Iam writing to you as iam very much dissapointed as i bought a new yamaha fz 16.
I bought yamaha fz 16 black colour engine number: (21cm058649, chassis number: me121com1h2058413) from wings yamaha on march 6th and i got complaint of engine misfiring from very next day of delivery of the vehicle and when i reported this to wings yamaha they said it will be ok when vehicle will run for some kilometers, and i have done first service from mp motors nellipuzha mannarkkad on 6/4/2017, and later i found abnormal noise from engine side & i had reported at wings yamaha again on 10/4/2017, they had done some engine tuning, still the complaint is not rectified so i called customer care on same day and reported the complaint, i got a call back from vijay auto agencies aluva and i have given the vehicle at vijay auto agencies on 12/04/2017 they have rectified the complaint i have closed the complaint on 17/4/2017, but again found abnormal noise & misfiring from very next day of closure of complaint and i have given the vehicle at vijay auto agencies aluva and kept vehicle at service centre for one day and they delivered vehicle next day after rectification.
There was no complaints during next 400 kms, but after running 400kms the same complaint found and i lodged complaint at customer care again on 10/05/2017, again i went to service centre and they informed the that the abnormal noise is due to defective crank, so we requested to them to give back the vehicle with remarks about the complaints but they were not willing to do that, as i have paid rs 88000 to buy this vehicle its my right to get details of complaints written as remarks as all dealers do.
I took back the vehicle without repairing even i didnt get any calls from dealership.
I am very much dissapointed by the service & the product quality, no responsibility from the sales & service departments of your dealers.
I have given vehicle at service centre 3 times even after 3 visits they are not able to rectify the complaint i need the vehicle to be replaced with new one as it is a brand new vehicle and the complaint was occured even before 1000kms.
I need a proper solution from the manufacture as iam losing my time and money.
Iam approaching you before my further legal steps.
Please look into the matter seriously and kindly do the needfull.
