I bought a new Yamaha Ray ZR at Seasons Motors, Trichy road, Coimbatore. With in a week time, I found lot of problems like vibration, non functioning of front shock absorbers, engine off while driving, mileage issues, etc.
In this juncture, I am not willing to get the same vehicles after repairing. I need new replacement vehicle after doing inspection by your service engineers.
Hope my complaint will be resolved immediately so as to avoid further escalation and legal actions.

    I purchased fascino on 19.06.17. Millage comes only 30kmpl, i am riding my vehicle at economy speed 40-50. Showroom members don't helping me to solve the problem. They are saying after selling the vehicle we are not responsible for anything. They don't giving details of higher officials to whom i contact. Its brand new vehicle. Please do the needful.       Dear sir/madam,
      I bought the new yamaha ray zr february 2017, after that i love very much in yamaha bike so, that i bought second hand bike yamaha fzs (Bike number: tn 22 cw[protected] model) from my friend and he told me to do service, march 2017 end.
      I went yamaha service center 24-april-2017 on general service. I told to supervisor mr. Hariharan and mechanic name mr. Bala “this is my second hand bike, in my bike having following issues,
      1. Fuel indication is not working properly.
      2. Left side indicator not working.
      3. General service.
      And then i told to him, i don’t know this bike where it’s serviced before i bought, please check the bike a to z, if anything want to change means, please change immediately” like that. Those are call to me your bike is ready amount is 5770.52/- please come and collect your bike.
      Next day (25-april-2017) i taken the bike from yamaha service center, that time itself fuel indicator was not working, i was asking to mr. Hariharan, he was told me fill the fuel automatically it will work otherwise inform to me like that. Within one hour i was informed to him fuel indicator was not working and left side indicator also not working. He said “one pause not available in our service center so next service i will change and give to you don’t worry”. After a week bike was automatically off while am riding, so i back to service center again.
      But, within week my bike has following issues,
      1. Indicator not working,
      2. Self-start not working,
      3. Speedometer not working

      Again went to yamaha service center on 23-may-2017, those are told me, we will find the problem then call to you back like that, i got call from yamaha service center those are told me following the issues,
      1. Speedometer want to change,
      2. Rectifier want to change,
      3. Wiring problem,
      4. Headlight doom want to change,
      5. Self-motor want to change
      6. Etc.,
      I directly visit to service center submitting bill copy for speedometer and service bill 24-april-2017 service bill everything, those are told me will try to get the warranty from service center, please give me a bill copy. I submitting two bill copy yamaha service center. After two to three days later those are told me, it’s not cover the warranty you want to pay for again like that. I asked to him now you’re saying wiring problem that’s why it will affect for all electronic part means why you’re not checking for first time itself. What are the complaint i was given on 25-april-2017 still day that problem not solved, those are not finding the issues to solve.
      If i am asking question means supervisor forward to manager, the manager till day on-wards he is not taking any responsibility to solve my issues, even no one can taking responsibility. If i am asking mean those are rising hand to some, simply wasting my time. Those are lost my two bill copy also.
      Approximately 9000/- [nine thousand rupees] was spent for service in yamaha service center within one and half month. The service center, those are checked and serviced well means i won’t lost this must of money. Now again those asking to pay for me more than 6000/- rupees. My bike still in yamaha service only and herewith i have attached last service bill copy. Please consider my issues and solve me as well as soon. I really felt very bad about yamaha service center chrompet chennai. More than one month my bike there in yamaha service center chrompet chennai only. They waste my time and money. I suggestion people please don't go for bike service to yamaha service center chromepet chennai. Very bad service i ever seen.

      Please don't go to Yamaha showroom for bike service for me within one month two time i was changed same parts in Yamaha Service Center chrompet chennai. If you given complaint mean no one give the proper solution for us. First time i was paid 2850/-, second time i paid 5770 and third time i paid 6501 rupees, so that don't go to Yamaha Service Center those are cheating us. If asking bill means GST not enable in Yamaha so come and collect after one week like that those told. Totally cheating for Yamaha Service Center again and again don't go to Yamaha Service Center don't waste your money and times.

