I had my first experience with mi phones and till date (Last 5days) is the worst experience with the phone/customer care/service centre.
I have bought redmi note 3 the details of the same is given herewith:

I have received my phone on 05.06.2016, the list of following issues i am facing..
1. The phone frame is slightly damaged.
2. It had a mic issues.
3.Network issues (Many times in network zone it shows no service.) we need to check for manual settings which takes upto 30mins to search the network.
4. Worst customer care service... I have wasted more than an hr to make the ccs to understand the issue. Adding on they don't have the answer to clarify or solve the issue.
5. Pathetic service centre respond - amber computers ujjain. 3 days i wasted because he doesn't want to check the phone. Adding on concerned person was very rude talking to us. He didn't support us at all.
Adding on i contacted mr. Pandey contact no. [protected], sme bhopal, rude replies as if the phone is damaged contact the courier service we can't help.
Since last 5 days is pain in , i request you to provide a solution in next 24 hrs or i will proceed to consumer forum.
I have every document available at my end.. Adding on i have the recorded conversation with the sme of your mp state.
Further adding on to the fact of the case i need to point out the following :
1. Product shipment delivered as per system on 5th may.2016, though i officially received it on 06.05.2016. After receiving the text of delivery from mi, i got shocked as i have not received the product yet, and it is shown as delivered. It was shown as delivered to sulanke. Without any verification product is being delivered to someone whom i dont know... Later i contacted the courier service and somehow managed to track the courier. He confirmed for his mistakes and confirmed that i will receive my phone by eod. Bt after regular follow up i have received it only on 6th may 2016.
2. The very next day, i. E. 07th may 2016 around 11.00 am i contacted customer care and informed the issue to ccs. Mr chetan (Ccs executive) informed that please reach your nearest service center and get it verified thru your service center and then only we can accept your return request.
3. On confirmation, i went to amber computers, ujjain to please check the phone and provide the confirmation, but he informed that, he cant proceed to verify the phone, as copy of invoice is not available with us. I had an emergency and as i am out of town, i tried contacting ccs, who informed that we are not in position to provide an email copy of invoice and you can wait for another 24 hrs for the invoice and then can proceed for get it verified by service center. Mr rahul and asutosh are the relevant ccs.
4. Next 2 days there is no respond regarding invoice availability. I tried contacting ccs, but the same kind of reply only has been received from ccs.
5. Being felt helpless, i tried every way to get the invoice and finally on 10th may 2016, i have received the invoice and went to service center for phone verification.
6. Service center didnt accept the phone, on first saying it is out of warranty as frame is being damaged. I informed him as i have already visited your store on 7th may 2016, (With 24 hrs from receipt of phone) that day you didnt accept it. He was not ready to proceed.
7. I informed the issue to mr pandey, sme bhopal, but he talked very rudely and adding on he informed that if the phone is damaged contact courier company. We cant help you.
I have bought this phone from you, not from courier company. Adding on i have contacted ccs within 24 hrs from receipt of phone. I request for a phone replacement and i have a very strong case as i have all the documentary evidence available at my end.
