Dear sir/maam,
I went to the mi service centre, tikonia, haldwani to get my damaged poco f1 screen changed on 27-06-19. The phone sim tray was intact at the time i submitted the phone but while taking it back it was found to be damaged. On questioning about the damage the service centre people didn't admit their manhandling of the device neither had they informed about any such damage previously. Unfortunately this was a very unprofessional attitude of the people at the service centre. Kindly look into the matter and help me get a new sim tray.

    I have visited again and again for the charging problem of my phone. They have not cecked the phone completly and just replaced the part on guess only. After substantial expenses on service of self they have just told that phone has problem of mutherboad. Kindly take your repaired parts back and refund my money back. I do not want service from such incompetent center.
    I got a product wrongly, please refund my money, plz sir i am a poor guy

      I have raised complaints in MI Customers service 5 times and service person came and try to solve the issue. However, the same issue repeatedly happening. Further, Till now issue was not resolved.

      However, The issue was Tv automatically restarts like a Mobile and attached the videos which am facing the issue. I have bought this tv 5 months back (January 23, 2019).

        Dear MI Team

        Refer to WO:ISIN[protected]-8278 of ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro with Mi Protect on last Wednesday[protected]. I was expecting my delivery on time. As promised delivery dated is[protected]. I am continuously tracking my order and following up with the MI team to get an update on this. This is quite disappointing and pathetic with such type of treatment that you are giving to your first time customer. Today is the 6th day but i did not receive my phone yet. My whole professional network and business got impacted due to this. As i do not have any phone with me to use. I am not able to use my bank accounts, social media accounts, my mails and rest of the portals. This is a huge loss to me which has been occurred due to the careless attitude of MI team.

        Due to all this i am felling harassed cheated and fooled by MI team. I want MI team to take action against and compensate my loss. Its not my responsibility to follow up for my order it should be MI Team responsibility to to update their customer timely.

        I am surprised to see that you guys are able to manage a single order of latest launch phone which is in demand. How would you manage the bulk order? I have a doubt on MI team capability. All the pain trauma and my time which has been wasted in tracking order and in reaching to your team for having blank responses.

        I am very serious on this note that if i would not get any proper assistance then i would take my matter to next level and share my negative feedback with proof every where. I would request an earliest compensation along with time delivery of my phone.

        I have ordered the phone after having the good reviews about the product. This is my first time that i have ordered something from MI but sorry to say my experience is not good till date. I have ordered the phone because i need a phone on urgent basis. If i would have such idea that i need to face a delay i would have ordered some other brand with good customer services and support.

          I have a 43inch mi led tv 1year warranty is there before it self mi tv main red colour power suddenly it not working, so i inform to the mi customer care service and they send me ya one link for a repair registration form i did fill the form and request the service date of 13/06/2019, so that service guy came and check that our tv and he said your mother board have a problem, so we need to get new m/ board only after he said we need to get a new m/board and come and fix it out after that he went, and i called mi customer care service 5 time between the day no response from mi customer care service side, and still there is no response...

            The motherboard of my phone was recently replaced by redmee service centre. Now my phone is hanging tooo much. Every now and then i use it, it is hanged. They have provided very poor service. My phone is in warranty. Atleast they must be careful. So low quality service was not expected. It's not easy to visit service centre again and again.
            It was alright and was not hanged before motherboard was damagedand repaired.
            I purchased TV from Pune
            16 june nd my installation date 20 ur technician come 21 june nd unboxed tv but their is a missing of remote plzzz give m remote

            I complained several times to mi customer care about the problem in my mi tv 49" . They are closing the complaint without attending to it.
            How can my problem be solved i do not understand.
            This is not the way a highly reputed firm behave.
            Sir, I am at Sara traders, Siliguri (near bidhan market). I came here to purchase NOTE 7 pro but they are demanding 1000 rs extra and 2% extra for credit card payment.Even they are demanding for adhar card or other proof. why should i give them that extra amount as they are telling that they are getting only 100 rs per device. Please help us.

