I have bought a FZFI RED bike from Samyukh motors, Velacherry Main Road, Medavakkam, Chennai on 14 th April. Ihave paid in full by NEFT and got my bike without registration on 20th April. They said registration will be done in 10 days. But it is about a month they werent doing anything. There is no reasonable explanation from the executives on gbe delay. I am losing my patience. Please advise on this issue

Team Yamaha, I created a complaint IC-30958-C1C3. I raised a query 3 days back and till now there is no update on the ticket. After much push the customer care converted into a complaint today? Will the sales team will look into this soon?

    I had given a yamaha r15 after accident for repairing on 3 april 2017.Now it was almost a month and a week passed, they checked once and gave estimate and they had given a one more estimate after a week and now they are giving me one more estimate, total 3 estimates, It was totally the irresponsible behaviour of the technician and manager that they didn't check vehicle properly ist tym.pls look into the matter.

      I was purchased RAY Z bike on JAN 2017. On that day onwards some sound noticed. If I inform still they​ not solve. And not ans proparly. Now power start switch got failure while service time. That ask money and treat very worst. Now bike running only 1500 KM. But problem more. And spare parts failure happen. With in 4 month how mouch I want to spend.

        I am prateek rawat from new delhi. I am. The first FZ 250 cc owner in delhi. I am completed my 6000 km in new bike i have purchase dis bike in 27 feb. I am facing problmes in my bike. Problem is alloy problem my both alloy front nd rear both are bend. How its possible i cant belive it its very low quality alloy.         Bought new white colour fascino in AMOS MOTORS TRICHY.We faced lot of issues in our new fascino like scratches in front mudgad which was hidden by white marker.There were no bolt and screws in front body.And body was not perfetly fitted.We faced new payment issue like extra charges as WRS.So ive just planned to take a legal action.PFA

          We bought yamaha ray zee bike in raj yamaha showroom in chennai on 08/01/2017. Initially, we paid rs.20806 and we have to pay rs.38875 as balance. As per showroom process, the have tie up with bussan auto finance and balance amount they will provide as loan. But the they have given wrong input to bussan auto finance that the loan amount value is rs.58000 and they will deduct in some excess % tax in the same. We really facing poor communication with raj yamaha showroom.
          While getting the loan process, they did not even mentioned any amount in the annexure and they simply getting the signature and they did not say about any pre advance scheme. We have checked for loan amount at that same time but they simply said this is the process and we will fill balance amount as loan. After got the loan description alone, we know this fraudulent happened. Request you to kindly take proper action and confirm at earliest.

            I have purchased new rx [censored]o few days back, bike having a missing problem and it is very hard to drive, i have shared this problem from the day one when i was taking the delivery of my bike at that time mechanic shared that you have to give more race at the time of speed below 30. Now this problem is becoming a headache
            Of all day in morning i have to use ignition button for at least 50 time if am driving for 3 to 4 km.in traffic i have to keep over race due to engine of problem due to missing. I am so much regretting after purchasing rx sulto.
            Please do the needful as in only 20 days i got to much frustrated. Need support from the company i have paid money for better ride not for frustration.

              I have bought a yamaha fascino scooty from the dealer shail yamaha, bharat mata chowk, harmu road, ranchi on 31/03/2017. The price rs 64800/- was told as on road price which includes insurance, registration and temporary number registration. The dealer gave rs 5000/- as discount. But the temporary number has not been given to me as on date as the dealer has not applied for it. The insurance and original registration slip has been given to me. The registration document shows the sale amount as rs 53600/-(documents attached) but the dealer has taken rs 64800/- as on road price. The difference is huge as the insurance costs rs 1988/- and the registration costs rs 2630/-. As the sale amount showing in the registration document is rs 53600/-, the discount was on off road price but they did the discount on on road price.. They have cheated rs 5000/- in the name of discount. They have also cheated by including the temporary number registration in the on road price as there were no provisions of temporary number for bs iii vehicles at the time of purchase as far my knowledge is concern. On enquiry with the dealer, they are refusing to return the temporary number charge (approx rs 1500) and the difference amount rs 5000/- showing in the registration document.

