I had purchased bike one year back and I got to know later after one month that the bike number mentioned in my documentation is incorrect. The dealer has provided incorrect bike number in all the invoice which is not matching with our bike number.Also, they had not provided insurance certificate.

We did not received any proper solution from dealer and also later on they had sell his showroom to someone.

Later on, we approach to Yamaha toll free number and whenever we approach them, we receive the same reply that they had escalated, however no outcome since 6 months.

Would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

We received the information from the dealer (Variyan Automotors) after 4th service. Ideally they should inform us in advance. Variyan Motors has provided incorrect chase number in all invoices which is not matching with our bike number.Also, they had not provided insurance certificate. We did not received any proper solution from dealer and also later on they had sell his showroom to someone. Later on, we approach to Yamaha toll free number and whenever we approach them, we receive the same reply that they had escalated, however no outcome since 3 months. Would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      Reg no : TN 33 AT 6143 Card no : 10846 Centre : ADITHYA YAMAHA AUTOS, Trichy Main Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore- 641005, Tamil Nadu Date: 12/03/2014 I send for morning 8.30 am itself for mileage problem.They told me as return on 4 pm. I go to there 4 pm. but they told to wait. i come out and called at 5 pm. they told to wait and they check and call back. but after 15 min also they never called.He is giving irrespective response to me. Why they still do like this waste my time. This centre is not good to do proper intimation and always want to take amount by water wash and others. they take my bike after 11 pm only to inside of the centre. upto that its in sun rays. After i told only they take to inside. Please suggest to me a good service center in coimbatore. As a mechanical R&D engineer i got good name in yamaha.But due to this bad service i very hurt.         Respected Sir, I am a final year MECHANICAL Engineering student in Sri Krishna College of Technology, Coimbatore. I had purchased a YAMAHA R15 v2.0 on 20th August 2013, from CAG enterprises, Coimbatore. Within a week after the bikes delivery I started hearing noise from the engine. I had it serviced at the same showroom for the 1st time at 599 kms, complaining about the noise. They had analyzed my vehicle & kept it in the service centre for nearly 20 days. A replacement had been done for the “Cylinder PISTON-kid” under the warranty. For a week’s time it was running smoothly without any trouble, until the noise reappeared. I sent a mail to “ [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com “ which is the Head Office for Yamaha at Surat. The company had sent a person from Chennai office to inspect my vehicle, and he advised to change the “Engine crankshaft”. As I had no other go, I had to give in. This replacement under warranty took another 15 days, all the mean while I was suffering without a bike. After I got it back, I rode on for another 1000 kms without any issues, and it was time for the 2nd service. My bike had clocked 2596 kms on 29th November 2013 and I gave it for service at ADITHYA Yamaha. Again at 3400 kms, I started hearing the same noise. I was completely shocked and disappointed. Another mail was sent by me to the Head Office at Surat. This time when I had taken it to the showroom, they completely dismantled my bike for inspection and told me that the engine cylinder had seized. I have photo evidence taken at the service centre, and are attached to this mail. Without any other option I left it at the service centre. I called them every other day, enquiring about my vehicle, but their response was very poor. At last after 21 days, I was informed that my bike was ready. Again with change in my “Cylinder-piston kid” it’s not first time. I was not satisfied with the service as this problem kept disturbing me. Until 17th of February there was no problem, when suddenly I started hearing the same noise again. I was completely heartbroken and upset. I took it to ADITHYA Yamaha on 28th Feb. They worked on my bike and did a valve adjustment. Currently my bike is running at 4900 kms and this problem has re-occurred. I am mentally feeling very low and bad thinking of my bike’s condition. Being an engineering student, I had to miss many of my classes to go to the showroom every now and then, which has truly affected my studies. Am facing attendance problems cause of this, and this will create a major situation during my semester examination. Nearly half the time my bike is at the service centre, causing a problem for me to travel to every place. Every part that has been replaced by the company is bound to have a life period of 30, 000 – 40, 000 kms. But in my vehicle it was all done within 5000 kms. It is not a simple matter. Thinking of selling my vehicle, I consulted with a few expert mechanics. As they inspected my bike, they all told me that the bike has lost its resale value. Now I am not able to sell this bike at a proper rate. Family issues have arised due to this. LIST OF THE PARTS CHANGED IN 7 MONTHS 1. Cylinder-piston kid (twice). 2. Crankshaft (once). I think no bike will come under this situation has mine. I am totally upset for all the parts changed so far and even I know fewer things about bike but still all the stuffs happened to me. I am not happy with this bike anymore and I am not satisfied. Taking it to both the service centers these many times, they were not able to find out the problem and could never give me a permanent solution. With all due respect, I kindly ask and look forward for a replacement of the bike .I request you to kindly look forward into this matter and do the needful. I purchased Yamaha R15 in the month of October 2013 but this product started to give me problems from the month of November i complained so many time to Yamaha related to that but they are not giving me any responsible answer even they closed one of my complaint without my satisfaction now from the last month i am complaining to Yamaha and they are not even responding to me even the dealer as well.             I have registered a complaint with Yamaha India and my complaint number is IC-09980-P2D0. There is manufacturer defect in their SZR model as the bike regularly come with a new defect. They offered me a free service but that is not going to serve the purpose because this model is comepelete defect in this model... And they have replace 20 bikes of this model in Srinagar but i don't think they are ready for the same with my bike because they have not contacted me from a week with my regular emails... My bike have not even touched the 10000 kms and it has many faults... Every mechanic says its engine is failure... I want a solution at the earliest as i am suffering every day... 67000 for 10000 kms...plz yamaha has to privide me with a replacement at the earliest.

