Hello sir/ madam,

I bought a new yamaha fascino on 3rd november 2017 but so far no scratch card is been given as promised.
Prior to purchase i was been informed/ motivated by scratch card offer (2 assured gifts) but soon after purchase, i have been told like scratch cards are out of stock. I had also come to know that it's pending for several other customers who bought bikes before 1 month.

@ yamaha - please do not make false statements and help in getting my scratch card soonest?

Problem in my yamaha fascino. When i release accelerator vehical produce much vibration. And i purchased vehical only one month ago from yamaha showroom sai suman motor dungarpur. Dealer did not rectify my problem and talk in very insolence way.
Kindly solve my problem and take further action

    I have booked fascino two wheeler in your the spirit sales & service, dealer pune on 5th nov 2017 with 100% down payment of rs.68000/-. On commitment that we will get vehicle delivery on 12th nov 2017.

    Neither we are getting any call from dealer or feedback, when we are calling we are getting feedback that vehicle is not ready and we will get delivery after thursday..

    This is very unprofessional approach towards customer handling i am not at all happy with this because this vehicle i booked for my wife for her birthday gift (That is on 12th nov) but unfortunate i have fail on this.

    And your pune team is very casual on customer respond, hope this will give some improvement on customer handling.

    It's been more than 2 months i bought my fz25, till now they didn't provide me bumper for my bike, simply saying company is not sending, even in outside market its not available, why are they launching bikes without any service spares

      Hi, saruhasan here from chennai. I have purchased fz v2.0 in 2014, exactly in one year time i come across an issue with the chain sprocket were while running it creates a grinding sound near the small sprocket of the chain (Near engine). On a repeated basis i have visited the service center paras yamaha, mount road, chennai also walter yamaha, kolathur, chennai, which was good they tried helping me but even they wouldn't sort out the issue. Every time the bike goes for service while returning the grinding sound starts which is intolerable. This happens almost for two years and still continues. Moreover, due to this, i have changed the chain sprocket, clutch plates but still, it remains. This made me come to a conclusion that i shouldn't buy yamaha products. If, need to continue with the same expecting a solution on an immediate basis. Some periodical basis the rear tyre wobbles but they stated its due to the chain. I am very much scared to drive this bike in rainy seasons and in sandy places. Kindly resolve with care and looking your valuable customer because past three years my service is been done only in yamaha service center (Paras yamaha, mount road). Kindly do the needful asap.         This is arivudainithi form coimbatore 20 days before i bought fzs v2.0 at coimbatore adithya yamaha showroom. Vechile engine valve noise creating big sound iam not satisfied. Before iam using honda shine honda engine and meilage also great. Yamaha fzs v2.0 engine useless. Kindly please replace my bike.. Or return my payemt 97000..
        Fzs old bike engine verry good. But v2.0 engine useless for v2.0 customers.. Iam not satisfied yamaha service. Iam also working at indias first car manufacture industary..

        I bought a bike Yamaha sz-RR from panda motors dharamgarh kalahandi odisha.I got a coupon in it but I can't able get my rewards.when I called in comstumer support no they hold the calls for a hour but they will not contact with us.support was too much poor
        I buy new rey zr dated 16/10/17 and my insurance are not given me
        I given my fascino to super yamaha dealer( sub dealer of indel yamaha) on 20.10.2017 due to the accident. Till now i didnt get my vechile coz of non-availablty of spare parts. I need my vehicle repaired as soon as possible.

        I have purchased yamaha FZS-FI version 3 on 15-Apr-2019. On the same day I have informed them that bike is moving towards left whie riding. They asked me to come on next day. On 16-Apr-2019 I went there and they told it is due to the tightness of the fork. Paying more than a lakh and getting a defective bike is not at all tolerable for me. I asked them to stop the registration process and rectify this issue or replace the bike since I have informed them on very first day. I have raised this complaint in the yamaha portal as well. Since 2003 onwards Im into the Yamaha family and this time Im not hapy with the service and quality. Please take necessary action on this. I NEED A QUALITY RIDE, FOR THAT ONLY I PAIDE MORE THAN A LAKH. Afetr getting money the dealer is not taking any interest to resolve this which makes me unhappy relationship towards Yamaha.

