I bought my bike in mid of april 2017 which is last month. Sales person name was sachin ([protected], [protected]) and mangager name was sandeep chikode. They sold me fascino bike which i collected on 18th april.
That time they promised that i will be getting my bike num in next 8 to 15 days. I waited for so long but didn't got any update from them. So went to store and found that showroom was closed. Then came to know that it got closed for now and no one works here.

I have already paid complete amount 69500 (Bike, insurance, rent agreement, accessories)

For now i have just a update that i have tax has been paid for my bike (As rajpal honda is accquired by shellar yamaha). But still too much issues... Not yet bike usable which i got from yamaha.

I thought yamaha is big reputated company which will not be a part of fraud. But found it's same as other companies... When it comes to money.

I guess I have not yet received any mail or update from Yamaha even after sharing the required details they asked for.
Could you guys, please let me know how much pain you have already decided to give it to the customer and not helping your customer. It's ridiculous.
Let me know if you can help and update accordingly regarding the same.

Else I will take some legal action.
Already waited so long for a bike number, which is really hopeless service which Yamaha is providing to the customer.
I sent you a mail today with above format and details.
And tried your toll-free number but no body picks that call and I am always in a queue for 1 hr or half hour.
Tajsshree yanaha, nandanvan kept my bike 2 days and after 2 days they were fail to solve my problem. I have bought each and every part that they told me to buy, but steel my motorcycle is as like as before. Rajshree yamaha, nandanvan did not serve me well enough. I have called them just after the break down, but they didn't receive the calls.

    The yamaha fzs-fi which i bought on 22/11.2016 bearing chasis no. Me1rg072ag0254133, engine no. G3c8e0385220, colour :- dark bluish gray, mfg:- 2016 has broken down on 07/08/2017 while i was riding.
    The motor chain automatically falls off from its spinning wheel which in turn possess a threat to my life along with my friend.
    The vehicle was purchased from future bikes, near haiborgaon police station, sani mandir road, haiborgaon, nagaon 782002 assam, ph no. [protected]
    The after sales service of the dealer is very pathetic. The technician does not pay heed to my issues and just assure me that the issues will be sort out while riding after the paid services done at regular intervals
    I want a full subsidized payment from the company for the technical snag which i faced at the earliest.

      में yamha szrr बाइक[protected] तारीख को खोरीदा था । assam dubrugarah "moran yamaha zone", ओर problem होना सुरों हो गेया । बाइक का problem ये है कि engine का जो कॉलर है बे निकोल जाता है । होर रोज निकोल जा रहा है, ऐसे होने से मेरा बाइक देखने मे खराब लगता है और मेरा मन बहुत दुःख होवा है, ।में dibrugarh saevice center में गेया था और meneger ने बोला कि बाइक का इंजन का जो पार्ट्स है बो बदल दिया जाएगा, जो पार्ट्स बदलये गा तभी तो पोरा इंजिन खोलना पोरेगा, में नया बाइक का इंजिन खोलने नही डोंगा । इतना पैसा देकर ऐंटेना खराब सिज मोझको नही चाहिए और मेरा बाइक exchange कोर दीजिये । plz sir help me एटना बोड़ा compani एक बाइक exchange नही कोर चौकते है क्या???

        Hi,
        I have given my scooty alpha hp31b4106 at mahaveer yamaha motor in july it has been more than 1 month but no work is done on the scooter and dealer are not attending my scooter. They had make my job card in july but no action is taken on my scooty alpha. I make call regularly to them but they always make the stupid excuse that they will do in 2 days but no work they are doing and when i tell them to complaint them they start not attending my phone properly.

          I am customer of yamaha and for the past 4-5 years have plans to purchase yamaha fz25. But the service center service results are not satisfactory and quality of the service is poor and worst. I am trying to summarize the problems that i have faced and i am pretty sure many will be facing the same issues:

          1. When ever we visit service center for service and if we show up any problem the first suggestion which comes from your people is to change the part.
          2. If we report a problem, they dont try to fix it completely they dont even try that.
          3. Whenever we go serviving the vehicle instead of fixing the existing problem i end up coming home with the new issue. And we inform them that this prolem was not there earlier and now it is new after the service.. You people respond so bluntly saying do you think we create new problems?
          4. If insist more on that again they suggest to change the part for sure. Some of the problems they cant fix even after replacing the part we end up coming home with dissatisfaction.
          5. Half of the time, they focus on number of bike serviced in a day rather than quality. I have been using this bike since last 4 to 5 years.. Dont we know how out bike functions. And you people say thay you have trained people for servicing dont they do test drive if yes cant identify the problems. Even if we address they try to prove us wrong or sale something.
          6. If selling a part is so important for you why do say it is service center and do the things which you people dont know.. You would have open sales shop it self. We would have tried a different place.

