I have purchased this tv on 4th april 2019 from amazon.It was ok when delivered. But this is hardly 1.5 month spent and corners of the screen became blackish and further increasing in all area of screen. This causes a very bad viewing experience. Anybody cant expect this from an international brand. Because i have purchased an online product so cant go to the retailer for complaint. I just want my TV to be replaced or send a service expert to check the problem.
And i am expecting MI to replace my TV

Why redmi note 4 is not getting any update after miui 10.2.3.0 .

Today the phone automatically got reset and and all data got erased ...
Why this happened...my colleagues redmi phone also had the same problem at same time ...lost my whole data, important contacts...even back up was deleted...what is that a hack or a virus.
Mi powerbank 20000 mah is not replaced even after many efforts. They gave me many complaint no. But nothing helped me. They are saying, 'neither your powerbank will replace nor your money will refund'.
For regarding Note 5 pro receiver is not available from last 3 months in vadodara service center and not proper repair in service center and my problem still not solve so plzzz i request for take action.

      I brought my mobile to the above mentioned service center on 08/05/19. They Checked my mobile & told your mobile containing water droplets so it cannot serviced under warranty if you pay Rs.3655.64 we will service it. They told your phone contains water droplets but they didnt showed that to me. if the fault is because of wear & tear then only they can earn money by servicing it.

        Hi Team,

        My order not delivered how come it is showing delivered?

        I have paid Rs. 9, 999 and bought the mobile phone (Redmi Y2 Gold 4GB+64GB ) from MI Online Store on 14-Jun-2019 12:33 pm. On Friday delivery agent reached to my Home along with the Mobile Phone and said please pay Rs. 9, 999 and I told him i have already paid while purchasing but he said in my Application it is not showing that you paid, hence i spoke to the MI customer representative executive and they said complaint lodged against your query and your mobile will reach to you on Monday but this is not happened however I have received an email that your order has been delivered.

        Please take an action on very high priority and send my Mobile phone.

          Service center mein kaha gya apke fon mein speaker mein paani gya hai or apka kharcha 850 rupaye ka ayega or fir adha ghanta bithaker kaha ham apka phone ek baar or check kar rahe hai aap wait karo or check karne ke baad bolte hai aap 850 rupaye pay kardo apke phone mein koi problem nhi hai or adha ghanta baad aap hamare rohini ke service center se phone pik karlena unhone display bhi check karwaya tha jo ek dam sahi chal raha tha lekin 3 bje karib rohini ke mi service center se mujhe call aya or kaha gaya ki apke phone mein 5500 rupaye ka kharcha ayega apke phone mein mother board kaharab ho gya hai uski repairing ke liye apko 5500 rupaye dene honge mujhe ye bataye ki agar apko 5500 lene they to aapney us samay kyu nhi bataya ki apke phone mein mother board ka problem hai aapney jabki waha do baar phone check karke ye confirm kiya tha ki apkey fon mein koi problem nhi hai only speaker ke alalwa ab mein kaise maan lu ki mother board kharab hai ho sakta hai apke service center mein iska mother board change kardiya ho i am no satisfied with mi service center they cheated me

            Hi,
            It's been just 2 months I ordered mi note 7 pro and it's really disgusting, speaker problem, abrupt restart, sim slot is shown as cross in a box suddenly indicating no sim present, though there are sims present in the phone. I have already visited the service center and on the same day again the issue has occured. I recorded the video as well. I would like to escalte this to higher management and I want money refund since the brand has broken it's trust

              I bought my phone on 12.10.2018 64gb ram graphite black poco f1. But since March 2019 phone is suffering from screen bleeding issue. On 11th mar 2019 I went to your Chattarpur delhi service centre initially display was not available to them I again went and get it replaced. Then again the same problem again screen bleeding again I have to go and get it replaced from your Chattarpur service centre on 27th April.
              Now it's again today is 16th June again screen bleeding started. Please replace my phone as I don't have time to replace display every then and now. In five months from the date I bought I am facing this issue. Replace the phone immediately else I will forward the complaint to your main head office with cc to consumer forum. PFA the bill.

                I first time have a believe on MI poco f1 and after four month usage it having yellow color spot.And I visited the MI center but they are saying we are ordering the screen and till now four weeks gone .And still it is same.I think its my wrong decision to believe in MI phone.Please look on my matter.Company should look on this matter or exchange my mobile phone for better customer service.

                  Its been almost a month now, since I have been chasing MI Care (Radiant) Service center, I have got display problem in phone and receiving speaker voice is too low, my phone warranty is going to end on 29/06/19.

