Here by i am senthilkumaran, i have found bad experience for the service of my scooter ray z, 2 months back i consult my city yamaha service station (I bought my ray z this same service station 2 years back) and register my bike for service with all clearance of insurance, they said spare parts not come, every couple of days i spent for enquery my bike, now i am hopeless becuase they said the scooter will be repaired in one more month time, (Sorry for my english),
I am a head of the department (Eee) of a engineering college, i am upset to doing my regular work, i need a scooter immediately, please talk to me with your customer care representative, and take further action to this service provider, yamaha is the best brand ever, but distributors are delayed work, and responding to customers badly, expensive bills, so we try to buy another 7 scooter for my college, not yamaha, we go for vespa near kumbakondam branch. Please take further action asap.
Problem : accidently shot the stone in cylensor area, so the connecting aluminium chase broken, and some extra minor damages, but the scooter condition is good, engine is working fine, thats all
