Hi
I buy a bike yamaha sz rr in 9 apr 2017 but this bike is not good and after 10 days its problms start and not start and its so many problems this type in last 6 month when i contact dealer then he repair it and bikes start and running 2 month after 2 months again this problms start and when i contact customer care they not reply my mail or call. So plz solve my problems and replace this bike.

    I gave my fzs for servicing. They have replaced the parts which are good. I told them to replace the one 'oil seal' but they are done for both (I did not feel they have replaced the second one. Which is good). Another one 'chock cable', few days (Less than 10 days) back i used this, it's working fine (They have replaced this as well). The bill only they can understand.
    No proper info for replacing the parts.

    For paid service they charged some money, along with this they are charged for others as well.
    1. Chain cleaning (They said it should be different from service)
    2. Consumable, i don't know what is this. No answer from service station
    3. Oil seal represent, not sure about this
    4. Brake fluid c/p, (As of i know this will be under service price)

    They are not clean properly, after reaching the home my hands become completely oil and my point back side as well (My seating place on the bike), after the service still, i can see some mud on the engine and backside number plate down.
    I raised the issue almost one month back, still, i did not get any info/complaint number. Its only show up from yamaha.
    Guys don't go for yamaha. It's very bad at a service station and head office as well. The service station people will be talking very proud

      Hello,
      A very good afternoon to who so ever is reading this email.

      I have been an owner of a different motorcycle other than a yamaha and hence, i was estatic to hear that yamaha is launching another motorcycle with 250cc engine capacity. I got the bike the moment i possibly could. I bought the bike from "tarun yamaha, gwalior". The said agency is not active anymore and since has been defunct.

      Please find below the details of my motorcycle

      During the last week of august, i was having a travel bug, therefore decided to travel to manali on the bike. It was raining very heavily, near mandi, so i slipped and fell. Bike's handle bar got crooked, windshield broke, the cowl broke, the left tank scoop got scarred and the left side tail cover broke too.

      I somehow was able to take my bike to mandi yamaha, the people there told me that spares werent available and the people helped me get back to road. We completed the trip by 27th august and came back, after coming back, i went to yamaha sector 63, noida and ordered the spare parts.

      It has been more than the waiting time of 15 days. It has almost been a month at this point and the people at the showroom have been rude, asking me not to call them. I am suffering a lot because i cannot ride such a bike. Its not healthy.

      The people at the agency are also getting very rude, asking me to stop calling them.

      Please resolve this issue or i will have to seek judicial remedies.

        I am facing some problem for my yamaha scooter, and all problem are created from service center. 2weeks ago i going to service center for my 7th pay service...after servicing i come back my home and after 2days i see front cover of my scooter which is fixed with nut-bolt all are broken...after broken from service center cover is fixed by feviquick gum..any body of service center do not inform me about that...now noise in coming all time when i drive my scooter...it is very painful for me..now what i do?

          Hi, i'm mahender singh, last month i went in yamaha workshop to repair my scooty in under iffco tokio general insurance, they kept my scooty for 20 day's. When i visited there they gave me two bill one for my insurance bill it was 4629 and another one was 315. They said we found some problems in your scooty that's why we cleaned tank & we changed spark plug. Without my permission they did this think.
          And they said u will get your all payment back from insurance company and i'm very upset that i got only 3200 back from insurance company.
          I'm very unhappy with all workshop staaf & insurance company. They should give clear and right communication to there clint. We believe that e verything is sysmatic and fare in workshops that's why people always choose workshop (Service center), but now this incident changed our thinking.
          I called so many time to iffco tokio customer care & yamaha customer care for help but i didn't get any help and support.

            charging more money even for free servicing

            I have done my first and second servicing of my fz25 from shiv yamaha, amaravati (Maharashtra). I think they have charged me more for it even though it was free servicing for me. When i got to know from one of my friend who is also having fz25 about his second servicing cost from some another yamaha showroom banglore. So please think about it because we beieve yamaha but if the post sale service is just for grabbing money from customers pocket...

