During my previous service payment on the date 24/02/2017 my money was struck during online payment i. E.., i swiped my card so it got struck so i paid my bill in cash then they told me it will credited in my account within 15 working days it's been two months and 2 days since this issue is happened i didn't get my money back it's due to their negligence... Please sir take necessary action on this service centre

      Very poor... Extremely dissatisfied.. I had made my full payment for r15s on 10th of march 2017 and submitted all my documents, they specifically asked for registered rent agreement since i am an outstation candidate for which i had to pay around 5k for doing it because i didnot want any delay in paperwork... All this for nothing... They had told me they will give my bike with registered number plate within 20 days since all my documents and payment was done beforehand. Its been more than one and half month and still i havenot got a single document, they had allowed me take my bike only after many visit to the showroom and they handed me the bike on 3 of april that to without any documentation. Everytime i call they give reason, i am very much disappointed and i request anyone trying to purchase a bike from sakshi motors get ready for disappointment they will never value customers. Even if the showroom is located near you, which happened in my case, never go to them. They will take more than 4 months to give your documents as seen from other reviews. Even if you decide to buy the bike then get ready to pay fine to police everyday. Sakshi motors kindly learn how to respect your customers, we saved a lot of money to get our dream bike and it was supposed to be special. But you guys completely gave me a terrible lesson.           I bought fz - v2 vehicle from nagercoil - kavin motors. I purchased the vehicle on 31st march and today is 15th march its 35 days but till now i have not recieved the registration number and other papers like inurance and all. I am not able to take my vehicle to job.

            I bought Fascino vehicle from Green city motors Sarjapur road. During that BS3 issue.               My first service was done yesterday at speed motors, Manjeri Kerala. The delear do not provide any water service which included in the free service. When i requested to do the same they gave me answer which is not good and bad words are used.               In uppal servicing center of two wheeler instead o[censored]sing foam lubricant they are using normal oil .if they use normal oil they should inform but not.. .
              But charging 150 ruppes and saying that they used foam lubricant especially chain, kickrod etc.

                I have purchased a scooty 2 year's back from dealer Aquad yamaha belghoria, Kolkata. Their standard of service is very very poor. Every time they are forcing to change engine oil from their showroom only. When ever i am having trouble with the bike they forced to change it rather than repairing that. After delivery there is problems with pick up, race everything. Before delivery they signed the feedback form from customer. So many times it happens with me that just before delivery they called me and saying about some problems with the bike and forced to change. Their services are worst ever.

                  Hi team,
                  This year in jan 2017, i purchased yamaha fascino from vijay laxmi dealer, viman nagar, nagar road, pune through the authorised person ajay and from the first day i informed about the loose headlight frame but that guy ignored this and told me that this is just like that. After the first service, i again told them about this issue but no body listened rather another problem arises i. E. Kick not working. From that day more than three times i gave my vehicle to vijay laxmi, viman nagar and vijay laxmi wagholi and also i registered complaint (S) to yamaha vide ref no iym:0001634 and iym:0001201 but no action as taken till date.
                  After visiting the vijay laxmi service center at wagholi this sunday 16 apil 2017, they analysed my vehicle for more than 3 hours but no resolution as provided to me. They said i need to keep the vehicle there for one night because there is some issue with the handle which is not properly aligned. Now my question to yamaha, how they give the vehicle to the customer without proper quality test or either the test was done by an uneducated person.
                  Now i wanted a full refund along with the compensation and risk of my life by driving this dangerous vehicle which was not tested properly failing which i will log an fir in local police station for cheating case.
                  Kindly reply me within 10 days of this complaint failing which i will not be responsible for any repercussions.

                  After the call received from Omkar- Yamaha representative from Pune today morning, Today on 21 April 2017 @ 5:45 PM, Yamaha executives/service engineer from Viman Nagar, Nagar Road showroom came to my home and took my Vehicle for further analysis and service and assuring me that the issue reported will be rectified in a day or two. However, they have also provided me with another vehicle (that's good) to meet my daily necessity.
                  Now, hoping for the best and issue gets resolved.
                  NOTE: if still issue not resolved by Sunday when I will get the vehicle, than I will definitely need a full refund.

Moreover, the vehicle given to me is having less petrol so not being able to drive more.. If I fill the tank are you compensating me with the amount? secondly, I need my vehicle today. Let me know the status.

                  Somehow the issue of the defect nor resolved (hope it is not short term or temporary fix) but the kick issue still exists. There engineers are not well versed with the issue and vehicle.

                    If I am asking him about the Vehicle Number, he always gives excuses that the DTO is not sitting in Bokaro or in Dhanbad.
                    Till now I have not received Bill of purchase( Invoice) of the same.

                        I am writing this complaint after losing my hope of getting better service from green yamaha for 3 years.

