I had given my r3 in the apex service centre in mira road thane for servicing.
However there were multiple things which were not done. Like the logo of the bike/ fairing setting was done when i came for the delivery, after sitting for an hour. Post servicing i also found out that even basic thing like chain was also not tightened.
However had kept the bike for 2 days as a part of right fairing was not set properly, still after 2 day delivery i was told that they had tried their best but nothing can done for the gap in fairings and the fuel tank, instead of a solution

    We have purchase facino from gc yamah vadodara on 05/08/2016 and just now completed 01 year but front jumper is not working and cover of front light is voicing and loose and when we go service center for service and repaire they only made service and replied that front light cover fitting is not possible.

    So, i think it is not good service or model is failed? When we are using this vehicle it run like 10 year old vehicle.

    So, kindly reply that it is not possible to repaire jumper and front light cover fittings or what?

    Also confirm that we can service our vehical to another service center?

      I have purchased bike on 31/5/2017 and from day one gears are shifting very hard. Initially i thought it might be due to new bike after a run problem will be solved but it increased more so i complained about it many times even on very first service i told to do so but still noise was there and after 15 days it was again so became hard and then on second service i again told to fix, that is today but no one entertained it properly and problem after service has increased far more. I had a good feedback of yamaha bikes but it has brought me shere bad experience and i want this to be fixed on immediate basis.

      Am purchased Yamaha facino on 20/2/2016...by still run 8000 something the backside sheck up gear was damaged they told no worranty about that ...nd can't be replaceble new one.

        I have yamaha fz. S i. Was using the from last three years and from last 8 months i was facing a pick up problem in my bike first was went to bahadurpura service centre they ask 4000 i paid but my issue was not resolved then they refer to attapur branch there also they asked money again i paid amount they said problem was rectify and they say to change clutch plate clutch belt then they asked for 8000 again i paid again after few days i got same problem in my bike. Then attapur incharge refer to balapur in hyderabad i went there he said that change the bore and piston i did that now he said run for a week i used for a week now im facing the same problem i have paid what they said i did now im going to media and consumer court if any body is good in yamaha company please contact me tommorow or else i will do a big mess

          I have purchased yamaha alpha disc from samukh motors, selaiyur on 26/09/2017 and my vehicle no is
          My vehicle no - tn 11 ac 0346 but sir most of the spare parts has been changed from old one, especialy disc, disc brake, bumper, back side handle. I suspect parts inside the vehicle might have been changed. At running 40 km p. H
          More vibration and noise were found
          I preferred black colour, but spare parts
          On back side is found cyan metallic sticker. L have attached a photo proof of disc, pumper, back handle. I am mentally tortured with this activity. Manager on that branch is very rude and irresponsible. At branch they did something with your suggestion. But i am not fully satisfied. Please replace my vehicle with new one. I hope you will do the
          Needful or else i will go to the consumer court.

            Hello team, the complaint is regarding fz 250 head light vibration which is creating blurr focus while driving.

            I gave 2nd free service in msp moto world, banashankri, bangalore and asked them to rectify as the domb, rear mirror and head light were vibrating and most importantly head light which is creating blurr focus as always i drive midnight while coming from office.

            Result was for some extent they fixed domb and rear mirror vibration, but the head light was not fixed not even 1%. While asking they said it cannot be fixed as this is built this way and nothing can be done to fix this.

            Bike being 250cc how you people cannot fix one simple head light and its manufacturing defect which service people cannot rectify.

            I want this to be fixed as i drive in midnight and can't take toss on this. Always i need to reduce my speed thought being 250cc because of blurr focus through which i cannot see road clearly and potholes.

            Request you to respond asap and rectify the issue.

                  This is very bad experience with your service centre as above given.
                  I had purchased yamaha r15s on april 2017.
                  Now i am facing the problem there are many sounds coming from engine. When i go service centre for the third duly service they people said this is the manufactured sound problem. They don't want solve my problem. They told me do what ever you want to do. They had done service but engine sound still and my bike is also at the service center.

