Please refer to the discussion the undersigned had with your officials regarding poor service rendered by perfect riders # 127, lalbagh road, bangalore' 560 027. On march 16, 2017, i had given the vehicle for service at perfect riders wherein an amount of rs.1600/- (Rupees one thousand six hundred only) was charged for repairs and service. However, the following defects were noticed and informed to mr. Norbert, service manager immediately. But no action taken till date.
1. Rear brakes not working properly, inspite of changing new brakes.
2. Rear side indicator not working properly resulting in breakage.
3. Entire set of locks and keys were replaced. However while leaving for service ignition keys which was replaced newly was broken.
4. Oil leakage from the vehicle, which has been recurring for many months, inspite of repeated request no action has been taken.
5. Indicator switch broken
Please rectify the above issues of my yamaha rx-100 immediately within weeks time from today, since i have been suffering for past 4 months. Regards,

    Dear sir
    My father has owned a fascino before 3 months. He has changed the speedometer cable before one week. For 2nd time it has damagad. The horn is not blowing well your servicemen has repaired it 4 times but for fifth time it is out of order now. For horn and speedometer we are facing problem. It is very disgusting to run to your service station again and again.
    Please sort out the problem and save us from further problem.

      I was using bajaj pulsar from 2006 to 2015 and very much happy about the service which was provided by the bajaj team. On 2015 october i thought of buying royal enfield motor cycle but they were asking for 6 months time so i tried other brands.

      Lots of research i decided to buy yamaha fazer v 2.0 but that was my bad decision i have taken ever. I had visited “daiwik yamaha showroom, kadappakkada, kollam” around 8 to 10 times to resolve the particular issue (Not starting my bike).

      The issue is happening since last 1.5 years and your service people are not able to resolve the issue. Yesterday night also i faced the same issue and now my vehicle is somewhere on the road.

      I am really frustrating with your service. Requested you to advice what should i do next?

          I gave my bike to service... Bike had a mileage and chain noise... But they done water wash and gave it back... They only doing for money minded... After two days battery full dead... I think they theft or changed a battery... Before that my battery was nice... Now my bike can't start... Just jammed in my home... You must resolve this. Already i compliant about this issue last year. It service costs 2155 rupees... Not worth for that much. Local service centre is better than yamaha service centre...

            Sairam motors padi is the worst sales and service center, i gave my bike for service the initial quote was 5000 rs but latter they charged me 19390 rs.
            They did not intimate me for any change of quote. They dont have any technician to repair parts. Replace all parts is their policy.

            - they are only "money" minded and not customer centric.

            Yamaha should seriously throw all these fraud useless dealers. Its is going to impact yamaha.

              Dear sir/mam,

              From last few weeks i am facing a problem with my bike yamaha szr version 2 of dec 2016 model, that it got off and stuck so may time during rain and giving problem in self start.
              When i have showed my bike in jm motors, sector-63, noida. Which is an authorized yamaha service centre, they told me that this problem is due to battery and for battery problem you have to concern with the dealer from whom you bought the bike or else you have to go directly to the exide battery service centre. I always used to go for servicing in the same but i always faced issue after servicing also.
              So now tell me that for each and every problem regarding my bike i have to wonder here and there individually for each and every part. Your authorized service centre is having no responsibility regarding the same. And for what they stand for if we have to go regarding each part of the bike individually.
              I want to know that this is not the responsibility of your service centre that our battery should be checked or replaced from there end. They should process it or else the customer should wonder here or there.
              One more concern i am having all my services are done from jm motor noida sec 63 and since i am doing the service, the bike is troubled, the service does not even do it properly., no one tell me in the jm motors, sector-63, noida service centre that without battery there may be problem with the bike, so don't use the bike without battery as my bike battery is in exide service centre. And when i called them back so no one is answering my phone calls also. The other service centre mechanic told me this thing that don't ride it without battery, otherwise you have to face issues with other damages without battery. This is yamaha service.

