Scotty was booked on 31st march. They didn't gave us documents till now i. E. 2nd may. And wrong scotty was delivered to us. Red we ordered they delivered us blue one this happened twice, then when we went to showroom for inquiry 4-5 times on weekly basis (1time in each week) twice there was no concern person was there to attain customer at pick time i. E. Morning 11:30. They don't reply properly. When we asked about documents n wrong delivery they have nothing to tell much and give false commitments. They gave us 4 different dates for document completion and no. Plate arrival, all the dates we went and we got nothing. Excuses like madam document return ho geye rto se or rto is working slow bla bla stupid exuses were given. They don't followup the customer or do not reply properly. Worst experience ever with yamaha.
At same time we booked a bike with honda and within 8days everything they provided us. Its fully complete with accessories as well. Where as i am suffering for accessories also from yamaha. Even helmet which they (Yamaha) provided is of so cheap quality.

Do not shop through yamaha (Nerul).

    Hi

    I have bought my FZ few weeks back and I gotta say the bike is great. But I am very disappointed with the lighting. Low beam doesnt cover much of the road and the high beam is pathetic. Focus area is of high beam is very less and the angle of the high beam is too short. There are a lot of guys out there facing this same issue.

      Dear sir,
      I am a consumer of your product yamaha rayzr, my name is subodh t santi (Owner's name: suvarna t santi) living in sion, dharavi.

      I had purchase my rayzr scooter from a agent near my locality who is a agent of dolphin yamaha andheri (E) i have been facing difficulties and many fault since the day i took the scooty from showroom, faults like my engine is so fast as the acceleration takes jst a touch to catch the speed even i am not accelerating it, it was a danger i face to my life twice in that scooty, i shown it to dealer, they just reduce the engine, and it happen again after a while of riding and giving less mileage appox 30 km/ltr its a big issue for a new bike, many says it a manufacturing default as nothing has been touched inside, hope there would be replacement as i am unsatisfied with my scooty, i am a college student it hard for me to ride now, am i did something wrong as selecting yamaha company scooter? People of your company just dodging the fault to each other, where should i go now? Unsatisfied indeed sir, hope for resolving my problems asap

        Hi team,

        My bike suffered some damages because of an accident, so left the vehicle for repair at raj yamaha service center @ thoraipakkam omr on the above mentioned date. Have not got any positive response from the team on the delivery date of the vehicle yet. Every time i call the response from the service center is that the parts are yet to arrive. After repeated follows up and four promised dates later i was informed that i would be getting my bike on last friday[protected]. But have not received any response from them yet. On ringing them up again now they are saying that the doom part of the bike is yet to arrive. I am not sure how many months i will have to wait to get my bike repaired. If this is the service being provided the yamaha service centers, i would recommend my friends not to get an yamaha vehicle. I understand that to get the original yamaha parts it may take sometime, but didnt know that even two months is not enough for you guys to get the part of a bike model which is still in production. I am very much disappointed with your service, if there is a delay in the deliver of the vehicle atleast a call informing the status would have been appreciated. Waiting till the last minute for the customer to come and request for the status does not look good on your brand name.

        I will need to know a final date as when my bike will be delivered to me after all the repairs are made.

        Also i mailed these complaint to "[protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com" on 26th april 2017, but still i didnt get any reply.

          I have bought Yamaha FZ V2 on March 2016 in perfect riders. From the day 1there is some problem in the handle bar. 4 services are completed. They have not rectified it. Also there is a huge engine noise still after changing the clutch plate 30 days before. Perfect riders is not able to solve the issue.
          I came back today[protected]. They are asking me to come back in next service. Every time I give to service they are not doing it properly and asking me to come next time.

          Handle bar issue.

          I gave an bike for service when my bike is existent on November 2016 yet they were didn't serviced my bike as properly. I paid full amount of the bill amount .. yet they didn't delivered my bike .. they were wasting my time . I'm going take legal action step

I have done all services in tym to tym in yamaha service center... I complained in first service only my bikes prblm bt they r not taking any severe action...in dombivali... Plz take some action...               I am agustin, my contact no is [protected]

              I bought a yamaha saluto disc brake bike on march 29, 2017 in samukh motors at chennai selaiyur branch. At the time of purchase, the dealer promised me that the bike will be registered in rto in 3 three days. So, he advised me to take the bike on the day as it is a good day. I believed his words and took the bike. Also, he promised to handover all the documents after the registration.

              However, he did not keep his promise. I regularly inquired him about the registration and he said it will be done in few days only rto approval pending. Now, it has been passed a month and still the bike is not registered and no proper response from the dealer and also yamaha customer care is saying the same.

              Both, the parties have cheated me and i am now not able to use my bike without registration irrespective of full settlement at once.

