Facing ghost touch issue on device and the service centre is delaying the resolving process. Since 3 days i have been facing the issue and i went to mi service centre rajahmundry and they said to me to come after 4 days. They won't know the exact issue but they are telling me that firstly they will change the display and then will test it's working or not but it takes them 4 days to do that. Taking too much time for resolving issue

Very disappointed with mi services

As subjected its complaint number of xiaomi it regarding defective received 5 days back and they are refusing to replace it while its under 10 days replacement warranty.
I escalated this complaint many time but no one help me out neither customer support nor service centre thats why I'm complaining here seeking for help and to replace my faulty phone.

I just redeem my mi coins for headset successfully but i did not get any coupon in my account. Please check this details. I have collected this coins daily, if it doesn't get to me it's have been a big loss to me. I need my coupon compulsory. So many days i have been waiting for this headset. I was submitted my redmi y2 to v care infomatics mi authorised service centre on 24 feb 2020 for the headphone jack issue which is not supported for mic with volume control buttons and then they given my cellphone back to me same day but my problem was not resolved that time and they also apologize for that. But when they give me my cellphone back, my cellphone's lock button was not working properly and they didn't took the responsibility of that thing and even now not resolving the problem too.

When i'm trying to open my message app in my mi4i phone, i get the below error message and unable to send or receive messages.

I had bought a xiaomi redmi 7 pro in october 2019
It went dead on 23rd january 2020
When i went to the service centre at v-care at vt station mumbai
They bluntly denied the warranty service and took rs.118 as service charge.
They have denied me the warranty and gave me a estimate repair cost of rs.14000/-
Kindly help me get warranty of the set and replaced it free of cost

I have purchased mi 4c pro tv (32 inch) from amazon on october 9th 2018.

Warranty ; 2 years on panel

We've been using our new 32 inch"mi 4c pro tv (32 inch) for 1 year 4 months, all of the sudden while my wife watching tv a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. It turned out to be a crack on the panel,

The inside of my tv is cracked. You can see it’s cracked from the inside because you can only see the crack when the tv is on. There is no visible damage to the outside. Nothing has come into contact with the screen

I raised the mi ticket job number tvin[protected]. I have already been in contact with the"executive"line and they stated the same:"mi does not cover physical damage", which is unacceptable as my wife was watching tv, when it happened; we would not go through this trouble if we had broken the tv, it's a matter of principles.

And all they wanted was a picture and that's how they can tell there was physical damage? When there are no scratches, no external damage, nothing, so basically i am being called a liar.

We did not cause physical damage to the tv and only ask for fair treatment. I hope they can reconsider the decision.

I would appreciate anything you can do to help, i have seen the same case online for other people.

If my issue is not resolved i will raised the case in customer forum.

I have a 2 months old redmi note 5 pro which i purchased from amazon. It was working fine untill i noticed a bug. While i was watching youtube, suddenly the video got stopped and no sound was coming. I went to gallery and i couldn't view any video there also.

My name is gourab nayak. I am from balimela, malkangiri, odisha. I bought a redmi note 8 phone from redmi store in raibabu street, jeypore, koraput, odisha on 11 february 2020. After a few days, some problem appeared in the display of my phone. I went to the mi service center with my phone. The problem that was coming in my display was not coming all the time and it used to come in some time.
Then those people updated the software in mobile and gave the phone back to me. Then after some time the same problem appeared again to me.
Then i took the mobile and go to the service center and tell them, sir, there is a problem in my mobile again, you do something. He said that i do not see the problem. You leave the phone with me for 2 days for the test. I had spoken with mi customer care before giving service center. After talking with the customer care, the test i had done in the phone and the phone failed in the test, then he said that you go and give the phone to the mi care.in the second day, i called the mi care and asked that sir, do found something about my phone. He said that some problem is not visible in your phone. He said that replace the display of your phone and give it to you. I said that my phone is not even 7 days old. I told him that if you really want to help me, then get my phone replaced. I do not want repair in the phone. I need a phone replacement. I am a student and i am having a problem with frequent visits.
Who will give my money by spending money that i am going to again and again? Those people are saying that the phone is fine. I need a replacement for the phone. Why was the problem within 7 days?

I bought a redmi note 7 pro on 10th january 2020 6 to 7 days it worked properly after that it is not at all working...

I bought from sangeetha mobile they are guiding us not to buy mi redmi phones 99% problem occurs... They are miss guiding us in a wrong way... I am die hard fan of mi redmi but sangeetha mobile is the 1st 1 to misguiding about the brand...

I visited twice to mi service center radiant placed in kadaperi near tambaram... They did nothing and telling sim fault... I changed 3 sims but still not working...

Mi should help us and replace the phone we are walking here and there to sangeetha and service station for 10th day... None helping me...

Unable to increase or decrease the media volume ;i've visited to the service center around 7 to 8 times regarding the same issue and 3 timesâ they have given same solution by doing software and never provides jobsheet for every issueâ how many times ever i visit to svc, when i submitted my handset in the miâ service center, they did not provide jobsheet when visited 2nd time, when i demandedfor jobsheet the service center people said sorry we wont give jobsheet for repeated issuebecause they will loose their tat itseems, they have done 4 times software, 1 time checked byâ replacing speaker again issue reproduced again visited to service center, then replaced motherboard again issue repeated in a couple of days and also visited to service center immediatelybut in return they have done nothing except again the same software and since till todaymy handset is at service center and they are using it for their personal useâ and service center people saying if issue again reproduced again submit the handset, again theywill make bug report again share to their team again software again re visit the process goeson untill my warranty expires then over, never saw such a # service, feeling ashamedfor being the mi user and suffered alot for choosing this worst brand, hope none of myâ surrounding people use mi, i promptly say that this brand is worstest brand service ever i seeneven after several visit to service center and several call mi care and raisingâ several complaints no solution i gotâ i kindly need handset replacement

Redmi 4 mobile power not getting on 29 Jan same is reported to vasundhra ghaziabad service center.they changed battery and subboard assy and charged 1646 rupees.but after 1weak same problem persist again reported at same center this time they told me that problem is due to moisture.again today on 11feb same problem persist and this time they told problem is due to short circuiting.if the problem was due to moisture and short circuiting then why they changed battery and charging port when I asked then they don't have answer.agian they some how switch on my phone but after two hour again problem persist. I have wasted lots of time and money.please reply.

My phone had some issue with the camera and i had given that to nearest service center in mangalore, they told me that the camera need to be replaced and that will take about 4-5 days. Its been 8 days for now and the job sheet says the phone is already been collected by the customer.
I tried contacting mi customer service which was of no use.