        I own a yamaha fz-s v2. I gives my bike to service center and get back with a problem.in second service the mechanic broke the side wind shield but company denied to replace the part.in 7th service they broke the mudguard and again happened the same. There's no customer satisfaction in yamaha. So there's any way to get solution? They charged 350 only service charge plus parts oil and other charges extra. Besides this cost of parts broken by them, bear that too. So overall service cost is like you have given your car for service.

          I bought my yamaha fazer on 05/05/2017 from your dealer hindustan wheels in bhubaneswar, odisha. My engine no. G3j3e0022863, chasis no. Meirg4444h0003428. On 24th june '17, when i was unable to start the engine, i called the yamaha service center person to help me. They came and took it to the service center. There they noticed the liquid was leaking badly which implies that the battery installed was malfunctioning, which was a great cheating with the customer buying new bike from there. They suggested me to claim for warranty. Though they replaced it, but i couldn't understand why should i suffer? I strongly request you take drastic action against this yamaha showroom dealer.

            Co. Is advertising that the bike gives a miealage of 66km/litre...in real it's struggling to deliver even 30/litre... When asked on first servicing reverted back stating we need to wait atleast for 2000km... (Carbon needed on engine to perform)... After 2000km they say... It will deliver at 40-45km/litre... N will not change any settings... Why false commitments/advertisements when u know ur manufacturing product can't deliver wat u advertise n commit to people (Consumer)... First day of delivery on laxmi poojan they delivered (Monarch yamaha.. Balajinagar) a brand new bike which had a fuel tack leakage problem... I had to struggle for that... How do we trust d brand n dealers who r more keen to sale extra products rather than resolving the issue.

              Proof of this complaint is available in all fz25 forums and even yamaha knows well,

              All the fz25 customers have three major manufacturing defect issue facing from the day one of purchase, we are around 100+ fz25 owners are posting our complaints to yamaha-motor-india without any proper response like convincing all the customer by saying its the design we made for customer and we cannot make any changes on this or that and making the customer to return back to home leaving the issue as it is. The issue i am pointing to is life threatening head light aoh.

              1. Head light on fz25:
              We may see all the manufacturers are moved to bs4 version post april1st, our yamaha has made a head light in a short span and got approval for the same, but practically speaking we are unable to see any objects more than 10 feet in traffic situations, when a opposite side vehicle pass us. More over many o[censored]s escaped for major accidents. The given information has taken from whatsapp, xbhp and other social media's from the fz25 owners, so its 100% confirmed that this is making our life very seriously.
              Taken many times to the service centre after 100kms experiencing this issues, but the svc technitians are just trying to adjust the light focus not to improve the power of the light or visibility, low beam is not covering few metre where as the high beam is not much wider, hope you can imagine the risk on driving this vehicle on highways in night time.

              2. Tappet & rattling noise:

              Almost all the owners are facing this tappet & rattling noise in their bike, yamaha has suggested to provide a tappet clearance in the first service but most of owners have crossed 1000kms and the completed the first service still we are facing the tappet & rattling noise, yamaha r&d has no response for this issue, even on of the owner has changed his new bore head by the yamaha technician, but the problem persist all the time, especially when the engine runs after few minutes.

              3. False neutral issue:

              We have a very hard gear shifting from the day one we bought this bike, most of the new engine has this issue, in 250 cc case it may take long time to get smooth, but we are around 1000km + and the yamaha recommending to adjust this on our first service, but i have done 100 + kms after my first service still, i am facing gear shifting issue on 1st gear neutral and 2nd gear, its really very hard to shift gears and lost few shoes due to this issue. Hope this is also a serious case when driving on traffic if the shifting gears are not proper then it may leads to dangerous accidents.

              We owners have made many complaints to yamaha and still awaiting for their response but yamaha is still wasting our time to go and meet the service centres and leaving our bike for 3 or 4 days for test.

              Don't they have an r & d team to look their models to have it tested before launching? Why they are killing our time and money invested with this bike,

              Saddest part is last couple of weeks i am not getting and communication from yamaha on this issues and our mails are not getting any response.

              Other than this issue this particular bike model cannot be challanged with any other manufacturer in india. Hope this bike will be successful model if we corrected the above mentioned complaints. Do know when yamaha is going to respond us with some good resolution rather then making us to waste our time and energy on contacting service centre daily in the morning time for this three different issues especially.

