I bought a brand new bike on 19th june 2017. And i got my both wheels bend on 17th july 2017 i put my bike in showroom (shrinivas yamaha, rajiv nAgar, nashik) for quality issue but they trying to claim insurances however in 1 month i dint not get the part changed. They are saying itz not available. And now insurance compny called me n send me many letter saying that 16th aug is last date for submitting bill and photo of new wheels. I registered several complaints on yamaha websited bt they r not helping me out worst service ever

    Hi, I replaced r15 V1 meter in 5/o9/2016. It seems it is defective right from the beginning but it took 7 month for me to identify because am not using my bike it was idle for 7 month in my home town. For the last 2 months am trying to get this fixed in swaana motors Sivakasi, virudhunagar district, But the response I get from them is not well. It seems they are playing with me. on august 14 I went to that showroom with my bike. They told me come on august 15. I know its a holiday. Immediately I asked them and they acknowledged that they will come and work on august 15. But today(15th august) I went there but that showroom was closed and watchman told like its holiday everyone inside the office knows it very well. What can I do now. Really frustrated. need a solution immediately

      This is to bring to your Notice that some of YAMAHA Authorized Service Centres are charging Excess of Service charges for Services. I would like to inform you i went
      to "PACER YAMAHA, Banaglore" for Servicing, Front Visor Replacement, and Fork seal and For Oil replacement. for Above mentioned service they have charged me 1445.00 INR just as Service charges which is too High it seems as per the YAMAHA Standardised Labour charges.

      Please Verify the Charges i have attached the Invoice with the mail.

        I have a fzs fi that i bought in Nov last year. Idles great, runs great, rips up the highway. Problem I'm having is if I slow down the bike in traffic and accelerate the throttle, it will "hiccup" almost like you loose all power for a half a second then it kicks back in and goes. I have complaint about this many time but unfortunately its not be solved till now.Recently they have charged Rs 300 for FI cleaning but after that i did not find any improvement.I have invested a huge amount to buy this bike and now I am very disappointing with this bike .So what to do now???????

          I have purchased yamaha fz25 on 6 april 2017, but right now the disc pad of rear wheel is out of order it is making some sound and effecting the disc also. I just want to know how can it be out of order so early, please help me in this as i am not able to use my bike also. Also i have confirmed for the disc pad in all the service center but it is out of stock. Please help me with this, as its really annoying that new bike is having problem and stock is not available..I was really not expecting this from yamaha atleast.kindly contact me for the same:-

          Most of the people like this Rx 100 model in yamaha Rx 100 . Then why company stop manufacturing of Yamaha Rx 100 model . Most people wan that same bike look and same fairing of that bike . That Yamaha bike fairing is best forever . That's why i am requesting that re launch that Yamaha Rx 100 model in market, thank u

              Kindly replace the shock absorber and get our vehicle good mileage and make the vehicle in smooth condition, our vehicle need a good service in guntakal which is not available in guntakal.
              Please take necessary action on services and spares parts availability in guntakal.

              Your help on this matter is highly appreciated and we are expecting the replacement as soon as possible .

              In guntakal yamaha show room no one is responsible for proper service, Before giving the vehicle to customer make sure all things are in place .

                Most pathetic servicing and yet they charge irrelevant, also i noticed big scratch on my bike.

                This ganesh motors - yamaha dealer is an absolute disaster for yamaha servicing, poor servicing quality, even they forget engine oil to fill.

                What the hell?

                I assure to all those new buyers or planning for yamaha servicing, your pockets are gonna be emptied for poor, pathetic, disastrous servicing.

                My bike was performing good before giving it to service.

                They simply replace parts not sure if they are really gone or not.

                Your are gonna be charged minimum of 10k for all the stupid parts they are gonna install.

                  I am your honest customer and i always want to use genuine yamaha parts and engine oil, but yamaha service center outlet of bhagalpur bihar (M/s sri ram automobiles) refused to sell engine oil because i was not servicing my bike there,
                  If it happens then why should i use yamaha bike.

