Hello,
From starting onwards i got frequent complaint against my bike. I made a service at a perfect date, sevice at singe service centre and purchase at same showroom. Im not a rash driver, single hand use.. Maintaining perectly still now.. But every time they will convence and says reasons only... But still not short my bike problems, i did't made an single accident.. But i spent more then 30, 000 still now problem in show room.. Every time i made a more than 4000/-.. This month they asking 9000. And they not provide a proper bill.. This time i wont take return my bike in showroom without clarification, this time also i wont any reasons and compramises.. They said engine problem so u need to pay for that.. But i use below 25000kms these 2 yrs.. Is the quality of yamaha engine? And mostly my bike in service centres only.. Still past 3 weeks my bike in show rooms only.. They said daily ur spares are not ready we are waiting for that.

    Kindly note that we bought the new fascino vehicle # tn73s9898 on 02.07.2017.
    We had starting problem and attended by m/s sakhthi motors on 01.08.2017.
    1st serviced on 01.09.2017 and again starting problem noticed and given to the same service centre on 29.09.2017 and no improvement.

    Please resolve this complaint.

      This complaint takes reference to the service which i had recently got it done at shanti motors on sept. 11th or so at velachery. My bike is yamaha fz-s version-1.
      First of all, the technicians who are working there are really uncivilized. They use un-parliamentary words in front of customers and literally abusing them. If i am not wrong, the person's name is saravanan.
      I had an issue with the self start and that was recorded during the time when i gave it for service itself. But when i got it serviced i found that the headlight is not functioning. Immediately it was reported to the service center and they had told me to come the next day for repair. I had gone there for the next two consecutive days and they were not bothered to do service. It was during this time, mr saravanan (Technician) started using abusive languages.
      And i must say, out of all the service centers i have visited, this is the worst. The condition of my vehicle is even deteriorated as it was before. Now within a month of the service, lot of problems have sprung up.
      The technician, out of frustration (In the two days when i visited) didn't assemble anything properly and i had it done locally.
      Really frustrated with yamaha and planning not to invest in yamaha vehicles hereafter.

        I purchased a scooty from yamaha dealer aar ess autocom, jamshedpur, jharkhand dated on 17/10/2017. I did a payment to dealer through cash rs.31010/ and rest payment through debit card rs.26191/ on same date. Dealer employee told me you collect a paper tomorrow due to festival rush (Dhanteras). Today, dealer denies for paper and demand extra rs.400/ for debit card swipe charges but as per knowledge no extra charge demand to customer in debit card swipe. When i told to dealer please give me in written he denies for written and do not give me a paper. Please lodge my complaint and take action against this types of activities.

          I have given my sz r (Ap09 cq 0157) for 11th servicing at ashoka motors ranigunj, hyderabad on[protected]. They have delivered it on 17th evening. When i have observed it, the paint on size cap (Y shape) is half gone. I have questioned the same to the person namely, shiju and he said that its due the force of the water servicing pump. I have asked him to change it as it is service centre's fault. But he is not sure about the claim. So, i am writing here. Pls solve this issue.           I am veey much disappointed by DEEDWANIYA AUTO DEALER JODHPUR. I went for scheduled servicing of my fascino bought last month but the dealer refused to service it due to Diwali festival then what for schedule is made for servicing.

            Dear sir/madam,
            Yesterday, i went to nearer yamaha showroom in jammu for servicing my yamaha new version motorcycle and see what they did to me. I'm sending u a attachment of bill that they provided me. Please do something regarding this. Must see the section of labour and tax. I'm connecting with yamaha from last ten years but this type of service i never faced in my life. Either i switch for royal enfield or give me proper response.

              Today i called yamaha customer care from [protected] at 16.08 and discussed with them 19min and gave a complain against the PMG motors cuttack. But when i asked the executive about my complain no he said it will come to my no and mail id. But still i dont receive any thing. I purchased a fashino on august 13 but still i dont get my warrenty card and my registraion no. So you are the people cheat the people and i recorded everything. Treat it as a notice from my side why you are cheating the people. I will give a case in consumer fourm againest the yamaha motor to cheat us.