                During my previous service payment on the date 24/02/2017 my money was struck during online payment i. E.., i swiped my card so it got struck so i paid my bill in cash then they told me it will credited in my account within 15 working days it's been two months and 2 days since this issue is happened i didn't get my money back it's due to their negligence...                     Very poor... Extremely dissatisfied.. I had made my full payment for r15s on 10th of march 2017 and submitted all my documents, they specifically asked for registered rent agreement since i am an outstation candidate for which i had to pay around 5k for doing it because i didnot want any delay in paperwork... All this for nothing... They had told me they will give my bike with registered number plate within 20 days since all my documents and payment was done beforehand. Its been more than one and half month and still i havenot got a single document, they had allowed me take my bike only after many visit to the showroom and they handed me the bike on 3 of april that to without any documentation. Everytime i call they give reason, i am very much disappointed and i request anyone trying to purchase a bike from sakshi motors get ready for disappointment they will never value customers. Even if the showroom is located near you, which happened in my case, never go to them. They will take more than 4 months to give your documents as seen from other reviews. Even if you decide to buy the bike then get ready to pay fine to police everyday. Sakshi motors kindly learn how to respect your customers, we saved a lot of money to get our dream bike and it was supposed to be special. But you guys completely gave me a terrible lesson.                           I bought Fascino vehicle from Green city motors Sarjapur road. During that BS3 issue.                             My first service was done yesterday at speed motors, Manjeri Kerala. The delear do not provide any water service which included in the free service. When i requested to do the same they gave me answer which is not good and bad words are used.                             In uppal servicing center of two wheeler instead o[censored]sing foam lubricant they are using normal oil .if they use normal oil they should inform but not.. .

                              I have purchased a scooty 2 year's back from dealer Aquad yamaha belghoria, Kolkata. Their standard of service is very very poor. Every time they are forcing to change engine oil from their showroom only. When ever i am having trouble with the bike they forced to change it rather than repairing that. After delivery there is problems with pick up, race everything. Before delivery they signed the feedback form from customer. So many times it happens with me that just before delivery they called me and saying about some problems with the bike and forced to change. Their services are worst ever.

                                Hi team,
                                This year in jan 2017, i purchased yamaha fascino from vijay laxmi dealer, viman nagar, nagar road, pune through the authorised person ajay and from the first day i informed about the loose headlight frame but that guy ignored this and told me that this is just like that. After the first service, i again told them about this issue but no body listened rather another problem arises i. E. Kick not working. From that day more than three times i gave my vehicle to vijay laxmi, viman nagar and vijay laxmi wagholi and also i registered complaint (S) to yamaha vide ref no iym:0001634 and iym:0001201 but no action as taken till date.
                                After visiting the vijay laxmi service center at wagholi this sunday 16 apil 2017, they analysed my vehicle for more than 3 hours but no resolution as provided to me. They said i need to keep the vehicle there for one night because there is some issue with the handle which is not properly aligned. Now my question to yamaha, how they give the vehicle to the customer without proper quality test or either the test was done by an uneducated person.
                                Now i wanted a full refund along with the compensation and risk of my life by driving this dangerous vehicle which was not tested properly failing which i will log an fir in local police station for cheating case.
                                Kindly reply me within 10 days of this complaint failing which i will not be responsible for any repercussions.

                                After the call received from Omkar- Yamaha representative from Pune today morning, Today on 21 April 2017 @ 5:45 PM, Yamaha executives/service engineer from Viman Nagar, Nagar Road showroom came to my home and took my Vehicle for further analysis and service and assuring me that the issue reported will be rectified in a day or two. However, they have also provided me with another vehicle (that's good) to meet my daily necessity.
                                Now, hoping for the best and issue gets resolved.
                                NOTE: if still issue not resolved by Sunday when I will get the vehicle, than I will definitely need a full refund.

                                Team, Today being the third day of my fascino is with VijayLaxmi Wagholi showroom and till date I haven't received any call or update about the status of the vehicle. Moreover, the vehicle given to me is having less petrol so not being able to drive more.. If I fill the tank are you compensating me with the amount? secondly, I need my vehicle today. Let me know the status.

                                Somehow the issue of the defect nor resolved (hope it is not short term or temporary fix) but the kick issue still exists. There engineers are not well versed with the issue and vehicle.

                                      I am writing this complaint after losing my hope of getting better service from green yamaha for 3 years.

                                      I got yamaha ss125 from green yamaha 3 years ago. The day i bought the bike, i went back to agency within 3 hours complaining about the pickup problem. They fooled me saying this will improve after first service but it hasn't improved till yet for 3 years. To get rid of this issue, they have replaced clutch plates, race wire, spark plug, air filter and cleaning of carborator but i have found no much improvement.in each service, i am paying more than regular charge for the same problem but getting no improvement.

                                      My bike has run around 12500 kms only and each time i have get it serviced within 1000 to 1500 kms.

                                      My fuel gauge also used to sound like bell. I complaint about it many times and i was always said that this can't be fixed. Accidently, i met service area head (Sandeep shrivastava: [protected]) on 4th feb when i was there for my bike service. I asked him for the same problem. He looked into it and at the end he destroyed my fuel gauge. From that day he kept me saying the product is in shortage from company. I don't understand that company is not able to produce a single fuel gauge in 2 months. I have also asked for pickup problem but mr. Sandeep is not taking the responsibility and keep me delaying for visiting the agency again and again.

                                      I request you to please help me to get my bike run well.

                                        The vehicle purchased on 23 March.
                                        complained already made on 29 mar and further furnished scanned copies of all details related to purchase of this vehicle on 30 March.
                                        No further contact from customer care either by phone or by mail.
                                        Regret to say that Yamaha India has not shown any interest to it's customer complaint and also to control it's dealer.