            i was interested to buy yamaha fz16fi so i have visited your dealer in patan known as “harsh automobile” & booked new yamaha fz16fi (Black) and paid 5000/- as token on 26/07/2017 (Attached with this). I have applied for loan & get sanction by bank “the sarvoday co operative bank mehsana”. Bank has given pay order of amount 91980/- in favor of “harsh automobile” (Attached with this) mr. Laljibhai patel (Sales man (M):[protected]) has taken a month and make me fool for delivery where i standing deesa which is 50km away from patan. I have visited 5-7 time for delivery but every time i am getting many fool reasons. So after a month i have requested for my money refund.in that process he makes a week to give return my amount & given cheque on 30/08/17 (Attached with this). Then he requested for cheque back and given other cheque of hdfc bank by cheque no: 000041. Date: 6/09/2017 (Attached with this). i have deposited in my account and cheque is return (50/- debited because of return cheque) because of reason insufficient balance in your dealer account. My passbook attached with this & return memo. Now what you authorities are helping me in this?



            Because of this big story of your dealer your company is not suggestible to others and making fool to customer. And have at list no sense to treat customers and not stand on their commitments. Dealers represent yamaha company so the dealer is making your company value down.



            I have beard loss of money, interest & mentally headache. Hope you understands my whole issue & can help me out for this.

              I have given my bike for the service.I have issues with the pick up and Headlight
              .They charged me 6500 Rs for the Service and parts .They have changed my chain, clutch plates
              I don't know if that needs to be changed at the first place.
              Then in just 15 days pick up again goes down as it was before.Headlight is also not working

              Then I have taken my bike to the service center again.The guy was behaving very rudely. He was not ready to even see my bike .He was saying that I will not see your bike today and you can complain to whoever you want

              Not at all expected from Yamaha.

                I have bought Yamaha ray z from one of Yamaha dealers, Perfect Yamaha from Koramangala Bangalore city Karnataka state India a year back.i gave my bike for service, where these guys haven't done anything other than water service but claimed that they have sorted all the issues..i found nothing has done and showed them the proof and later they have apologised and asked the bike for servicing again..i have written copy from them..one of the most cheating dealers spoiling the brand name..perfect Yamaha contact numbers[protected], ([protected])...

                  I purchased yamaha alpha 2 wheeler from speed automobile, bhopal m. P. At 12/02/2016 and till now one & half years my registration is not provided by the dealer and company also not take any action against my complaint,
                  This vehicle is on finance by l&t finance pvt ltd, now the finance company is also call & message me for providing the rto number & i scan all my dealer documents so i found that the vehicle on road price is rs. 54012, and but the dealer is in quotation says that i will buy facino scooter which cost is rs 55500, and the amount finance to me is rs 55500, means the dealer cheat me and submit fake documents on fill of finance company including engine number is fake, ches number is also fake, the insurance name is also fake.
                  Now at this time i complaint in national consumer form my complaint no. 337169
                  The consumer form is say that this is a matter of 420 also so please also register a police fir for fake documents submission and i have all proof also
                  I call the asm of yamaha m. P. Mr. Arif mohmad and record the call also and they directly deny for giving me our official e-mail id

                    I, gaurav rawat, bought yamaha fz 25 with a full desire to avail your services to be a part of yamaha family but somehow now i think why have i bought this bike.

                    My bike got invoice on 28th may 2017, it had been more than 3 months since then my bike has not been registered. I bought it from sidharth auto, sohna road. Sales team over there are providing me illegal documents for the bike where the invoice date of the bike has been changed. This is to show any police person if he/she catches me.

                    I have every evidence and proof for the illegal things they are doing. I would like to inform kindly help me out with my registration or else i will have to take a leagal action against your dealership & yamaha.

