The issue i faced are mentioned below :

I visited mi service centre in bhopal on 13-feb-2019 (Job sheet no wxin[protected] because there was a big yellow spot on my screen within 3 months of purchase. They resolved the problem within two hours but there was a very small spot left on the screen. I asked them to resolve it so they explained that it is new screen it will be fine in few days o[censored]se if the issue is still there please come back to us. That issue is still there.

Since i left bhopal i could not visit that place again but today (22 july, 2018) i visited mi service centre in patna (Job sheet no. Wxin[protected] for the same above complaint. They informed me that fungus can be seen on you phone so this phone is out of warranty and you will be charged extra.

I informed them that water has never went into the phone so they checked the water damage indicator paper which did not turned into "red". Therefore they informed me that is not due to water but due to moister that is present in air and our hand.

Need reply on :
- now please let me know that dose quality of mi phones are so bad that they cannot handle normal air moisture.
- why my issue of screen is still there which was promised by service centre on the month of feb that it will be automatically resolved in few days.
- it also seems that at the time of repair in the month of feb they have not sealed the phone properly that may the reason of moisture.

My straight forward question is why am i suffering and for your bad quality phone and how long will it take for justice.

    My phone was off for 5 days and after that 27th of june i went to mi care then after they told me to submit the phone as it has software issue and they charged me 118 rs but after they told me to come after they told me it has mother board issue although the phone got off by its own and their was no link of water from it. The phone is still under warranty and even the online costumer care is not taking action and it took more than 20 days even to clearify it.. I guess the action is not taken properly and i have given wrong information or something have been misplaced or change by mi care because i never went to water with this phone.

    Today they called me and said it was water issue on the basis of mi care that they cant do anything about it. And they are saying that my phone is not in warranty now.

      Dear sir,

      I have a mi note 4 with imei number [protected] & [protected]. After an update which i guess was around 4-6 months back i have been unable to feed the sms centre number to my sms centre. It randomly disappears from any of the one sims making it impossible to use outgoing sms service.

      I visited my cellular network provider and he showed me by inserting it in other mobile phone and there the sms service centre would automatically be added. But on my phone, it does not come and when i tried to put it manually it does not take the same.

      I visited the mi service centre they admitted it was their software error and gave me a weird idea of taking a normal non-android mobile phone inserting the sim in it resetting the sms centre number in it and inserting it back to my note 4. I even did the same but, to vain.

      I am a very loyal redmi customer and this is my 4th mobile of redmi. I intend to keep this mobile as my official mobile and buy a new one for my personal use. But, because of this issue, i am losing trust.

      Kindly, look into the same and provide a resolution for the same.

        I ordered Redmi k20 pro on 17th July and expected delivery is 22nd July and I still didn't recieve my order and I paid online ...tracking number for Bluedart is [protected]...and order I'd is [protected]...pls help me to get my order fast and my number is [protected]...it is shipped but it is not delivered...and no one are receiving calls even.

          I recently purchased a MI Note 7 pro that is worth rupees INR 15000/- the day after I brought it the charger was getting heated up then after 15 days my phone strated crashing and I went to the MI store so that if they can help but no help received from them and yesterday onwards as I switched on the charger button it crashed with a lil smoke and it's not charging even. I mailed MI service centre email id as well not response yet. I want either a new handset or my money back.

            First of all i am a xiaomi and miui fan that's why i bought poco f1 in september or october when it's launched but after few months one update comes which ruins my poco f1 like hell because i was facing serious touch lag and screen freezes each and every hour very frequently and before that update my phone was really good performing like more than one plus 6 and any other phones so please xiaomi fix this touch lag issue on this poco f1

              I purchased mi tv 4a pro 80 cm dated 19 july 2019 from yogyata enterprises jodhpu3 mi store invoice no 883. Xiaomi company give me 1 year product warranty & 1year extended warranty. So nice now i am facing a problem tv's left side dark black line sport. Please solve me my problem how can this possible i purchased tv 19 july 19 & 20 july after installation tv pannel problem. India's big brand xioami you are not care your customer i think your customer is large because of he believes is xiaomi products but some customer are facing problems & your are not care your customer you lose your company's name down and down after few times xiaomi is not no 1 brand in india.

