do because i am working and i have single mobile. This was the defect from their side and now i am facing difficulty to visit and contact them again and again. Please provide me with the solution.

                      I have bought a redmi note 7 pro on 10/07/2019, in the said phone under lock screen and password, the option of fingerprint scanner is not available and i am not able to find that option.

                      On 21 july 2019, i have talked with your customer representative in mi store in chat support section. They have told me to wait for 24 hours and the representative will contact me with 24 hours as they said to me vide complaint no woin[protected] and again on 24/07/2019 i have filed one more complaint vide written email.

                      I hereby enclosing all the snapshot shared to that customer representative on 21 july 2019.

                      Further today is 24/07/2019 and 24 hours was lapsed on 22/07/2019, i was waiting for your representative response to resolve my issue as fingerprint scanner is not working in my redmi note 7 pro phone but till date i do not received any response or any message from them.

                      I have invested inr 14000 in that phone and the functions available in said phone are not completely working till date, what should i do now? And the best part is that your customer representative are not replying to my request/ complaint.

                      Further, on 25/07/2019 mi executives talked with me and assured me that they will replace the product and a confirmation will be received by me on 26/07/2019 for replacement, today on 26/07/2019 i have received a call from mi number [protected] and the one of the member of backend team of mi named aftab was telling me that this product will not be replaced and i have to visit the mi service center for that. Also please note that i have purchased this product on 10/07/2019, delivered to me on 14/07/2019 and have raised the complaints on 21/07/2019, 24/07/2019 and updated the software twice in a week and mr. Aftab was so rude to me that he was telling me that i have not updated the miui version and i was lieing according to mr. Aftab. He was so rude that i can not describe in words. This is not supposed to be accepted by me, so here i am filing a complaint against mr. Aftab and mi.

                        I have been facing serious issues with mobile note pro 6. The screen is getting damaged for color, it has happened two times. The service centre blame for its use though i am having executive use of it. Second the mobile often gives hanging and network problem and disappearing of bottom buttons. It does not connect to the the mi pc suit and even for this mobile battery is not very good.
                        Kindly arrange to solve the the issues i am not having standby mobile.

                          4 days back i have given my mobile to ameerpet (Hyderabad) service center due to mic problem. For just replacing a new mic they have taken one day time. Again within 3 days i got the same issue. They didn't fixed new mic, just repaired the old mic & said that "sir we fixed a new mic" now (Today) i went to your service center for repairing, they are telling that "oh sorry sir we don't have product availability, contact us again after 7 days, on that we will let you know whether the product is available or not?" i am asking you, is it service center or fish market to come again & again. How many days we have to wait without calling to anyone? Those (Service center) people (Employees) again raising their voices on me. Without having a small product how you people are maintaining service centers? Is this the way to interact with customers? In coming days, i will never buy and ever suggest your product to any of my colleagues. Thank you for the experience.

                              Recently i went to the service centre of xiaomi mi located at civil lines, allahabad. I went there for replacing the display of my mobile. Very happy to got it replaced within few hours but i am very disappointed to see that the display got bulged outside the folder from both sides as if it was not fixed properly.                               Adding more to this i also got battery drainage issue in my mobile after the replacement of the display which was not earlier. I don't know the exact reason behind this but i was not facing battery drainage issue earlier..

                                I am facing some touch regarding issues especially while playing pung mobile the touch screen is not responding sometimes and sometimes responds irregularly, my movement controls (Or left side of the screen) work as they work as aim cintrols (Right sided controls) please help me out by fixing the issue or by refunding me the phone's cost if necessary

                                  During video shoot/recordings camera freezes/lags and even in sunlight. When you people will provide update to solve the issue.
                                  And secondly i bought this handset (Reminds note 7 pro) two months back and sometimes it restarts on its own while doing some work or during watching videos, plz solve this problem.
                                  My handset oftenly hangs and it looks like the handset is 2years old the way it performs.
                                  The main issue regarding this phone or any note 7 pro handset is its camera lagging issue which needs to be solved through software updates as soon as possible. You people are providing updates for everything but not doing anything for camera performance which you people promised while promoting this handset in india that this handset has good camera. I accept the camera is good but what about its use if we customers can't use it outside in brod daylight or can't shoot flawless videos, sometimes my fnd laugh at me only bcz of phones camera.
                                  So i request you guys to do something or plz stop fooling around and sop selling mobiles if you can't provide an update for camera for redmi note 7 pro.

                                    First of all they believe their delivery boy more than anyone even their ceo.. I bought k20 6gb/128gb version with my redmi note 4 in exchange...1st of all i bought it on 17th july 2019.. Till 23rd the customer service wasn't even responding properly.. So 24th july 2019, comes the date to deliver (Finally!) i already argued to the delivery boy one day before (23rd) because of the delay, then the delivery boy took out the grudge of my complaint next day (On 24th) by referring my redmi note 4 as a damaged product even though it has faded paint (That's it... No cracks, no scratches, nothing at all).. I was pissed off (If anyone this close to their dream phone would be) i contacted mi customer service.. They told me faded paints are not even considered under damaged product.. Oh.. A relieved breath by me.. But then i mailed xiaomi at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com
                                    With the photos of my mobile from every angle.. (Still haven't got the reply).. I tried mi chat support... They asked the photos of my redmi note 4... So their answer was "your phone has 'minor scratches'.. Wtf... It's not even there in their terms & condition". The delivery boy is god... Now leave the exchange... I don't want any exchange discount.. Let me keep my redmi note 4... But atleast let me pay my due money (Exchange money).. No... According to them they will take it back to their warehouse (Which will take 5-6 days again)... And 1-2 days to proceed my refund... Then wait for the next sale... Wow xiaomi!!!... U just lost ur true fan! #justice is all i want

                                      Hello.. Im mohammed shamil.. Currently a student. I am terrifyingly upset and also disatisfied about my handset redmi4 that i bought less than 3 years back. I had to change board within warranty period and also the service support was visibly awesome. But the same complaint of board damage occurred 1 week back.. I don't know why they make so cheap and quality fewer boards. As i am a student i cannot afford changing phones so frequently.. So please take it as a demerit and further clera the disadvantage... Honestly i am also a mi fan..

                                        I purchased one my redmi mobile on september 2109. It is under warranty. Yesterday. Suddenly my mobile has been shut down during the talking. When i approached to the redimie service centre and gave my mobile for check and the concerned person in the service centre has taken my mobile for 15 minutes and went in his repairing room my mobile and after 15 minutes he came and told me that the mobile has been exposed with water., they continuously informed me that the mobile has been exposed with the water. But sir, i assure that my mobile is not exposed with water. They are not ready to take my mobile for repairing under warranty. I requested him several time but they denied. This is really a kind of torture to a costumer who has purchased a mobile of rs. Around 14000/- and when time came to claim for warranty for repairing then the company is denying.

                                        Kindly i request you that please take an necessary action on my request and give a strong message to the redmie so that he can take my mobile for repairing under my warranty.
