My request is 338486 is not yet serviced. Nobody is bothered to connect and provide a response.

Was promised issue would be resolved in 3 days. And it seems the way ssue is not even diagnosed.

Reaching customer care is impossible. They do not respond on Whatsapp and their number is not reachable.

Better to get it repaired from a local vendor.

We have spoken with customer and updated him the status currently customer device is under repair and we will deliver the same in 48-72 hours.

On call I was promised an update in a day. Here you are mentioning delivery in 48-72 hours.

Anyways it's almost 48 hours but not even problem diagnosis is shared.

Your false promises and comittments are also inconsistent.

      (request id 335638)Took my phone on 23/07/2021 or said you will repair your phone in 3 days, today it is 7/08/2021 but my phone was not given
      Whenever you call in the device, it will give you tomorrow, but you can't meet
      And isca repair department does not even pick up the phone

        My Service ID on yaantra:330034. I gave my phone for repair for battery size increase issue then after 2 months battery again that issue came then I send phone again to Yaantra for repair in warranty after repair it came in condition of battery not charging and battery percentage indicator also not showing correct percentage of battery then again I sended now today I received 4 Aug 2021 phone condition is dead not even boting there is no rom or software in phone and screw of phone also missing thats all.

          I, KRISHNA KANT, have sent my mobile phone to YAANTRA (OFFICE-A-47, Block-A, Sector-58 Noida(Delhi-NCR). But condition of phone has become worse than before sending to Yaantra. Yaantra has changed battery of phone but Battery of phone is draining faster than before changing. It is told from Yaantra that older battery will be sent to me. But older battery is not given to me. Service of yaantra is not good.
          I want Yaantra to repair my phone properly in good manner in the same charge of 1000 rupees that I have paid.

            We gave one plus 3 for display problem one month back, the team suggested To replace screen, and charged 4500 rupees towards repair. Then we noticed back camera not working because of screen fixation not properly done. Now we requesting to rectify the problem. They gave 3 months warrenty also..

              Just now got call from Yantraa Hyderabad office Prasad saying Device display internal damage not cover under warranty. How can the device get damaged without me using it for a single day and pickup boy took phone from me on saturday and alos took pictures of the device with no signs of damage and he communicated same with hyd yantraa team incharhge Prasad and now they are saying its damaged without me using it and saying he will return my phone without repairing. They have charged 2700 from me please return my money when you are not hoing to repair my phone

                  Company is not return my laptop and doing false promises talk to the repair team my laptop is switched off in running condition .i repaired it on yaantra . One hard disk and the graphic chip was repaired in the laptop.
                  I paid 7000 rupees for graphic chip and hard disk of 1TB. I repaired again my laptop in warranty period but the executives are not responding to me for one month. So requested to you that my laptop is repair fast in2 days only. Otherwise i will comlained the company in consumer court.

                    A per charge and bill description it was supposed to replace the damaged component with new components but found cheated they just did soldering of damaged components.

                    Requested for:
                    1. Replacement of Hinge
                    2. Display cable replacement

                    but please attach a picture which shows,
                    1. soldering of damaged hinge
                    2. did not replace the display cable instead just rounded with tap for further damage.

                    Worst part of service is now my display got damaged, half side of screen are bluff.

                      I have given my mobile for repair where they have changed the display and battery. After getting repaired first time I have asked them that touch is very slow and its very hard to move the screen. They have picked it up again and asked me it will need to update the software. They did that along with my battery change. I doubt even they have checked it by their own. The touch is still painful. I have given 3400 for display and 800 for battery. After repairing it is worst to operate my phone.

                            Yantra is fraud company.
                            These people say very well and promise, but their company is fraud ाAnd this company keeps the product and these people fraud with the people I will sugge all the customers to never give it for some repair or for replas. This company is a big fraud Plz be careful of this company

                                As I have issues with laptop I had given it for repair which was picked up on 7th of April and as of today 30th April I haven't got my laptop. As due to covid 19 lockdown I am in my home town and I contacted yaantra almost 9-10 times by call and 5-6 times by mail as the return response I got was the email stated that delivery team will contact you at the time of delivery but no one contacted me so please I request to you file a complaint stating the interaction of the company and wasting my precious time.

                                      I have used phonecash to sold my phone. They took my phone through delhivery courier service and after few days Yaantra representative told me that they cannot buy the phone so I said to return it back to me. They said OK. Now they are not returning it. I have tried to contact them through emails and phone but they are not answering it.
