I bought my yamaha fzs 2.0 from warangal happy motors. It was running good till 7500. After that my engine stops automatically after few km's and it will not start again it takes 5-10 mins time to start. Sometimes it even start even without traveling any kms. I told in the service centre when i gave my bike for service in service centre ashoka motors in uppal. I told them repeatedly that my bike has some problem. They told they we will check. They gave me back telling that your bike doesn't have any issue. I went to them next week telling i am facing the same issue again. They have tightened my clutch wire and told it's because of clutch. After 2 days again i went to them telling the same problem. They have tightened some nut near engine and told it's because of that. After that still infaced that issue. This time i took it to some other service centre in gatkeshar. Even they told the same. After repeated complaint the guys checked the issue and told there is some issue with power coil inside the engine and asked me to take to the service centre where i had my last service (Ashoka motors uppal). I gave them bike and told the issue (Ashoka motors uppal). They were really rude. This how yahama treats there customers???
I gave bike on saturday and still no response from them. I'm really frustrated with yamaha service. Will my issue be resolved? How long they take it? How can i escalate this issue?

I am purchase yamaha f25 3 months ago i am go to second service i told my bike some place paint automaticaly removed and rust began but service man no response kindly solve issue ( very poor paint quailty fork, handly bar engine)

    Dear yamaha team,

    I had purchased fascino from your vadodara nizampura branch in the month of july 2017. Now the back wheel of the vehicle is getting very hot after a drive. Average of the vehicle is coming to less than 30 kms per hour. Back wheel is getting too hot during a ride. Please suggest what should be done. Showed to your nizampura service center 02 times but they are not at all resolving the core issue saying all false statements.

    Please suggest how should the issue be resolved. Who will be responsible if a fire occurs during driving due to the hot wheel issue or if anything happens due to this issue & if something happens to us.

    I opted for yamaha as yamaha is a good brand but this type of poor services & ignorance of customers by your authorized dealers in vadodara gujarat.

    Please treat this issue as most urgent & give me a suitable solution as this type of issues are due to technically reasons and poor manufacturing.

    Hence please take back the vehicle & refund me the full amount.

      Actually i changed handle of my fzs v. 2.0 on second service and then i had found some issue with it. So i told service employee on third service (Mayapuri) that i am facing such problems and they said its ok sir its minor problem we will fix it on your next servce now i am having hand problem what to do now not satisfied with your service center. Please fix this problem.

        Am purchase a new scooty in june 2017 from oswal motors delhi. Within in under warranty my scooty battery spoil then am goes to showroom he give me a new address of our service centre am reach at service centre then he again give me one new address of gobind battery he is excide battery delear am told everything to delear then he sadi give me a 250₹ i will change your battery otherwise am not change your battery. Then am goes to showroom he said no warranty of battery if you pay 250₹ then he will change your battery.               I, advait berde, own a 2016 yzf r3 which was involved in an accident on 18th september 2017. I submitted the motorcycle for repair, and i received it on 17th october 2017. Even after having kept the motorcycle for a month at the service center, i am facing a serious lack of proper repair. My chain is slacking repeatedly, and many of the parts which i had insisted on replacing due to the damage in the crash were overlooked. Some of them include the gear shifter lever and the rear brake disc.in spite of my repeated requests to the service advisor at my yamaha, malad (W), i was ignored and the problems persisted. They claimed to have replaced my oil after the crash, but the oil is completely black, showing tremendous wear, and the oil replacement indicator is flashing, indicating that the oil hasn't been replaced. Many of the spares which could have been claimed in insurance were ignored, and now i am asked to pay for the same. I find it completely infeasible to make repeated visits to the service center. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                This complaint is regarding the bad response from the service centre at sprint yamaha service on 27.10.2015 bearing vehicle no ka01ez3527, my vehicle is always given service only in sprint yamaha serive at kudlu gate.
                I had a major problem with my scooter with kick start and self start, one opf my friend took my vehicle to the service centre,
                Myself explained all problems via phone to the service advisor, his response was rude and moreover i asked him that the spare parts s available or not,
                He is not able to check the vehicle give us the prooper response.
                Last 2 times of my vehicle service i asked him the meter panel which is broken.
                Everytime the part is not available at the service centre,
                Then how can a service can be given to a customer without any part of the vehicle.
                I never had such a bad experience with sprint yamaha

                And finally they asked us to check with orion service centre agara, they even not able to provide a service advisor contact no.
                Where as i explained the problem of vehicle and he is neglecting to take an appointment.

                He so bothered of the traffic and he is advising me to get the vehicle on monday.

                  I am m s badajena.. I am purchase yamaha sz rr bikes from hindustan yamaha, bhubenswar on date of[protected]... Model no-sz150d.. Frame no-me1rg4518h0019040.. But i am facing lot of problem in my new bikes... First problem is colour fate problem... Secoond problem is head vitcher scratch automaticly,,, i am complaining hindustan yamaha on date of[protected] durinng my second servicing... I am also complaining in yamaha customer care in date of[protected]... Complain no is-ic-33157-y8z2 but any one not contact me yet...in hindustan moter technician said to me this not our duty,.. You should repair this any outside local service station... I am very un satisfied with hindustan moter service.. Any customer care representive not contact me yet...

                  Sir kindly look at this complain seriously and take some action regarding this complain...

                    I have left my bike on saturday that is on 21st october 2017 for repair work at om ganesh motors, shivamogga. They are taking so much time & saying that it needs them one more week to get the things done as to they have no new parts available. Time is really precious and you are making me wait for around 15 days to get things done. Please do sort out the issue as soon as possible. I have given the showroom service providers saturday morning ie 28th october 2017 as the deadline to get the repair done. I want my bike to be ready on that day itself as i have other commitments to be taken care of because i am totally dependant on my bike.