                  This is for your information, on 15/07/2017 i was visited apco automobikes jail road, calicut for second service and accident repair.

                  1. My satisfaction was lost when i was deliver the vehicle. The headlight silver plate black dotes. The sales person ask for this, when service time it will replace. But my second service also still they not replace it. (Check the attached image)

                  2. On 15/07/2017 for an accident work, i was replace some parts with silencer outer cover. The new fitted part also damage (Check the attached image)

                  3. After dealer visit, heavy noise from engine area.

                  I am totally dissatisfied

                  I need a solution for this. Otherwise, i'll go to consumer court for the same.

                    With reference to my complain dated 19 Jul 2017.
                    The authorised dealers of India yammaha motor pvt ltd, PERFECT RIDERS, Lal bagh road, Bangaloreis very useless and careless with the costumers. When ever you do any type of complain they do not listen to the costumers.
                    My complain was very simple. The servicing station supposed to open 9 am as the board is displayed. But they are opening at 9.30 am. secondly the surrounding area is not cleaned. YOu can not stands there. The watch man does not know any thing. He was sleeping in plain clothes instead o[censored]niform.
                    When the staff came and I asked about the timing they did not pay attention to listen to me.

                      Sir, i have purchased yamaha fascino on 20th october 2016 from marvel yamaha narayanaguda hyderabad. Vehicle no. Ts08fb2715. The reason to purchase the vehicle is mileage. As company gives 66 kms, but atleast i should get in between 45 to 50 kms.
                      Regularly i check mileage and i am surprised to see that the mileage of my vehicle is between 32 to 35 only. Since then i had issues regarding mileage. I have completed 4 services and the service is done from ashok motors, uppal hyderabad. Every time i complain about low mileage, the reply given by the manager or the staff is that the system is company fitted hence we cannot do anything in this matter. This is very bad on their part. Since yamaha is a brand, getting such replies not fair.
                      Such types of issues may damage the image of yamaha.

                        I purchased new fz2t5 on june 20th frm moharir yamaha, rajiv nagar, nashik, maharashtra. It is infact a good bike but the quality of mac wheel dosnt seems to b good. I got my bike in a pothole at 60km/hr and my bith mac wheels got damaged. Plz see to this conplaint. And i was not just normal bike itz fz25 being so heavy bike how can the wheels be so less shock absorber?...

                          Hi team,
                          I am facing issue in fuel level indication on meter which is particularly reserve level is not displayed and f - is not at all displayed now when fuel level is low that make my long journey as a hard-nut. Moreover, i have checked in svc but they are not responding properly and they haven't diagnosed the aforesaid issue. Could you please assist me on this.

                          My bike is 15 months old only and has covered 13000kms.

                            Hi,

                            Today (Jul 17, 2017) morning i have given my bike service after 3 months to cag (Sathy road, coimbatore - 12).
                            The assure that will give on wednesday (Jul 19) but evening i received a call from the service supervisor that air filter, clutch oil rod, brake shoes, chain some nut & bolt we not available with them, so i[censored] get those then once we will proceed the service of those since they were not product available.
                            I have given to the authorized service only then why it was not available?
                            I ask him whether they started the service, he said "no" they i informed him stopped the work. I will collect at evening to take my bike.

                            Also it has been a negative scenario. While questioned upon they mentioned GST was the reason because of which the parts are not available. Not sure if it's a Yamaha authorized service center, it might require stringent action to be taken against these type of issues. The service manager named guru from the branch met us but hardly had a discussion and left off abruptly stating service person would assist and the service person informed that we need to talk to the general manager regarding anything further. If it goes in iterations the purpose of service s lost.

                            This is Mrinmoy Chakraborty. I purchased Yahama FZS - 2GS6 (150CC) bike which Engine No. G3J3E0035179 & Chassis No. is ME1RG4424H0025144 from Tanushka Auto (Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129) on 16.05.2017.Till today I am not receive Registration No. & Blue Book of my bike.

