Dear sir,

I am writing this on behalf of my friend mr. Praveen due to the worst service provided by one of you dealer : shinrai yamaha (Shinrai automobiles pvt. Ltd) maradu kochi ph.[protected]

He has given his bike (Fz) for service 3 days back due to some complaints and for a full service as he wants to go for a long ride.
The service executive crosschecked the bike and assured that the bike will be given us back on end of the day itself.
He had a good trust in your service
But the dealer proved that it's not.
He faced too much delay to get his bike back. Whenever he calls they said some unwanted reasons, so we went directly to the service station on the next day. The bike was there itself where we kept yesterday, they havent even move from there.
We decide to give a complaint on this thereitself and enquired about the procedures, but the information we got was to write feedback on a white paper nothing else.
After seeing that great service feedback procedure we left that decision and informed them to give back the bike after servicing on the next day, then we waited until we get a call from them and that call was today afternoon.
Bieng happy we both went there to collect the bike but we were shocked after seeing the bike because what they did was, they have given a waterwash only, didnt even rectified the complaints and gave us a bill of rs.2000 above (Rs.2000 for a waterwash?)
We couldnt ask or talk to them anything since we have already experienced what we are gonna get..

I dont want any refund, but please give us a good service?, why you are not looking at your dealers while giving worst service to us?
Whom should i contact or whom should i reach to inform this?
Please give me proper answer.
Or else am i gonna get the same way of help which i got from your dealer?
Awaiting for your response and looking on what action you are gonna taken
And please do anything to hold your goodwill on service.
Please take this matter seriously
And kindly think the worst service they have given and we faced which lead us to write this mail.

The bike after the service battery has some problem even after replacing this it keeps turning off in the middle of the road this is very ridiculous

hope so we get some good feedback we have already faced the issue thrice on road which is very pathetic

    I have purchased yamaha rayzr in nov 16, but not received smart card till date. 5 to 6 times visited the shop but not delivered, saying not yet received the card. How it is possible? Tanuska auto os kestopir, kolkata is not co operating at all times. Pl look into the matter & arrange for delivery the card. Sayanti patra.

      This is durai. I have facing cheating problem at yamaha sri motors showroom, they cheating me 500 rupees

      After i raising my complain to yamaha

      After that one rood lady contact me and ask me like badly and harshly. She said if you want your money go and collect from that showroom.

      Again yamaha proofed how they treating customer.

      I need to know how this time they ll give me that money.

      So they are cheating,,, just thing... How many people cheated by yamaha...

      I have facing lot of insulting from yamaha... For getting my own money.

      Now am not supposed to get my money from that showroom...

      If you doing like this

      Ill do this legally.

      Kindly yamaha give solutions for this incident.

        Dear sir i have yamaha r15 which i have purchased in oct'2015 and now im facing a series issue about bike starting.
        When im trying to start bike it takes time to start and after goes few meters it takes # like no fuel and yellow indicator blinking continuously.
        I have shown at authorized service center and mechanic told me that i have to replace one coil which will cost me about 1000 rupees.

        Please replace this part under warranty as only 18 months over after purchasing my bike.

          Hi, we purchase a new bike from main show room, first they said we hv 5 free serving but now we completed only 1free service only ..when I visited for second services they took money from rs 680 they saying we r not doing any free services, and one more in Srikakulam district in narsannapeta Peta Yama show room they never doing services ..they simply siting they saying we don't hv any man to do services here, I'm regret after buying this bike, pls try to help this problem for this district .thnkx

            I'm from kolhapur. The service centre i'm talking about is farmo road corporation. The official time of the service centre is till 6:30 which is mentioned here. I reached at 3:20 still the service guy refused to even oil my chain which hardly takes 5 minutes.

              I feel very disgusting about sri motors yamaha showroom at porur. they cheating me 500 rupees.

              I pay advance amount for buying a new r15s bike at this showroom. They need 2000 rupees instantly booking amount they not said anything before i pay.

              Then

              Am waiting for the loan approval but its not sanction for me.



              So i cancel that booking. Then ordering on other branche they given me a bike within 3 days.

              Then now

              I want to refund my money from sri motors yamaha showroom. Porur

              Thay said we'll charge 500 of your booking charges. They not given me before that charges. they try to cheat me

              It's like a cheating all the customers...

              Now am not get back my money even 2000 from that showroom they are cheating me a lot.

              I need my full money back... As soon as possible...