                    സാർ, എം.ബി.സജികുമാർ എന്ന ഞാൻ കോട്ടയം sgmotors ൽ നിന്നും 4/ 3/2016ൽsaluto disk break. ബൈക്ക് വാങ്ങി. അതിനു ശേഷം എന്റെ വണ്ടി മഴ പെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ നിന്നു പോകുമായിരുന്നു .ഞാൻ കോട്ടയം എസ്.ജി.മോട്ടോഴ്സിസിൽ നിരവധി തവണ വണ്ടി കൊണ്ടുചെന്ന് കാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് അതുകൊണ്ടൊന്നും ശരിയാകാത്തതിനാൽ ഞാൻ നിരവധി തവണ ഓൺലൈനായി പരാതി നൽകുകയും അതിൻ പ്രകാരം27/4/2017 23/5/2017 06/06/2017 എന്നീ സമയങ്ങളിൽ വണ്ടി നന്നാക്കുന്നതിനായി കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് അവസാനമായി6/6/2017 ൽ റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്തു തന്നപ്പോൾ വണ്ടിയുടെ കാർ ബേറ്റർ പുതിയതു മാറ്റി വെച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് ഇനി ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഉണ്ടാവുകയില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോഴും എന്റെ വണ്ടി ഓട്ടത്തിൽ നിന്നു പോവുകയാണ് .സാർ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ നിന്നും എന്റെ അവസാനത്തെ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് തന്ന സമയത്ത് എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത് ഇനിയും ഈ പ്രശ്നം വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ സാർ കടയിൽ പോകേണ്ട ഞങ്ങളെ അറിയിച്ചാൽ മതി പരിഹാരം ഞങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി തരാമെന്നാണ് .സാർ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എനിക്ക് എന്റെ വണ്ടി ഇപ്പോൾ ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത അവസ്ഥയാണ്. കാരണമെന്തെന്നാൽ വഴിയുടെ നടുക്ക് വെച്ചൊക്കെ വണ്ടി നിന്നു പോവുകയാണ് പിന്നെ സെൽഫിലോ കിക്കറി ലോ വണ്ടി സ്റ്റാർട്ടാവുകയില്ല. എന്റെ വണ്ടിക്ക് എക്സ്ട്രാ അഞ്ചു വർഷത്തെ വാറണ്ടി കൂടി ഉള്ളതാണ് സാർ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എന്റെ ഈ പ്രശ്നത്തിന് ശാശ്വതമായ ഒരു പരിഹാരം ചെയ്തു തരണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .എനിക്ക് എന്റെ വണ്ടി സുഗമമായി റോഡിൽ കൂടി ഓടിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ ആക്കിതരണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. എന്ന് എം.ബി.സജികുമാർ സാ ജൂ ഭവനം പാലാ .പി .ഓപാലാ കോട്ടയം

                    Tajsshree yanaha, nandanvan kept my bike 2 days and after 2 days they were fail to solve my problem. I have bought each and every part that they told me to buy, but steel my motorcycle is as like as before. Rajshree yamaha, nandanvan did not serve me well enough. I have called them just after the break down, but they didn't receive the calls.

                      I purchased a Yamaha Fascino scooter in February 2017. It is August now and I have not yet received a helmet (part of the vehicle's free accessories which they actually charged for).

                      Since the month of purchase till now, I keep visiting the company dealer more than hundreds of times and always sent back home empty handed with a FALSE promise stating that I will get it the next week. It has been I do not know how many weeks they have promised me so far.

                      Whenever I ask them about the status of my helmet, they have just one answer: "The company (Yamaha) has not sent the stock yet". I keep getting excuses like this from the service people and the manager at the dealer store.

                      I bought the vehicle for my wife as a birthday gift. She does take the vehicle to her work everyday wearing the old helmet. I can buy a new helmet for her, but waiting for the one that I am suppose to receive it from the dealer - and I actually paid in thousands for the entire package.

                      I really do not understand the issue. Should I blame the dealer, or the company "Yamaha" which produces two-wheeler vehicles in millions alone in the country. I am stunned about the idea that if a company like YAMAHA can produce millions o[censored]nits of two-wheelers in a year, then why it is SO DIFFICULT for its dealers to provide one SINGLE HELMET.

                          Sir, we purchased clutch and speedometer cables some days ago but this is the second time its not lasting., very poor quality with high price., for these reason we are strongly complaint and advise our people to not buy these # vehicle. And poor quality used bikes has no resale value etc...

                          Its very pathetic you yamaha. Please shut your company and go for any other job if you are not able to issue good quality products., its better to go for begging at railway stations or temple, church road doing such as this things.,

                            I bought my bike in mid of april 2017 which is last month. Sales person name was sachin ([protected], [protected]) and mangager name was sandeep chikode. They sold me fascino bike which i collected on 18th april.
                            That time they promised that i will be getting my bike num in next 8 to 15 days. I waited for so long but didn't got any update from them. So went to store and found that showroom was closed. Then came to know that it got closed for now and no one works here.

                            I have already paid complete amount 69500 (Bike, insurance, rent agreement, accessories)

                            For now i have just a update that i have tax has been paid for my bike (As rajpal honda is accquired by shellar yamaha). But still too much issues... Not yet bike usable which i got from yamaha.

                            I thought yamaha is big reputated company which will not be a part of fraud. But found it's same as other companies... When it comes to money.

                            I guess I have not yet received any mail or update from Yamaha even after sharing the required details they asked for.
                            Could you guys, please let me know how much pain you have already decided to give it to the customer and not helping your customer. It's ridiculous.
                            Let me know if you can help and update accordingly regarding the same.

                            Else I will take some legal action.
                            Already waited so long for a bike number, which is really hopeless service which Yamaha is providing to the customer.
                            I sent you a mail today with above format and details.
                            And tried your toll-free number but no body picks that call and I am always in a queue for 1 hr or half hour.
                            Tajsshree yanaha, nandanvan kept my bike 2 days and after 2 days they were fail to solve my problem. I have bought each and every part that they told me to buy, but steel my motorcycle is as like as before. Rajshree yamaha, nandanvan did not serve me well enough. I have called them just after the break down, but they didn't receive the calls.