              This very accurate description of issue. and it exist in all fz25 motorcycles. Till now there is no solution provided by yamaha.. I dont seee anypoint yamaha asking for customer phone number.and other details. This issue exist for all fz 25 users. I would suggest avoid FZ25 bikes if you are going for new vehicle as its not refined bike. May be you can look for other Yamaha models.. but definatly avoid fz25

                Its been exactly 1 year 5 months when i got my yamaha r15 ever since ive always given it to authorised service center now when i recently took for service cause i had a small problem where the engine was giving me jerking issues the service center told it could be fixed and after a week said because of scratches on the piston and cylinder head you had the issue and needs to be replaced and thats when i dont even rev my engine over 5k rpms can you imagine yamaha claims r15 has a bullet proof engine and in almost a year and a half it breaks down completly after telling the service center manager that if at all he can service it under warranty cause the charges are over 15k he says it cannot be done because you missed the last service and when i have always serviced it with the service center guys i feel wastefull of the fact that why did i even purchase this machine even when my close friends and family were adamant on me buying the ktms when i was wrong i told them yamaha has better brand value i was wrong... I dont know if anyone ever listens but if anyone ever does i seek help my bike is still at the repair center 19/06/2017

                  I was buy a yamaha fz250cc. Bike from esternauto berhampore, murshidabad, westbengal, 742101. On 29/03/2017. It was just only one months back bike clutch plate not working after i was went to showroom on 04/06/2017. When i was in showroom service center inform me clutch plate not working. After that they will change the clutch plate and when i was reach showroom for handover my bike they inform me that there is no gasket in showroom. And service centre told me that there is no confirmation that you will receive your bike. It was more then two week my is not ready.

                  Dear team,
                  I am verymuch unhappy about this type of services from yamaha. And also they are not taking care of my bike. Whole day my bike is in sunlight out side of workshop. It is a new bike and bike engine not work properly i am facing problems every day. If possible kindly change my bike. Because it was only one months old bike.

                    My name is sajini varughese i have purchase yamaha cygnus alpha on 27/6/2016 from ninan motors pathanamthitta. I have already finish six services in access yamaha ranni. Now my vehicle handle is too much vibrating and not geting balance. I cannot drive smootly. I have too much pain my hands after riding this scooter. I have allready addressed this problem to yamaha service center pathanamthitta and ranny nearly seven times in this week. But they connot identify the problem. I am not satisfied by this vehicle condition. Also am not satisfied with service center. Sir please do the favour immediately. Because i am working person regularly using this vehicle. I hope as soon as possible you will solve this problem.

                      My scooty was accident 19 may 2017, i claim and handover scooty to lila motors 23 may 2017, until i didn't receive my scooty. I called more 5-10 times, everyday the employee of lila motors reply me your work in progress and some parts is not available in stock and market (In 22 days). I told him you fit my damage parts whenever you got that parts then you call me, i will it later. After that, until i didn't receive.
                      Lastly i want to say, what do you want. I purchase this scooty for work not for service centre. The service of lila motors is zero in (10). Every problems is only with lila motors. (Boss not available & employee is not available for estimit or claim).
                      What i will do and who will pay loss which is suffered. You or lila motors.

                        On 12 june 2017 i purchase new fz25 but later on the same night i came to know a big manufacturing defect in the headlamp as it working fine but the throw of light is worst than the 100cc bike and highbeam is abig joke for us it worst than the low beam i want yamaha to fix this headlight problem and all the customer to replace their fz25 headlamp as their yamaha engineers have not tested it
                        Plz kindly change the headlamp of all fz25 till date sold as it make horible for us to ride the bike in night... And i feel cheated for purchasing it