                Respected sir,
                Subject: request to refund my booking amount. Rs.30, 000/-
                I am a proud owner of three yamaha bikes (Yamha libero 2003, g5 2005 and fz2012). As i wanted to own another fz fi, i contacted yamaha dealer s. S. Bikers, kavya plaza, ground floor, near swaraj maidan, moodbidre (Phone no:[protected], mobile: [protected]) on 23th may 2017. I paid rs.30, 000/- as a booking amount and down payment (Receipt no 741 dated[protected], copy enclosed). Later as loan was not sanctioned by banker (No bank finances yamaha dealer because of his bad reputation), i had to cancel my booking expecting refund of my money.
                For the same, i have contacted ss bikers moodbidre number of times, but they are reluctant to return my money and playing with me by pushing dates. Later, on[protected], they gave cheque no 48165 for rs. 30, 000/- of bharath bank, moodabidre branch which also got dishonoured (Copy enclosed).
                I have complained in the yamaha customer care portal with email id [protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected]. But no response from the concerned department. I am tired of begging for my money with dealer and yamaha. Now yamaha dealer owner mr. Pavithran is threatening me, if i call him and says to get the money from yamaha.
                Here ends my hopes of getting my hard earned money back from dealer and yamaha. If yamaha has concern for its customers, please refund my money (Bank details enclosed) and take action against your dealer ss bikers moodbidre, dk district, karnataka state.

                I have Yamaha Fz 16 bike. It has good design and performance
                But the seat is not comfort for long drive and it's front cone set is always damaging. The main problem of Fz bike is it's cone set damage.

                Please rectify these problems from your next version of fz.

                  My yamaha fascino self start always is having a problem. I dont know the problem is with the self motor or the battery but the self frequently stops working. This makes so embarassed for a rider to stop the engine at signals who neccessarily want to save fuwl or reduce pollution.. Sometimes when i hold the self for 10 seconds or so it slowly draws apulling sound and then the self works like how a induction motor starts from slow beat to fast beat.. What the hell is the issue?
                  The service centres are even worst in repairing the byk.. They ask for thousand for every issue (Specially the self issue for me).. They say they need to change the self motor as the battery is ok. The self motor costs around 2000?
                  Specially i hate service centre at visakhapanam - pendurthi yamaha showroom.. He always runs into an argument with customers. I own a fz ver 2.0 from 2014 but never had a complain with the byk.. But this fascino self start problem is irritating and the service centre head probably more irritating than the repair. I only chose fascino towards my passion for yamaha after using fz.. But fascino is a disaster.. Self start self start self start... # start #.. Cant even know what the cmplain is for months only wasting money

                      I am writing to inform u that i bought fz fi version 2.0 bike from south kalsmassery showroom, ernakulam, kerala on 28/08/2017. Few days later i notice that my bike had gear changing problem. After ur first service, when i ride the bike i identified that my gear have stuck problem then i complaining to ur customer service team, they said to me that the bike gear selector is complaint. I just runned my bike only 1300 km. I think it's product i bought have some duplicate spare parts so i request u to change my bike and give a new one of the same model to avoid these complaints happen again

                        I live in jabalpur, madhya pradesh,

                        I had purchased fz fi last year in the month of nov 2016 and since then i have really loved to have this bike but i have constantly been facing a few comfort issues..
                        First is that the seats are not at all comfortable, my butt starts to have a pain very early into the ride and the second issue is that my left hand starts to get a lot of strain while holding the handle while riding... Its very frustrating coz i love my bike and i want it to be comfortable so that i could go for a long drive anytime but nowadays these issues have come up and i am unable to drive for long periods...

                          I bought a vehicle yamaha fzs in september 2014. Both tyres were tubeless. Yesterday i found that tyres were damaged they look like air bubbles are comming around the surface of back tyre of my vehicle, i only travelled 22000km in 3yrs.                             Hi sir/mam,
                            We purchased yamaha ray-zr 113 cc scooter on 28/03/11 from om ganesh motors, shankar mat road, shimoga-577201, karnataka, india (Img1). We purchased with steel front guard. We used bike upto 1nd service without any problem and that time only problem was bit broken in front near skrew portion where the steel guard attached to that portion, actually we don’t know might we deliverd defect pice, in the front portion of fixed steel guard that attached side panel was broken, bez of the steel weight, panel is broken before 1st service after that service guys weld it 2 to 3 times change the guard, after that they changed it to normal plain front panel one the problem starts, after the new attached front mask giving problem like sound coming while riding, the whole front portion of bike is shaking, gaps in between parts and misplace of front and back portion of mask (Img2). We told so many times in 3rd and 4th service, that time, their answer like it will not giving any problem don’t worry, it happens to all, after the 4th service its became big problem, they tried to fix it, but its not make any sense. On 5th service (Img3) they try to solve it with 2 way plastering and service stations answer is too rude and irrelevant and with lie,. Actually my question was what is the necessary is to attach 2way plaster, is it like ur company parts is not fixing for ur company bikes or yamaha is a totally manufacturing defectd piece even its not fix it to their own product, fixing with 2 way plaster means what?, can i admit my self that this problem is not going to solve (Img456), actually we are unhappy with your service and actually the kind of behaving with the customer with lie and false committments. We are so much tried we are actually hesitate to ride the bike, we are not using now, compare to before.in future we are ever never became a customer with yamaha india, give us answer why should we buy yamaha in future, if you give us exact or satisifactory answer we are became permanent customer.in future do yamaha india have a morality to to ask or tell that how is our product and customer satisifaction or we are good customer friendly company bye.

