I had submitted my mi-4 at lajpat nagar service center on 3-rd may 2016.
The service center guy told me that as the center doesn't have the mi4 screen, he will have to request for the same to the mi.
Till this date i am listening to the same excuse and he never gives me any fixed date on which i can pick up my phone.

Please look into this issue and provide me with an correct and logical reason as why my phone's service is being delayed even after being in the service period.
Also i need a fixed date on which i can pick my phone.

      Dear Concern,

      I am writing this mail to express my dis-satisfaction with your services, not acceptable at all.

      I have deposited my MI 4I phone to your Malviya Nagar Service center i.e. in Delhi because touch was not working at all.

      I deposited my phone dated 12th Mar 2016 with Jobsheet No JS[protected] with expected return date of 26 Mar 2016 However after visiting to service center so many times they are saying that we are not getting parts from MI that is why we are not able to solve you problem.

      They promised me to handover the phone on or before 31st Mar 2016 but again they could not keep his promise.

      When again when i called up they said that i will not be getting my phone before 18 April 2016 just because we are HCL employees at service center and we are not getting support from MI.

      Please let me know if this your service that you provide to you customer??

      I called up your customer care also and they have lodged a complaint 1461335 and i am not sure if they can do something.

      If you really think that you can help me then resolve my problem ASAP.

          I purchased Red Mi 2 prime from Flipcart 3 months back Order date 14.2.16. Now the mobile is completely dead suddenly. I tried to contact service center but they tell they dont have service center in Nanded City and they suggested me paid service of Pick MI. I raised request for pick MI also but they say that they dont have service in my city also. Now what I can do? All suggested service centers are 300 Kms away from me. company not ready to give service. i just have 1 question why they are selling mobiles in cities where they cant provide service, they shall label that service can only be provided in metro cities. Other peoples plz dont buy this product. Kindly suggest what shall I do????

            Gave my mi band for repair as it was not charging on 03 dec 2015 at tvs electronics limited, shivaji nagar, pune. I was told as there is some shortage of mi band so replacement will take 45 days, i was ok with it. It has been now 6 months and i haven't got my mi band. I contacted the service centre a number of times, sometime they don't pickup call and when they do, they ask to wait for sometime. I tried contact the mi india online chat support and they are also not reverting back to my complaint. Complaint id :[protected]

                We have purchased redmi note 3 gold 16g from mi.com.
                It seems the product has been shipped and received at fedex courier tirupur.
                But the product is not received yet.
                The time duration of the product available @ fedex courier tirupur
                15-apr-2016 09:03 am tirupur at local fedex facility

                We contacted the courier people for a long time but we have not received proper information. They have informed us to contact the mi.com.

                Here with we have attached the mail from fedex courier for their responsibility of missing of redmi phone

                They would have cancelled and paid back the amount. We have paid an amount of rs.9999 for the mobile phone. Still we didnt receive phone or money

                  1) i ordered mi5 from your site on 20th april’16 and received the same on 27th april.
                  2) i have registered a complaint for phone heating up and as per the discussion with the service team you have suggested to replace the phone.
                  3) so i have initiated the replacement procedure on 2rd may.
                  4) on 4th of may i have received a call from courier service whose contact number is #[protected] who asked that a person from his office will come and collect the phone for replacement.
                  5) on call he have shared a pin # 655672 and instructed me to give the phone along with original bill and box to the courier person who know this code.
                  6) when that person came on 4th may i did the same and when he shared the same code. I have handed over my phone, it’s original bill and box and all phone related items to him.
                  7) but the person have not shared or gave any acknowledgement/ receiving of the phone and other items.
                  8) when i asked him for the same, he said that you will shortly receive an email from mi5 (Xiaomi) team.
                  9) when i have not received any email or any acknowledgement, i called up your customer care center multiple times and they said you will receive by today or tomorrow and soon but i haven’t received any communication till date.
                  10) so i have sent an email to your support team this (10th may) morning.
                  11) now the biggest issue is that i have received a call from a lady that she has bought a mi5 phone for inr-18000/- from olx which is having the bill on my name and my contact number.
                  12) she is requesting for the ear phone on call to me and i am completely surprised that how come a person calls me up for such thing and what is going on in the background and discussed that i have sent this phone for replacement and how come she is able to buy it
                  13) her number is #[protected].
                  14) when i called her back she said, she does not want to talk to me related anything and she have just registered an fir of fraud for this matter in punjabi bagh police station, new delhi.
                  15) after continues follow up the xiaomi team, regarding this issue today (05/12/2016) i have got a call from company with number #[protected]. The guys on call informed me that they are cancelling my replacement request because the phone is not reached to warehouse.
                  16) when i asked how it is possible what's my fault here because your company itself arrange courier pickup why i am responsible for it. The guys cut the phone with out giving any answer.

                  I am not sure what you guys are doing for your customers and seriously very angry for such type of situation that i am facing only because of these guys.