                  Before visiting your service center, I take confirmation whether they have display in stock by the time they log my complaint the technician comes with excuse stating the display which they have has got some technical defects, will get new stock on Monday, so I observed their tricks time n again which has been going on for month now, today I also changed my strategy and handed over phone and they have shown their rate card to change display which costs 3.5K + GST charges and taken my phone for repair inside lab room, when I showcased my phone invoice the receptionist shown my invoice to technician and he immd came outside stating the display in their stock has got some defects.

                  In nutshell I observed there is no value for MI phone warranty, you guys should stop stating 1 year warranty while selling out your phone.

                  If you guys have little bit honestly, get your service center to contact me and repair my phone, if my phone doesnt get repaired, I will be forced to take legal action against XIaomi.
                  I have an issue related with battery life of redmi y2 mobile. I will purchase the handset from your stor in february 2019.

                    In your tv you guys are not allowing netflix and amazon prime app. You guys are saying tv is smart android tv. But you guys are providing only apps like hungama, zee5, hooq etc. These are all paid apps but not as good as netflix and amazon prime. I don't know if you guys are taking money from zee5 or hooq. I paid for the tv, i should be the one who should decide from which apps i should watch.

                      I have brought Mi Note 7 Pro on 28 May flash sale and paid full amount.

                      I have been chasing up daily for phone to be delivered. After multiple calls to customer service, I get a call to let me know that the delivery partner of MI India (EKART) has returned the product to warehouse.

                      Now MI says they cannot reissue the order and hence will cancel the order and will refund the money. Refunds will happen between 8-10 days.

                      I want to complain about MI India high handedness and breach of contract on holding customer money and time without fulfilling the contract.

                      Please can you help me to raise my grievance with MI India and help me with delivering the product.

                              I have been a voice problem for the past 2 months. When I'm talking in a call, I can not clear the voice of caller. The voice does not sound as sound as standard desible from the ear speaker. Every time i need to connect ear phone for calling purpose.
                              Also i have cross checked with other 2 handset about ear speaker voice at calling time but it's not match with good handset speaker's volume.

                                Sir, Here Aryan From Etah, Uttar Pradesh. I purchased Note 7 Pro .. after that day i mfacing Some Video Recording Issues in my Device. When I record videos in outdoors In daytime or even in night i face some lagging issues on my device. The device grown heated up Very Fastly. Xiaomi india is not doing amything about this problem. There is request to xiaomi to fix it As soon as possible. I have a sample below for lagging

                                  My phone was recently serviced in the xiomi service centre which was very well working but had a problem with display.
                                  After the service I felt like they have tampered my camera and motherboard.
                                  Now they say there is a mother board issue even after there is no such kind of water damage or their own approval after inspection in first service.
                                  N they charge huge amt for it.

                                  Hi..can anyone tell me what's the hardware reason for software not to load in poco F1.
                                  I'm asking this because the service centre says so is trying to replace the motherboard which has no issues at all.
                                  They also said that I have a charging slot fault which neither got replaced nor repaired. Again on my next visit they say it's display issues.
                                  Regardless of the actual fault they keep on introducing new error with new estimated cost

                                    Maine 11/06/2019 ko new redmi 6a phone liya shop se.. .maine Ghar par aker dekha to to phone ka flast/torch glow nahi kar raha tha.. Phir mai 12/06/2019 phone ko shop par return karne gya per shopkeeper ne phone return nahi kya...
                                    Phir turant mai mi service centre gya par phir service centre ne bataya ki phone ka mother board kharab hai "mother board par pura jung lga hua tha".. Maine kaha to use change karo but service centre ne mother board change nahi kiya nahi phone ka flash repair kiya.
                                    Phone ke mother board per company walo ne pani gira kar use aise hi phone me laga diya aur use sell ke liye transfer kar diya... Jo mere pass hai
                                    Ek din hua nahi ki ner phone kharab ho gya...

                                      TV purchased on 20 May, 19, within 10 days i encountered screen issues - with lines/scoring on the LED screen. Reported the problem - technician came and confirm the panel requires replacement. Still waiting to hear from them by when would i get a replacement.

                                      I am beginning to think MI - quality of products is poor and not as durable when it's compared to their competitors.

                                        I purchase phone in month of February now suddenly display stopped working.
                                        I took it to service center, they are charging rs 3500 stating physical damage and liquid damage.

                                        phone was purchased three months before, hardly used (as i have one more phone of lenovo which i am using without any issue from 4 years) it got liquid and physical damage without being used..
                                        there was small crack on up end side, but amazon guy told that is not an issue, but now because of that i am forced to pay money.

                                        i am very upset with mi as i used hardly and now i am paying without any reason and you guys will deny it stating its my mistake but trust me..i am not going buy any mi phone further nor let my friends or family to buy mi phones.

                                        thank-you so much for such a beautiful experience
