I have given my yamah ray zr for repairing purpose as i met with an accident.
It has been 1 month my scooter is in service center. Dealer is saying that there is a problem with spares.
Kindly take a note on this, company should provide full service for buyers.
This is the worst thing i ever met with.
Since 1 month i am facing a lot problems.
I have to wait for a single pannel that too 1 month....

Yesterday I am given my motorcycle R15 to service. To day deliverd my motorcycle but not complete service. I am not satisfied Yamaha company service. Please solve my problems. Fascino scooty (Yahama) :- i purchased one from aquad yahama, b. T. Road, opposite prabartak jute mill showroom.

Each and every time the services i got, totally unexpected. Last time, the behaviour i faced from that service centre (From the service manager).

I mailed to the yahama company too, but to no issue.

I using yahama fz version 2 bike purchased on 2016 (9 months old). Within 9 months some extra noise issue coming from engine. The services center employee didn’t know the exact problem in it.
I raised the complaint more than 5 times to yahama services center but there didn’t taking any action on the complaint raised. The service center address “safety motors, erode”

Ihave done oil service at 7000 kms on 21.3.17. Oil changed on the same day. Now 100 kms only running. But my bike is breakdown due to oil cheese. How it is possible? I have been experiencing a long thudding sound while down shifting the gears and also a very irritating noise while upshifting the gears as if the clutch and gear are not operating in rythm.. I had went to yamaha showroom on 04/05/2017, company was charged 8250/- approx for my bike service. My complain was on bike breaking system. But the problem was not solved. I went to showroom on 12/05/2017 & make the complain to service manager, they note down my contact details but they have not take any step.. The company is totally careless about my problem. I am a yamaha customer from last six years, i went to CMPL yamaha service station situated in chandigarh industrial area for my bike service. They did my service well but when its time for payment of Rs 6299 and when i pay them from my debit card, they told me that we would charge 1% extra if you pay by debit card, i mean yamaha is a big brand and thats what i expect from the company, later they started arguing...

I have purchased Yamaha R-15 S vehicle on June 20th 2016 and its not even 1 year and I my vehicle Fuel injector has failed and mechanic advise me to buy new one. this kind of products in market are not at all acceptable to any buyer and to invest that much money on a new bike for a failure from manufacturer.

I purchases Yamaha FZ25 on May 15 from

I took my bike without registration. At the time of delivery they mentioned that registration will be done by next week.

But now its more than a month and they are not responding or giving any assurance.
Dont know why they are postponing the registration process. Paid the full amount as well....

I ordered Yamaha FZS FI 2.0 Viper Black on May 6 and it took one week for the showroom to deliver my bike without registration.

I took my bike without registration on May 13. At the time of delivery they mentioned that registration will be done by next week.

But today I asked them they said..next week.

Bike Pending for serving for Last 3 Days with the dealer, when escalated the issue showroom says we will service the bike in 10 min and give, Now my issues is three days bike was with them they did not service it, now in ten minutes how is it possible to service a bike.

The quality standards of Yamaha is too low, i regret taking a bike from Yamaha, Pathetic service. very poor service after sales. just imagine need to go to...

I bought my fz fi bike from bikerz yamaha chennai alandur branch on 2.5.2017, still now the showroom members cannot able to register my bike, they need another one week for registration, this is very worst, in chennai only 4 days required for registration. So please do the needful. While i ask to them they are telling silly reasons, i cannot able to drive my bike without registration....