                    Sir/m'am,
                    After purchase of my fascino in april 2016, i am regular with all the servicing on time, my be i have gone to different service stations at different times. Last time on 22 jul 17, i got 7th bonus servicing done through vijayalaxmi, vimannagar. As the running of vehicle was very less in the last two months due to outstation duty needs, i didn't opt for oil change. As the bill was of amount nil, i was not given any printed or any kind of bill. Only there is an entry in servicing handbook without any authorised stamo or signature. After raising complaint on 16 aug 17, i got a call from yamaha on 21 sep at 1602 hrs. Yamaha representative checked records & clearly told me that there was no entry/punching of the said servicing & that would debar me of availing extra warranty. When i told the representative that she should enquire and assert to servicing dealer for this lapse and tell me a way out, strangely, i got reply that further i should deal directly with dealer in this regard. There, the dealer is persistent with his remarks that when bill amount is zero, there should be no bill. This seems perfect plan of yamaha to make customers out of warranty cycle and save considerable exchequer after fleecing customers long enough. Please explain.

                    This is Amir kupar massar from shillong .today[protected] gave my bike for servicing but instead of getting fixed now there is a sound coming from the chain a very loud sound .. seriously it's a 1lakh bike and servicing being so pathetic.ill put this on Facebook... With a video. It s a Yamaha 250 Taking our money with pathetic service at shillong.

                      I, anbanantham working in bharat heavy electricals limited, tiruchirappalli have purchased yamaha fascino on 28/06/2017 in kavi motors, no.20 williams road, cantonment, tiruchirappalli-62001. (Chassis no. Meised122h0015367). I have completed my first free service on 29/07/2017. But the vehicle had broke down while running in the middle of the road on 14/09/2017. I informed the people of kavi motors, tiruchirappalli about the break down. They asked me to bring my vehicle to the showroom. But the vehicle is not in running condition, so i request them to collect my vehicle by the recovery vehicle or mini loading vehicle. But the showroom people refused to accept my request. They asked me to bring the vehicle to showroom at my own cost. But i didn't accept, so mr. Thillaivelu (Service supervisor) assured me to repay the cost of transportation of the vehicle. Then i sent my vehicle through a load vehicle to showroom on 21/09/2017. But they failed to repay the cost of transportation. So the load vehicle driver has bring back my vehicle to my residence. Then i rushed to the showroom and asked mr. Sudhakar (Sales manager) about my vehicle, but he replied arrogantly that they wont pay the transportation charges and "you may lodge complaint anywhere about me or about the showroom. You will get no reply. We can't concentrate on single vehicle buyer, by reaching consumer court also you cannot force me to do so" he added. Till now my vehicle is in my residence without being rectified. I expect your reply about my vehicle in this regard.

                          I buy a bike yamaha sz rr in 9 apr 2017 but this bike is not good and after 10 days its problms start and not start and its so many problems this type in last 6 month when i contact dealer then he repair it and bikes start and running 2 month after 2 months again this problms start and when i contact customer care they not reply my mail or call. So plz solve my problems and replace this bike.

                            I gave my fzs for servicing. They have replaced the parts which are good. I told them to replace the one 'oil seal' but they are done for both (I did not feel they have replaced the second one. Which is good). Another one 'chock cable', few days (Less than 10 days) back i used this, it's working fine (They have replaced this as well). The bill only they can understand.
                            No proper info for replacing the parts.

                            For paid service they charged some money, along with this they are charged for others as well.
                            1. Chain cleaning (They said it should be different from service)
                            2. Consumable, i don't know what is this. No answer from service station
                            3. Oil seal represent, not sure about this
                            4. Brake fluid c/p, (As of i know this will be under service price)

                            They are not clean properly, after reaching the home my hands become completely oil and my point back side as well (My seating place on the bike), after the service still, i can see some mud on the engine and backside number plate down.
                            I raised the issue almost one month back, still, i did not get any info/complaint number. Its only show up from yamaha.
                            Guys don't go for yamaha. It's very bad at a service station and head office as well. The service station people will be talking very proud

                              A very good afternoon to who so ever is reading this email.