              I purchased a phone on 9th june (Order no. [protected]) which was delivered and due to some issue with exchange of old mobile it was taken back. It has been 25 days i have not received the payment yet. I have been following up since then to get refund with customer care. Every time i am getting same answer 8-10 days. This is pathetic service form xiaomi.
              Please do not purchase phone from mi directly.
              Very bad delivery and iam order Xiaomi note 6 pro I will done my online cash iam order 7 day ago but not receiving my order plz I need my order Tomorrow one words only plz send my order

              I bought June 7th.but my mobile redmi note 7 pro is hanging while using apps. I did not satisfy with this mobile. I want to replace my mobile. Please reply ASAP.
              Sir, after updated to 10.3.1 version my mobile battery backup pathetically reduced to its 50% than before. Few months ago I purchased it with ₹17000 and now it behaved like a local set worth ₹5000. Please do something to redress the problem.

                I purchased mi note 7 pro on[protected] and after 16days of purchase due to the rain shower the primary camera shows moist inside it. When i noticed it i kept the phone off and given to the service center. As they checked first they told me to replace the board and they insist me to pay for it around 9000. As the product is on warranty and not even 1 month o[censored]se why should i suppose to pay this much amount. Also after their check up the screen is totally get damaged. They told the phone is dead and should change the board. I picked the phone from service centre and connected the chager from home the phone works well expect the screen is shows some issues. Kindly solve the issue immediately.

                  Found yellow spotted shades appearing on my note 5 pro model and when i visiter service centre they didn't have me new display instead they remove the yellow patch gave my mobile with old display my phone is in warranty period still after that i got to know.. Its not a physical damage and its related to phones internal problem.. I came to know that many users faced this same problem of mine too... Does this compny take any action against it... I think i wasted my money buying this mi product from my frends suggestion...

                    I purchased Xiaomi 55 inch tv on 6th May and within 1 month, my tv started to get restart after I turned on it for 1.5-2 hours and after that it keeps on happening in every 30-45 mins.

                    I register a complaint in Xiaomi for 2 times.. their executive had visited and found Motherboard my tv faulty and they’re asking me to replace motherboard.. but I’m not agree with that as they’ve delivered a faulty tv at my place that’s why within 1 month, motherboard got damaged.

                    I’m continuously talking with them for Replacement of my Unit but instead of providing solution, they closed / cancelled my complaint.

                    Pl help me with the Replacement / Refund as I purchased this tv for 40k 1 month back. And I can not afford this.

                      I have Redmi Note 5 Pro which is under warranty, recently done software updates, phone reboot and started showing only MI.com display all the time. Almost waited for more than an hour thinking that taking longer time to update.

                      Reported: Phone is not booting after software upgrade (Showing only MI.COM or FASTBOOT option)

                      After inspection : Can't Charge and not getting power on

                      Caused : Mother board damage

                      How come software upgrade cause motherboard damage ?

We asked the store at station road, sikar, the reason between price difference, he told that there is difference between online and offline amount. Is there really such thing?. He also told that u can bring back this phone in 7 days and we can provide new but online store don't do this.

                          Hello Mi India, Mi Mi order No- [protected], Tracking No- XMIP[protected]. I ordered Poco F1 graphite black worth 22k by exchange with my olde phone mi A1 on 26 may 2019, , and paid online by debit card for Rs 18647/- but they rejected my old phone..they told me that..my mi A1 doesn't qualify exchange process.and they told me that the refund will be initiate when the product reach back at warehouse, Mi India has not sent me any SMS regarding this order. They rejected and returned the product on 29/5/2019...till now there is no refund initiated... Mi India fraud and big cheater, they don't updating any information regarding this order..and 4th time I am trying to get any updates from mi..the chat support team told me...yeasterday...their representative will call me within 4 hours...after that 24 hours gone..no body called me...when customer has already paid for any product by exchange, and the mi delivery boy rejected the old phone..so they need to refund the amount back to customer..I don't understand..why they are not doing.. so I contacted to Mi India on toll-free no, Mi customer support told me, their representative will call me that's all..no one called me till now., I think they don't willing to initiate refund..I have all proof, i will complain to consumer forum also, now I am helpless, This is my last purchase from Mi India, MI India don't want to refund my money ..

                            I first time have a believe on MI poco f1 and after four month usage it having yellow color spot.And I visited the MI center but they are saying we are ordering the screen and till now four weeks gone .And still it is same.I think its my wrong decision to believe in MI phone.

                            Whats the point of costing 8000 rupees for repairing a mobile that is worth of 10000.
                            Moreover its in warranty.