            Hi,

            I am regular customer of yamaha and for the past 5-6 services the results are not satisfactory and quality of the service is poor. I am trying to summarize the problems that i have faced and i am pretty sure many will be facing the same issues:

            1. Half of the time, they focus on number of bike serviced in a day rather than quality. Due to some reason the ignition of my bike was going off while riding and they took 4 service to repair it. I literally had to scream at them.

            2. If we report a problem, they dont try to fix it completely. I had a problem with my tail light, they told me to change the charger and didn't do it as they had other bikes and told me to come again but they did changed the foke as it also had some problem. Now the next time they will again charge me for service, they could have done it in one go but as i mentioned they don't focus on quality.

            3. They will never ever inspect the bike. Mark my words, they don't inspect bike thoroughly for problems. Even after informing them about the problems, they rarely fix them, forget about finding problems. Because they just need to get done with bikes.

            Major problem with them is that they don't have quality staff and the staff keeps on changing. Our bikes are not for testing purpose. I am in no mindset to give my bike to them for any service.

            For that matter, i don't want to give it to authorize service centers again, if i don't hear from you. You can check my service records before coming to conclusion about maintenance history and the amount i spend of my bike.

            Finally, i feel like i have been looted by your authorized service center.

            I have emailed you my personal details and bike details with the message above.

            For the record, the service center is apex motors, mira road. They are of no use.

              One time I talk with customer care. The tell me to do servicing the facino for increase mileage but after doing servicing mileage not increase .Before servicing it was 30 km/l now it is 40 km/l . But it should 60 km/l . I loss too much money for it and and also too much frustat with fasino bike

              Yamaha facino scuty mileage is very low 40 km/l v/s 60 km/l (as Yamaha promiss to consumer). This is my 3rd complain and still problm not solve. I purchase this scuty on may and also compleate a servicing .

                Complaint 1. I have purchased yamaha r15 in june and for passing i had notary rent aggreement so dealer have charged me 2.5k (Which is more than compare to other yamaha dealer) now i have registered aggreement with me and my passing not yet done but they are saying for registered aggreement also they will me charge me 2. K when i checked with rto the charges are only 300.
                Compalin 2. I purchased r15 on 17th june 2017 and my passing is pending, from 1st july there are now road tax that is rto taxes increased by 2% and dealer is saying i have to pay the extra charges but i checked the r15 price after is decreased by 2k so they are not ready give it back to orelse i do not need to pay any rto since i purchased it in the jun

                  I have purchased yamaha fz25 and i am facing problem related to head light of the bike. The projection of beam covers very small area due to which it is very difficult to ride the bike at night. It becomes more difficult when you ride bike on upward gradient. You cannot see beyond 5-6 meters. Due to such problem you cannot ride the bike beyond 30 kmph speed.
                  Please look into the problem as it is very serious one.

                    I purchased yamaha alpha. Since three month i am having self start problem and handle controlling problem, same said to yamaha pearl executive three times in three months, what he does we don't know. The problem doesn't solved, every time executive takes time and frequently changing parts but the problem doesn't solved. Our time and money wasted but problem doesn't solved. I request you kindly take initiative to solve problem or change it as soon as possible.

                      This is a complaint on a manufacturing defect on alpha model scooty.

                      The glass on the meter board is coated with some opaque material which is not coming off.

                      While purchase sales had said it was plastic cover that would come off. The service center says its a manufacturing defect and will need to replace the whole unit with the cost borne by me.

                      I had bought the scooty in oct 2014 and had complained about it on every servicing thereafter but the service center did not change it.

                      The service center is - vip park, narayantala (West), prafulla kanan, kestopur, kolkata - 700059.

                      Your kind assistance in this regards would be greatly appreciated.