                  I want my phone back or my 25000/- inr that i have paid for mobile.

                  I have bill, replacement job sheet, mail conversation phone call recordings as well.

                    Late delivery of MI redmi note 3 - 32GB with MI protect and now did not arrange for reverse pickup. I did not open parcel till day...

                    I already complain to MI website but they did not support to me for reverse pickup and refund mu money Rs. 12374.00

                    I order on 27 April 2016 and they send me on 10 May 2016. In beetween I already purchase new mobile from other company...

                      I placed an order with you guys order id oid81835. Order date 06/05/2016. It's 20800mah power bank. It's not working properly it gets switched very offen. Am not satisfied with the quality of the product. The product is not good. Am feeling like i have been cheated by ebazar. Ninja. I would request you to please take it back and refund my amount. The quality and its performance is just pathetic. There was no warranty card given in the packet as per their promise while placing the order.

                        I had my first experience with mi phones and till date (Last 5days) is the worst experience with the phone/customer care/service centre.

                        I have bought redmi note 3 the details of the same is given herewith:

                        Invoice date – 04.05.2016

                        I have received my phone on 05.06.2016, the list of following issues i am facing..
                        1. The phone frame is slightly damaged.
                        2. It had a mic issues.
                        3.Network issues (Many times in network zone it shows no service.) we need to check for manual settings which takes upto 30mins to search the network.
                        4. Worst customer care service... I have wasted more than an hr to make the ccs to understand the issue. Adding on they don't have the answer to clarify or solve the issue.
                        5. Pathetic service centre respond - amber computers ujjain. 3 days i wasted because he doesn't want to check the phone. Adding on concerned person was very rude talking to us. He didn't support us at all.

                        Adding on i contacted mr. Pandey contact no. [protected], sme bhopal, rude replies as if the phone is damaged contact the courier service we can't help.

                        Since last 5 days is pain in , i request you to provide a solution in next 24 hrs or i will proceed to consumer forum.

                        I have every document available at my end.. Adding on i have the recorded conversation with the sme of your mp state.

                        Further adding on to the fact of the case i need to point out the following :

                        1. Product shipment delivered as per system on 5th may.2016, though i officially received it on 06.05.2016. After receiving the text of delivery from mi, i got shocked as i have not received the product yet, and it is shown as delivered. It was shown as delivered to sulanke. Without any verification product is being delivered to someone whom i dont know... Later i contacted the courier service and somehow managed to track the courier. He confirmed for his mistakes and confirmed that i will receive my phone by eod. Bt after regular follow up i have received it only on 6th may 2016.

                        2. The very next day, i. E. 07th may 2016 around 11.00 am i contacted customer care and informed the issue to ccs. Mr chetan (Ccs executive) informed that please reach your nearest service center and get it verified thru your service center and then only we can accept your return request.

                        3. On confirmation, i went to amber computers, ujjain to please check the phone and provide the confirmation, but he informed that, he cant proceed to verify the phone, as copy of invoice is not available with us. I had an emergency and as i am out of town, i tried contacting ccs, who informed that we are not in position to provide an email copy of invoice and you can wait for another 24 hrs for the invoice and then can proceed for get it verified by service center. Mr rahul and asutosh are the relevant ccs.

                        4. Next 2 days there is no respond regarding invoice availability. I tried contacting ccs, but the same kind of reply only has been received from ccs.

                        5. Being felt helpless, i tried every way to get the invoice and finally on 10th may 2016, i have received the invoice and went to service center for phone verification.

                        6. Service center didnt accept the phone, on first saying it is out of warranty as frame is being damaged. I informed him as i have already visited your store on 7th may 2016, (With 24 hrs from receipt of phone) that day you didnt accept it. He was not ready to proceed.

                        7. I informed the issue to mr pandey, sme bhopal, but he talked very rudely and adding on he informed that if the phone is damaged contact courier company. We cant help you.

                        I have bought this phone from you, not from courier company. Adding on i have contacted ccs within 24 hrs from receipt of phone. I request for a phone replacement and i have a very strong case as i have all the documentary evidence available at my end.

                          I had purchased my MI4 16 gb white phone on 15 th October 2015 through amazon.
                          Phone was working fine till Feb 2016.
                          there was a issue observed related to phone automatic switching on off, moving on to different applicatins by itself and an issue with the earpiece jack.

                          I was able to listen to music but was not able to cal neither receive through a handsfree connected to my phone.

                          Since its in warranty, I had given for servicing in MI service center -bannerghatta road followed by MI service center -BTM Layout -Bangalore in month of Apr 2016 & MAY 2016 RESPECTIVELY.

                          the issue reported was-Motherboard issue, which needs to be replaced.

                          Status: No status update till now and no mother board is procured for this till now.

                          I just wanted to know that why is this delay in service.