                              The yamaha fzs-fi which i bought on 22/11.2016 bearing chasis no. Me1rg072ag0254133, engine no. G3c8e0385220, colour :- dark bluish gray, mfg:- 2016 has broken down on 07/08/2017 while i was riding.
                              The motor chain automatically falls off from its spinning wheel which in turn possess a threat to my life along with my friend.
                              The vehicle was purchased from future bikes, near haiborgaon police station, sani mandir road, haiborgaon, nagaon 782002 assam, ph no. [protected]
                              The after sales service of the dealer is very pathetic. The technician does not pay heed to my issues and just assure me that the issues will be sort out while riding after the paid services done at regular intervals
                              I want a full subsidized payment from the company for the technical snag which i faced at the earliest.

                                में yamha szrr बाइक[protected] तारीख को खोरीदा था । assam dubrugarah "moran yamaha zone", ओर problem होना सुरों हो गेया । बाइक का problem ये है कि engine का जो कॉलर है बे निकोल जाता है । होर रोज निकोल जा रहा है, ऐसे होने से मेरा बाइक देखने मे खराब लगता है और मेरा मन बहुत दुःख होवा है, ।में dibrugarh saevice center में गेया था और meneger ने बोला कि बाइक का इंजन का जो पार्ट्स है बो बदल दिया जाएगा, जो पार्ट्स बदलये गा तभी तो पोरा इंजिन खोलना पोरेगा, में नया बाइक का इंजिन खोलने नही डोंगा । इतना पैसा देकर ऐंटेना खराब सिज मोझको नही चाहिए और मेरा बाइक exchange कोर दीजिये । plz sir help me एटना बोड़ा compani एक बाइक exchange नही कोर चौकते है क्या???

                                  I have given my scooty alpha hp31b4106 at mahaveer yamaha motor in july it has been more than 1 month but no work is done on the scooter and dealer are not attending my scooter. They had make my job card in july but no action is taken on my scooty alpha. I make call regularly to them but they always make the stupid excuse that they will do in 2 days but no work they are doing and when i tell them to complaint them they start not attending my phone properly.

                                    I am customer of yamaha and for the past 4-5 years have plans to purchase yamaha fz25. But the service center service results are not satisfactory and quality of the service is poor and worst. I am trying to summarize the problems that i have faced and i am pretty sure many will be facing the same issues:

                                    1. When ever we visit service center for service and if we show up any problem the first suggestion which comes from your people is to change the part.
                                    2. If we report a problem, they dont try to fix it completely they dont even try that.
                                    3. Whenever we go serviving the vehicle instead of fixing the existing problem i end up coming home with the new issue. And we inform them that this prolem was not there earlier and now it is new after the service.. You people respond so bluntly saying do you think we create new problems?
                                    4. If insist more on that again they suggest to change the part for sure. Some of the problems they cant fix even after replacing the part we end up coming home with dissatisfaction.
                                    5. Half of the time, they focus on number of bike serviced in a day rather than quality. I have been using this bike since last 4 to 5 years.. Dont we know how out bike functions. And you people say thay you have trained people for servicing dont they do test drive if yes cant identify the problems. Even if we address they try to prove us wrong or sale something.
                                    6. If selling a part is so important for you why do say it is service center and do the things which you people dont know.. You would have open sales shop it self. We would have tried a different place.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am regular customer of yamaha and for the past 5-6 services the results are not satisfactory and quality of the service is poor. I am trying to summarize the problems that i have faced and i am pretty sure many will be facing the same issues:

                                      1. Half of the time, they focus on number of bike serviced in a day rather than quality. Due to some reason the ignition of my bike was going off while riding and they took 4 service to repair it. I literally had to scream at them.

                                      2. If we report a problem, they dont try to fix it completely. I had a problem with my tail light, they told me to change the charger and didn't do it as they had other bikes and told me to come again but they did changed the foke as it also had some problem. Now the next time they will again charge me for service, they could have done it in one go but as i mentioned they don't focus on quality.

                                      3. They will never ever inspect the bike. Mark my words, they don't inspect bike thoroughly for problems. Even after informing them about the problems, they rarely fix them, forget about finding problems. Because they just need to get done with bikes.

                                      Major problem with them is that they don't have quality staff and the staff keeps on changing. Our bikes are not for testing purpose. I am in no mindset to give my bike to them for any service.

                                      For that matter, i don't want to give it to authorize service centers again, if i don't hear from you. You can check my service records before coming to conclusion about maintenance history and the amount i spend of my bike.

                                      Finally, i feel like i have been looted by your authorized service center.

                                      I have emailed you my personal details and bike details with the message above.

                                      For the record, the service center is apex motors, mira road. They are of no use.

The tell me to do servicing the facino for increase mileage but after doing servicing mileage not increase .Before servicing it was 30 km/l now it is 40 km/l . But it should 60 km/l . I loss too much money for it and and also too much frustat with fasino bike

                                        Yamaha facino scuty mileage is very low 40 km/l v/s 60 km/l (as Yamaha promiss to consumer). This is my 3rd complain and still problm not solve. I purchase this scuty on may and also compleate a servicing .
