I have shown some issue wit the front suspension and the employees didn't have a look and says to come later.. Later without test riding just by scanning with their naked eyes said to change the interior parts of the suspension and later says that d parts r unavailable... Wasted my time alot... Money minded management.. Not taking the complaints too... Always trying to collect money just by replacing the parts without either trying to work...

long delay in vehicle registration

I have purchased yamaha sz rr v2.0 on 25.05.2017 at eastern auto distributors, berhampore, murshidabad, wb but no vehicle registration number has been intimated till date. The dealer had told that the papers has been submitted but no sms showing registration number has been received. It is almost two and half month past i have purchased the bike. Facing problems to move vehicle outside the district....

I purchased a Yamaha Fascino scooter in February 2017. It is August now and I have not yet received a helmet (part of the vehicle's free accessories which they actually charged for).

Since the month of purchase till now, I keep visiting the company dealer more than hundreds of times and always sent back home empty handed with a FALSE promise stating that I will get it the next week. It has been I do not know how many weeks...

That time they promised that i will be getting my bike num in next 8 to 15 days. I waited for so long but didn't got any update from them. So went to store and found that showroom was closed. Then came to know that it got closed...
