I gave my fzs for servicing. They have replaced the parts which are good. I told them to replace the one 'oil seal' but they are done for both (I did not feel they have replaced the second one. Which is good). Another one 'chock cable', few days (Less than 10 days) back i used this, it's working fine (They have replaced this as well). The bill only they can understand.
No proper info for replacing the parts.

For paid service they charged some money, along with this they are charged for others as well.
1. Chain cleaning (They said it should be different from service)
2. Consumable, i don't know what is this. No answer from service station
3. Oil seal reaplesment, not sure about this
4. Brake fluid c/p, (As of i know this will be under service price)

They are not clean properly, after reaching the home my hands become completely oil and my point back side as well (My seating place on bike), after the service still, i can see some mud on the engine and back side numbeer plate down.

    Hi,
    This is prashant from bangalore,
    I had given my bike "fz" no "ka 04 hz5493" service to samruddhi wheels nelamangala, bangalore. With below points
    - fork disc seal leakage
    - battery issue
    Once service completed went to receive bike showroom incharge and technician told fork seal change and battery changed like that got feed back nd handed over bike to me.

    Next day found oil leakage in disk and huge abnormal sound from bike,
    Again went to show room to check the same thy told seal not change we need to change and supervisor telling chain was loose due to same sound is coming and technician is telling due to wheel bearing issue it's coming, now we don't have spare come tomorrow like that they said and sent back.

    Questions is-

    1) how to believe the showroom people?

    2) whether thy how done service or not?

    3) why wheel sound is coming after service?

    4) why they lied like seal changed?

    5) why they are not responding properly for there mistake?

    Kindly take necessary action or else i'll go to consumer court

      I am customer since 1 years i went for services to change my right signal light from back side servicing centre shillong meghalaya. But there is stock said by service employee. But other service employee told me that there is no stock. He told me that come after 1 week. I went there but he again told me that no product available. Again told come after one week. Now i fad up so now what i do. Service employee not cooperate today i went there to change signal light same problem. Now look in this matter to serve you service better. My vehical no: ml05p2341

        I gave my bike for 5 bike service and already i have intimated a compalint that i am having a trouble in engine noise but they didnt notice it and chain already got spoiled but they have adjusted it and didnt mention it to me while returning frm service. On the next day when i drive my bike got lot of noise from my chain and again took my bike to dealer, they told me chain spracket has went of and need to be replaced . I put leave 3 half days leave for this and they totaly charge me 3800 totaly including service am totaly disappiunted with this. Yamaha is a branded one but pls provide your dealer service with good one or take necesary action against your dealers. And one more thing we give to service to identify the problems by techinicians but here after taking from service the next day i told the faults to the technicians which are identified by me. This states whats the level of yamaha service technicians.

          The office is not professional at all. Vehicles coming after me were serviced before me. When i went to billing section, they said they will charge 1.85% extra and forced me to pay in cash instead. Can you tell me why would someone be charged to pay cashless? I am going to complaint against it with government too. How can you defeat the purpose of pm of india to go cashless. I have made the payment in cash, when i told them that i am going to complaint they delayed delivery of my vehicle even further. My motorcycle's registration number is up14cr4572.             Sir,
            I purchased one yamha salute 125cc from utkal auto mobile, kharbel nagar bhubaneswar, disha on 29/05/2017. I paid the full money & got the delivery of salute. After 1st servicing, fule meter was not working & defective. At the 2nd servicing time the birendra motors, jajpur road, japur, odisha was rectified the problem. After 2 days the same problem has been occures.
            I am facing difficulty.
            Kindly direct your dealer to immediately change the damaged meter soon

                  I was told that chain has to be replaced. After service completion, service center has not given original invoice of the product (Chain kit) installed. They said they dont give invoice of the original invoice of the new spare parts installed and just gave me service charge breakdown invoice including all the costs.
                  How can a customer be assured of the original or new parts being installed on the bike?
                  They also said there is no guarantee.

                  What kind of world are we in when customers pay the amount blindly!!!

                      Hello sir/madam!