                Dear Team,

                Request you to look into this on priority as the same issue is being facing from last 1 year.

                I had purchased Yamaha FZS on 16/07/2015, since then I am facing the problem in Self.

                Each time I am raising the issue on the Self Start the Showroom service team of Lakshmi International in Bannerghatta road is doing some temporary work and for 1 week it will work, and for the same I have to take the bike to showroom for the same concern.

                Yesterday while going home from office, the self was not working and bike got off, and I had to drag the bike nearly around 10 km as all the shops and showroom were closed.

                I am every time asking the mechanics to change the self, they will revert saying its fine just tuning and relay adjustment is required. I have paid nearly 7000 to 8000 for this itself.

                Kindly look into this and I need a call from the Yamaha Office so that we can talk and close this.

                I am making this clear I will not pay any amount for the same as the issue I am facing since starting.

                My bike is at residence not starting. Please send some of your engineer to rectify as the bike is not starting.

                  Related to worst service provided by yamaha (Bangalore wheels)...
                  Today (5/5/17) i had given my bike to the service station, i was the 4th customer for the day in the queue & submitted the vehicle for service (Jc no. A 10599)... Executive had informed that vehicle can be collected in the evening (I too had urgent need of vehicle for this weekend)... Waited till 6pm, there was no call from service team.. So later directly visited to the service station @ 6.45... The worst reply from ur executive was that the bike is not yet serviced, u can collect the vehicle tomorrow... I was very upset & this is not the 1st time i am facing this issue... I am fed up with ur yamaha company & time to say good bye...
                  In feature ur company vehicle will not be purchased by my family or by my relatives. The same feedback will be shared to friends & colleagues who r interested in buying yamaha vehicles.
                  The present vehicle will be sold within a week... I don't required ur services anymore...

                    This is to bring into your attention regarding the poor service provided by ts enterprises, yamaha showroom, davangere, karnataka.
                    - gave detailed information about the complaints
                    - taken down in the job card by the attender
                    -they handed over the vehicle to me only after bill payment, hence i couldn't inspect the bike before paying the bill
                    - wash not done inspite of paying for it
                    - tail lamps not repaired
                    - indicators not repaired
                    - lubrication not done
                    -tyre pressure not checked and corrected
                    - none of the things i had mentioned was done
                    - above all that the staff has an ignorant and rude behavior.

                        Recently I had booked yamaha fascino in yamaha swag bash event held in M.G.Road, Banglaore. There were some offers for customers who had booked vehicles in expo. Offers were like faster delivery and 1 gram free gold coin. Showroom staff were very nice and humble until we booked the vehicle and told us to transfer the full amount before vehicle delivery. Once the amount was transfered they didnt even bothered to call us back and delayed our delivery. They made us to wait half day on first day and said they cant deliver the vehicle last moment. Finally we had to collect the vehicle on next day. Also they told us that free 1 gram gold coin will be deivered to our place. After that we kept on waiting and if called people are not picking call. If picked also they will tell "sir come home today by 7pm, we will be coming to deliver the free gold coin". After 6 o clk they dont even pick the call. Its really frustrating and every day we have to waste our time and keep waiting for these guys.

                          Just because of bad service my bike fz16 got so many problems... In just two years thier rear suspension failed... Chain n sprocket also changed two times in two years...in serivce center they just wash n polish the bike in service... They never examine and never check spair parts properly... I totally disappointed with service.

                            Scotty was booked on 31st march. They didn't gave us documents till now i. E. 2nd may. And wrong scotty was delivered to us. Red we ordered they delivered us blue one this happened twice, then when we went to showroom for inquiry 4-5 times on weekly basis (1time in each week) twice there was no concern person was there to attain customer at pick time i. E. Morning 11:30. They don't reply properly. When we asked about documents n wrong delivery they have nothing to tell much and give false commitments. They gave us 4 different dates for document completion and no. Plate arrival, all the dates we went and we got nothing. Excuses like madam document return ho geye rto se or rto is working slow bla bla stupid exuses were given. They don't followup the customer or do not reply properly. Worst experience ever with yamaha.
                            At same time we booked a bike with honda and within 8days everything they provided us. Its fully complete with accessories as well. Where as i am suffering for accessories also from yamaha. Even helmet which they (Yamaha) provided is of so cheap quality.