                              I given my fzs bike for repair on 29/09/2017 in yamaha service center panjim goa (Parker auto link) h. No.561 taleigao borbhat (Cont.[protected] before giving for repair they already confirmed me that all spare of my bike is available n i will get bike shortly they commited me this before taking my bike for repair. Today is 8th oct 2017 n they says now that some spares are not available.
                              This really harresment for customer. I dont have other bike to travel please help.

                                Very worst service and poor customer response my vehicle problems not rectified and otherwise more problems coming after service and meny scratches pls help me what I do pls take action the service center .

                                  I have serviced in shiva motors durga puri. My bike have a problem of engine smoke.in last 3 services. But no one can hear my problem. Mr divyanshu. Miss bheave with me. I have a call recording. Mr divyanshu closed my complaint to fake signature of my jobcard. My bike alloy wheel colour is faid. My bike carrier colour is faid. Mr gaurav also see my bike. 2 days stand on bike at our workshop. But no result.

                                    I'm totally annoyed by the service provided by yamaha service centre at hubli. First i had heat problem with my engine and they advised to change the chain which actually was not loose but they changed and said engine will not heat up now. And changed certain parts which i find were not necessary to change. Even after all this methe engine heat did not vanish. Soon after that my bike got problem as it was not accelerating. They could not fix it when a technician came to fix it. But finally they did it and it could not even run for 10 days. My bike broke down after getting it fixed it could not run for 10 days and i faced the same problem. And then they refused to attend the bike when it broke in the middle of my way. It is better to to give bike outside than giving it there in the service centre.

                                      On 26/sep/2017 call came on my mobile from yamaha motor india pvt ltd. Assistant manger ritu rana and she says i found your resume on shine.com. She says our company give you opportunity to grow so our company pay 30, 000 salary per month in hand and she said to me pls give rs6000 for offer letter,. Rs20, 000 for training charges and rs25, 000 for bond singing but i pay rs36000 on her account.

                                      Pls help me to caught this women immediately because she frauds with many people.

                                        I had booked yamaha fascino (White colour) through executive name arun (Mobile number-[protected]) from roshan motors. He promise that when payment made by full, the next day he will delivered the vehicle and ask to give registration fee extra and will registered the vehicle also. As per his word i made the said full amount by cash rs 68, 700/- and rs 555/- for extended warrantee on 09/09/2017 (Receipt number – 3128, 3129) to roshan motors, udiyankulangara showroom. Due to onam holiday the executive said will delivered on 12/09/2017. But he failed to delivered on said and one of his staff call me from this mobile number [protected] said that the vehicle is not available to delivery. She said will delivered when the new load comes, after 4 -5 days she again call and said vehicle will ready for delivery and ask to come roshan motors, udiyankulangara on 19/09/2017 after 4 pm, when i went to the said showroom, one of the showroom staff named aswathy said the vehicle is met with an accident on the way to registration. I request to refund the amount and i don’t want the vehicle from your showroom, at that time they given mobile number of mr roshan the owner of roshan motors, call on his number he promise to deliver the vehicle to my residence on 25/09/2017, he made his word with in 2 days vehicle is deliver by roshan itself to my residence and saying its not taken temp. Registration and it will clear with in 2 days, the very next day call from roshan mobile ([protected]) saying that today he cannot taken temp. Registration because my id proof address is not clear in photostat, ask to send through what apps. The next day he call and said temp. Registration is ok, with 2 days will do the permanent registration. Roshan promise that on 29/09/2017 registration will clear without fail. This is also a wrong commitement, due to heavy rain he cannot go for registration, and will clear it on 03/10/2017. Today morning roshan came to my resident and take my vehicle along with id proof for permanent registration, after that he is not picking the call and there is not idea about the vehicle and also roshan. Till the vehicle is not registred.