                              I have been an owner of a different motorcycle other than a yamaha and hence, i was estatic to hear that yamaha is launching another motorcycle with 250cc engine capacity. I got the bike the moment i possibly could. I bought the bike from "tarun yamaha, gwalior". The said agency is not active anymore and since has been defunct.

                              Please find below the details of my motorcycle

                              During the last week of august, i was having a travel bug, therefore decided to travel to manali on the bike. It was raining very heavily, near mandi, so i slipped and fell. Bike's handle bar got crooked, windshield broke, the cowl broke, the left tank scoop got scarred and the left side tail cover broke too.

                              I somehow was able to take my bike to mandi yamaha, the people there told me that spares werent available and the people helped me get back to road. We completed the trip by 27th august and came back, after coming back, i went to yamaha sector 63, noida and ordered the spare parts.

                              It has been more than the waiting time of 15 days. It has almost been a month at this point and the people at the showroom have been rude, asking me not to call them. I am suffering a lot because i cannot ride such a bike. Its not healthy.

                              The people at the agency are also getting very rude, asking me to stop calling them.

                              Please resolve this issue or i will have to seek judicial remedies.

                                I am facing some problem for my yamaha scooter, and all problem are created from service center. 2weeks ago i going to service center for my 7th pay service...after servicing i come back my home and after 2days i see front cover of my scooter which is fixed with nut-bolt all are broken...after broken from service center cover is fixed by feviquick gum..any body of service center do not inform me about that...now noise in coming all time when i drive my scooter...it is very painful for me..now what i do?

                                  Hi, i'm mahender singh, last month i went in yamaha workshop to repair my scooty in under iffco tokio general insurance, they kept my scooty for 20 day's. When i visited there they gave me two bill one for my insurance bill it was 4629 and another one was 315. They said we found some problems in your scooty that's why we cleaned tank & we changed spark plug. Without my permission they did this think.
                                  And they said u will get your all payment back from insurance company and i'm very upset that i got only 3200 back from insurance company.
                                  I'm very unhappy with all workshop staaf & insurance company. They should give clear and right communication to there clint. We believe that e verything is sysmatic and fare in workshops that's why people always choose workshop (Service center), but now this incident changed our thinking.
                                  I called so many time to iffco tokio customer care & yamaha customer care for help but i didn't get any help and support.

I think they have charged me more for it even though it was free servicing for me. When i got to know from one of my friend who is also having fz25 about his second servicing cost from some another yamaha showroom banglore. So please think about it because we beieve yamaha but if the post sale service is just for grabbing money from customers pocket...

                                    i was interested to buy yamaha fz16fi so i have visited your dealer in patan known as “harsh automobile” & booked new yamaha fz16fi (Black) and paid 5000/- as token on 26/07/2017 (Attached with this). I have applied for loan & get sanction by bank “the sarvoday co operative bank mehsana”. Bank has given pay order of amount 91980/- in favor of “harsh automobile” (Attached with this) mr. Laljibhai patel (Sales man (M):[protected]) has taken a month and make me fool for delivery where i standing deesa which is 50km away from patan. I have visited 5-7 time for delivery but every time i am getting many fool reasons. So after a month i have requested for my money refund.in that process he makes a week to give return my amount & given cheque on 30/08/17 (Attached with this). Then he requested for cheque back and given other cheque of hdfc bank by cheque no: 000041. Date: 6/09/2017 (Attached with this). i have deposited in my account and cheque is return (50/- debited because of return cheque) because of reason insufficient balance in your dealer account. My passbook attached with this & return memo. Now what you authorities are helping me in this?



                                    Because of this big story of your dealer your company is not suggestible to others and making fool to customer. And have at list no sense to treat customers and not stand on their commitments. Dealers represent yamaha company so the dealer is making your company value down.



                                    I have beard loss of money, interest & mentally headache. Hope you understands my whole issue & can help me out for this.

                                      I don't know if that needs to be changed at the first place.
                                      Then in just 15 days pick up again goes down as it was before.Headlight is also not working

                                      Then I have taken my bike to the service center again.The guy was behaving very rudely. He was not ready to even see my bike .He was saying that I will not see your bike today and you can complain to whoever you want

                                      Not at all expected from Yamaha.