                I purchased this vehicle from Yamaha Authorized Dealer, SAIRAM MOTOR, PADI, CHENNAI just 2 months ago. Today the stays of the spare parts is as follows 1. The floor mat is torn at 2 places. 2. The buzzer on the turn light indicator, does not work. 3. The protective shield on the headlight and sidelights have started rusting. The dealer say it is not his problem with respect to spare parts and refuses to cooperate. What should I do about it ?

                One of the worst dealer for Yamaha SAIRAM MOTOR PADI.Never seen such irresponsible employees and Owner is behaving in such manner.Atlast YAMAHA is losing their name because of these dealers.

                    I bought this bike during the month of june...one the very first day of purchase huge amount of smoke started coming out of the bike's engine...some how i took it back to the showroom and they said tht it was a corporator problem and replaced it. Every thing was fine aftr tht except tht my bike was not going past 65 km/hr speed...gave it for servicing day before yesterday for the second time( during the first service they asked me to drive it for 1000 kms then max speed will increase) and speed problem was solved(problem being low rpm). Very next day i have the smoke coming out from the bike engine again...called up showroom guys...all they say is engine might have polish applied on it and thts the reason for smoke...The showroom guys say that this happened because i don't how how to drive the bike...!!! Is it the way the customers are handled..???? I am taking the bike to showroom tomorrow...hope it gets resolved... Still any one knows wat might be the reason..?

                      While riding automatically my FZS engine stop working.So i go to near service center by taking auto on November 9, 2013 . After check 3 to 4 hours they told as fuse problem.so they change the fuse and to extra work for charging purpose.

                      12.11.2013 that day same problem.So again i go to same service center. This time they told as Starter coil assembly(part no: 21CH141000) is problem so need to change. i also permit to change. they ask 3 days for order component because this component not in store all over coimbatore . After 3 days also they not response.so i directly go to center. they ask one more 3 days .because its not having stock in Bangalore also. i don't know they told as true or wrong. But that stock manager also not response properly. they just coolly told come after 3 days. (Adithya yamaha, ramanathapuram, coimbatore)

                      Still i am searching for this component. I don't know when i am going to ride this bike. I'm very much hurt like this stupid complaint and irresponsible service.