                      Sub: complaint on vehicle

                      This is to inform you that i bought "yamaha ray z" on 8th jun'17 newly for the amount of rs.67, 035.00/- in "vardhaman motors at guduvanchery, chennai, tamil nadu. Since i purchased, i have been facing multiple problems like self start was not working properly, gets starting after multiple kicks, corroded foot rest within a month time and the average mileage is 15 to 17 kilometer per litre only. I kept the vehicle for 1st service on 16th aug'17 after the call where i orally informed all the aforesaid complaints to them and they have also noted down the same. After the service, they said it will take at least 3 services to set the mileage which was not convincing for me as they initially told me that it will give 45 kilometers per litre. It was apparant that, they just did water wash and did not attend any of my complaints mentioned. I got shocked when i saw the corroded foot rest again after the service. Hence i did mention in the feedback that 100% not satisfied and came back to home.

                      Service amount was rs.410/- but they charged rs.428/- and didn't even gave me the change of rs.2.

                        We had given for second service in hubli branch but they stated battery was not put up properly and also the bolt were placed reverse which cause harm to baterry and it's under warranty. I had taken bike from bangalore near domlur showroom and sent to dharwad. As per them it's fixing defect from bangalore branch. I have warranty and still no one is ready to replace even though it's some manual mistake not mine. I want batery replacement my bike is with service centre from one month.

                          I want to complain against autostart yamaha service centre, baruipur station road, subuddhipur, kolkata-700144.
                          My scooty ray zr has been serviced several time. But i am not satisfied by their service. The self start of my vehicle have been disturbing from 2 months. I told them in last servicing but they did not care about that. Last friday i went there again with the same problem. They told me that motor is not available. It has to be bring up. They couldn't say the right time.

                              I have purchased fz s v2.0 2017 edition on 23 may 2017. First servicing was done at 881km and now it was running 15k+ and engine start vibrating when speedometer shows reading 60 km/hr reading. It start at exact at 60km/hr when speed is 59km/hr it stops and some time it start vibrating when tachometer shows reading 3000rpm and some time engine runs very shouth hardly sound of engine can be heard.

                                I consulted the service center with a missing problem (Loss of power) which is more evident in ascents. They told me that i have to replace the cylinder and piston. They also recommended to replace timing chain, padding, tensioner and i agreed. I lost my 6300 rupees. The problem is not solved. The bike is behaving like lack of petrol in ascents. Even on straight roads slight missing is there. During descents, there is some strange intermittent but not so loud sound from silencer. I would never consult yamaha service center. Local mechanics won't loot the customers. They will always first try to repair, not to replace everything as yamaha service center people do. I have kept the bike in service center for more than 15 days. Still no use.

                                    I have purchased yamaha fzs in 2014 military green color and at that time i also purchased protection plus.
                                    My guarentee is upto 5 years and 70000 kms.. Neither the time has expired nor the kilometers. My bike is not working properly and there is some fault in the engine.
                                    The repairman is saying that problem is with carbeurator assembly. I told them about protection plus and hey are not listenening to me. Time and again i visit there but in vain.
                                    Every service is done at yamaha showroom and before time.
                                    Carbeurator is of 5000 rupees and is under warranty.

                                    Kindly help me out or else i will visit the consumer court.

                                      This complaint is about registration of yamaha ray which is being delayed by 7 months. Is the dealer in middle playing or i don't know what's the issue. His phone is either switched off or he doesn't pick. He is been postponing the registration unnecessarily. What should we do now? Please take the necessary action on that dealer and make the registration as early as possible either do the registration by this friday or return our amount. We have lost our patience. Kindly do the needful.

                                        Sir, i wanted if fz v2 fi, front fork suspension comes under warranty, because my fz bike's front suspension having oil leakage problem, i bought the bike at 10/05/16, and also i wanted to know if we have to complete all paid services, because i have completed all 6th free services but had to pay for engine oil, and my next paid service is not yet time as it is said to be at 18000 km and currently my bike has completed 12000 km and if i complete all paid services then the last paid services would be at 30000 km, so do i have to claim all paid services to claim warranty, kindly help me sir.
