Dear sir,
My name is ranjan kumar nayak. I had purchase the redmi 3s prime phone from flipkart on 28-november-2016 but due to facing battery power storage issue for past 2 to 3 months on 25-march-2017 i have gone to exculsive mi service center. And the exact address: g12, ground floor, alpha mall building, no. 149, montieth road, egmore, chennai, tamil nadu 600008.
Sir, my battery was coming under in-warranty but also the technician first of all denied to replace the battery but after requesting them for more then one hour finally they replace the battery after that i told to the technician as well as the senior technician that ok sir we have replace the battery then show me the old battery to me they strictly deny to show me the old battery as well as the new battery which the have change for my phone after that simply they have hand over the phone as it is and told to me that we have replace the battery and then i ask them no problem will be there related to battery further then they reply no so i return.

After 10 days due to my father health issue i have came to my home town one day i feel that some thing is shacking and creating noise inside my phone while i am holding or shacking so i guess something is wrong so i manage some days but when my phone is restarting frequently, charging also not supporting i thought battery may be some issue so yesterday i visited to xiaomi mi exclusive service center. Address: 20-h, park street, kolkata, west bengal 700016, after opening my phone they told that we will not accept this pone as in warranty because the imei sticker was not pasted on the battery by your previous service center and the screw was missing due to which the battery was shacking and phone is shutdown frequently and now my battery also not charging so the kolkata service center is expecting that mother board may be affected.
Sir, i have also make a call to chennai egmore service center yesterday and they have discuss with kolkata service center manager as well as with me for more then 20 to 30 minutes and to hide there mistake what the chennai service center had done on while service my phone they are telling that you may open out side (Sir practically tell me with in warrenty period who will do paid service outside) so kolkata service center have given your mail id to report you about this problem. And also kolkata service center has understood that it was complete mistake of chennai service center.
Sir i have made a complain to mi customer care on[protected] regarding the same but they also not support to me on this i have the complain number with me also i like to share with you[protected]. Sir kindly help me out of this problem as soon as possible and take very strict action to chennai service center.