                              I have purchased a Poco F1 phone on exchange. To my surprise, the person (from EKart) who was inspecting did not agree to get the phone exchanged as he found a minor gap barely invisible (for a phone with no bends or cracks or damages). I immediately went to EKart logistics and another person who inspected said the phone is fine for replacement and that they are scared since Flipkart & other companies are asking the phone inspectors to pay the price. Then he asked me to submit a complaint with Xiaomi so they will have the product exchanged by Xiaomi itself.

                              I have then raised a complaint with Xiaomi and submitted all the photos of the phone as the customer service representative asked. The customer service representative called me and said the process for refund has already been initiated and that the complaint without any intimation. There was a poor response from Xiaomi that the refund was never initiated until I reached out to them. Everytime a representative answers a phone, each person communicates with different dates.

                              Below are the timelines for the process which is way far from their SLAs

                              Phone ordered for exchange - 31st May
                              Phone received and exchange rejected - 2nd June
                              Complaint raised - 2nd June
                              Evidence sent but refund initiated, cancelled complaint without intimation - 4th June
                              Refund processing SLA communicated 3-5days minimum and 8-10maximum but not processed until 19th June (over 11 working days)

                              Now after 11 days of waiting for the refund, when I asked for the status, the customer service representative says that the refund has been initiated yesterday and would take another 8-10 days for processing.

                              Another TV that I recently bought along with the phone had a defect and had to be replaced because of software issue.
                              But I found a way they were trying to exploit customer. The terms and agreements says, not to open the TV until we book a Xiaomi service technician by ourselves. If opened, it would cancel the warranty on the product which is mentioned as a small 4th/5th point in T&C. To cheat the customer cleverly, first they ask the customer first if TV is opened as it is delivered. If such rules are to be forced, not sure why customer is not made aware when customer buys online or why the TV is not being delivered by the technician instead.
                              Luckily I did not open or got into the issue, but someone else might have faced this.

                              With this experience, I would certainly refrain from using any Xiaomi products going forward and also would share it with my contacts of not fall into this poor level of servicing and low quality products just because of cheaper price.

                              Request you to kindly look into the matter as my refund money of Rs 21, 647/- has been blocked for almost 20days and seems longer time now without a proper process at the Xiaomi servicing.

                                I have applied for Redmi Notepad through email link for which company charged me Rs.111/- but company didn't deliver the project. Upon inquiry Xiaomi informed me that the link which I used was unauthorized. So I contacted HDFC bank from where payment was made. And HDFC confirmed me that the payment went to Xiaomi's bank account. I sent all the details to Ziaomi customer care, still they are denying the fact and telling me to follow law and enforcement.

                                  I have purchased this tv on 4th april 2019 from amazon.It was ok when delivered. But this is hardly 1.5 month spent and corners of the screen became blackish and further increasing in all area of screen. This causes a very bad viewing experience. Anybody cant expect this from an international brand. Because i have purchased an online product so cant go to the retailer for complaint. I just want my TV to be replaced or send a service expert to check the problem.

                                  Today the phone automatically got reset and and all data got erased ...
                                  Why this happened...my colleagues redmi phone also had the same problem at same time ...lost my whole data, important contacts...even back up was deleted...what is that a hack or a virus.
                                  Mi powerbank 20000 mah is not replaced even after many efforts. They gave me many complaint no. But nothing helped me. They are saying, 'neither your powerbank will replace nor your money will refund'.
                                  For regarding Note 5 pro receiver is not available from last 3 months in vadodara service center and not proper repair in service center and my problem still not solve so plzzz i request for take action.

                                      I brought my mobile to the above mentioned service center on 08/05/19. They Checked my mobile & told your mobile containing water droplets so it cannot serviced under warranty if you pay Rs.3655.64 we will service it. They told your phone contains water droplets but they didnt showed that to me. if the fault is because of wear & tear then only they can earn money by servicing it.

                                        I have paid Rs. 9, 999 and bought the mobile phone (Redmi Y2 Gold 4GB+64GB ) from MI Online Store on 14-Jun-2019 12:33 pm. On Friday delivery agent reached to my Home along with the Mobile Phone and said please pay Rs. 9, 999 and I told him i have already paid while purchasing but he said in my Application it is not showing that you paid, hence i spoke to the MI customer representative executive and they said complaint lodged against your query and your mobile will reach to you on Monday but this is not happened however I have received an email that your order has been delivered.

                                        Please take an action on very high priority and send my Mobile phone.