                            I ask regularly for my bike Registration No. & Blue Book but they are giving excuses day after day. This is not tolerable at all. Is this your service which Yahama's authorised dealer provide. I am very unhappy with your service. Please look after this matter.

                              I have booked yamaha ray zr disc on 30th june with hdfc bank loan number 49066839 which loan amount as paid by bank on 3th of july down payment of 25744 paid on same day, but still now i am not able to take delver of my new bike and i went 3 time to showroom simply responded will check and intimate but they not even call me once till now and daily i am calling to land line number and mobile number same replay coming in phone also but they are not call back me

                              Kindly help me out to get my delivery else cancel my booking i will book same were else were i can get the proper response

                                I have booked yamaha saluto from sakshi motora on 3rd june 2017 and paid 51000 advanve. After 4 weeks also he has not delivered me bike. So i have asked for refund. Dealer mr. Ankit fraud has given cheque of 51000. Cheque got bounce due to insufficient balance. Still payment is pending with dealer. He always give false commitment. No proper response from yamaha india also. Dont buy bike from yamaha.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am writing this on behalf of my friend mr. Praveen due to the worst service provided by one of you dealer : shinrai yamaha (Shinrai automobiles pvt. Ltd) maradu kochi ph.[protected]

                                  He has given his bike (Fz) for service 3 days back due to some complaints and for a full service as he wants to go for a long ride.
                                  The service executive crosschecked the bike and assured that the bike will be given us back on end of the day itself.
                                  He had a good trust in your service
                                  But the dealer proved that it's not.
                                  He faced too much delay to get his bike back. Whenever he calls they said some unwanted reasons, so we went directly to the service station on the next day. The bike was there itself where we kept yesterday, they havent even move from there.
                                  We decide to give a complaint on this thereitself and enquired about the procedures, but the information we got was to write feedback on a white paper nothing else.
                                  After seeing that great service feedback procedure we left that decision and informed them to give back the bike after servicing on the next day, then we waited until we get a call from them and that call was today afternoon.
                                  Bieng happy we both went there to collect the bike but we were shocked after seeing the bike because what they did was, they have given a waterwash only, didnt even rectified the complaints and gave us a bill of rs.2000 above (Rs.2000 for a waterwash?)
                                  We couldnt ask or talk to them anything since we have already experienced what we are gonna get..

                                  I dont want any refund, but please give us a good service?, why you are not looking at your dealers while giving worst service to us?
                                  Whom should i contact or whom should i reach to inform this?
                                  Please give me proper answer.
                                  Or else am i gonna get the same way of help which i got from your dealer?
                                  Awaiting for your response and looking on what action you are gonna taken
                                  And please do anything to hold your goodwill on service.
                                  Please take this matter seriously
                                  And kindly think the worst service they have given and we faced which lead us to write this mail.

                                  The bike after the service battery has some problem even after replacing this it keeps turning off in the middle of the road this is very ridiculous

                                      This is durai. I have facing cheating problem at yamaha sri motors showroom, they cheating me 500 rupees

                                      After i raising my complain to yamaha

                                      After that one rood lady contact me and ask me like badly and harshly. She said if you want your money go and collect from that showroom.

                                      Again yamaha proofed how they treating customer.

                                      I need to know how this time they ll give me that money.

                                      So they are cheating,,, just thing... How many people cheated by yamaha...

                                      I have facing lot of insulting from yamaha... For getting my own money.

                                      Now am not supposed to get my money from that showroom...

                                        Dear sir i have yamaha r15 which i have purchased in oct'2015 and now im facing a series issue about bike starting.
                                        When im trying to start bike it takes time to start and after goes few meters it takes # like no fuel and yellow indicator blinking continuously.
                                        I have shown at authorized service center and mechanic told me that i have to replace one coil which will cost me about 1000 rupees.

                                        Please replace this part under warranty as only 18 months over after purchasing my bike.