                Dear sir, i purchase a new yamaha r15 in january 2017 and the 3rd service of bike is due. Your kangra dealers has informed me on 3rd or 4th july 2017 that your service is due. So on the dated 08 july 2017, i went to thakur automobiles (Thakur building, taxi chowk, totu, shimla-171011 (Power house) which was atleast 13-15 km away from me. The timing of service station is monday - saturday till 10.00 am to 6 pm as shown in his web page. They also mentioned their contact numbers in their web page which are (+[protected], [protected]). I try to call in these contact numbers atleast 5-7 times, but no one pick the call. So i went their and reached at 11.45 am and that time the service station was closed. I try to contact again that time but no one pick the call again. So i ask the nearby people about the service station and they told me that the timing of opening the service station is 02.00 pm. So i start wait till 02.00 pm. After 02.00 pm, the owner of service station came and i told him that the service of my bike is still pending and he replied me that service can't done today. Then i told him that i am still waiting since 2 hours and calling you 5-6 times, if he would pick the call and tell all this before then i never came here yet. I found your address and contact numbers in your site that u own mentioned. After this owner start misbehavior and talking rudely with me. He said i don't mentioned that information in the site, even company (Yamaha) did this and u can talk to him, hope can u blame me.??. It is not my fault. He often say me that "just do, what you can and go anywhere".
                Dear sir, if your dealers deals with customers like this, i never want to become your customer in future. I have a tvs apache before purchase yamaha r15 on january 2017. And they never did this type of behaviour. So i request you sir that tell your dealers that never use this type of behaviour with your customers.

                I purchased yamaha Alpha on 8.4.17 but till date i didn't received RC book. I have visited showroom talked to owner but they are irresponsible.this month police put a case on me & I paid the fine. If your yamaha company will not take this mail seriously then is I'll file case on you & face consumer court. Details are attached with this mail.

                    The scooter that i purchased 1 month back which is yahama ray zr, which is not in a condition as its a new bike but the issue with battry and wirings are not proper from the day one i am facing batry issues as well as my self is also not working and during my 1 free servicing i infored the mechanic about all the issues he cleard tat but again after 10 days the same issue occurs now its time for second service and still its same i am fedup with the solution as they are still not doing the things tat is needed. Please help on this or else it will directly escalate to the head of clusters its a request to you solve my concern or give me a replacement

                        Myself Mantosh Bord a customer of two wheeler YAMAHA Saluto 125 bearing chassis no.MEIRE1214F0003216 & engine no.E3PIE0003541 and vehicle no.OD11D-8103 want to draw your kind attention that in our locality we are facing a serious problem of spare parts of your company in the market as well as in service station. For last 20days we are unable to find the spare of Choke Piston for which I am facing a major problem. So, I humbly requesting you kindly advice to service station of Baripada (SAHA & COMPANY Code:-87400)to provide us the spare parts at an earliest.

                          It is my 2nd complaint, my vehicle chasis no - me1re1211g0029001 (Saluto). I have purchased this vehicle in jan'18. After purchase of this vehicle i got severe back pain because of rear shock absorber did not function properly. I have made complaint & same is replaced now. I told the service engineer that the front shock absorber is also not working, they told me that because of the rear shock absorber it is not functioning, now also i feel it is not working. Within 6 month the vehicle battery is dry and my self stater is not working & horn not working. I am totally disappointed with the vehicle performance.

                            I am from kota rajasthan i have given my accidental bike to company in march and its july they have not even touch the bike even after have the survey done from the insurance company side they had also given permission from their side then also i am very much disappointed from your service i am in full of anger i will take this matter to consumer court against your company i am fully fed up and your customer care service is also worst ever call center they did not even pick up my call even after 15 mins on hold worst public support from you guys i will sue you in court you all

                              This is to inform that I, Gaurav Rawat who had bought YAMAHA FZ-25 Model No.B[protected]A from SIDHARTH AUTO, SOHNA ROAD on 28th May 2017 VIN No. ME1RG4215H0014860 is facing a lot of problems since the day after purchase.

                              The problems are mentioned below :-

                              1) There was a leakage of engine oil from a part of main engine. Same was told to Mr Ajit (Service GM) he had replaced the part.
                              2) I told them that my clutch is quite hard and gear shifting isn't smooth, Mr Arvind (Service Head) tried to resolve the problem tried to reslove the same by doing some adjustments however he was successful in that. Then I conveyed the same message to Mr Ajit. He recalled my bike to the service station and as per him he has changed the part. He had changed the clutch plate, however still I am not satisfied with the quality of work as my clutch works really very hard and I am facing problem while changing the gears.
                              3) The swing arms of my bike aren't up to the quality as I am into riding my bike in city however the quality is so bad that it couldnot resist the normal bumps in city. Mr Ajit said me to change it via company and still it hasn't been changed.