                        Hi, i am writing this review with exhausted condition after using yamaha fz v2 for just two months.
                        Everything is sensors, is what they claiming to sell this #.
                        Light always on to burn your battery, if you all then they will say like is rules as per the law.
                        Who made it why they made it no clue.

                        No kicker only self start is available.

                        My bike got break down after two months on road, i called all the useless service center for help but no one ready to help. Every one asked to bring the bike to the show room which is 20 km far from the place where bike break down.

                        Don't buy this # else you will be fooled by the technology they will offer which is only on paper.

                          We paid advance money for digital speedometer in service centre. They told that within one week the item should be received. Bt more than two weeks they didn't make any msg or call. We only need to call voluntary for details. Responsible person mr jai ganesh manager of the showroom i think so. Now we want that order parts or that adnavce money paid by us.

                            I have given my fasino 2nd service at laxmi international, arkere gate bannergattah road, bangalore on 14/10/2017.. When i get my vehicle back i found one side mirror is missing. I asked the person they said while tranfer the vehicle from ground floor to 2nd floor the glass hit somewhere and broken. And they will replace it and give in 1 or 2 days as they do not have stock. Now its been 10 days no calls from the representatives, i try calling the showroom nobody attending the call.

                            Note: when i hear the news i not even shouted the person as i can realize its an accident. But irresponsible action that not updated anything on this is really irritating.. Will the people work if i lost my mind and shout??

                              I purchase a yamaha fazer-fi at[protected] for ashish auto jhansi and i m unsatisfied for this vechile and servise this is vechile i m purchased on a date and create a battery problem and byke is not start on self. I m unsatisfied and i m going to yamaha service center and there staff is not provided good service and action and staff behaviour is verry rude i m verry unsatisfied please do action for ashish auto yamaha motors jhansi.

                                My complaint is regarding the service provide by vishal bikers world in tinsuksia aasam... Full address is a. T. Road, laipuli, dist. Tinsuksia (Code - 189.80)... Sir my bike got damage in an road accident, i contact the showroom and take my bike to showroom on 12 the oct 17.. I contact 2 to three time and also visit twice the showroom... They used to say it's diwali time we will repair it after diwali.. Still i agree it... But sir after diwali i contact the garage manager, atleast 10 time, but he is not attending the call... Then i visit the showroom today on 21 oct 17... The behaviour of manager is staff is very rude and they are taking nounse... Saying that it's my choose weather to pick up the call or not... I will not pick up the call...in these 8 days they thay even not touch my bike.. No work is done on itt... They provide me a estimate of 78 00 which i submit to my insurance company... Sir as a customer of yamha i really feel bad.. Service provide by the showroom really changing my mind to switch over other company... My bike is fz - 16, model 2015... Regd number.. Mp - 07 - mw 6921..

                                  From starting onwards i got frequent complaint against my bike. I made a service at a perfect date, sevice at singe service centre and purchase at same showroom. Im not a rash driver, single hand use.. Maintaining perectly still now.. But every time they will convence and says reasons only... But still not short my bike problems, i did't made an single accident.. But i spent more then 30, 000 still now problem in show room.. Every time i made a more than 4000/-.. This month they asking 9000. And they not provide a proper bill.. This time i wont take return my bike in showroom without clarification, this time also i wont any reasons and compramises.. They said engine problem so u need to pay for that.. But i use below 25000kms these 2 yrs.. Is the quality of yamaha engine? And mostly my bike in service centres only.. Still past 3 weeks my bike in show rooms only.. They said daily ur spares are not ready we are waiting for that.

                                    Kindly note that we bought the new fascino vehicle # tn73s9898 on 02.07.2017.
                                    We had starting problem and attended by m/s sakhthi motors on 01.08.2017.
                                    1st serviced on 01.09.2017 and again starting problem noticed and given to the same service centre on 29.09.2017 and no improvement.

                                    Please resolve this complaint.

                                      This complaint takes reference to the service which i had recently got it done at shanti motors on sept. 11th or so at velachery. My bike is yamaha fz-s version-1.
                                      First of all, the technicians who are working there are really uncivilized. They use un-parliamentary words in front of customers and literally abusing them. If i am not wrong, the person's name is saravanan.
                                      I had an issue with the self start and that was recorded during the time when i gave it for service itself. But when i got it serviced i found that the headlight is not functioning. Immediately it was reported to the service center and they had told me to come the next day for repair. I had gone there for the next two consecutive days and they were not bothered to do service. It was during this time, mr saravanan (Technician) started using abusive languages.
                                      And i must say, out of all the service centers i have visited, this is the worst. The condition of my vehicle is even deteriorated as it was before. Now within a month of the service, lot of problems have sprung up.
                                      The technician, out of frustration (In the two days when i visited) didn't assemble anything properly and i had it done locally.
                                      Really frustrated with yamaha and planning not to invest in yamaha vehicles hereafter.

                                        I purchased a scooty from yamaha dealer aar ess autocom, jamshedpur, jharkhand dated on 17/10/2017. I did a payment to dealer through cash rs.31010/ and rest payment through debit card rs.26191/ on same date. Dealer employee told me you collect a paper tomorrow due to festival rush (Dhanteras). Today, dealer denies for paper and demand extra rs.400/ for debit card swipe charges but as per knowledge no extra charge demand to customer in debit card swipe. When i told to dealer please give me in written he denies for written and do not give me a paper. Please lodge my complaint and take action against this types of activities.