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I visited sakshi yamaha nerul (Navi mumbai) on 12th may and booked fz25. Initially i have given 5000/- as booking amount and said balance amount will pay in cash in the time of delivery. On 20th may they asked me to pay the full balance amount and said after full payment they will give my vehicle after few days but never mentioned the confirm date. Feeling uncertainty i cancelled the booking and that time i have been provided a cheque which was rejected by the bank saying that the account from where cheque belong to has no balance. I raised this issue to sakshi yamaha and within 2 minutes they have transferred the fund to that account and i got my refund.
                          Then i bought fz25 from vans motor nerul and on 9th june 2017 my vehicle registration and passing has done and after that i have told by the vans motor to
                          Visit sakshi yamaha service station to start techno meter and speedometer. When i visit sakshi yamaha service station the failed to do so as i found they ware not trained they ware talking over phone for instruction to do the job. I have been told it will take 1 hour to solve the issue. After 1 hour i came and see entire parts of my fz25 is open and i have been told it will take 1 day to resolve the issue as they ware unable to understand the wiring and continuously asking someone regarding the the troubleshooting of the fz25. After that i have inform to vans motor regarding this and they said to comeback from there with the bike so that they will take it to other authorized service station to open the speedometer. Now when i ask the technician of sakshi motor to give back my vehicle they said vehicle is not starting as sensor is damaged. Now it is new vehicle and before taking to authorized service station it is in running condition after mishandled by service station staff it is in dead condition. They said it will take 4 days as sensor has to import. Now from friday it is with sakshi yamaha service station and not getting and positive reply from them.
                          This is my first vehicle from yamaha and the experience i have gained so far is horrible and not expected from a brand like yahmaha.

                              Myself vijendra pratap singh recently purchased yamaha fz-s from gorakhpur from bharat trading company kali mandir gali gorakhpur on 01/05/17, but several times i met with sales managers they are not still providing me the bike original papers as i requested with them again and again, they are ignoring very badly to provide the papers of my recently purchased new bike i am attaching the bill receipt in which it is mentioned also.
                              Now i am frustrated and going to take legal action against the brand and the dealer as well cause it is more then 30 days and i not received my bike papers
                              I also want to confirm is this bike which was available on showroom which i purchased is theft from somewhere in india. I have all the papers of it. Will move also for consumer forum about the problems which i am facing if necessary action will not take within two days

                                Very bad service my first service experience was also worst they haven't wash my bike proper and after that i order a part as it was broken they told me they will update me with in 15 days but it took 25 days and for payment they even don't have swipe machine compulsory we need to pay in cash. I think they should have swipe machine as we don't carry cash every time.

                                    Here by i am senthilkumaran, i have found bad experience for the service of my scooter ray z, 2 months back i consult my city yamaha service station (I bought my ray z this same service station 2 years back) and register my bike for service with all clearance of insurance, they said spare parts not come, every couple of days i spent for enquery my bike, now i am hopeless becuase they said the scooter will be repaired in one more month time, (Sorry for my english),
                                    I am a head of the department (Eee) of a engineering college, i am upset to doing my regular work, i need a scooter immediately, please talk to me with your customer care representative, and take further action to this service provider, yamaha is the best brand ever, but distributors are delayed work, and responding to customers badly, expensive bills, so we try to buy another 7 scooter for my college, not yamaha, we go for vespa near kumbakondam branch. Please take further action asap.

                                    Problem : accidently shot the stone in cylensor area, so the connecting aluminium chase broken, and some extra minor damages, but the scooter condition is good, engine is working fine, thats all

                                      I bought an fz25 2days back..
                                      Aftr all billing n everything, they gave me d vehicle delivery..
                                      But i noticed there was no allen screws (2 of 3) in d silencer guard.. I just noticed n told the salesman to fix it... Then i found there was a big scratch in d same before fixing... So better i told them change and give it.. These fellows are telling me dat we tried yesterday itself d allen screw has been slipped...
                                      Then i got to know dat this fellow know the damage but still trying to deliver to a customer..
                                      Don't wanna be abusive... But didn't expect this kind of experience with a yamaha dealer...

                                        I am santosh serving in indian air force, i am having bike yamaha crux. It got problem on 25 may 17 i. E. Not engaging gears other than 1st gear. On 29 may 17 i visited to yamaha showroom for repair of bike, but till date no response from yamaha repair center.
                                        After 12 days today on 10 jun 17 at 1230 hrs i got call from repair center that my bikes parts are not available (Back order) so my bike can not be repair i can recollect my bike.
                                        Could you please help me out that my bike may be repair.