                              The main concern of mine is that my bike is driven only 2400km and there are so many problems in it. What will happen when I will drive it more than 10, 000 km?
                              Yamaha is know for its quality of product, refined engine and technology, but you guys aren't able to keep these things up to the mark. Its sad to say.

                              I have attached the pics of my bike and related concerns.

                              I am waiting for your revert or I will need to find some other way to raise my concerns so it could pinch you the way these problems are pinching me.

                                  I bought a new Yamaha Ray ZR at Seasons Motors, Trichy road, Coimbatore. With in a week time, I found lot of problems like vibration, non functioning of front shock absorbers, engine off while driving, mileage issues, etc.
                                  In this juncture, I am not willing to get the same vehicles after repairing. I need new replacement vehicle after doing inspection by your service engineers.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I bought the new yamaha ray zr february 2017, after that i love very much in yamaha bike so, that i bought second hand bike yamaha fzs (Bike number: tn 22 cw[protected] model) from my friend and he told me to do service, march 2017 end.
                                      I went yamaha service center 24-april-2017 on general service. I told to supervisor mr. Hariharan and mechanic name mr. Bala “this is my second hand bike, in my bike having following issues,
                                      1. Fuel indication is not working properly.
                                      2. Left side indicator not working.
                                      3. General service.
                                      And then i told to him, i don’t know this bike where it’s serviced before i bought, please check the bike a to z, if anything want to change means, please change immediately” like that. Those are call to me your bike is ready amount is 5770.52/- please come and collect your bike.
                                      Next day (25-april-2017) i taken the bike from yamaha service center, that time itself fuel indicator was not working, i was asking to mr. Hariharan, he was told me fill the fuel automatically it will work otherwise inform to me like that. Within one hour i was informed to him fuel indicator was not working and left side indicator also not working. He said “one pause not available in our service center so next service i will change and give to you don’t worry”. After a week bike was automatically off while am riding, so i back to service center again.
                                      But, within week my bike has following issues,
                                      1. Indicator not working,
                                      2. Self-start not working,
                                      3. Speedometer not working

                                      Again went to yamaha service center on 23-may-2017, those are told me, we will find the problem then call to you back like that, i got call from yamaha service center those are told me following the issues,
                                      1. Speedometer want to change,
                                      2. Rectifier want to change,
                                      3. Wiring problem,
                                      4. Headlight doom want to change,
                                      5. Self-motor want to change
                                      6. Etc.,
                                      I directly visit to service center submitting bill copy for speedometer and service bill 24-april-2017 service bill everything, those are told me will try to get the warranty from service center, please give me a bill copy. I submitting two bill copy yamaha service center. After two to three days later those are told me, it’s not cover the warranty you want to pay for again like that. I asked to him now you’re saying wiring problem that’s why it will affect for all electronic part means why you’re not checking for first time itself. What are the complaint i was given on 25-april-2017 still day that problem not solved, those are not finding the issues to solve.
                                      If i am asking question means supervisor forward to manager, the manager till day on-wards he is not taking any responsibility to solve my issues, even no one can taking responsibility. If i am asking mean those are rising hand to some, simply wasting my time. Those are lost my two bill copy also.
                                      Approximately 9000/- [nine thousand rupees] was spent for service in yamaha service center within one and half month. The service center, those are checked and serviced well means i won’t lost this must of money. Now again those asking to pay for me more than 6000/- rupees. My bike still in yamaha service only and herewith i have attached last service bill copy. Please consider my issues and solve me as well as soon. I really felt very bad about yamaha service center chrompet chennai. More than one month my bike there in yamaha service center chrompet chennai only. They waste my time and money. I suggestion people please don't go for bike service to yamaha service center chromepet chennai. Very bad service i ever seen.

                                      Please don't go to Yamaha showroom for bike service for me within one month two time i was changed same parts in Yamaha Service Center chrompet chennai. If you given complaint mean no one give the proper solution for us. First time i was paid 2850/-, second time i paid 5770 and third time i paid 6501 rupees, so that don't go to Yamaha Service Center those are cheating us. If asking bill means GST not enable in Yamaha so come and collect after one week like that those told. Totally cheating for Yamaha Service Center again and again don't go to Yamaha Service Center don't waste your money and times.

                                        I own a yamaha fz-s v2. I gives my bike to service center and get back with a problem.in second service the mechanic broke the side wind shield but company denied to replace the part.in 7th service they broke the mudguard and again happened the same. There's no customer satisfaction in yamaha. So there's any way to get solution? They charged 350 only service charge plus parts oil and other charges extra. Besides this cost of parts broken by them, bear that too. So overall service cost is like you have given your car for service.
