Mi should take a note of fraudsters tampering mi brand by selling duplicates. So many people might have got into trouble with this site ezee deals selling duplicate mi products . What a Pathetic Customer Service Team Mi. I had a purchased Mi LED Smart TV 4A Pro 123.2 cm (49) with Android on 23rd April 2019 from Seawood Central Mall, Navi Mumbai which wasn’t much used till 20th of May as I was travelling. My charging point got replaces through this center when it was under warranty. And just when the warranty ended, it started causing the same problem. The engineer must have not fixed my part correctly and now they are charging me 700Rs for the same thing.
It has hardly been a month since it got repaired. And, btw, there is a warranty of 3 months for the replaced part but they are not giving me that.
I feel absolutely cheated...
