Respected sir,
Subject: request to refund my booking amount. Rs.30, 000/-
I am a proud owner of three yamaha bikes (Yamha libero 2003, g5 2005 and fz2012). As i wanted to own another fz fi, i contacted yamaha dealer s. S. Bikers, kavya plaza, ground floor, near swaraj maidan, moodbidre (Phone no:[protected], mobile: [protected]) on 23th may 2017. I paid rs.30, 000/- as a booking amount and down payment (Receipt no 741 dated[protected], copy enclosed). Later as loan was not sanctioned by banker (No bank finances yamaha dealer because of his bad reputation), i had to cancel my booking expecting refund of my money.
For the same, i have contacted ss bikers moodbidre number of times, but they are reluctant to return my money and playing with me by pushing dates. Later, on[protected], they gave cheque no 48165 for rs. 30, 000/- of bharath bank, moodabidre branch which also got dishonoured (Copy enclosed).
I have complained in the yamaha customer care portal with email id [protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected]. But no response from the concerned department. I am tired of begging for my money with dealer and yamaha. Now yamaha dealer owner mr. Pavithran is threatening me, if i call him and says to get the money from yamaha.
Here ends my hopes of getting my hard earned money back from dealer and yamaha. If yamaha has concern for its customers, please refund my money (Bank details enclosed) and take action against your dealer ss bikers moodbidre, dk district, karnataka state.

I bought vehicle on 16 / Aug /17 and tampering happened to vehicle
