I applied for a product return at Tata Cliq website it was picked up by XpressBees. I checked the status on the website and it always shows the status DTO Undelivered. I can see that its a common issue with the XpressBees courier as many customers have raised the same complaint. May 25, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Just got the response from Tata Cliq that they've received the product and have initiated the refund. Though the status in XpressBees website still shows undelivered. Anyways, closing the issue now. Thanks. XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

My order is out for delivery 2nd july but the courier boy giving me many excuses and they not give my order and today's is 5th july I was call them but they ignore me. Order from imagine marketing.

Status shows that it has been delivered to customer by i dint received my shipment
Where and to whom the shipment has been delivered my address and mail id is correct in the shipment but my mobile number is wrong it was typed as [protected] correct number is [protected].

Unfortunately I too have the similar experience.

Since 5th June 2021 you guys (FirstCry+Xpressbees) mentally torcherd me. Inspite of raising concern, you gave fake excuses. Your delivery partner never contacted and shown interest to deliver. Completely unethical service, behavior found with FirstCry and it's partner Xpressbees. Since 5th June 2021 to 12th June 2021 you can calculate the time and my attempted request to reaching you out before cancelling it. I am not interested in your (FirstCry+Xpressbees) false excuses.
Within that period I could have bought the product from AMAZON and got it delivered.
FirstCry feels happy by making refund of the product after making CutomerCry and doing mental torture.