                      This has still not been resolved yet. I keep getting a mail from yes yamaha mail id that they tried to reach me on the mobile but could not contact me. I believe that yamaha customer service is just trying to stall this complaint and not acting on it.
                      I will request Yamaha to kindly initiate replacing the defective part and not try to work around it. Yamaha is a trusted brand globally but only in India can we see such miserable service.

                        This is mrinmoy chakraborty. I purchased yahama fzs - 2gs6 (150cc) bike which engine no. G3j3e0035179 & chassis no. Is me1rg4424h0025144 from tanushka auto (Madhyamgram, kolkata-700129) on 16.05.2017. Till today i am not receive registration no. & blue book of my bike.

                        I ask regularly for my bike registration no. & blue book but they are giving excuses day after day. This is not tolerable at all. Is this your service which yahama's authorised dealer provide. I am very unhappy with your service. Please look after this matter.

                            I purchased fz 25 in june, and i was facing a handling issue wrt. Handle, gear box and clutch.
                            Handle is getting pulled on one side and gear box and clutch is to stiff.
                            I serviced it on completion on 1000 km post that only 2 days it was running smoothly and again its back to the same problem.
                            I dont have issue with service guy as i am facing this problem aftr a week of my purchase date.

                              I have been using ray zr dss scooter of your company but for the last two weeks.
                              I have been searching for the disc pad and also the air filter in your service centre. But they are failed to provide it.
                              This is very pathetic experience i have got.
                              If this kind of service will i get from your end, i will never suggest anyone for purchasing a yamaha product.

                                I bought a yamaha r15 v2.0 from vestra automotive, near dange chowk, aditya birla hospital road, pune, on 22 nd june, 2017. Till today, i. E.
                                29th july, 2017, i haven't yet received my motorcycle registration number. It's been more than a month and i can't take my bike out on the road, not even for going to office. Please sort out the problem and help me in this regard.

                                  Sir i am in possession of a fasino society purchased 18 months back. Yesterday on 28th july 2017 i went to the service center as the self was not working. Mr vickey in uttam nagar branch took my complaint & told me to come at 4.30pm. When i reached at the given time i was told that the motor of the self is not working so pls give me tmrw's time. On 29th july 2017 when i called up mr vickey he told me that pls come at 5pm. I reached at 5pm just to know that the work is still on & they r not changing the motor. One mr sachin who takes care of the spare parts was not issuing the new motor just because the scooty was under warranty period. I had to stand on their head to get the scooty repaired. This is really disgusting on their part. You are just harassing the customer & spoiling ur name. Request u to kindly take action.

                                  I gave my bike to service ... Bike had a eage and chain noise... But they done water wash and gave it back... They only for money minded... After two days battery full dead... I think they theft or changed a battery... Before that my battery was nice... Now my bike can't start ... Just jammed in my home... You must resolve this.

                                      I gave my RAY SCOOTER for service and change some parts to an authorized service center AMIGO MOBIKZ, civil line road, Vazhakkala, kakkanad, Cochin, Pin-682021, Ph: [protected] on June 16th 2017 . First they said after three days they will deliver the vehicle, then they said after 1 week, then said 10 days, 20 days etc .If I phone them their behavior is very rude and arrogant and also disconnet the phone. What can i do? Is it my fault that i brought your vehicle? You know I am among one of the first 50 customer in kerala. Is it the way to deal a customer?

                                        Hi team,

                                        I bought cyan blue fascino by first week of march in torcento motors, frazer town bangalore. Currently done with 2000 km only.

                                        On jun 29 i had a narrow escape of a fatal accident as the rear wheel suddenly locked up while on the move with the speed of 60 to 70 kmph.
                                        Took the scooter in a mini truck and handed over to service station (Torcento). They said the gear jammed due to leakage in gear oil drain valve. Without any slip / job order they kept the vehicle with them for 25 days. After several follow-ups they had given the vehicle yesterday with the following issues.
                                        1. I am getting a wheening sound now with sudden heavy jerks when in slow speeds.
                                        2. The ride seems to be rough at 40 kmph and above.
                                        When contacted the service center guys, they said it will take time for the gears to set which is absolutely illogical..
                                        This has given me no confidence on yamaha nor its service stations.
                                        Please advise how this will be sorted out as am scared to drive with these issues and do not want to counter any fatalities in future.