                        I Have complain about my Milage of YAMAHA YBR, & one call came from company and told me that in 48 hours call came from your show room. but there is no any call, no any reply, what I understand, You are ignoring customer complain or unable to solve problem? we have always reply from Reliable motors that next month your problem will solve, but NEVER it happen, now we have give complain to you then also no any reply.                           Dear Yamaha Motor India The carburetor of my Yamaha FZ-16, has worn out and my bike stops frequently, (my bike is 5 years old). I have been constantly following up with 2 of your service stations (Excellent yamaha-andheri and Kamla Yamaha-Borivali). I have also paid an advance amount for the same at Excellent Yamaha, but even after 3 months, I have been told, that the part is not yet available. Request you to pls take note of this and take necessary actions at the earliest. In my 5 years association with yamaha, this is the 1st instance where i am not at all happy with the kind of service delivered to me. Writing to you with the expectation of a speedy resolution.                             I Ramakrishna Rao Palla had purchased my FZ-S bike on[protected] at Rajahmundry (Coastal Auto Plaza). For the past all my services given in showroom in Hyderabad i am facing problem with (1) Low mileage (2) low pickup (3) self start, and i have not been rectified the problem till yet. The problem persists and the Mechanic/Supervisor of ( Venkatesha motors, Erragadda, Hyderabad ) saying that i have to change the CARBURETOR. But they are insisting to change as they notified to change the carburetor, at the place of purchase i.e rajahmundry. As i could not go to my native as per job. i again showed at Ashoka motors at Uppal, Hyderabad. they told me that no need to change CARBURETOR and they serviced it at their best after telling the problems i faced at Venkatesha motors, Erragadda, Hyderabad. But the problem persists as it is. As of now for the past 10 months i am staying in Hyderabad on my job, can u suggest me what action should i have to take as i am facing lot of problems as i could not go to the place where i have purchase. I just wanted to know is it mandatory that where i purchase the vehichle should i need to go to that place to replace it. I am waiting for your response ASAP and am helpless regarding my job issues.                                 hi,

                                The YAMAHA FZ16 BIKE BACK TYRE quality so poor, I brought this one at 2010, and after 3 yr i replace 3 tyre, and now the product not available in market . so, now this is useless.If company not able to provide parts then why they launch it or continue sell in market.

                                This complain was running from 2012, but the yamaha guy say that this is bike fault . if know its fault then why till u r not rectify it.

                                I really had very bad experience with YAMAHA. i will never suggest my frnd to buy this thing never.

                                  Hi, I have recently gave my FZ 2011 model bike for service at Yamaha serivice centre, ToliChowki in Hyderabad. There is no such proper service procedure over there and they will always remain any defect after service. I have given my bike for engine oil change, shock obserber issue, Chain spray & wheel alignment issue. Their service results are, 1. Changed the engine oil. But i found the oil leakage and gave them again for service. Before that i didnt get that issue. 2. Nothing has done for the shock obserber issue. They simply said, we have adjusted the Cap. Till now i dont understand, which cap they have done. 3. I have done my recent 2 services over there. But they were keep saying once alignment issue. They did nt even try to take the ride to check what is the actual problem if there is no alignment issue. 4. I have visited them for Neutral switch for almost 20 times. All the times they keep saying, no stock. Even the saree guard i was able to get after 2 weeks. I dont understand that how come they dont have any spare parts & proper service engineers. They always keep saying to come after 2 days for anything. I have never seen any supervisor/manager over there to handle the escalations. Because of this, I have tried at another service centre located in Mehdipatnam and they are even worst. Both the places are best for only water service. Pathetic experience.

                                    I had Yamaha-SZX, purchased in November 2010. I gave it normal servicing (no major service was required at all) at Samrat Motors, Ghaziabad. They serviced the bike and delivered my bike on same date. Next day, when I started my bike but it didn't started. Later on I took it to their service center and they told me up to leave the bike for the check up. After 3-4 hours they called me up that its wiring has to be changed, it has been damaged and told me it will cost around to Rs.1200.00. I said YES to them. But when I go for the delivery of my serviced bike, they asked me for Rs. 3200.00 and told me that one more part has been changed. When I asked why it has been changed they have no answer for that. They are trying to fool me up. From other YAMAHA mechanic I came to know that part was deteriorated by the Yamaha Mechanic who was servicing the same. Wy should I pay for that? Evenly my Bike was working properly before the service. It might be the engineer's fault for which the wiring has to be changed. Need prompt action. Thanks & regards, Harshit Garg [protected]

                                      I bought my new bike Yamaha FZ, just 2month before. From starting it was giving 15-16 Km/L in city. After one month at the time of servicing, i complained about the same and the told we have done the servicing, it will must show 35-40Km/L. But Still it is giving the same millage of 15-16 km/L. Than again i went to same Yamaha service station and they did some tuning adjustment and told now you will definitely get good millage.                                         I have purchased SZR bike from your one of the sub dealer. But it is under maintenance, some time fuse is not working, I have changed the fuse for four times during one year. Now all the circuits are not working, like, speedometer, fuel gauge in mess it means, after feeling 2 ltr petrol it shows tank full. How it is possible.
