I purchase a yahama fascino scooter from yahama dealer raghave motor kapurthala punjab, inthe year 2016. It was laying breakdown since last one year
And i brought this at least 12 times to above said dealer in kapurthala punjab. But til now it is not run perfectly due to unavailability of its spare parts. Now from dated 07/06/2017 it is laying break down and yahama dealer m/s raghave motor say that the spare parts are not available of this scooter, so they
Could not attend this scooter.in open market no spares parts are available for yahama scooter. I ask to dealer that what can i din this matter? They misbehave with me. I also try to repair it another dealer in another city but nobody attend it and say that only seller are provide spare part for his own customer.

    Here by i am senthilkumaran, i have found bad experience for the service of my scooter ray z, 2 months back i consult my city yamaha service station (I bought my ray z this same service station 2 years back) and register my bike for service with all clearance of insurance, they said spare parts not come, every couple of days i spent for enquery my bike, now i am hopeless becuase they said the scooter will be repaired in one more month time, (Sorry for my english),
    I am a head of the department (Eee) of a engineering college, i am upset to doing my regular work, i need a scooter immediately, please talk to me with your customer care representative, and take further action to this service provider, yamaha is the best brand ever, but distributors are delayed work, and responding to customers badly, expensive bills, so we try to buy another 7 scooter for my college, not yamaha, we go for vespa near kumbakondam branch. Please take further action asap.

    Problem : accidently shot the stone in cylensor area, so the connecting aluminium chase broken, and some extra minor damages, but the scooter condition is good, engine is working fine, thats all

    Hai this is venkatesh from Andhra pradesh
    i am using Yamaha SZ-R 2012 model it gives good mileage but now it gives black smoke, starting problem, and then some small problems have. i already
    change bore, piston rings. but the problem is not solved plz give me suggestion.
    my bike Yamaha SZ-R completed around 1 lakh kilometers.

      I bought an fz25 2days back..
      Aftr all billing n everything, they gave me d vehicle delivery..
      But i noticed there was no allen screws (2 of 3) in d silencer guard.. I just noticed n told the salesman to fix it... Then i found there was a big scratch in d same before fixing... So better i told them change and give it.. These fellows are telling me dat we tried yesterday itself d allen screw has been slipped...
      Then i got to know dat this fellow know the damage but still trying to deliver to a customer..
      Don't wanna be abusive... But didn't expect this kind of experience with a yamaha dealer...

        I am santosh serving in indian air force, i am having bike yamaha crux. It got problem on 25 may 17 i. E. Not engaging gears other than 1st gear. On 29 may 17 i visited to yamaha showroom for repair of bike, but till date no response from yamaha repair center.
        After 12 days today on 10 jun 17 at 1230 hrs i got call from repair center that my bikes parts are not available (Back order) so my bike can not be repair i can recollect my bike.
        Could you please help me out that my bike may be repair.
        I am not asking any thing about 12 days without bike, but at least parts for repair may please be provided so my bike can be repaired.

          Sir, this is to inform you that i had purchased a motorcycle with reg no. Br072q4299 on 11/2013 in the name of ravi kumar agrawal, from chandra automobiles laheriasarai darbhanga bihar. The dealer gave me extended warrranty and provided me with a free service date of 28/4/2017. Due to some reasons i cudnot go to the service centre on the given date. I went on 6/5/2017 for free servicing and the dealer straightforward denied of providing me the service. The owner had a very bad behaviour though. If this is the kind of behaviour we the costomers are supposed to face then iam sorry to say sir that this is a bad sign on your company.. Still my motorbike servicing is pending.. Kindly look into the matter and sort out the problem..

            Dear sir, i am yamaha ray z bike purchased on[protected].
            Only two weeks run the bike.
            After no self start and horn indicator all so not working. Bike starting very very hard. So i talk to service center.
            Bike battery removed for show room service man.
            Warranty available so one or two week wait for me.
            I need new bike purchased one or two week problems, what reason problems poor product this battery, very worst manufacturing.

