complaint was first made to yes yamaha on 29 march and also on toll free number.
Provided with all the details including invoice, , payment details, service/owners manual etc...

complaint: Ordered for 2017 make Alpha scooter with digital display and disk brake (BS 4) but supplied with 2016 analog type.When made complaint dealer simply replaced the gauge with a digital one. Invoice, payment made, vehicle model, owner's manual and warranty/service manual all showing different details.
concerned dealer: Avaran bike house, Irinjalakuda, , Thrissur Kerala 680121.
The vehicle purchased on 23 March.
complained already made on 29 mar and further furnished scanned copies of all details related to purchase of this vehicle on 30 March.
No further contact from customer care either by phone or by mail.
Regret to say that Yamaha India has not shown any interest to it's customer complaint and also to control it's dealer.