                My mi led tv 4a pro 108 cm (43 inches) & it was booked on 24/04/2019 & delivered dated on 26/04/2019.

                Job sheet no.: tvin[protected]

                On 16/06/2019 when we have switched on the tv, the white stripes have came on the screen. It look like problem with display/led screen.

                Outer glass is untouched without a single scratch. There is nothing touched the led tv even.

                After i registered a complaint have gone through worst exeperiecne and very
                Unprofessional service. A guy who came to visit at my home, we was not even having working mobile phone or camera to take pictures. He used my mobile phone.

                My product is under warranty, its just couple of months. There is no damage on tv even i told this to visited engineer and to mr. Jaydev (Authorized store incharge).

                I have done so many mails to their customer care id but they are not at all concern what exectley i am suffering from. Its been
                1 month now since my tv is having problem and they have denied to provide replacement/free repair of my tv.

                Xioami customer care team is not even ready to share contact details of their higher authorities, who can look after and understand my case.

                Such poor and disgussting service i have experienced from xioami. No one cares about satisfaction of customers. Wrong commitments and
                New person approaches each time with out knowing the exact case & status.

                Kindly helped me out how can i get my complaint resolved. I am looking to post my complaint/feedback to all the social media platforms soon.

                  I purchased redmi note 7 pro but i has a problem of echo to receiver i visited 2 service center in mumbai and navi mumbai but still they are unable to solve this problem. Everytime they giving me excuses like network problem sim problem even after i changed my both sim. Around 8-9 time i visited service center 2 time they replace the part of it and everytime they playing it with software. Now my patience time is over please do something needful. Now i want replacment or my money.

                    I ordered MI A2 mobile ( red colour 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM from Mi store on exchange of my old phone, as there was little physical damage on my old phone, order got cancelled, it's been more then 20 till I didn't receive my amount (6, 649 rupees) which I paid. Everytime I contact customer support they will say I will receive the amount, be patient. But it's been more then 20 days till I didn't receive my amount back. Please help me out.

                      Yesterday I visited to mi care: Mansi 66/2, Dumdum Road Kolkata West Bengal 700074 near Nagre bazaar in order to change my touch pad of 4A a guy on the counter from the very beginning started behaving weird type not like a professional i thought that nobody taught him how to behave with a lady customer.When I asked him how much it would cost me to replace the touch pad first he told it wud cost around 2000 then a guy who might be a staff in that care from my behind told that no it would cost around 1500 including GST.Then the first guy told me that if there is availability of touchpad then he vl definitely replace but i have to pay the service charge and there is no guaranty of data in the phone then I told that why don't u first check is it available or not. Really the guy is such an ### has no manners how to behave started teaching me about the terms and conditions.No its notn possibel blaha blaha... Then he went inside after 5-10min he came back with the phn to me and told that the last piece of the spare didn't support in my phone leave the phone for the day or just gave the service charge and take ur phn unrepaired.Then after a long argument I get my phone back and didn't give the service charge.When I ask his name he denied to tell.I mean how rude his behaviour was that and how in 5 min he checked that the spare parts was not supporting.I felt harassed. Definitely he was a fraud. If India's no 1 selling phone company has employee like this in there care then what services we could get from them.Please take serious steps against that guy.

                        My panel is showing scratches in one side and looks like that it hits by something although the outer glass is untouched without a single scratch. When i lonuged a complaint today about same i got service engineers visist schedule for tomorrow but somehow he just visited and saying that it is a physical damage. I showed him my invoice where it is mentioned that one year product warranty and additional 1 year panel warranty. He is telling me yhatit is not covered under warranty and the cost of replacement is rs 37000/- whereas the total cost o[censored]nit is rs 39240/-. Now i am trying to connect customer care but they are also not in reach.
                        Guide me where and how to process wither i will go the the grievanve cell of mi or i will approach consumer court.