              Dear yamaha,

              Myself balaji, i bought a yamaha fazer in 2012, from the date of purchase bike is excellent interms o[censored]sage. Regular service cost 3000 yearly.

              Recently i serviced my bike for engine output sprocket in yamaha service center kanchipuram. They called and said clutch plate also damaged. I said ok to change and spend overall 5000 rs initially, after service again i faced pickup problem again i visited same service center kanchipuram they just adjusted and said now ok. Again a week after i faced same problem and i visited same service center they said clutch plate again damaged. How it is possible by just one month cluth plates get damaged because i bought this bike in 2012 there is no damage for 5 years, as they said its damaged i said to change, now even after this they said some problems and asked to additional 1200 rs for clutch plate and top and bottom clutch covers. Again i paid and serviced. Even after two services for clutch plate after a week again same pick up problem while i check with local mechanic he said need to change clutch plate for cost around 2.5 k. What is the use i serviced my bike on yamaha service center. Yamaha need to intervene this and do the needful.

                  I gone to yamaha service center to repair my fzs 2010 bike it has wobbling problem and power cutting problem in idle and we said repair it and all estimated 7000 rs okk then we said the wobbling problem has not gone. He said it has tyre problem okk then. We said power cutting power also not gone now what do. He said it big issue of engine oil supply.. And they had changed - chain sproket, handle set, and we not said to service first solve the problem then also they service the bike
                  Now main point what reason they have taken 7000 rs amount??

                    I went yamaha service center 24-april-2017 on general service. I told to supervisor mr. Hariharan and mechanic name mr. Bala “this is my second hand bike, in my bike having following issues,
                    1. Fuel indication is not working properly.
                    2. Left side indicator not working.
                    3. General service.
                    And then i told to him, i don’t know this bike where it’s serviced before i bought, please check the bike a to z, if anything want to change means, please change immediately” like that. Those are call to me your bike is ready amount is 5770.52/- please come and collect your bike.
                    Next day (25-april-2017) i taken the bike from yamaha service center, that time itself fuel indicator was not working, i was asking to mr. Hariharan, he was told me fill the fuel automatically it will work otherwise inform to me like that. Within one hour i was informed to him fuel indicator was not working and left side indicator also not working. He said “one pause not available in our service center so next service i will change and give to you don’t worry”. After a week bike was automatically off while am riding, so i back to service center again.
                    If i am asking question means supervisor forward to manager, the manager till day on-wards he is not taking any responsibility to solve my issues, even no one can taking responsibility. If i am asking mean those are rising hand to some, simply wasting my time. Those are lost my two bill copy also.
                    Approximately 9000/- [nine thousand rupees] was spent for service in yamaha service center within one and half month. The service center, those are checked and serviced well means i won’t lost this must of money. Now again those asking to pay for me more than 6000/- rupees. My bike still in yamaha service only and herewith i have attached last service bill copy. Please consider my issues and solve me as well as soon. I really felt very bad about yamaha service center chrompet chennai. They waste my time and money. I suggestion people please don't go for bike service to yamaha service center chromepet chennai. Very bad service i ever seen.

                    I bought the new Yamaha Ray ZR February 2017, after that I love very much in Yamaha bike so, that I bought second hand bike Yamaha FZS (Bike Number: TN 22 CW[protected] Model) from my friend and he told me to do service, March 2017 end.

                    Again went to Yamaha service center on 23-May-2017, those are told me, we will find the problem then call to you back like that, I got call from Yamaha service center those are told me following the issues,
                    1.Speedometer want to change,
                    2.Rectifier want to change,
                    3.Wiring problem,
                    4.Headlight doom want to change,
                    5.Self-motor want to change
                    6.Etc.,
                    I directly visit to service center submitting bill copy for speedometer and service bill 24-April-2017 Service bill everything, those are told me will try to get the warranty from service center, please give me a bill copy. I submitting two bill copy Yamaha service center. After two to three days later those are told me, it’s not cover the warranty you want to pay for again like that. I asked to him now you’re saying wiring problem that’s why it will affect for all electronic part means why you’re not checking for first time itself. What are the complaint I was given on 25-April-2017 still day that problem not solved, those are not finding the issues to solve.
                    If I am asking question means supervisor forward to manager, the manager till day on-wards he is not taking any responsibility to solve my issues, even no one can taking responsibility. If I am asking mean those are rising hand to some, simply wasting my time. Those are lost my two bill copy also.

