Please refer to the discussion the undersigned had with your officials regarding poor service rendered by perfect riders # 127, lalbagh road, bangalore' 560 027. On march 16, 2017, i had given the vehicle for service at perfect riders wherein an amount of rs.1600/- (Rupees one thousand six hundred only) was charged for repairs and service. However, the following defects were noticed and informed to mr. Norbert, service manager immediately. But no action taken till date.
1. Rear brakes not working properly, inspite of changing new brakes.
2. Rear side indicator not working properly resulting in breakage.
3. Entire set of locks and keys were replaced. However while leaving for service ignition keys which was replaced newly was broken.
4. Oil leakage from the vehicle, which has been recurring for many months, inspite of repeated request no action has been taken.
5. Indicator switch broken
Please rectify the above issues of my yamaha rx-100 immediately within weeks time from today, since i have been suffering for past 4 months. Regards,