                            Do not shop through yamaha (Nerul).

                              I have bought my FZ few weeks back and I gotta say the bike is great. But I am very disappointed with the lighting. Low beam doesnt cover much of the road and the high beam is pathetic. Focus area is of high beam is very less and the angle of the high beam is too short. There are a lot of guys out there facing this same issue.

                                I am a consumer of your product yamaha rayzr, my name is subodh t santi (Owner's name: suvarna t santi) living in sion, dharavi.

                                I had purchase my rayzr scooter from a agent near my locality who is a agent of dolphin yamaha andheri (E) i have been facing difficulties and many fault since the day i took the scooty from showroom, faults like my engine is so fast as the acceleration takes jst a touch to catch the speed even i am not accelerating it, it was a danger i face to my life twice in that scooty, i shown it to dealer, they just reduce the engine, and it happen again after a while of riding and giving less mileage appox 30 km/ltr its a big issue for a new bike, many says it a manufacturing default as nothing has been touched inside, hope there would be replacement as i am unsatisfied with my scooty, i am a college student it hard for me to ride now, am i did something wrong as selecting yamaha company scooter? People of your company just dodging the fault to each other, where should i go now? Unsatisfied indeed sir, hope for resolving my problems asap

                                  My bike suffered some damages because of an accident, so left the vehicle for repair at raj yamaha service center @ thoraipakkam omr on the above mentioned date. Have not got any positive response from the team on the delivery date of the vehicle yet. Every time i call the response from the service center is that the parts are yet to arrive. After repeated follows up and four promised dates later i was informed that i would be getting my bike on last friday[protected]. But have not received any response from them yet. On ringing them up again now they are saying that the doom part of the bike is yet to arrive. I am not sure how many months i will have to wait to get my bike repaired. If this is the service being provided the yamaha service centers, i would recommend my friends not to get an yamaha vehicle. I understand that to get the original yamaha parts it may take sometime, but didnt know that even two months is not enough for you guys to get the part of a bike model which is still in production. I am very much disappointed with your service, if there is a delay in the deliver of the vehicle atleast a call informing the status would have been appreciated. Waiting till the last minute for the customer to come and request for the status does not look good on your brand name.

                                  I will need to know a final date as when my bike will be delivered to me after all the repairs are made.

                                  Also i mailed these complaint to "[protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com" on 26th april 2017, but still i didnt get any reply.

                                    I have bought Yamaha FZ V2 on March 2016 in perfect riders. From the day 1there is some problem in the handle bar. 4 services are completed. They have not rectified it. Also there is a huge engine noise still after changing the clutch plate 30 days before. Perfect riders is not able to solve the issue.
                                    I came back today[protected]. They are asking me to come back in next service. Every time I give to service they are not doing it properly and asking me to come next time.

                                    I gave an bike for service when my bike is existent on November 2016 yet they were didn't serviced my bike as properly. I paid full amount of the bill amount .. yet they didn't delivered my bike .. they were wasting my time . I'm going take legal action step

                                        I bought a yamaha saluto disc brake bike on march 29, 2017 in samukh motors at chennai selaiyur branch. At the time of purchase, the dealer promised me that the bike will be registered in rto in 3 three days. So, he advised me to take the bike on the day as it is a good day. I believed his words and took the bike. Also, he promised to handover all the documents after the registration.

                                        However, he did not keep his promise. I regularly inquired him about the registration and he said it will be done in few days only rto approval pending. Now, it has been passed a month and still the bike is not registered and no proper response from the dealer and also yamaha customer care is saying the same.

                                        Both, the parties have cheated me and i am now not able to use my bike without registration irrespective of full settlement at once.