                      I'm writing from raipur cg. I have given my yamaha fz at one of your service centre at raipur named as 'raipur yamaha autocare'. They promised me to give my vehicle today at the time of giving vehicle and now delaying. They just have 1 mechanic, spare parts are not available, and repairing vehicles came after mine. I'm sitting at d workshop since morning. Kindly look into the matter or i will have to find some other way to deal with yamaha.

                        I am sumit kumar chorasiya.. I have a bike yamaha fzs 2.0. Still we are facing a too much problem in this bike.3 time i was changed my clatch plate during 22000 km..2 time changed 24000km & 3time 25500 km. Cylinder kit was changed on 18000 km n that time i was to payed 8000 rs under the warranty. Shocker is also changed... M not happy with your servicing also.. Mob-[protected]

                          I have given my yamah ray zr for repairing purpose as i met with an accident.
                          It has been 1 month my scooter is in service center. Dealer is saying that there is a problem with spares.
                          Kindly take a note on this, company should provide full service for buyers.
                          This is the worst thing i ever met with.
                          Since 1 month i am facing a lot problems.
                          I have to wait for a single pannel that too 1 month.

                              We Bought bike on 2nd feb 2017, ( Ray ZR) But till now I’m not receive my RC, I’m called every day in velachery showroom, people not give clear response, More then 2 month I followed every day they are telling some different story.

                                Fascino scooty (Yahama) :- i purchased one from aquad yahama, b. T. Road, opposite prabartak jute mill showroom.

                                Each and every time the services i got, totally unexpected. Last time, the behaviour i faced from that service centre (From the service manager).

                                I mailed to the yahama company too, but to no issue.

                                When i said to the manager that i am not going to come at your service centre further, he said no problem. We don't want customer like you in the open road outside the centre. I told him, that i will definitely mail to your organisation regarding your services and behaviour, he don't bother. He asked me to do.

                                After that i to the dealer about the dealer head's number and email id. They refused to provide.

                                  Fully bowled over by their sweet deliberations, we instantly opted going in for purchase of a vehicle of our choice. As a token of acceptance, we had made payment an amount of rs.4, 000/- (Rupees four thousand) as advance the same day, and subsequently remitted the balance of rs.134968/- on 05/05/2017 through neft mode and took possession of the vehicle​ taking assurance from you on the very same day about the completion of necessary registration of the same.

                                  Vehicle registration not done for last 25 days.

                                  For our every approach, we are met with constant reply peppered with lame excuses like "instructions are yet to come from your hq" or vague statement like "necessary work is in progress" much to our chagrin.

                                  With the hope that we at once plunge into the exercise of registration with no further loss of time, we sign off with bemoaning.

                                    I using yahama fz version 2 bike purchased on 2016 (9 months old). Within 9 months some extra noise issue coming from engine. The services center employee didn’t know the exact problem in it.
                                    I raised the complaint more than 5 times to yahama services center but there didn’t taking any action on the complaint raised. The service center address “safety motors, erode”

                                      I am Ramiz Raza, my bike no is DL 3S DL 6006, i have cash purchase date is 31st Aug 2016 from Adarsh Yamaha based at Okhla phase 2 industrial area new delhi, and got registration number on 15th November 2016.But the problem is that i have not received RC till now. I have tried many times to followed up with Yamaha team, but they every time told me to the very next week your RC is come but the same has not received yet.
                                      Request you to please take a serious node, as i am totally disappointed with service of Yamaha group.

                                      Kindly look into this and please close the issue asap.