                        I complaind about your sub dealer in kollam kadakkal area. My bike is saluto disc its just 6months old. Now a two months ago it has a problem i found. Bike is missing in starting and runng and i go to my service centre but still the date they dnt do any thing about that. They are not contact me. Plz do any thing.                           I bought my scooty on the date of 19/07/2017 its all most 2months i haven't received my registration no. They are telling my its the fault of the barashat rta but one of my friend got a suzuki gixxer he got his registration no.in just less than 20days and my dealer name is tanushka auto near kestopur kolkata-700059 please help me to get my registration no. As fast as possible

                            Iam using r15s 2017 model.. I gave my bike service in safety motors.. It's 4th free service.. After servicing they charged 1271...in that bill oill cost other consumables they put 777rs and then general labour work 499rs..in free service why they charging labour cost its first time... When i ask they told that consumables are come under labour cost.. They are cheating the customers.. Charging over cost..in erode supreme motors same service they charging only 800rs including all consumables and then after service my rear brake was not working properly nxt day i went there ask them but they not even responding properly and they told after two days it will work.. They answer without responsibility.. Another nxt day also went there no response.. All this incidents are because of not buying bike in his showroom... This is worst services... Please take action they spoiling yamaha company name...

                              Hi i brought a fascino from berhampur, ganjam, odisha yamaha showroom, after 1st servicing i went for 2servicing they cut receipt but not accepted for servicing so i went to bhanjangar yamaha showroom they also rejected to free servicing so i did paid servicing, even i have the offer for 5free servicing, then next i went for 3rd servicing at 11. 30 am on tuesday. Again they rejected for servicing and told its too late it's not the time for free service come tomorrow for servicing at 9.30 am. Wtf going on yamaha motors india will go down
                              It's prestigious fame due to some corrupt people in odisha, kindly solution the problem and check the irregularity of
                              Manor motors yamaha and durgadevi auto.

                                I submit my bike yamaha fzs in company work shop for some noice in front wheel they call me and say bearing will be change but there after they call me and say magwheel also broke from bearing break how its posible i feel that they broke magwheel somthing else and saw me thatbits happen from naturally not from them yamaha is a reputed company and it not give things his customer like this so please help me

                                  Worst service i have ever received from yamaha service center "anurag motors" bangalore.
                                  Since first service only the vehicle got lots of issues, like, low mileage, no pickup, chain socket/chain.
                                  1. Worst service, not even bothered about customer complaints and attend or solve the issues mentioned while giving for service
                                  2. Mileage drop from 50km to 36km/ltr. Even after 2nd service.
                                  3. Chain socket issue. Chain got lose within one month of 2nd service and fell down and stuck on wheel which causes me to went through with minor accident
                                  4. There are other lots of issues which i cannot type here, if i type then it will be like novel or it may take 8-10 pages of explanation.

                                  Overall the service and the bike or bike products are worst in condition.
                                  Within 4 months of purchase date the entire bike has lots of issues.
                                  They are making the customer fools by saying some are the other reason.
                                  As per service center guys, we need to maintain the chain by putting chain oil/lubrication oil every alternate day and need to tight the chain every week for every new bike.

                                    I bought fzs-fi bike in my city in sathyamangalam in sivabarathi automobiles last year (Nov 6) after buying when it reaches 400 km engine sound lots of noise and also when ever the engine gets heat bike automatically gets off then i do service for my bike after reaches 1000, 4000, 8000km i said about these complaints they said complaints are resolved but still i m facing same problem so please help to get over these

                                      I booked yamaha fz25 from akar motors, jaipur on 20/08/2017 which they told was refundable but i purchased the bike from shubh laxmi motors, jaipur on 24/08/2017 because akar motors salesperson was not doing the work properly.
                                      At the time of booking i was told amount is refundable but now they are denying my money and used unfair language against my brother.

                                      I have three vehicles from Yamaha one is the 125, saluto and alpha . Every time I going to service my bike the service time are not responding . I don't know what I did, it's not happening with me but it happens with many customer. The owners is very non friendly guys. They always but you in dark, I request you please solve it.