                            I am writing this complaint on behalf one of my friend (Namrata kashyap) who ordered mi redmi note3 on 27, april, 2016 and got the product by 2, may, 2016. She was very happy until she opened the product but fortune was far away from her and it was not getting switched on. She made a request to return the product on 3, may, 2016 & that was fixed for 4, may, 2016, unfortunately no one came to pick it yet. She keeps calling to customer support number and getting same revert that "product will pick by tomorrow for sure". When she fed up with such things and made a refund request, strange they guys even denied to refund the money and said "we don't have any refund policy". How can you so confident on your such cheap policies if you are not able to satisfy your customers. I just want to say that if you can't satisfy your customer then close all your stores with your fake double faces.

                            People please help for it and never buy any product from mi.
                            Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Never buy Xiomi Redmi Mi Note 3
                              Worst services ever seen

                              I have purchased one MI Note 3 Phone from the website mi.com. The phone I received was not getting On . I wanted to return the product and wanted my money back but the customer service executive of MI guided me that there are no return policies. Although I have checked the complete website there is nowhere written that if a customer is not satisfied they can't return the product. I agreed for the replacement. It's now been 7 days and no courier boy has come yet to take the product back. I seriously want my money back. I have been calling the customer service of Mi since 7 days but what they are doing is keep on saying tomorrow we will pick the product from you.
                              I don't want the replaced product. I want my money back. It is the worst service ever seen in my life. Before this, I have purchased the same phone from Amazon and the same issue was coming, they returned the product and paid my money back in 7 days. But MI is the worst company ever seen in my life. Today I going to take help from consumer court. People never buy any MI product.
                              I have ordered it on 27th April, it reached me on 2nd May and I have registered the complaint on 3rd May and replacement was fixed on 4th May
                              Same with me Namrata. Ordered Note 3 on 27th April and it got delivered on 5th May. The phone's fingerprint scanner doesn't work. When I called their customer care support to raise a request for replacement, I was asked to visit the service centre and if they are not able to resolve the issue, I need to call up the Customer Care Executive and then probably they'd take down a request for replacement.

                              Totally pathetic and unprofessional service from Xiomi. Will raise this issue with their higher management too.

                                Couple of days back we have bought mi phone from mi website. We got damaged phone which was not ruining. We have asked to mi help line, service center but didnt get proper response, no delivery person has come yet to take the product, it is been more than 7 days, which is claimed on mi website.

                                Very unprofessional, un trust able behaviour, purely against the customer satisfaction, we need the solution asap, we want money back, cant use this fraud company product

                                    Take rs 150 opening charge for mobile. I said ok to do that. They inspect
                                    And ask to submit the phone for checking. They took the mobile inside
                                    Ervice room to examined the phone. After checking they told that there is
                                    Problem with mother board and display circuit, this type of problem is due
                                    To any liquid ingress in the mobile and it will take around 11000 rupees
                                    Cost and it take more than one month time, so it is better that you will
                                    Purchase a new mobile in same cost. I told that my mobile is under
                                    Warranty and it was working normal so, why you are charging the cost. I
                                    Told them to return my mobile so that i can check it at other service
                                    Center.
                                    I showed the mobile at ahmadabad mi authorized service center. At
                                    Ahmadabad service center, they told that this mobile display was changed.
                                    This display is not of this phone. Ahmadabad service center examiner told
                                    Me that my mobile is dead, seal is broken and display of phone was
                                    Different so it will charge around rs 6000/- for display problem. They
                                    Also told that phone having initial booting problem.
                                    If service center are doing such type of activity then how we believe on
                                    Ervice center. Then tell me what should i do?

                                      Dear concerned, i have purchased a new mi 4 phone from your site on 1st of feb 2016 and just after two months it is having a technical issue for imei no invalid. On 30th april i have submitted my phone to your ludhiana service center under jobsheet number js[protected] and they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repair. Surprisingly they don't have any back up phone to provide to the customer. This is very embarrassing for me. It pushes me to purchase one more handset as back up because if your phone is giving such problems just after the two month of purchase, how can i be confident that it will work smooth in future. This is really ridiculous. I have used apple, sony & samsung phones prior to this but not a single problem comes to me. Even with sony, my phone was broke due to accident but when i sent this for repair, they immediately given me standby phone.
                                      Now i am really thinking whether to use your phones in future or not. Seriously saying if the same goes in same way, i will not use your phones and will told all my friends to not to purchase your phones.

                                        I purchased my mi4i via amazon in september 2015 and today in 7 months the touch screen developed a crack i don't know how as i never dropped it, the lcd is working fine but only a part of the touch is working. I went over the internet and realised that may users have reported the same complaints of the display cracking and part of the display working. My question is weather i should still trust mi for their devices... When such poor quality materials are being reported in the devices... I got my mi5 about 2 weeks back and now i am afraid weather the same problem will be faced in that device too... I am attaching the invoice copy of my device and kindly request you to look into the matter and get me a proper resolution for the cracked screen...