          Hello,

          This is regarding my bike service with your yamaha service center. I gave my yamaha fz bike for servicing on 30th october 2017. I got my bike after service (Very poor service) on 10th november 2017, which is after 14 days. I am explaining the issues and my bad experience in detail for your better understanding.

          Bike model: yamaha fz (Ka03 jc 4249)

          As i met with minor accident i gave the bike for service and replacement of few damaged parts on 30th october. It has been clearly explained so many times about the issues which should resolved and parts which should be replaced. The service guy noted these things in his service book and updated the amount. As my home is nearby, i have visited your service garage so many times and reminded about the issues and part replacement. At last on 10th november they have agreed to deliver the bike after service, but i was totally disappointed with the condition of the bike.

          01. Alignment is not correct: major issue happened after accident is with the alignment of the bike. But these service people not checked these issues and delivered the bike without doing anything as they are not expertise or capable for checking or resolving this. This service center doesn’t have any expert mechanic. Only one guy i can see, but he is not at all capable of doing anything.

          02. Suspension issue: the suspension of the bike is not up to the mark and some sort of noise is coming after accident, still the issue remains same.

          03. Mudguard and headlamp of the bike has been replaced without informing and the old mudguard and headlamp was in good condition. I am wondering why these things replaced.

          04. Once i notified few things still not replaced (Silencer cover), they have replaced the same by removing from one of the new bike which they displayed in the showroom for selling.

          In short, it is totally disappointing that a world class company which is having a good brand value is allowing these kinds of people for looting money. I paid 7600 rupees and still all my issuesproblem exist and i lost my money and lost trust with yamaha.

            I have submitted my facino scooter (No-hr-26-de1709) on[protected] under accidental cover for repair, but after completed the more than month my scooter not get repair. Every time i called they give me the same excuse that we didn't have the damaged part & every time they said we repair on that day or always extend to the next date. When i called on the said date they have the same answer we didn't have the damaged part.
            I am tired of getting the same excuse & last few days they ignore my call by saying we just check & call you back but they didn't & when i call every time phone picked by the new person & they said the same thing i just check & call you back.
            This the worst experience of mine with yamaha, i dint even think of purchase any vehicle from yamaha in future

              At around 14:33 these guys have taken my scooter out without my permission and without a helmet and now i have got a notice from the rto for driving without an helmet

                I have owned a new yamaha fz25 (Purchased on 31st october 2017).
                Within 1 week period,
                1. The engine related part started rusting.
                2. The headlight corners are having moist inside.
                3. The gears are not smoothly shifitng.

                I forwarded my concerns to the mail address mentioned in the 'contact' of yamaha's official page and in the feedback page by 6th nov 2017 morning.

                मैंने नवंबर 2016 में यामाहा सलुटो बाइक खरीदी थी जिसका आज तक के कोई इंश्योरेंस पेपर नहीं दिया गया मैंने पूरा पेमेंट इंसुरेंस सहित दिया था आज एक साल तक मैं कई बार यामाहा शोरूम में गया शोरूम मैनेजर से बात किया डीलर से बात किया लेकिन हमेशा दो-तीन दिन का टाल देते हर जगह चेकिंग के कारण मैंने बहुत बार फाइन दिया हूं और जिसके कारण में मानसिक रुप से परेशान हो गया हूं पूरा 1 साल हो गया इंसुरेंस पेपर ही नहीं दिया गया मेरा नाम सुभाष मोहांबे Yamaha MP 48 एम क्यू 2375 भैंस देही जिला बैतूल मध्य प्रदेश से ली गई है

                  I got my yamaha ray servicing done from this service centre. Post which during the inspection, i found that rpm was high on the scooter which they rectified at the spot. However, the issue occurred again after 1 week. So i went to this service station after 2 months (Approx) to get this issue rectified. So, the mechanic resolved the problem again but after 2-3 days the problem occurred again. So i called the servicing manager and told him about the issue and he asked me to visit their service centre again.

                  So today i visited them again and tried to guide them that there are some gaps in the way they are looking at this rpm problem and that's why the issue has arrived for the third time. So, the manager replied like it was not their fault and he was not accepting it and started behaving rudely and unprofessionally. So i left the place and got my scooter checked from the local service centre.