                        I got yamaha ss125 from green yamaha 3 years ago. The day i bought the bike, i went back to agency within 3 hours complaining about the pickup problem. They fooled me saying this will improve after first service but it hasn't improved till yet for 3 years. To get rid of this issue, they have replaced clutch plates, race wire, spark plug, air filter and cleaning of carborator but i have found no much improvement.in each service, i am paying more than regular charge for the same problem but getting no improvement.

                        My bike has run around 12500 kms only and each time i have get it serviced within 1000 to 1500 kms.

                        My fuel gauge also used to sound like bell. I complaint about it many times and i was always said that this can't be fixed. Accidently, i met service area head (Sandeep shrivastava: [protected]) on 4th feb when i was there for my bike service. I asked him for the same problem. He looked into it and at the end he destroyed my fuel gauge. From that day he kept me saying the product is in shortage from company. I don't understand that company is not able to produce a single fuel gauge in 2 months. I have also asked for pickup problem but mr. Sandeep is not taking the responsibility and keep me delaying for visiting the agency again and again.

                        I have purchased r15 bike on Nov 9 2015 at bhawanipatna but here servicing is very low so that ur many customer don't want to purchased the Yamaha bike because of this dealer, so I request don't keep this type of dealer, Yamaha bike is no.1 but for servicing low any 1person don't want the bike

Invoice, payment made, vehicle model, owner's manual and warranty/service manual all showing different details.

                          The vehicle purchased on 23 March.
                          complained already made on 29 mar and further furnished scanned copies of all details related to purchase of this vehicle on 30 March.
                          No further contact from customer care either by phone or by mail.
                          Regret to say that Yamaha India has not shown any interest to it's customer complaint and also to control it's dealer.

                            I had purchased alfa scooter from ulhasnagar yamaha showroom . But at the time of delivery also they didnt wash it properly and battery was not fitted i have to wait for more than 3 hrs . Then after two days i noticed that there was a leakage of shock absorber oil and i reported to showroom and service center, but i didn't see any good service from yamaha.

                              Ordered for an Alpha scooter, black in color with disk brake and digital display of 2017 make (BS4) but delivered an old type 2016 make analog display type onDate 23 March.when made complaint, the dealer Avaran Bike House Irinjalakuda 680121, replaced the display to a digital one and told that since the temporary registration has already done, no way for any other compromise.They charged me Rs, 68000/- for the old model vehicle as on road price.
                              Now, I don't know what type vehicle I own and it's actual price.
                              This is absolutely cheating by the yamaha dealer/Yamaha Motor India as far as I am concerned.
                              I already made repeated complaints week ago along with invoice, bill and service manual.All showing different models.
                              Seek Original new model or cash back.

                              Even after repeated reminders with all evidences, no action has been taken yet or
                              least interested to settle the issue by Yamaha team or the dealer, Avaran bike house Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala.
                              All are cautioned when deal with this dealer and the customer care service.
                              03.04.2017 Yamaha showroom staff calling me about service. Your staff speech is very very illiterate. I m new customer for yamaha .Last year september 2016 im taken new R15 BIKE in tuticorin showroom.only 3 free services completed . in future i nt come to yamaha .

                              VERY VERY POOR STAFF BEHAVIOR AND SERVICE .TOTALLY TUTICORIN BRANCH WASTE.

                                I have given my bike in the service center of YAMAHA present in the Mira-road(Thane-401107) for 3 rd servicing.
                                However I observed that during bike servicing, there employees are removing petrol of my bike. I have observed this twice, almost 2-3 liter petrol was removed from my bike.
                                when I called and asked the manager and the staff regarding this issue, the manager is saying that, he is not aware of this thing and gave me assurance that it won't be happen in future.

                                    Yamaha SZR purchased on Jan 2015, after 5 month the left front shocker leaked and informed to SHREE NIWAS AUTO SALES, JUHI KANPUR, service center, they said next service they will replace it, This continued for next one and half year each every time I received next date for replacement and today I came to know that there is no entry of services in online.
                                    All bills are attached. In last two bills they write and give that they will change it in next service on BILL No. 3312 Job No. 2743 & Invoice No 5 and Job no. 4 but
                                    no progress.
                                    Will I get justice ?

                                      Hello sir, i have yamaha fz version 2 - blue colour
                                      I baught it 2 years ago from Shree Vighharta showroom .
                                      But the problem is i haven't received my vehicles papers yet..whenever i tried to call them they don't received the call or they change their number and most of the times their showroom shutter is down so i unable to meet them since long.
                                      Whenever i meet them they promised me that they will send vehicles papers as early as possible . But i still not received any document from them.

                                      Fazer fi engine problem of my bike no BR01CR2972 I just visited several time for pickup problem but I didn't get solutions after paying a heavy amount of bill n according to Yahama policy if any problem in engine it should be replaced bt they didn't so please help me out from this problem