                          I visited xiaomi service centre to repair my mobile phone and they take some time and create a bill of Rs 703 . after sometime I came back to take the repaired phone and after paying bill amount I get my phone but when I checked it then I found that the problem was not solved and when I complaint to the employee then they do not give any answer . so they take bill amount without repairing my phone and also they are not returning my money . if they can not repair then they should return my money but they are not doing so .

                          Please return my money or repair my phone .

                            I have bought the New 31 Inch MI Android TV after installation, working 4 hrs, later its got rebooted & stuck with welcome Screen & remote also dead condition.

                            its nonsense ### tv & i never going to buy in future, quality of tv very bad, till now no CUSTOMER CARE didnt turn off even after raise the complaint from yesterday night.

                            very bad product & bad service .

                              I have bought Redmi Note 7s on 1st of July 2019. which was delivered on 3rd July 2019. i started using from 3rd evening. When i charged the mobile on 4th July 2019 I felt the temperature was very high, when the day passes the battery drained so fast, in the afternoon the battery gone below 30%. I was using honor 9Lite previously which was too good in battery backup.

                              I order redmi note 7 pro and it was delivered on 9-07-19. When i open the package there was redmi go instead of redmi note 7 pro. I complain on the same day. Then on 12-07-19 i received call informing to submit photos/information, and on the same day i submit all the documents. I was assured that the problem will be solve by 17-07-19. But till now i haven't received any call and when i contact customer care they all are saying the same thing that it is in process. They told me to wait for more days. I want to know whether am i getting replacement or not. Do i have to wait till the problem is solve no matter how long it take may be months or years. They claim to be india's no 1 but the service they are providing is very poor. What kind of service are providing, if they are no. 1. I want my phone replacement at earliest whether they complete investigation or not.

                                Dear sir, i have purchase a mi tv 4a 43 inch from flipkart that is delivered at 28 june 2018. Order id- OD[protected].
                                Serial no. 16940/[protected].
                                Xioami company gave me 1 year product warranty and 1 year extended warranty. Extended warranty cover pannel problem.
                                Now i am facing lining and dark spot at the bottom of tv. I do complian at xioami customer care. My complain token no. Is
                                R134822. But no one response on it. No service center's boy visit to solve the problem. They only said that the pannel is damage. Please solve it fast as soon as.

                                MI redmi 6 Pro charging point is not working properly . i went to MI service centre they said I have to pay 750 /- rs for changing port. My phone is in the warranty period.

                                    I bought a new cellphone redmi Y3 model on 19 may 2019.but it switched off automatically, getting hanged for several times.and it is not taking charger and now switched off permanently. It has 6 months warranty.It is bothering me. I want company replace it otherwise I will complaint in customer forum.it is worst thing that the dealer and company Don, t have responsibility. If there will no action on the complaint I will have to take action against the company.

                                      Your customer care centre staff is fraud, they told different and estimated amount is different, service centre name is suci solutions Pvt Ltd, Nehru place, New Delhi-110019, there is a girl name jaslen, she told us display amout 5132 rupees and said my redmi note 7 pro phone can be repaired, and there is very minor crack in motherboard which can be repaired in warranty, but lastly she said that sir after fixing
                                      display network is not coming and just because of that your motherboard has to be replaced so we will charge motherboard price extra for new motherboard, but I can call or attend call from my Damaged phone, so why should I pay motherboard charges, even it is in warranty, And I just want to tell that you customer service center lady named jaslen told me wrong information which i can't accept at any cost. My phone is getting call right now also. Please kindly take a genuine action against that lady. And please get my phone display repaired and I want proper warranty of my phone motherboard of my phone.
                                      After switching on tv red light will goes off and tv does not turn on. tv is not functioning properly. help with this regards. tv some time it will on and some time it does not work.

                                      Make a call and suddenly the phone goes switchedd off and wont on start for 1 hour, , then i press volume down button and on/of button together when it on in fastboot and it wont boot, , , then i switched off again and restart the mobile, , , it works... but its not good this kind of complaints... feeling upset...
                                      Mobile blasted while charging, lucky I am escaped. I will be attaching the video and invoice. I thought of file a police compliant but I came to about this Mi Consumer complaints portal. Please do the needful.