                  I made a big mistake when i handed over my scooter for the first time to this yamaha service centre for servicing even after reading so many negative reviews about them on google. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy a yamaha automobile because of their poor services.

                    I have purchase fasino horn push button at chodavaram yamaha showroom on 26 sep 17, i will pay rs.120.00. The next day again it was broken now i have purchase same product at anakapalle yamaha showroom but i have pay rs.40.00 rupees only. So i have complaint to chodavaram shoroom marketing manager but he is not responding and he say that is survice charge. I had purchase fascino scooter spare horn push button at chodavaram showrooms dt 26 sep 17 .showroom charges 120.00 rupees but printed rate 40.00 rupees only.the next it was broken again i had purchase same think at Anakapalle showrooms dt-29 sep 17.charges 40.00 only so I will complaint to chodavaram showroom marketing manager but he is not responding, he say that is service charge.why i pay the extra charge without servicing.so I request to Yamaha management's quick action this complaint otherwisw i will copmlaint cosumer court.                       Problem in my yamaha fascino. When i ride my fascino a sound licked in front wheel and the vehicle is slowed when raised the excilator. Millage is very less.                         My bike giving missing on running engine all the time. When i went to yamaha service centre they cleaned fuel injector and charged me 650rs. Still iam facing the same issue. Even the engine is not powerful like before. Very much annoyed. When ever i visit them always used to charge 1400 for labour. Such a pathetic experience. Hope my complaint would get resolved immediately

                          I bought my yamaha fzs 2.0 from warangal happy motors. It was running good till 7500. After that my engine stops automatically after few km's and it will not start again it takes 5-10 mins time to start. Sometimes it even start even without traveling any kms. I told in the service centre when i gave my bike for service in service centre ashoka motors in uppal. I told them repeatedly that my bike has some problem. They told they we will check. They gave me back telling that your bike doesn't have any issue. I went to them next week telling i am facing the same issue again. They have tightened my clutch wire and told it's because of clutch. After 2 days again i went to them telling the same problem. They have tightened some nut near engine and told it's because of that. After that still infaced that issue. This time i took it to some other service centre in gatkeshar. Even they told the same. After repeated complaint the guys checked the issue and told there is some issue with power coil inside the engine and asked me to take to the service centre where i had my last service (Ashoka motors uppal). I gave them bike and told the issue (Ashoka motors uppal). They were really rude. This how yahama treats there customers???
                          I gave bike on saturday and still no response from them. I'm really frustrated with yamaha service. Will my issue be resolved? How long they take it? How can i escalate this issue?

                            I had purchased fascino from your vadodara nizampura branch in the month of july 2017. Now the back wheel of the vehicle is getting very hot after a drive. Average of the vehicle is coming to less than 30 kms per hour. Back wheel is getting too hot during a ride. Please suggest what should be done. Showed to your nizampura service center 02 times but they are not at all resolving the core issue saying all false statements.

                            Please suggest how should the issue be resolved. Who will be responsible if a fire occurs during driving due to the hot wheel issue or if anything happens due to this issue & if something happens to us.

                            I opted for yamaha as yamaha is a good brand but this type of poor services & ignorance of customers by your authorized dealers in vadodara gujarat.

                            Please treat this issue as most urgent & give me a suitable solution as this type of issues are due to technically reasons and poor manufacturing.

                            Hence please take back the vehicle & refund me the full amount.

                              Actually i changed handle of my fzs v. 2.0 on second service and then i had found some issue with it.                                       I, advait berde, own a 2016 yzf r3 which was involved in an accident on 18th september 2017. I submitted the motorcycle for repair, and i received it on 17th october 2017. Even after having kept the motorcycle for a month at the service center, i am facing a serious lack of proper repair. My chain is slacking repeatedly, and many of the parts which i had insisted on replacing due to the damage in the crash were overlooked. Some of them include the gear shifter lever and the rear brake disc.in spite of my repeated requests to the service advisor at my yamaha, malad (W), i was ignored and the problems persisted. They claimed to have replaced my oil after the crash, but the oil is completely black, showing tremendous wear, and the oil replacement indicator is flashing, indicating that the oil hasn't been replaced. Many of the spares which could have been claimed in insurance were ignored, and now i am asked to pay for the same. I find it completely infeasible to make repeated visits to the service center. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
